The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental tutoring on the learning discipline of elementary school students in group, Kelimutu sub-district. The approach in this research is done quantitatively with the research method is correlational research. The research population was all elementary school students in group 1, Kelimutu sub-district, Ende district, as many as 432 students with a purposive sampling technique, so that the sample in this study were students in grades IV-VI of elementary school group 1, Kelimutu district, totaling 80 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire, namely a parent learning guidance questionnaire and a student learning discipline questionnaire. Analysis of research data was carried out to test descriptive statistics, test data normality and test data linearity, as well as test hypotheses. The results showed that the value of the regression equation Y=4.677+0.931 indicates the direction of the regression equation is positive. The value of F count = 325.726 > F table = 3.96 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant effect of the parental tutoring variable on the student learning discipline variable. The coefficient of determination test obtained an Rsquare value of 0.807 or 80.7%, meaning that student learning discipline is influenced by parental tutoring with a magnitude of influence of about 80.7% showing a very strong influence while the rest is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, the higher the parental guidance, the higher the student's learning discipline, on the contrary, the lower the parental guidance, the lower the student's learning discipline.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the overall mathematics learning in several scientific journals at the basic education level "at the basic education level. The method used is meta-analysis, namely a descriptive narrative review or systematic review by analyzing the results. The results of research that have been published nationally relating to the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on elementary school students' mathematics learning The sample in this study is a random sampling technique with a total of thirteen journal articles that have been published nationally in Indonesia with a span of years. 2014-2020 at the basic education level which discusses the writing of experiments on the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in elementary school students' Mathematics learning. The instrument used is a coding data sheet that summarizes the data. and journal information. Based on the analysis of the overall effect value, the average value of the influence is 0.416, which means that it is in the large effect category. The findings of the analysis also show that the problem-based learning model has an influence on Mathematics learning in basic education. This shows the conclusion that the-pl problem based learning model is more effective in learning mathematics compared to the conventional learning model in this study

Soil-Transmitted Helminths (STH) Infection is a worm infection which is transmitted through soil. STH is still a public health problems around the world, including Indonesia. The tropical climates of Indonesia is a suitable environment for viability of STH. The prevalence of STH in Bali since 2003-2007 reached 40.94%-92.4%. The altitude of an area may affect the rate of STH infection. The rate of STH infection is higher on population in highland area compared to lowland area. This study aimed to identify risk factors of STH infection in elementary school students in highland and lowland area in Gianyar Regency. This study used cross sectional analytic design and was conducted in 2016. The total samples of this study were 104 students which were consisted of 53 students in highland area and 51 students in lowland area. The samples were collected using cluster random sampling technique. The specimens were examined using Kato-katz method. The results showed that the prevalence of STH infection in elementary school students in highland area (28.31%) was higher than in lowland area (1.96%). In lowland area, the risk factor could not be clearly identified because there was only one student with a positive STH infection. Meanwhile, the identified dominants risk factors which influence STH infection in highland area were habit of washing hands using soap (AOR=24.99), fingernails cleanliness (AOR= 13.19) and parents income (AOR=18.83).

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This research was conducted with the aim of testing the influence of guided inkuiri strategies assisted by interactive multimedia and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of elementary school students. This research uses quasi experimental design. Research subjects of 60 elementary school students. The instruments used were questionnaires to measure the difference in student learning motivation with a reliability level of Croanbach's alpha 0.891 and a multiple choice assessment instrument with cronbach's alpha reliability level of 0.872. The research data was analyzed using the two way ANOVA method. The results of this study (1) there is an influence of student learning outcomes in the experimental class that get the treatment of interactive multimedia-assisted inkuiri strategies with control classes that get conventional treatment, (2) there is an influence between students in the experimental class and controls that have excellent different learning motivation, and (3) there is an interaction between guided and conventional inkuiri strategies with differences in student learning motivation.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menguji pengaruh strategi inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan multimedia interaktif dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa  SD. Menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen. Subjek 60 siswa SD. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkat perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa dengan tingkat <em>reliability croanbach’s alpha</em> 0,891 dan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar berupa pilihan ganda dengan tingkat <em>reliability cronbach’s alpha</em> 0,872. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode <em>two way</em> ANOVA. Hasil penelitian ini (1) terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan perlakuan strategi inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan multimedia interaktif dengan kelas kontrol mendapatkan perlakuan secara konvensional, (2) terdapat pengaruh antara siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol yang memiliki motivasi berbeda, dan (3) terdapat interaksi antara strategi inkuiri terbimbing dan konvensional dengan perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa.

Amid of the Covid-19 pandemic, our education should be continued. Therefore, the online learning was being implemented at home so the parents would have a role to make the learning continues. This article aims to analyze parents role in elementary students learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data obtained from a questionnaire consisting of 17 statements. The population in this study were parents of elementary school students who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 60 respondents. The results of this study are the percentage of parents role in elementary school student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion of this article is that parents play a good role in elementary school student learning in the Covid-19 pandemic is as teachers, facilitators, motivators, and influencer. This article can be used as literature and other researchers development material.

Reading interest is very important for students in the learning process. This study aimed to determine the correlations between reading self concept and students reading interest. In this study, the researcher used two scales namely scaleof reading self concept, and scale of students interest in reading. The population in this study were all students of grade3,4,5 at X Sleman Elementary School in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study was incidentalsampling with a sample size of 124. The results of the analysis show that there is a correlation between reading self concept and students reading interest with an r value of 0.855 (p = 0.01). It is important for elementary school students to form a reading self concept so that a high reading self concept will increase students reading interest.

This study aims to analyze an effect of the implementation of full day school on learning motivation of elementary school students. The research method used is a mixed research method with explanatory design. The number of samples used were 174 students. The research data were obtained by distributing a full day school application questionnaire and a student learning motivation questionnaire, as well as conducting interviews with students. Furthermore, the data were analyzed quantitatively with simple regression type and inferential statistics. The results showed that has been done, it can be concluded that the implementation of full day and student motivation in Elementary School is already in a good category. This is reinforced by the results of interviews which show that through the implementation of full day school it can have a positive impact, namely that student creativity can be more developed, achievement increases, and students can develop their talents and skills through extracurricular activities, which can then be developed. Make it easier for teachers to deliver material to students because of the time. which is old. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, it was found that there was an influence between the implementation of full day school on student learning motivation in elementary schools, with the percentage contribution of the influence of 61.3% to the dependent variable, and 39.7% influenced by other variables.

This research aims to examine whether Problem Based Learning approach is able to increase the creativity of fourth grade elementary school students.? (2) How to improve the process of student creativity through problem based learning in grade IV elementary school students?. This is a qualitative research in a Classroom Action Research (CAR) type. This research was conducted on the four grade learners at Public Elementary School Bogor city, West Java Province. The result shows that: First, learning outcomes or conceptual understanding on the use of natural resources in Indonesia, for Fourth grade, semester II before applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model in Social Science Subjects (IPS) is still low. Second, the application of the PBL Model in point one is carried out in two cycles. Third, Student learning outcomes in point one after implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model were proven to increase the students’ creativity in social studies learning, for example in cycle I, the average student learning outcomes were 68, then in Cycle II it increased to 78.  AbstractIntroduction : Menarche is the first occurrence of menstruation in the female. The more developing times, the age of menarche is getting earlier. Currently, the average teenage girls have menarche at 11 years old. With psychologically and emotionally unstable and insufficient knowledge of elementary school students, teenage girls are required to be ready for having menarche. Therefore, the readiness in facing menarche is essential to be studied to measure self-readiness if menarche suddenly comes to elementary school students. Furthermore, the knowledge factor, especially about menarche, is important to be conducted a measurement to find out whether there is a relation with readiness in facing menarche in students. Method: This study used an observational analytics method with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples was 53 students, and the sampling technique used the total sampling. The independent variable is knowledge, and the dependent variable is the readiness in facing menarche. This study was conducted on 4th-grade and 5th-grade students in SDN (State Elementary School) Kalurip Purworejo. The data collection technique of the study was conducted online using questionnaires, which were distributed in personal chat to the students and the students' guardians through the Google Form link. The data analysis used the chi-square test. Results: The results of the study show that students' knowledge is in the lack category (52.8%), and students are in the not ready category (62.3%) in facing menarche. The results of the chi-square test show the p-value of 0.000001 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and readiness in facing menarche. The less knowledge the more unprepared it is in facing menarche.

This research was aimed to know the influence of teachers’ expectation and student’s self-efficacy through the student’s learning achievement of the fifth grade elementary school students in Gugus V Cakranegara academic year 2019/2020. This research is correlational research with total population 259 students which separated in 6 schools.The technique of taken the sample used proportionate random sampling with total sample 157 students. The method of collecting the data that used in this research was documentation and questionnaire method. The achievement showed that the simple regression equation formula I was Y=29.674+0.742X1, so it was obtained the value of learning achievement was 29.674 (a=29.674) and the value of teacher’s expectation was (bX1=0.742). Therefore, thesimple regression equation formula II was Y=23.373+0.699X2, so it was obtained the value of learning achievement was 23.373 (a=23.373) and the value of student’S self-efficacy was 0.699 (bX2=0.699). Hence, in the hypothesis III, the dual regression equation formula was Y=25.937+0.319X1+0.401X2, so it was obtained the valueof learning achievement was 25.937 (a=25.937), the value of teacher’s expectationwas 0.319 and student’s self-efficacy was 0.401 (bX1=0.319; bX2=0.401). So it can be concluded that there were influence of teacher’s expectation and student’s self-efficacy through the students learning achievement in the fifth grade elementary school students in Gugus V Cakranegara academic year 2019/2020.

ABSTRACTGuessing game is a part of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), which will create an atmosphere for students to increase the desire to learn languages. However, learning with games makes students undisciplined and requires a long time. This study aims to determine the effect of learning English using a guessing game method on the speaking skills of elementary school students. The study is a one-group pretest-posttest design implemented at the Islamic Elementary School in Yogyakarta. The study sample consisted of 68 students in grade 6 in 2019. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The measured learning outcomes are speaking skills in pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and understanding. The data were processed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the students' speaking skills improved after learning with guessing games. The speaking skills that improved significantly are pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency. Grammar and comprehension, on the other hand, improved but not significantly. The conclusion is that the guessing game can improve the students' speaking skills even though it has not covered all of its aspects.ABSTRAKGame menebak merupakan bagian dari Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) yang akan menciptakan suasana bagi siswa dalam meningkatkan keinginan untuk belajar bahasa. Namun pembelajaran dengan permainan membuat siswa tidak disiplin dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran bahasa Inggris menggunakan metode menebak terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan desain satu grup dengan pre tes dan pasca tes yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Yogyakarta. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 68 siswa kelas 6 tahun 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Hasil belajar yang diukur adalah keterampilan berbicara berupa pengucapan, kosakata, tata bahasa, kefasihan, dan pemahaman. Data diolah menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara siswa meningkat setelah melalui proses pembelajaran dengan permainan tebak-tebakan. Keterampilan berbicara meningkat secara signifikan adalah pengucapan, kosa kata dan kefasihan. Tata bahasa dan pemahaman meningkat tetapi tidak signifikan. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa permainan tebak-tebakan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa meskipun belum mencakup semua aspeknya.
