Indonesia has nations and culture scattered around 17,000 ranges island, starting from sabang to the west, to marauke to the east irian jaya.Life the people in indonesia has the pattern formed based on the influence of local culture place they live.This means culture and style community life in indonesia varies.One of the influential in the life of people will examined is a culture and the community mores their kuta, kabupaten ciamis, west java. Their customary kuta shows a pattern spread out and did not feel certain .This research aims to review the application of local cultural factors in the life of the indigenous people of kampung kuta . The methodology that was used is mixed methods , with a design research used in this research was sequential exploratory designs .The data collection was done by interviews , observation and spreading kampung kuta watchful such research to the community. Results or research is the their kuta always apply cultural factors and customstheir kuta in her life, starting with the smallest to great things though because people would hold fast in culture pamali. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengentahui tugas pokok Bidang Kaderisasi DPW PKS Jawa Barat, untuk mengetahui proses tahapan dan sistem model kaderisasi PKS yang marhalah (berjenjang), untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan data dalam memebentuk kader pemimpin Islami Bidang Kaderisasi DPW PKS Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskrptif kualitatif dengan tekinik pengeumpulan data berupa wawancara terstrurktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model kaderisi dalam menciptakan pemimpin Islami melalui tahapan-tahapan pembinaan kader yang marhalah (berjenjang). Yaitu, Pertama, ta’lim proses pembelajaran yang mana bertujuan para kader diberikan kurikulum kaderisiasi partai. Kedua, Tandzhim yang mana setelah pembelajaran diharapkan para kader dapat mengasah dan mengimplementasikan hasil kurikulum kaderisasi. Ketiga, taqwin para kader harus dapat menginternalisasi ajaran Islam dalam partai maupun kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. This research was conducted to identify the main tasks of the West Java PKS DPW Cadre Field Division, to find out the stages and stages of the PKS cadre model model that is marhalah (tiered), to find out and obtain data in forming the Islamic leaders cadre of the West Java PKW DPW Cadre. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the cadre model in creating Islamic leaders through the stages of training cadres who are marhalah (tiered). That is, First, ta'lim the learning process in which the cadres aim to be given a party cadre curriculum. Second, Tandzhim which after learning is expected that the cadres can hone and implement the results of the regeneration curriculum. Third, taqwin of cadres must be able to internalize the teachings of Islam in the party and the life of the nation and state.

Community service this time aims to motivate the community to utilize the house yard into land for family medicinal plants (TOGA). The method used is in the form of counseling and data collection on plants that are usually planted by residents. Counseling is done by lecturing by distributing reading material in the form of material handouts delivered. And data collection is done by discussing with the people who attended the event. The target of this service is the women of recitation in Giri Ayu Village, Giriawas Village, Garut Regency, West Java. The results of this community service are able to understand related to the utilization of family medicinal plants that can be used for prevention.

The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the variables that determine the success of implementing dynamic governance in West Java. This research was conducted qualitatively using a literature review research design. The data obtained were then analyzed following the steps of qualitative data analysis by Miles, Huberman & Saldana. The results of this study reveal that there are at least four elements that contribute significantly to the success of dynamic governance in West Java, namely the typical pentahelix collaboration, creative funding, digital government, and the Jabar Open Data program. The implications of this study confirm two things. First, program forms in dynamic governance are based on problems in the local environment, so that each region has a different type of program. It's just that in principle the program must be adaptive and accommodating. Second, the design of dynamic governance is the most reliable design for the needs and conditions of the people of West Java today. It could be that the design of agile governance will be adopted by the West Java Provincial Government when dynamic governance is deemed irrelevant and unsolvable.

<p class="E-JOURNALHeading1"><em>Palm vinegar is one of the processed products from a type of plant from the Arecaceae family, namely Arenga pinnata. </em><em>Arenga</em><em> vinegar is used by the people of the Kuta traditional village as a traditional medicine to treat a disease or prevent disease, this is based on folk knowledge, experience and ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation in using plants as medicine. However, their utilization practices have not been published, identified and documented. Therefore, this study aims to describe the stages of making </em><em>arenga</em><em> vinegar and the practice of using it as a traditional medicine in Kuta Traditional Village. This research was conducted in Kuta Traditional Village, Tambak Sari District, Karangpaningga</em><em>l</em><em> Village, Ciamis Regency, in January-February 2021. This research is qualitative research </em><em>study </em><em>using </em><em>the</em><em> phenomenological </em><em>method</em><em>, the data collection technique used in this study </em><em>are </em><em>passive participation and active participation</em><em> observation</em><em>, semi-structured interviews with 4 people, </em><em>namely</em><em> 3 men and 1 woman</em><em>, and</em><em> document studies</em><em> were carried out</em><em>. The results showed that the </em><em>arenga vinegar making stages</em><em> in Kuta Traditional Village includes the process of lodong</em><em> sterilizer</em><em>, tapping </em><em>arenga juice</em><em>, filtering </em><em>arenga juice, </em><em>storing and fermenting</em><em> arenga juice</em><em>. As for its use, </em><em>arenga </em><em>vinegar is believed to be a traditional medicine such as types of fever, aches, liver, diabetes, stomach acid and external wounds.</em></p>

The Rojhek Cingur program was one of the Nada FM radio broadcast programs produced and broadcasted for the first time in 2016. The program discussed the values ​​and local culture of Madura delivered by the people, which was then combined with the news of cultural issues developing across the people. This research used descriptive qualitative type. The main informant of the study were the broadcaster of the Rojhek Cingur program and the Nada FM radio station manager. The data collection technique of this research was carried out by interview, documentation and observation. While the data analysis technique consisted of data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The data validation used data triangulation. The result showed that the Rojhek Cingur program was one of the Nada FM radio programs discussed cultural values. The role of Rojhek Cingur Nada FM radio program were (1) Rojhek Cingur was a rehabilitation of Madura culture, (2) Rojhek Cingur was an education and cultural socialization, and (3) Rojhek Cingur was an unifying media. The pattern of communication between broadcaster and Rojhek Cingur program listeners were (1) Two-way communication patterns (two way traffic communicatios), and (2) Multi-directional communication patterns.   Keywords: Mass Communication, Rujak Cingur program, Local Culture.

Customary village is small group of people who still survive and consistently preserve the culture and belief of their ancestors. Local cultural values deserve to be promoted to the application of character education in school. The qualitative research understanding the life and local cultural values is carried out in the people of Kampung Adat Cirendeu in West Java. The local culture of the Kampung Adat Cirendeu people holds the principle of ngindung ka waktu and mibapa ka jaman which has the meaning of maintaining identity but still keeping abreast of the times. One of the local cultural values that still preserves until today is the culture of cassava-based food as a substitute for rice. This culture has been going on for a century and become an inspiration for the national food diversification program. One of the preservation efforts is through the example of their ancestors. Promotion and granting food culture values to the character education in schools involve various educational stakeholders (teachers, educators, governments, people, and customary peoples) that should give an example to the students. The most effective method is to form students with character and in the end they will be familiar with local food culture and does not depend on rice. Keywords: Character education, Kampung Adat Cirendeu, Exemplary. PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER NILAI-NILAI BUDAYA LOKAL MAKANAN DI MASYARAKAT KAMPUNG ADAT CIRENDEU JAWA BARAT MELALUI KETELADANANDesa adat adalah sekelompok kecil orang yang masih bertahan dan secara konsisten melestarikan budaya dan kepercayaan nenek moyang mereka. Nilai-nilai budaya lokal layak dipromosikan untuk penerapan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Penelitian kualitatif yang memahami kehidupan dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal ini dilakukan pada masyarakat Kampung Adat Cirendeu di Jawa Barat. Budaya lokal masyarakat Kampung Adat Cirendeu memegang prinsip ngindung ka waktu dan mibapa ka jaman yang memiliki makna mempertahankan identitas tetapi tetap mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Salah satu nilai budaya lokal yang masih dipertahankan hingga saat ini yaitu budaya makanan berbasis singkong sebagai pengganti beras. Budaya ini telah berlangsung selama satu abad dan menjadi inspirasi bagi program diversifikasi pangan nasional. Salah satu upaya pelestariannya yaitu melalui contoh dari nenek moyang mereka. Promosi dan pemberian nilai-nilai budaya makanan untuk pendidikan karakter di sekolah melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan pendidikan (guru, pendidik, pemerintah, masyarakat, dan masyarakat adat) yang harus memberikan contoh kepada siswa. Metode yang paling efektif yaitu membentuk para siswa dengan karakter dan pada akhirnya mereka akan terbiasa dengan budaya makanan lokal dan tidak bergantung pada beras. Kata kunci: Pendidikan karakter, Kampung Adat Cirendeu, teladan.

Status updates are one of the most popular features of Facebook, but few local studies have explored the traits and motives that influence the topics that people choose to update about. As many Persib supporters, otoriously called bobotoh, socialize and spend a great deal of time in technology-mediated environments such as fan communities and social networking sites, they develop an online identity as bilingual and knowlegeable Facebook admins and readers. The article explores the notion of identity as a fluid construct that shifts over time with these bobotoh’s longterm participation in a Facebook fan page named Bobotoh ID. It demonstrates how Sundanese (local language for the people in West Java), bobotoh-ship (a distinct identity) –as points of affiliation– and technology converge to provide a context in which these bobotoh are able to develop a powerful local culture identity circulated through a technologically mediated milieu.AbstrakMeskipun pemutakhiran pampangan (status) adalah salah satu fitur terpopular facebook, kajian-kajian lokal yang mendalami sifat dan motif yang memengaruhi pilihan topik status masih belum banyak dilakukan. Dengan banyaknya jumlah pendukung Persib yang dikenal dengan nama bobotoh yang bermasyarakat dan menghabiskan banyak waktu mereka dalam jejaring teknologi, seperti komunitaskomunitas pendukung dan situs jejaring sosial, mereka mengembangkan identitas maya mereka sebagai admin atau pembaca yang berpengetahuan luas dan bilingual. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi makna identitas sebagai konstruksi cair yang bergeserbersama waktu seiring dengan partisipasi jangka panjang bobotoh dalam komunitas penggemar Persib di facebook bernama Bobotoh ID. Artikel ini juga menunjukkan bagaimana bahasa Sunda (sebagai bahasa daerah masyarakat Jawa Barat), kebobotohan (sebagai identitas yang berbeda)–yang berfungsi sebagai titik-titik afiliasi–dan teknologi bertemu dan memberikan konteks sehingga bobotoh mampu mengembangkan identitas budaya lokal yang kuat di lingkungan yang dimediasi teknologi.

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of local government leadership based on the wisdom of Sundanese culture in Purwakarta Regency in the period 2008-2018. This study uses a qualitative research design, research data collection techniques using documentation studies, interviews and observations. The results of this study found that the leadership of the Purwakarta Regent in the period 2008-2018 based on Sundanese culture local wisdom with the concept of Sunda Dasa Prasanta's leadership could be accepted and supported by the majority of the people of Purwakarta Regency. In his leadership, there are dynamics that cause polemics and pros and cons in the community, but the dynamics that arise can be resolved properly by communicating and holding communication forums. The "Sundanese Style Harmony" leadership model is an ideal formula as an alternative to the existing leadership model that emphasizes harmony and balance between Sundanese Religion and Culture, where the position of Religion and Culture is balanced, none are relatively higher or lower.

West Kalimantan is a province that has a very diverse artistic potential. West Kalimantan Province inhabited by indigenous people and other migrants. The dominant ethnic groups are Dayak, Malay and Chinese. The Dayak tribe is rich in a variety of arts, such as dance, sculpture, painting and others. Every year, the Dayak tribe holds a Dayak Gawai featuring a Dayak art competition. Dayak art was developed by a large number of art studios but not yet well-organized, so a forum for the Dayak Arts Center of West Kalimantan was needed. The purpose of designing the West Kalimantan Dayak Arts Center in Pontianak City is to produce a design for the Dayak arts center of West Kalimantan in Pontianak City as a forum that facilitates Dayak arts in West Kalimantan that reflects the characteristics of Dayak in West Kalimantan. The design method used in the Design of the Dayak Arts Center in West Kalimantan in Pontianak City consists of several stages, namely the idea stage and the data collection stage related to the design needs and the design location. The design result of the West Kalimantan Dayak Arts Center in Pontianak City is to facilitate West Kalimantan Dayak arts based on the functions of education, information, promotion and recreation which can support the activities of West Kalimantan Dayak arts and can display forms that reflect the characteristics of West Kalimantan Dayak architecture.

This research attempts to answer several problems which include: 1) How is the proposal for the Pangantan Ngindring tradition at the traditional wedding ceremony of the Sumbawa Nation in Moyo Hilir District, Sumbawa Regency, 2) The function of the Pangantan Ngindring Tradition in the traditional wedding ceremony of the Sumbawa people in Moyo Hilir District in the Regency Sumbawa, 3) How is the continuity of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition in the midst of community life in Moyo Hilir District. The purpose of this study is to describe the origin of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition at the traditional wedding ceremony of the Sumbawa Tribe in Moyo Hilir District, describe and analyze the function of Pangantan Ngindring in the traditional Sumbawa ethnic wedding ceremony in Moyo Hilir District and describe and analyze the continuity of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition in the midst of life. the people of Moyo Hilir sub-district. This research uses a qualitative research approach and is included in the type of descriptive research. The data collection methods used in this study are: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis which will provide a continuous picture from beginning to end in order to obtain a description of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition. In this study, checking the validity of the data using techniques: observation persistence, mode triangulation and theory triangulation, adequacy of references. This study found that the origin of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition was from the habits of the Sumbawa people, especially those in Moyo Hilir District, to match their children with family or relatives. Therefore, neither party knows each other. In order to avoid unwanted things in married life, such as quarrels or divorces, the Pangantan Ngindring tradition was held. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendreskripsikan asal usul tradisi Pangantan Ngindring pada upacara perkawinan adat, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fungsi Pangantan Ngindring pada upacara perkawinan adat serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kelangsungan tradisi Pangantan Ngindring ditengah kehidupan masyarakat kecamatan Moyo Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan tehnik: ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi mode dan triangulasi teori, kecukupan referensi. Penelitian ini mendapat hasil bahwa asal usul tradisi Pangantan Ngindring adalah bermula dari kebiasaan masyarakat Sumbawa khususnya masyarakat yang berada di Kecamatan Moyo Hilir untuk menjodohkan anaknya dengan keluarga atau kerabat. Oleh karena itu kedua belah pihak tidak ada yang saling mengenal satu sama lain. Guna menghindari hal hal yang tidak diinginkan dalam kehidupan berumah tangga, misalnya seperti pertengkaran maupun perceraian, maka diadakanlah tradisi Pangantan Ngindring.
