Introduction. The resource potential of Ukraine in the formation of supply of high quality agricultural products gives grounds to assert its importance in the world market. The purpose of the paper is explores the question the current state and prospects for the development of the legal framework for the organization of exchange trade in agricultural products in Ukraine. Laws, regulations, concepts related to exchange activities are considered. Results. The author defines the concepts, types and features of the organization and functioning of commodity exchanges in Ukraine; found out the benefits of stock trading; the agrarian exchange isdistinguished and characterized. The article analyzes the actsof economic legislation in the sphere of regulation of the stock exchange trade in agricultural products in Ukraine, identifies its main shortcomings and gaps. The development and place of the agrarian exchange among domestic commodity exchanges are analyzed, the main reasons of inefficient functioning of the agrarian exchange are revealed and concrete measures for overcoming inefficient functioning of the agrarian market are offered. The main task of agricultural exchanges is to provide services in concluding exchange agreements on agricultural products, identifying commodity prices, demand and supply of agricultural products. It is substantiated that with the help of the exchange trade mechanism conditions are created for the formation of the fairest market price for agricultural products, which determines the prospects of the exchange trade mechanism in Ukraine and the world. Conclusion. The analysis of the current state of legal regulation and the system of organization of exchange trading in agricultural products in Ukraine leads to a conclusion that in Ukraine at the present stage of development there is no proper system for the organization of stock exchange trading in agricultural products, which is caused by the shortcomings of the economic legislation in the field of legal regulation of stock exchange trade in agricultural products in Ukraine systematic legal mechanism and insufficient efficiency of stock exchange infrastructure. The article presents the necessity of elaboration of the state concept of development of exchange trading in agricultural products in Ukraine, expansion of exchange infrastructure, introduction of electronic system of exchange trading, further development of Ukraine and integration to the world financial system.

In the article analyzes the development of the domestic stock market. It is substantiated that crop futures are a derivative financial instrument on the stock exchange, which provides for the obligation of its seller or buyer to periodically transfer sums of money to the opposite party depending on changes in the market price of grain, and (or) the obligation delivery of grain on time. It is determined that only under the conditions of joint efforts on the part of the state, the exchange community, participants of the agrarian market that will allow bringing the exchange commodity market closer to civilized bases.

<div><p class="Standard"><em>The article deals with the current state of travel journalism on Ukrainian TV channels. The article describes the chronological formation and development of travel journalism on Ukrainian television as a new thematic area on domestic TV channels. Through the study of the evolution of travel programs, we can see the modern features of new travel programs and claim that modern travel programs on Ukrainian television are better and more interesting than their predecessors in the 90s and early 2000s. Each of the programs we have analyzed has its own peculiarity, which may consist in geographical coverage, thematic specificity, mastery of the presenters and more. But all these programs combine the element of travel and cognitive nature. Most of the TV shows on Ukrainian television appeared in 2011. Some of these programs were only translated for one season, while others are still broadcasted. These are the programs «Inside Out» by Dmitry Komarov and «The Eagle and the Rescue». The secret to the success of these broadcasts is authentic content, interesting program design, and, of course, mastery of the presenters. And if in the program «Eagle and Rescue» pairs of presenters are constantly changing, then in «Inside the World» the author and host of the program remains unchanged. Moreover, Dmitry Komarov’s awareness and rating is constantly growing, which gives reason to speak about his remarkable authority and skill, as well as good selected countries for travel and program format. The originals are also Eurochekin and Zarobitchany programs, where, in addition to traveling, the presenters reveal the peculiarities of living and working abroad. These transfers are of significant importance, because in Eurochekin, the presenters highlight the features of traveling abroad by own car, and in the «Earnings» – the specifics of work and earnings in different countries. In general, the results of the study indicate that modern travel programs are on the verge of a new stage of development.</em></p></div><p class="Standard"><strong><em>Key words:</em></strong><em> travel journalism, travel shows, travel shows, travel, TV channels.</em></p>

Annotation. Introduction. At the present stage of development of the world is the rapid functioning of all spheres of society. Based on this, today society seeks to be progressive, modern, and therefore the world introduces us to a new type of money that is gaining popularity – cryptocurrency. Currently, humanity is aimed at finding a more progressive way of realization of any financial transactions with minimal risk. Now, the cryptocurrency is in the same city, where was the first paper money during the popularization of the concept of “printing money”. That is why, after a certain period of time cryptocurrency calculations become commonplace. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to consider cryptocurrency as the currency of the future financial system and possible prospects for its future development in Ukraine and the world. Results. The article discusses the theoretical aspects and history of cryptocurrency as currency future financial system. The main types of cryptocurrencies, the process of their creation, which is based on the solution of computers to complex mathematical problems and their entry into the market, are identified. The advantages and disadvantages of using cryptocurrencies are studied, as well as its feature as decentralization, which distinguishes it from other currencies. It is emphasized that in the world, so far, there is no consensus on the further strategy for the development of cryptocurrency in the world, its legalization and legality of use, thus analyzing the legal status of cryptocurrency in different countries and prospects for use. The legal regulation of cryptocurrencies in Ukraine in accordance with the norms of Ukrainian legislation is considered. The peculiarities of the functioning of virtual currencies in Ukraine are highlighted. Conclusions. Cryptocurrency inevitably and actively popularized worldwide in furthering decade. In some areas, such as online gaming business, this kind of currency has found its application in full. In Ukraine, there is everything necessary for legal operations with cryptocurrencies, but it is at the legislative level that there is a problem that prevents the active distribution and use of such currencies. The situation when cryptocurrency is not banned, but also not allowed, is an additional reason for fraudulent schemes. Legal entities and individuals who want or are able to use cryptocurrency is not protected. Similarly, the state can not get taxes from prospective activities. That is why the need for a clear establishment of the concept of “Cryptocurrency” by the law of Ukraine and the creation of mechanisms for regulating any activity with cryptocurrencies at the legislative level, are the priority state tasks at present. The current stage of development of society is a crisis for Ukrainian enterprises. The crisis of the coronavirus COVID-19 became a crisis for the Ukrainian economy, which shook the world market and the Ukrainian market in particular. Of particular relevance are the development and application in the practice of Ukrainian enterprises of such a system of strategic management, the main purpose of which would be to ensure sustainable and most efficient operation of the business entity in the modern period, as well as creating and ensuring high development potential in the future. "Amplifier" of negative trends in the world economy - the COVID-19 pandemic. The article studies the essence of the scientific category "strategic management". Strategic management has focused on improving the efficiency of the market enterprise, which operates in conditions of uncertainty of the external environment. A number of problems accompanies effective management of economic stability of the enterprise, but despite this, the authors highlighted a number of advantages of strategic management of economic stability of the enterprise. In order to ensure the effectiveness of strategic management of economic stability, depending on the current state of the enterprise, a developed system of strategic management of economic stability in the form of a structural and logical scheme has proposed. The effectiveness of strategic management of economic stability of the enterprise depends mainly on the complexity and completeness of its implementation, the organization of coherence and relationship between all elements of the management system, the adequacy of methods used to assess economic stability and diagnose negative impacts. It has revealed, that the main difficulty from the standpoint of strategic management of economic stability of the enterprise is monitoring among the whole set of elements of the system of symptoms of crisis processes that lead to loss of economic stability, as well as managing them to neutralize. The prospect of further research is the development of scientific and methodological approaches to measuring the economic stability of the enterprise based on a comprehensive assessment of all components using the scientific method of integrated assessment based on balanced scores.

The analysis of separate tools for the visualization of movement of cryptocurrency values, and also identification of users who carried out the corresponding transactions has been carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of cryptocurrency from the point of view of offenders and law enforcement agencies have been studied. The main directions of using cryptocurrency in a criminal environment have been determined. The current state and perspectives of normative and legal regulation of cryptocurrency in Ukraine have been analyzed. Theoretical principles of cryptocurrency functioning have been studied. The basic concepts used in this area have been revealed. The properties of cryptocurrency have been described. The mechanism of its issuance of guaranteeing pseudo-anonymity while working with cryptocurrency has been outlined. Some features of blockchain technology and formation of cryptocurrency addresses have been revealed. It has been noted that one of the first and most well-known cryptocurrency is bitcoin. The format of bitcoin address presentation has been described. It has been emphasized that bitcoin wallet software can operate with any number of addresses or each address can be served by a separate wallet. The technology of mixing transactions and the method of increasing the anonymity of CoinJoin have been described. The authors have revealed the possibilities of separate services intended for the analysis of cryptocurrency transactions (Maltego, Bitconeview, Bitiodine, OpReturnTool, Blockchain.info, Anyblockanalytics.com, Chainalysis, Elliptic, Ciphertrace, Blockchain Inspector). The process of risk assessment and construction of visual chains of cryptocurrency transactions has been demonstrated on the example of the “Crystal Expert” service. Different types of bitcoin addresses’ holders and risk levels have been described. The main and additional investigation tools used on the “Crystal Expert” platform have been revealed. Based on the conducted analysis, the authors have defined the main tasks for law enforcement agencies at the current stage of development of cryptocurrency. The basic requirements for tools designed for cryptocurrency analysis have been outlined. The authors have suggested some measures of law enforcement agencies’ respond to threats related to cryptocurrency.

According to the Millennium Development Goals, approved by the UN in 2000, it is necessary to eradicate hunger in the 21st century, while solving the environmental problems that have accumulated over the past hundred years. The international community sees a way out in the development of a “green” economy, an integral part of which is agriculture. The current state of technology development enables the use of innovative methods of agricultural activities, including biotechnology. However, the consequences of their use for humans and the environment are completely unknown. Biotechnologies make it possible to obtain agricultural products with pre-defined characteristics, adapt their cultivation and production to unfavorable natural conditions, and increase labor productivity. But at the same time, the UN and FAO strategic planning documents note that produced agricultural products shall be safe for human health, and agricultural activities shall have a minimal impact on the environment. Therefore, the need for the formation and development of a model of “green” agriculture is justified at the international level. In Russia, attention is also paid to the production of products that are as safe as possible for both humans and the environment. At the same time, the current state of legal regulation of “green” agriculture does not allow us to speak about the formed effective model of legal regulation of the production of environmentally safe agricultural products. Legal problems and conflicts of the current legislation do not allow our country to take a competitive position in the international market of agricultural products. The purpose of this article is to provide a legal analysis of the current legislation and identify possible solutions to the legal problems of “green” agriculture, as well as to form a conceptual model of its legal regulation. Using the methods of comparative analysis, legal hermeneutics, and legal modeling, a legal analysis of the modern legal regulation of “green” agriculture is carried out and a conceptual model of its legal regulation is determined, based on which proposals for improving legislation in the considered sphere of public relations are formulated.

The article deals with the current state of development of processing industry of agroindustrial complex in conditions of integration into the world economic space. The economic indicators of the development of processing enterprises of agrarian sphere are analyzed. The main problems of development of enterprises of processing industries of the agroindustrial complex are investigated. The draft order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approving the Strategy for Exporting Agricultural Products, Food and Processing Industry of Ukraine to 2026" was explored. The strategic directions of development of export of food products for the future are determined. The practice of setting up subsidiaries for dairy factories to provide their own high quality dairy raw materials is investigated. The measures for the adaptation of the enterprises of the processing industry in the conditions of integration into the globalized globalized space are proposed. Developed proposals for the industrial restructuring of distilleries with their reorientation to bioethanol production. The mechanisms of complex restructuring of enterprises of certain processing industries of agroindustrial complex are determined. The perspective directions of development of processing enterprises of agrarian sphere are determined.

The article considers the current state of the garlic market in the world. It is determined that garlic is one of the most widely used crops in the world and has a wide range of uses, which makes it a promising object of business interests. An overview of the dominant trends in the production of garlic, the capacity of the world market, price aspects and formed the top 5 countries-exorcists of this product. The trend of gradual growth of volumes of deliveries and currency earnings has been recorded. The tendencies of export-import circulation of garlic are analyzed, features of production and realization of this product in Ukraine are determined. The key problems of domestic garlic are outlined. A description of the varietal conglomeration of domestic garlic selection was carried out. On the basis of author's data, the calculation of the efficiency of using different planting material and landing schemes was made. Also calculated the expediency of storing garlic in vegetable stores and selling it in winter. On the basis of which are summarized the main vectors of the organization of profitable garlic business in the countryside. According to the results of the conducted research, a number of problematic factors that restrain the effective development of this industry in Ukraine are proposed and the key paradigmatic directions of their solution are proposed.

The construction of railways in Russia, as well as throughout the world, contributed to the emergence of numerous new areas of social life, including stimulating the emergence of previously unknown new sectors of the economy. On the basis of a historical review, the mission of the railways in improving the Russian society is considered, the spheres of influence on public life, aesthetic education and enrichment of the appearance of the landscape, the development of the sphere of enlightenment and education, missionary work, and service are listed. Examples of solving the problem of long-distance year-round communication, regardless of the climate, main communication across the vastness of Russia, the creation of a special tradition of transportation, which determined the still living everyday style of life of Russian railways, are given.Having spawned a new tradition of messages, people have created a different system of relationships with the world. The railway has played a leading role in this and has a long and honorable history, it is a great chronicle of heroism, labor, scientific thought and culture.The study is devoted to the initial stage of development of railways and aspects of their impact on the life of Russians. The following will describe the historical events that predetermined the current state of domestic railways in the context of the everyday life of compatriots.

The modern stock exchange is an indicator of the efficiency of capital movements and rapid economic development. The stock market is a powerful platform for realizing opportunities to mobilize financial resources and the emergence of a number of new competitive investment instruments. Given this, the purpose of the article is to assess the current state of the Ukrainian stock market in the process of its globalization into the world environment. The analysis of the stock market of Ukraine conducted in the article makes it possible to state that its functional and institutional aspects clearly reflect the dependence of effective functioning on state influence. The key evidence of this is the negative results of the interdependence of GDP growth and stock market operations, as the stock market in recent years has not fulfilled its main functions – increasing liquidity of corporate finances and increasing the solvency of domestic business. It is noted that for the successful operation of the stock market it is necessary not only to attract the resources of foreign investors and strengthen investors’ protection, but also to improve the market infrastructure to the modern level. The focus is made on the main sources of attracting resources to the stock market, among which stocks, bonds and investment certificates still remain, which reflects the inconsistency of domestic standards with global needs and standards. The indicators presented in the article confirm this statement and characterize the unfavorable situation on the domestic securities market. Indicative in this situation is the negative balance of non-residents' investments in the Ukrainian economy through stock market instruments in recent years, and thus the increase in capital outflows of foreign investors. It is emphasized that the share of the Ukrainian stock market in the world is insignificant, which is destructive, given the geographical, production and labor resources concentrated in the country. At the same time, there is a lack of Ukrainian capital to meet domestic production needs. Conclusions are made on the need for further development of the stock market in Ukraine, as well as recommendations for improving the state of the stock market of Ukraine and the inflow of foreign capital in the future.
