Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, Pijat Bayi  ABSTRACT In Indonesia, although the history of massage dates back to the ancestors of the past, the baby massage introduced is not a traditional massage performed by a baby shaman or a massage shaman whose massage is not safe. The actual phenomenon in the field proves that the development of Kampung Tulip has not been representative enough as a themed education of the Netherlands Culture. Although some of the rides have been built to match the typical homes of the Netherlands, but the activities and educational nuances have not been visible during the observation period in the field. Therefore, community service activities focused on empowerment to improve the educational tourism governance in the destinations of Tulip Village. Implementative steps that have been carried out include: (1) Exploring the core of the problem in developing Tulip Village through observation and interviews with managers; (2) Providing management recommendations through seminar seminars and training on educational tourism and tourism sustainable management to the managers of Tulip Village; (3) Provision of guidance book for educational tourism development in Tulip Village. Fenomena aktual dilapangan membuktikan bahwa pengembangan Kampung Tulip belum cukup representatif sebagai wisata bertema edukasi Budaya Belanda. Walaupun beberapa wahana telah dibangun menyesuaikan rumah-rumah khas Negeri Belanda, tetapi aktifitas wisata bernuansa edukatif belum begitu terlihat selama masa observasi di lapangan. The unprecedented technological development and economic growth over the past two decades has resulted in streams of rapidly growing electronic waste (e-waste) around the world. As the potential source of secondary raw materials including precious and critical materials, e-waste has recently gained significant attention across the board, ranging from governments and industry, to academia and civil society organizations. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review of the last decade of e-waste literature followed by an in-depth analysis of the application of material flow analysis (MFA) and life cycle assessment (LCA), i.e., two less commonly used strategic tools to guide the relevant stakeholders in efficient management of e-waste. Through a keyword search on two main online search databases, Scopus and Web of Science, 1835 peer-reviewed publications were selected and subjected to a bibliographic network analysis to identify and visualize major research themes across the selected literature. The selected 1835 studies were classified into ten different categories based on research area, such as environmental and human health impacts, recycling and recovery technologies, associated social aspects, etc. With this selected literature in mind, the review process revealed the two least explored research areas over the past decade: MFA and LCA with 33 and 31 studies, respectively. A further in-depth analysis was conducted for these two areas regarding their application to various systems with numerous scopes and different stages of e-waste life cycle. The study provides a detailed discussion regarding their applicability, and highlights challenges and opportunities for further research.

AbstractThe recently concluded 2019 World Swimming Championships was another major swimming competition that witnessed some great progresses achieved by human athletes in many events. However, some world records created 10 years ago back in the era of high-tech swimsuits remained untouched. With the advancements in technical skills and training methods in the past decade, the inability to break those world records is a strong indication that records with the swimsuit bonus cannot reflect the real progressions achieved by human athletes in history. Many swimming professionals and enthusiasts are eager to know a measure of the real world records had the high-tech swimsuits never been allowed. This paper attempts to restore the real world records in Men’s swimming without high-tech swimsuits by integrating various advanced methods in probabilistic modeling and optimization. Through the modeling and separation of swimsuit bias, natural improvement, and athletes’ intrinsic performance, the result of this paper provides the optimal estimates and the 95% confidence intervals for the real world records. The proposed methodology can also be applied to a variety of similar studies with multi-factor considerations.
