AbstrakRepresentasi ideologi pesantren dalam cerpen Kang Maksum karya A. Mustofa Bisri dianalisis menggunakan teori representasi dan makna diungkap dengan menggunakan teori semiotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan representasi ideologi pesantren yang membangun makna tentang kehidupan pesantren dalam cerpen Kang Maksum. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode deskriptif digunakan sebagai prosedur pemecahan masalah yang sedang diselidiki dengan pemahaman dan penafsiran dalam pandangan Teori Semiotik Saussure berdasarkan fakta yang didapat dalam teks. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam cerpen Kang Maksum Karya A. Mustofa Bisri didapat representasi santri ideal, representasi pendidikan Islami, dan makna representasi ideologi pesantren sebagai suatu kehidupan Islami dalam dunia pendidikan.Kata kunci: representasi, pesantren, ideologi AbstractThe representation of pesantren ideology in the short story of Kang Maksum by A. This study aims to reveal the representation of pesantren ideology that builds meaning about life in pesantren in Kang Maksum short story. The research method using descriptive methods as a problem solving procedure that being investigated with understanding and interpretation in the Saussure's semiotic theory based on facts obtained in the text. The analysis showed that in the short story of Kang Maksum by A. Mustofa Bisri obtained an ideal santri representation, representation of Islamic education, and the meaning of Islamic boarding school ideology as Islamic teaching in the world of education.Keyword: representation, pesantren, ideology

Kegiatan dakwah ialah suatu aktivitas yang mendorong umat manusia untuk memperkuat keyakinannya kepada Allah SWT dan agar umat yang belum memeluk ajaran Islam juga dapat memeluk ajaran agama Islam dengan menggunakan cara yang bijaksana melalui materi ajaran syariat Islam, supaya mereka mendapatkan kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam ialah suatu kegiatan dakwah yang di pimpin langsung oleh sesepuh pondok pesantren azzayniyyah ialah KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. Pengajian kitab al-Hikam ini di dalamnya membahas tentang permasalahan kehidupan manusia seperti masalah hati (qolbu), akhlak, iman, dan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyampayan dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam di pondok pesantren azzayniyyah dan untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam kitab al-Hikam. Landasan teori yang digunakan ialah teori M. Munir tentang dakwah bil-Lisan al-Hal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, ialah dengan menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam yang di lakukan oleh KH. Aang Abdullah Zein di anggap cukup berhasil, karena jamaah memberikan respon yang baik atau positif dan jamaah yang hadir setiap bulan slalu meningkat atau lebih banyak.Da'wah activity is an activity that encourages mankind to strengthen his belief in Allah SWT and so that people who have not embraced the teachings of Islam can also embrace the teachings of Islam by using a wise way through Islamic teaching material, so that they get happiness in the world and the hereafter. Study of the market of the book al-Hikam is a missionary activity led directly by the azzayniyyah boarding school elders is KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. This study of al-Hikam in it discusses the problems of human life such as the problem of the heart (qolbu), morals, faith, and Islam.  Thep of this study is to determine the delivery of da'wah through the study of the market of the book al-Hikam in azzayniyyah boarding school and to find out the messages of da'wah in the book of al-Hikam. The cornerstone of the theory used is M. Munir's theory about the da'wah bil-Lisan al-Hal. This research method uses descriptive, is to describe the actual situation through data collection conducted using interview techniques, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate that preaching through the study of the book market al-Hikam conducted by KH. Aang Abdullah Zein was considered quite successful, because worshipers gave good or positive responses and worshipers who were present every month always increased or more.

Human is the creation of Allah swt who have morals, potentials, orientations, and tendencies toward positive and negative things. It is a characteristic and moral tied in every human. To neutralize and create a better human which is in accordance with the main purposes of  His creator, it needs specific ways to maintain a pure human appearance in their daily life. One of the ways to return and maintain their pureness is through dhikr. It has been implemented by one of the traditional educational institutions in East Aceh, namely the Islamic Boarding School Asasul Islamiyah and the Islamic Boarding School Darul Muta'allimin. In addition, besides teaching a religious subject as the main subject matter, they are also having daily dhikr-routine, before and after praying, and it becomes the main purpose to develop students’ morals. This study explores the implementation of dhikr as a development toward Islamic boarding school’s students’ daily morals in East Aceh regency, with aims (1) To figure out what kind of the several dhikr in the Islamic Boarding School Asasul Islamiyah and Islamic boarding school Darul Muta'allimin, East Aceh regency, (2) To figure out a mechanism of implementing dhikr in the Islamic boarding school Asasul Islamiyah and the Islamic boarding school Darul Muta'allimin, East Aceh, (3) To know an implication dhikr toward daily morals’ development in Islamic boarding school Asasul Islamiyah and Islamic boarding school Darul Muta'allimin, East Aceh. This present study is qualitative research which is used as a field research method and uses primary and secondary data. The data collection methods used are observations and interviews. The present study found that the varied of dhikr words which are pointed in Islamic boarding school Asasul Islamiyah and Islamic boarding school Darul Muta'allimin, East Aceh Regency is istighfar, tauhid (لا اله الا الله), tasbih, tahlil, shalawat (remembering The Prophet), yassin, reciting Al-Qur’an verses and having a close-by reciting do’a. The mechanisms of implementing dhikr used in both Islamic boarding schools, methodology and time, are similar; using dhikr dzahir and dhikr sirri, in addition, the time is daily; before and after praying. Moreover, one of the dhikr implications toward the students’ daily morals development is enhancing Islamic spirituality through remembering Allah SWT in order to form a balancing life between the world and the day after, also have good morals toward humans (habl min al-nās)  and Allah SWT (habl min Allāh).

This research was conducted to analyze and describe the application of Sufistic culture to moral elevation in the formation of moral elevation of students at the Putra Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School in Jombang, East Java. The location of the study was carried out by the Islamic boarding school male Tebuireng Jombang. The research method used is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis and triangulation techniques. The research respondents consisted of 30 people aged 16-24 years. The results showed that the application of Sufistic culture to the moral elevation of male students and the formation of moral elevation in the world of pesantren education needed a consistent process and support from all parties. namely the creed, sharia, and morals as a support for the occurrence of moral elevation.

AbstractDemocracy about education in which many problems often occur, one of which is a problem that often occurs in the world of education according to the observations of researchers, such as schools, especially teachers often become a reference of many things that are not desired by the community. When children depend on watching television, it is the school that is targeted because it is considered not to provide maximum media education. When brawls often occur, it is the school that is highlighted the most because schools lack instill education in values. When people do not know much about technology, it is also the school that is the focus because of inattention to the times, and there are still many other examples of problems. The purpose of this study is to find out what is a democratic concept in Islam and to explain democratic education according to Islam. The research method used is a grounded theory method that uses data from materials that are a library (library research), where the author reads and studies books or literature relating to the problem under study. The principles of Islamic democracy towards Islamic education are: There is freedom for educators and students, which freedom here includes: freedom of work, freedom to develop potential and freedom of opinion. Similarities with students in Islamic education. Because Islam provides equal opportunities for all students to get an education or study. Respect for the dignity of individuals in Islamic education. Keywords: Democracy; Discussion; Education; Value.    Abstrak Demokrasi mengenai pendidikan yang mana banyak permasalahan yang sering terjadi salah satunya adalah masalah yang sering terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan menurut hasil pengamatan peneliti, seperti: sekolah terutama guru sering menjadi rujukan dari banyak hal yang tidak diinginkan masyarakat. Ketika anak-anak ketergantungan menonton televisi, sekolahlah yang yang menjadi sasaran karena dianggap tidak memberikan pendidikan media yang maksimal. Ketika sering terjadi tawuran, sekolahlah yang paling disorot karena sekolah kurang menanamkan pendidikan nilai. Ketika masyarakat tidak mengenal jauh teknologi, sekolahlah juga yang menjadi tumpuan karena kurang perhatian terhadap perkembangan zaman, dan masih banyak contoh masalah-masalah yang lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep demokratis dalam Islam dan untuk menjelaskan pendidikan demokratis menurut Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode teori dasar yang menggunakan data dari bahan-bahan yaitu bersifat kepustakaan (library research), dimana penulis membaca dan mempelajari buku-buku atau literatur yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Prinsip demokratis dalam Pendidikan Islam yaitu: Adanya kebebasan bagi pendidik dan peserta didik, yang mana kebebasan di sini meliputi: kebebasan berkarya, kebebasan mengembangkan potensi dan kebebasan berpendapat. Persamaan terhadap peserta didik dalam pendidikan Islam. Karena, Islam memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi semua peserta didik untuk mendapatkan pendidikan atau belajar. Penghormatan akan martabat individu dalam pendidikan Islam.  Kata Kunci: Demokrasi; Musyawarh; Pendidikan; Nilai.

Abstract: Islamic education is an important part in the world of education. Because humans not only need knowledge, but also need spiritual power of religion to form a whole human being (insan kamil) in accordance with Islamic norms. This study discusses "Islamic Education Values ??Contained in the Qur'an, Surat Ali Imran Verse 37". Research method in this study used literature review research. In this study, researchers found that the concepts of Islamic educational values ??are a collection of life principles, teachings about how humans should carry out their lives in the world, one principle with each other related to forming a unified whole that is inseparable inherent in Islamic education which is used as a basis for humans to achieve the goals of human life that is to be a human being and serve God Almighty. There are two types of Islamic educational values, namely Ilahiyah values ??and Insaniyah values. The results of this study the researchers concluded that the values ??of Islamic education contained in al-Qur'an Surah Ali Imran verse 37: 1). Ilahiyah Values, such as, Faith, Islam, piety, sincerity, trust, gratitude and patience. 2). Insaniyah values ??include al-ukhuwah, tawadhu ', al-wafa, husnudzan., Al-amanah, and al-munfiqun.

This study aims to describe the concept of Islamic education thought by Ibn Sina and Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah. The development of Islamic education thinking is important to improve and develop the quality of Islamic education in schools so that they can compete at the international level. The research method is descriptive qualitative and the data collection technique is a library study. The results of this study illustrate that there are fundamental differences from the concept of Islamic education thought both initiated by Ibn Sina and Ibn Qayyim, Ibn Sina's own thoughts are more inclined to the application of knowledge that is adapted to the age level of the child, while Ibn Qayyim's thinking is more inclined to inculcating values ​​of faith and the use of reason to develop children's thinking horizons. However, the thoughts of the two Muslim figures can still be used as a relevant reference in developing Islamic education in Muslim countries around the world, one of which is in Indonesia.

Arabic has a special place among the other languages of the world because Arabic is the language of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of Rasulullah SAW. To learn it, ulama agreed to put sharf and nahwu (qawaid) as the basis. One book that discusses is Alfiyah which is the book of Imam Jamaluddin Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Malik. In presenting qawaid in that kitab, the teacher requires special methods and strategies. For that by using descriptive qualitative research method, this research illustrates that a teacher at Madrasah Diniyah Wustha Al-Muayyad Surakarta using three methods, 1) qawaid wa tarjamah method, 2) Tahfidh wa Tasmi' method, and 3) lecturing method. Then, within each of these methods are translated into several strategies. The implementation of this strategy tailored to the Madrasah Diniyah Wustha at the environment Al-Muayyad boarding school in Surakarta.

Soleh Iskandar dalam membangun kolaborasi dan kerja sama lembaga pesantren. dikemudian tercatat dalam sejarah mampu memprakarsai lahirnya wadah kerja sama pondok pesantren di Indonesia. Islamic education in Indonesia, the majority is rooted in the education model of an Islamic boarding school. In the world of pesantren, the position of the yellow book is very strategic because the yellow book is the book references and the curriculum in the education system. Nahwu and Shorrof are the initial keys to mastering the yellow book, but the problem is, many students, especially early childhood students and beginners, they find it difficult to learn Nahwu and Shorof, while the two fans are the key to being able to read the yellow book. with 3 (three) data collection techniques, namely; observation, interview and documentation. The analysis technique in this research is to use qualitative data analysis consisting of 1) data reduction; 2) data presentation, and 3) conclusions, where the process took place circularly during the study. The results showed that the preparation of the method was based on the unrest that occurred in the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School and the Al-Miftah Lil ‘Ulum method in the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School well organized, both internally and externally.

This research aims to know the implementation of the management of boarding school in "Modern MBS Yogyakarta and relevance to the goals of Islamic education. The research method used is the research field (field research) with the kind of qualitative research. The technique of data collection by observation, interview and documentation in-depth while testing the validity of data using triangular engineering resources. The results of this study indicate that by looking at the concept of management of Islamic education, boarding school management in MBS Yogyakarta has significant relevance to the purposes of Islamic education conceptually as well as Islamic education values on the fulfillment aspects of competence of learners from the national education goals. Keywords: Management Of Islamic Education, Boarding School, The Goals Of Islamic Education Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen boarding school di Ponpes Modern MBS Yogyakarta dan relevansinya dengan tujuan pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan ialah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam sedangkan pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan melihat konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam, manajemen boarding school di MBS Yogyakarta memiliki relevansi yang signifikan dengan tujuan pendidikan Islam secara konseptual maupun nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam pada pemenuhan aspek kompetensi peserta didik yang dikembangkan dari tujuan pendidikan Nasional.
