The studi aims to determine whether promotions and prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. Where the consumers from PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. The population in this study were all customers of PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. The sample taken was 65 respondent using a non probability sampling technique. The data analysis method used is quantitative metdhod and data analysis method consisting of normality test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linaer regression terst, hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test and coefficient od determination test (R2). Working on data analysis methods using the help os SPSS 25 For windows.This study concludes that the promotion and price variabel have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decions at PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. This result can be seen based on the coefficient of determination test which produces an R square value of 0,787. This shows that promotions and prices are able to influence the purchasing decisions of customers of PT. Wahana Chemindo Jay Medan by 78,7%.

Income and social environment are factors that can influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income and social environment on purchasing decisions in taqsith. This type of research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 66 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. From the results of the T Test and F Test show that partially income variables significantly influence the purchase decision taqsith with a probability value (Sig) 0.017 < (α) 0.05. Social environment variables also have a significant effect on taqsith purchasing decisions with a probability value (Sig) 0.033 < (α) 0.05. Simultaneously income and social environment significantly influence the purchase decision in taqsith and this can be seen from the probability value (Sig) 0,000 < (α) 0.05.

Mitior, Karona Cahya Susena; An Analysis of the relationship between Services and the Customer Satisfaction At Motor Candera repair shop In Kaur regency. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between Services and the Customer Satisfaction At Motor Candera repair shop In Kaur regency. It used Spearman Rank and t test as the data analysis method. The result of the research showed that it has a correlation of 0,701 in spearman rank. It means that there is a high correlation between the services and the customer satisfaction in Candera Motor. The higher the service provided will increasingly the levels of satisfaction of the customer. The Hypothesis testing results showed that tcount is greater than ttable (7,482 > 1,672). Thus the hypothesis H0 is rejected and the Ha are received. It means that the services has a significant relationship with the customer satisfaction at Candera Motor repair shop in Kaur regency.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors determine consumers in choosing the 88 Celebes Walet  cafe  in  Palu  City.  Types  of  Explorative research,  namely research  carried  out  because  this study tries to explore information or problems that are relatively new. In this study researchers used a sample  of  72  respondents.  The  sampling  technique  used  in  this study  was  accidental  sampling.  The data  analysis  method used  in  this study  uses  factor  analysis.  The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that there are 5 (five) factors that determine consumers in choosing the 88 Celebes Walet cafe in Palu City. The five factors are factor 1, factor 2, factor 3, factor 4 and factor 5 which is the result of 18 variables analyzed.Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  yaitu  untuk  mengetahui  faktor-faktor  apa saja  yang  menentukan konsumen  dalam  memilih  cafe  Celebes Walet  88  di  Kota  Palu.  Jenis  penelitian Exploratif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dikarenakan penelitian ini mencoba menggali informasi atau permasalahan yang relatif masih baru. Penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah accidental  sampling. Metode  analisis data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini menggunakan  analisis  faktor.Hasil  penelitian  ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat 5 (lima) faktor yang menentukan konsumen dalam memilih cafe Celebes Walet 88 di Kota Palu. Kelima faktor tersebut adalah faktor 1, faktor 2, faktor 3, faktor 4 serta faktor 5 yang merupakan hasil dari 18 variabel yang dianalisis.

The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of e-trust, risk perception and company reputation on purchasing decisions. This was quantitative research, using the SEM data analysis method assisted by AMOS software. Data collection was done by distributing an e-questionnaire (a google form); 270 responses were obtained. Participants were consumers who had already purchased electrical equipment online in Denpasar and Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

LPD health level is an important indicator, and will be able to cultivate public confidence, so people feel safe to save money in LPD either in the form of savings and deposits. This research is a kind of explanatory research that is research that analyze the relationship between one variable with other variable or how a variable influence other variable. Data analysis method used is descriptive method and quantitative method consist of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consist of F-test and t-test, and test of coefficient of determination. Work on data analysis method using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The data used are primary and secondary data. This research uses 14 LPD as research sample. The results showed that Credit Growth has positive and significant impact on Profitability, Credit rotation rate does not significantly affect Profitability and credit rotation rate does not moderate credit growth to profitability.

The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative, and the sample in this study is 140 customers. Based on the results of this study concluded that: The regression equation obtained from the research results are as follows: Y = 6.263 + 0.588X1 + 0.574 X2 + e. The value of the termination coefficient R2 = 0.792. This value means that independent and dependent, contributed 79.2% in influencing the dependent variable while the rest was influenced by other variables not examined. The t test is used to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable by looking at the tsig value compared to 0.05. From the table above, the tsig value of X1 is 0.001, and X2 is 0.005. From the tsig value, it is found that the X1 variable has an effect on Y and the X2 variable has an effect on Y, 4). Fsig value 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variables (X1) and (X2) have an effect on the variable (Y) or together have a simultaneous effect

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

This study aims to determine and analyze the ratio of profitability ratios using the ROE ratio at PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk with PT. Martina Berto Tbk. This type of research is a comparative study, with the research sample is the annual financial statements for the last 9 years from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection uses observation, documentation and heritage studies. The data analysis method used is the t-test separated variant test and also using the SPSS program. From the results of the t-test separated variant test with the help of the SPSS program, the calculated t value of 1.971 was obtained. If compared between the value of tcount with ttable, then tcount is smaller than ttable (1,971 2,120). The results of this study concluded that there were differences in profitability ratios between PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk with PT. Martina Berto Tbk. Keywords: Profitability Ratio, ROEPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbandingan rasio profitabilitas dengan menggunakan rasio ROE pada PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk dengan PT. Martina Berto Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian komparatif, dengan sampel penelitian adalah laporan keuangan tahunan selama 9 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2018. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pusaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t-test separated varian dan juga dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dari hasil uji t-test separated varian dengan bantuan program SPSS maka diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 1,971. Jika di bandingkan antara nilai thitung dengan ttabel, maka thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel (1,9712,120). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan rasio profitabilitas antara PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk dengan PT. Martina Berto Tbk.Kata Kunci : Rasio Profitabilitas, ROE
