This paper discusses the role of a non-governmental organization and activist focusing on improving villages, the Spedagi community, in conducting empowerment in Ngadiprono Hamlet, Temanggung. The study aiming to also determine the impact of that empowerment was done through field research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach, while the data were collected through four techniques: interviews, observation, documentation and online data search. The analysis was carried out with the Miles and Huberman qualitative analysis model which included four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and finally conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate that Spedagi has played a role as a community companion in Ngadiprono mainly in the economic empowering through the Papringan Market as an existing local potential, ncluding: facilitative, educational, representative, and technical roles and skills. In addition, the socio-economic and even cultural life in Ngadiprono is also benefiting from the program. Keywords:  Community economic empowerment, local potential, traditional market   Abstrak Makalah ini membahas peran organisasi non-pemerintah dan aktivis yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan desa, yaitu komunitas Spedagi, dalam melakukan pemberdayaan di Dusun Ngadiprono, Temanggung. Bertujuan juga untuk menentukan dampak pemberdayaan yang dilakukan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui empat teknik: wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan pencarian data secara daring. Analisis dilakukan dengan model analisis kualitatif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi empat tahap: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan akhirnya penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Spedagi telah berperan sebagai pendamping masyarakat di Ngadiprono terutama dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui Pasar Papringan sebagai potensi lokal yang ada, termasuk peran dan keterampilan fasilitatif, edukatif, representatif, dan teknis. Selain itu, kehidupan sosial ekonomi dan bahkan budaya di Ngadiprono juga mendapat manfaat dari program ini. Kata kunci: Pasar tradisional, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, potensi lokal

Abstract: In the context of Indonesia, the quality of education seems to be something taboo to talk about, however, according to researchers the quality of education in Indonesia is very apprehensive. It is necessary for the role of headmaster and special efforts in developing a quality education institution through organizational culture as a value system that is understood, imbued, run jointly by members of the organization as a system of meaning or guidance for the organizers. This study aims to describe the three roles and impacts role of the headmaster role in developing the quality of organizational culture, they are: (1) the role of the headmaster as a manager; (2) the role of the headmaster as the educator; (3) the role of the headmaster as the supervisor; 4) The impact of the headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture quality at SDMT Ponorogo. This research is categorized into a field research with qualitative descriptive approach and the research design was case study. The setting of study was at SDMT Ponorogo.  The findings showed that (1). The role of headmaster as manager encompasses conducting internal and external analysis, internalizing the Islamic value that is kemuhamadiyahan value. (2). The role of the headmaster as an educator includes involving educators in upgrading, workshops or training in order to provide opportunities for educators to improve their knowledge and skills by learning to the higher education, conducting cadre to members of organizational culture and creating jargon to motivate members of organizational culture. (3). The role of the headmaster as a supervisor comprises overseeing and Evaluating the performance and achievement of members of organizational culture, conducting weekly, monthly and semester meetings, monitoring achievements of educators and learners. (4) The impact of the school headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture is organizational culture climate becomes harmonious and schools achieve more attainments.Abstrak: Dalam konteks Indonesia, mutu pendidikan seolah-olah menjadi barang yang tabu untuk diperbicangkan, dalam konteks tersebut kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia sangat memperihatinkan. Untuk itu diperlukan peran kepala sekolah dan Upaya khusus dalam mengembangkan sebuah mutu lembaga pendidikan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai sistem nilai yang dipahami, dijiwai, dijalankan secara bersama oleh anggota organisasi sebagai sistem makna atau pedoman bagi pelaku organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tiga peran serta dampak peran  kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi, yaitu: (1) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Manajer, (2) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Educator, (3) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor, dan (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi di SDMT Ponorogo. Dengan menghasilkan temuan: (1).Peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer diantaranya: melakukan analisis internal dan eksternal, menginternalisasi nilai keislaman yaitu nilai kemuhammadiahan. (2). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator diantaranya: mengikut sertakan pendidik dalam penataran, workshop atau pelatihan memberikan kesempatan kepada pendidik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dengan belajar ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, melakukan pengkaderan kepada anggota budaya organisasi. membuat jargon-jargon untuk memotivasi anggota budaya organisasi. (3). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor diantarnya: mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja dan pencapaian anggota budaya organisasi, mengadakan rapat setiap, minggu, bulan dan semester, memantau prestasi pendidik dan peserta didik. (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi diantaranya: iklim budaya organisasi menjadi harmonis, sekolah menjadi lebih berprestasi.

The aim of this this research is to find out the progress and impact of community empowerment in the supporting villages of Kelimutu National Park, Ende NTT. This is a qualitative research which is conducted by field research, collection data, reduction, display and conclusion. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is a synergy between the role of the government and community participation in managing tourism in an effort to attract tourists for visiting Kelimutu National Park and staying in the supporting villages. The program is effective to increase local economy and welfare of people around the tourist area however the number of visitor tend to decrease.

<p>God revealed the Qur’an to our master Muhammad. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in Arabic as Muslims who are guided by the Qur’an and the Sunnah, both of which use the Arabic language. Every child is not only born to be intelligent according to nature but will also be equipped with creativity, both genetically and through training and education. On the other hand, nature, environment, and family provide each child the freedom to explore and experiment to the stage where children can find and understand whatever is required It is required in life. This research is a type of field research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The researcher uses data collection techniques made by triangulation (combined), inductive data analysis, and qualitative research results to emphasize meaning rather than generalization. Objects in qualitative research are natural things, so this research method is often referred to as the natural method. The impact of center-based integrative thematic learning on the development of creative attitudes for early childhood in this school is evident from the creativity that appears in the different play activities in each center. This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.

The object of this research is the role of the comedy &ldquo;Tieteybit&rdquo; by N. D. Neustroev in cultural life of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The subject is the impact of modern creative industries upon cultural life of the region. On the example of Nikolay Denisovich Neustroev's comedy play &ldquo;Tieteybit&rdquo;, the authors examine the use of creative approaches towards preservation and popularization of cultural heritage of the Sakha people. It is noted that over the recent years, a major event in the development of spiritual culture and cultural life of the region overall has become the innovations introduced by the contemporaries in staging the Yakut comedies. Motifs of the comedy &ldquo;Tieteybit&rdquo; served as the prototype for staging the the first Yakut musical comedy, and even a film. A survey was conducted touching upon the following questions: are the innovations introduced in culture in form of a screen version of classical literature with the elements of innovation encourage the young generation to studying the Yakut cultural heritage?; what is the relevance of the work by N. D. Neustroev &ldquo;Tieteybit&rdquo;? The conclusions is made that in the XXI century, N. D. Neustroev's comedy &ldquo;Tieteybit&rdquo; has become one of the basics for the development of creative industry of the region. As an instrument for the development of regional culture, creative industry may play the strongest and highly effective role in the development of social life of the region.

In essence, the success of female students in the learning  in Gontor not only with intelligence possessed, but there are other factors that will influence this, that factor was the ability to speak Arabic. Arabic language skills is the ability of a person to has the ability to speak include: the ability of hearing, speech, reading, and writing skills are good and right. One of the parties responsible and plays an important role in instilling the ability to speak Arabic in ITTC Darussalam Gontor is master of class, because master of class is as representative headmaster and Director of KMI. Moreover, a new student class 1 KMI much needed next grade level This research is a qualitative descriptive field research, data collection techniques used are: 1) Interview, 2) Observation, and 3) Documentation. And to analyze the data, researchers use Miles and Huberman, namely: 1) Data Reduction, 2) Presentation of Data, and 3) Withdrawal Conclusion and Verivikasi Data. Therefore, the role and efforts master of class 1 in imparting language skills is required. From the analysis conducted, the researcher concludes that: 1) The role of the homeroom teacher in instilling the ability of the language is very important, and the role is: a) Motivate and teach students to be able to have language skills, b) Teaching Arabic with props and requires students to bring dictionary, c) Provide new vocabulary, d) Provide good example, e) Guarding to participate in the following language activities.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.

This paper raises the issue of how the role of PA lecturers in solving problems of students of Islamic banking study programs majoring in Sharia and Islamic Economics. The method used in this study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The source of important data in this study is the PA lecturer in the Sharia Banking study program which is also called the research informant. The results showed that students had many academic problems, including the problem of taking courses every semester there were pre and no conditions, shortages and excess credits, less cooperative or less familiar with their respective PA lecturers, problems, economics, family there are even personal problems that consult with PA lecturers. The role of PA lecturers in solving the problem of the students in the Islamic Banking study program is quite well, this can be seen from the role of PA lecturers as their student mentors in academic matters that lead to taking courses, as advisors who always remind students in several ways, such as ethical issues , not yet fluent in reading Al-Quran, and as a motivator who always gives motivation to a better future career, their parents' economic problems and their relationship to the late payment of semester fees and others. In general, PA lecturers in the Sharia banking study program have played a role as PA lecturers both as mentors, directors, advisors and motivators in the academic, social, economic and career fields.

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

The Quantum Teaching learning model is a modification of the various interactions that exist in and around the moment in learning. This study aims to find out more about how to apply Quantum Teaching in measuring students' abilities including cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research method uses qualitative research methods with the type of research field research. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis is a qualitative analysis model of Miles and Huberman and Saldana which consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo cognitive aspects, namely students are able to think more critically and broadly, students are able to do assignments or exercises and can understand learning well, students able to provide questions and answers properly and appropriately. (2) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspects in the affective aspect, namely: the curiosity of students increases, students become more focused, students' attitudes become more confident and courageous. (3) Implementation of Quantum Teaching in Class V Thematic Learning at MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo psychomotor aspects, namely: students are able to practice well the learning media is provided, students are able to name the names and parts of the circulatory organs, students are able to show the circulatory organs blood using the medium. Keywords: Quantum Teaching; Learning; Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching merupakan pengubahan bermacam-macam interaksi yang ada di dalam dan di sekitar momen dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam bagaimana penerapan Quantum Teaching dalam mengukur kemampuan peserta didik meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Field Research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data analisis kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman dan Saldana yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek kognitif yaitu peserta didik mampu berfikir secara lebih kritis dan luas, peserta didik mampu mengerjakan tugas atau latihan dan dapat memahami pembelajaran dengan baik, peserta didik mampu memberikan pertanyaan dan jawaban dengan baik dan sesuai. (2) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek dalam aspek afektif yaitu: rasa ingin tahu peserta didik meningkat, peserta didik menjadi lebih fokus, sikap peserta didik semakin percaya diri dan berani. (3) Implementasi Quantum Teaching Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas V di MI Mambaul Ulum Kandangrejo aspek dalam aspek psikomotorik yaitu: peserta didik mampu mempraktikkan dengan baik media pembelajaran disediakan, peserta didik mampu menyebutkan nama dan bagian organ peredaran darah, peserta didik mampu menunjukkan bagian organ peredaran darah dengan menggunakan media.
