Purpose. The aim of the article is substantiation of theoretical bases of formation of system of corporate training. Methodology of research. In the process of writing the article are used general scientific methods of economics, based on a systematic approach ‒ analysis, synthesis and graphics (reflecting the author’s vision of the process of forming a corporate learning system), as well as methods of generalization and comparison (describing existing methods of corporate learning). Finding It is established that the system of corporate training determines the resources of staff training, to which we include the knowledge, skills and abilities of mentors; training material that must be mastered to get the result; staff training products, which includes the appropriate level of knowledge of skills and abilities of staff; and also provides for the formation of goals and objectives, principles, functions, factors and methods of corporate learning. It is substantiated that the main methods of corporate learning are: lectures, seminars-debates, educational and theoretical conferences, business games, case-methods, colloquia, round tables, trainings, discussions with division into groups, distance learning, self-study, mentoring, shadowing, bading. Originality. The substantiation of theoretical bases of formation of system of corporate training which, in author’s understanding, should be directed on transformation of resources of training (entrance into system) into products of training (exit) by means of various methods of training of the personnel taking into account influence of external factors has received further development. Practical value. The considered methods of corporate personnel training can be used by Ukrainian enterprises in order to build an effective personnel training system or improve the existing one. Key words: enterprise, corporate learning system, knowledge, skills, lecture, seminar-debate, educational-theoretical conference, business games, case method, colloquium, round table, training, discussion with division into groups, distance learning, self-study, mentoring, shadowing, bading.

This article examines a new tool for staff training – gamification, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as methods for implementing this tool in the personnel training system. Developing of a game situation in the training of employees helps them to be prepared for various situations in the real workflow in the future. Such training becomes more and more relevant with the emergence of a "new generation" of employees. It makes the learning process more interesting, less scientific, and more technologically equipped.

The article presents the experience of mass organization of distance learning in organizations of secondary general and vocational education in March—May 2020 in connection with the difficult epidemiological situation in Russia. The possibilities of the 1C:Education system for organizing the educational process in a distance format, the peculiarities of organizing distance interaction in schools and colleges are considered, the results of using the system are summarized, examples of the successful use of the system in specific educational organizations are given. Based on the questionnaire survey of users, a number of capabilities of the 1C:Education system have been identified, which are essential for the full-fledged transfer of the educational process from full-time to distance learning. The nature and frequency of the use of electronic educational resources in various general education subjects in schools and colleges are analyzed, the importance of the presence in the distance learning system not only of a digital library of ready-made educational materials, but also of tools for creating author’s content is assessed. On the basis of an impersonal analysis of user actions in the system, a number of problems were identified that teachers and students faced in the process of an emergency transition to distance learning.

The development of a modern e-learning system promotes the active introduction of distance education. The organization of a mixed form of education at the department of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy involves an education during the session and using the distance contact between faculty and students during the intersessional period. The information technology system of distance learning is provided by personal computers, video and audio equipment. The web-site of the department presents a set of teaching materials, including curriculas, work programs, lecture notes, test assignments, situational tasks, control and individual course work. Distance learning is supplemented with new teaching materials: web lectures, e-learning textbooks and manuals. Lectures are delivered by faculty members in the form of video conferences or webinars. Consultations are conducted in the on-line mode each week at a certain time by the teachers of the department according to the schedule. The website of the department presents methods for implementing practical skills, video stories of individual urgent states on the pathology of internal organs, demonstrates sets of medicines for seven types of first aid kits to improve the students' knowledge and skills, and to successfully pass the practical part of the state certification of graduates from the discipline "Clinical pharmacy".

The defining role of analytical research of personnel training processes for the transport industry is indicated. In particular, the possibility of using the vicious Knall’s circles to identify problems in the development of transport education is investigated. The traditional functionality of the Knall’s circles has been expanded to the study of the mechanisms of positive development of the research object. Two types of models for describing these processes are proposed and analyzed, taking into account both additive and multiplicative effects of development. Using concrete examples, the methodology for constructing various types of process models, selecting the optimal type of model and predicting development is shown. A systematic approach to the study of transport education is also proposed to be implemented using the tools of cenological analysis, which takes into account all participants in the personnel training system in the industry. The scientific and educational values of transport education allow us to determine the completeness and stability of the educational system, the direction of development (degradation, positive development of the system), the role and place of an individual educational institution in the personnel training system. The cytological study is illustrated by the example of the analysis of the results of the activities of branch railway universities. Scientific and educational self-regulating organizations for training specialists for the regional transport system are considered as one of the mechanisms for managing transport education. It is proposed to create self-regulating organizations of personnel training that regulate the activities of educational institutions, both among themselves and with consumers of educational services.

The article considers an issue of information security of the distance education systems. It analyzes the functions and architecture of the typical distance education system. With considering the requirements of information security it also discusses the university information system for solving the distance learning problems. The author defines valuable assets and information resources and describes the existing security threats. The subjects of interaction in the distance learning mode are presented. There is a consideration of the principal directions of the university’s activity in the distance learning system, requiring constant monitoring of information security. A threat model is worked out and the main security vulnerabilities are highlighted. The analysis of the causes and consequences of information security violation in the distance learning system is carried out and most vulnerable and critical nodes were identified. The hardware and software requirements for the remote mode work are regarded. A recommended list of hardware and software tools that ensure compliance with safety requirements is presented. The major lines of protection for distance learning systems are highlighted. The article proves the necessity of conducting a regular security assessment as a means for monitoring an effectiveness of the protection system.

The urgency of the task of developing tools for neural network analysis of biometric parameters for recognizing the personality and emotions of students of the distance learning system has been substantiated. The necessity of formalizing the architectural solutions used in the creation of software for neural network analysis of biometric parameters is shown. As a result of the research carried out in terms of the UML modeling language, the architecture of the neural network analyzer of biometric parameters has been developed. Diagrams of options for using the neural network analyzer have been developed both for recognizing the personality of a student when entering the system, and for recognizing the personality and emotions of a student in the process of his interaction with the distance learning system. Also, based on the developed use case diagrams, a structural diagram of the analyzer is built. The necessity of including subsystems for determining the functional parameters of the analyzer, registration of biometric parameters, neural network analysis of registered biometric parameters, personality recognition and emotion recognition is substantiated. An original feature of the proposed architectural solutions is the introduction into the neural network analysis subsystem of an integrated analysis module designed to summarize the results of neural network analysis separately for each of the biometric parameters. A rule for making an integrated decision has been developed, taking into account the results of a neural network analysis of each of the registered biometric parameters and the corresponding weight coefficients determined by expert evaluation. The introduction of the integrated analysis module makes it possible to increase the accuracy of recognition of emotions and personality of a student, since the final classification is realized through a generalized assessment of several guaranteed significant biometric parameters. In addition, the use of this module makes it possible to increase the reliability of the neural network analyzer in case of difficulties associated with the registration of a particular biometric parameter. It has been established that the decision-making rule can be improved by using one or more neural networks in the integrated analysis module, designed to generalize the results of the neural network analysis of all registered biometric parameters. It is proposed to correlate the directions of further research with the development of appropriate neural network solutions.
