The Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on the decline in sales of Micro,  Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because most MSMEs cannot sell their products freely due to physical distancing policies and Large-Scale Social Restrictions. Meanwhile, many MSMEs have not been able to sell their products online because they do not have the skills to sell online. The purpose of this community service is training and online marketing assistance to the Business Group for Increasing Prosperous Family Income (UPPKS) in Lowokwaru District. The method of implementing activities is training to create business Instagram and Facebook accounts, techniques for taking photos of products, producing marketing videos, uploading product photos, tips on finding consumers, packaging techniques and product delivery. Partners are “atiqa” UPPKS members who produce handicrafts such as bags, wallets, tissue holders and mask. The result of the activity for 6 months was the joining of partners at the Shopee market place, active Instagram and business Facebook. Sales increase during the Covid 19 pandemic due to partners producing mask. The gross revenue from 1,500,000 rupiah per month increases to 3,000,000-6,500,000 rupiah per month. Online sales can expand the marketing area, unlimited sales of time so as to increase sales. It is hope that other UPPKS members and MSMEs  can sell online in order to increase revenue.   Keywords : Online marketing, Market place, Handicrafts

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)  are one of the sectors supporting the economy of the people in the Lunang II area of Pesisir Selatan Regency. MSME in the Lunang Dua area still have several problems to compete or survive in the Industry 4.0 era. The first problem were  they do not have a brand or image that is easy to recognize by potential customers. The second problem were they don’t have attractive product packaging. The third problem were they  still limited marketing area. Through the activities of the team Technology Student Creativity Program (PKM T), the team carried out educational activities to partners about the importance of the brand for the product. In an effort to improve the competitiveness of MSME, especially in the Lunang Dua area, it was carried out by branding the names of MSME partners to become the Barokah MSME which later became their own identity for local, national and international marketing. To improve the quality of product packaging, the partners of the PKMT team helped design attractive packaging and can compete with competitors' products and match the characteristics of partner products. The PKM T team also built and developed a website in the form of an online shop as a means of online sales so that it expands the market from partners, namely Barokah MSME. The team also helped make Barokah's MSME social media in the form of instagram to increase sales of partner products. To increase the usefulness of this online market for partners, the team provides web and UMKM Instagram training to partners. The Barokah MSME brand and the improvement of product packaging quality and the existence of an online shop that can be operated easily by partners are expected to expand the marketing area of partner products and increase sales volume and improve the welfare of partners.

As we know, the MSME business is one of the sectors most affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. The impact of the pandemic has resulted in many workers being forced to stay home. During the pandemic, there was a change in the consumption pattern of people's goods and services from offline to online. Many MSME actors have difficulty in achieving the targets that must be achieved when the economy is disrupted. This change in pattern, followed by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in order to survive, and can develop so that they are able to face new normal conditions, Digitalization has become an important necessity, as evidenced by the Large-Scale Social Restriction Period (PSBB) which has increased the utilization of e-learning, eCommerce, digital literacy, delivery requests, and the need for medical/cleaning equipment, however, cannot deny the existence of the problem of digitizing MSMEs. In some remote areas, limited internet access is still an obstacle. The understanding of MSME actors towards technology, limited online marketing, production processes and online market access are still considered not optimal enough. Furthermore, consumers still feel insecure in conducting digital transactions. The purpose of this research is to overcome these problems, and help residents through the program "Entrepreneurship training in developing MSMEs during the pandemic in Nelayan Indah Village" and teaching residents to use digital properly.

Many benefits from implementation of e-business solutions are related to network effects which means that there are many interconnected parties utilizing the same or compatible technologies. The large-scale adoption of e-business practices in public sectors and in small and medium enterprises (SMEs)-prevailing economic environments will be successful if appropriate support in the form of education, adequate legislative, directions, and open source applications is provided. This case study describes the adoption of e-business in public sectors and SMEs by using an integrated open source approach called e-modules. E-module is a model which has process properties, data properties, and requirements on technology. Therefore e-module presents a holistic framework for deployment of e-business solutions and such e-module structure mandates an approach which requires reengineering of business processes and adoption of strong standardization that solves interoperability issues. E-module is based on principles of service-oriented architectures with guidelines for introduction into business processes and integration with ERP systems. Such an open source approach enables the spreading of compatible software solutions across any given country, thus, increasing e-business adoption. This paper presents a methodology for defining and building e-modules.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have been adopting the internet at a feverish pace. Recent studies have shown that up to 85% of SMEs in industrialized countries have web sites, yet less than half are utilizing these web sites to securely transact with their customers. Consumer media consumption is moving away from traditional media, like newspapers, to the internet. These revelations coupled with the growth of tools and techniques available to support online marketing, make it a perfect time for SMEs to market their web sites and ultimately succeed online. In this chapter we will present and support the hypothesis that SMEs should stop investing in their web site’s design and functionality and start investing in efforts to market their web sites online, no matter how lousy their web site may be in comparison to today’s standards. With the support of two case studies, illustrating the successful utilization of internet marketing by two very different SMEs, we will relate how a SME can effectively market their web site online. We will also discuss the tools and techniques available to help an SME successfully begin a journey of internet marketing.
