It is shown that the critical factor in the modern reality is not only the emergence of a new information and communication field, radically transforming the usual infrastructure of social life, but also the explosive growth of the speed of change caused by the rapid development of digital technology. Attention is drawn to the qualitative leap in the speed of development, which refers to the transition to a reality where radical changes in technological infrastructure and the resulting changes in the life of society began to occur repeatedly in the course of a single human life, in real time. It is argued that as a result of the information revolution a new order of uncertainty has arisen, which requires a new way of thinking on the part of man. The problem of minimally correct forecasting in the main spheres of social being is analyzed.

The article deals with the analysis of situations of uncertainty in various spheres of modern society life that have arisen as a result of the rapid development of digital technologies; virtualization of many components of modern human life; the increasing role of visual information in communication; drastic changes in the labor market, in intellectual practices and the formation of new requirements for the education and vocational training system. We have proposed to analyze such situations using the principle of “incomplete comprehension of object”, and we carried out a consideration of its content and indicated its methodological role. To our mind, one of the most important features of this principle is the focus on a set of ambiguous, non-obvious links between the internal elements of an object, as well as during its interactions with agents of external influence in a situation of uncertainty. Besides, we examined its heuristic and predictive capabilities using examples of analysis of specific typical situations in various spheres of social life, primarily related to the labor market and education in a digital culture.

For all countries and communities, including Indonesia, globalization is both a threat and an opportunity. Globalization is like a double-edged sword, and the very rapid development of information and communication technology is one of the greatest elements of globalization. Pancasila is a legacy of ancestral noble values extracted from the cultural values of the people of Indonesia. Cultural axiology and the principles of Pancasila are the noble values of Pancasila that can be used as a reference in the life of the nation and state. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the application of Pancasila as the actualization of State defense was very important, particularly with regard to the culture of literacy in order to suppress hoaxes. This study is a literature review that examines the Covid-19 pandemic as a social disaster, the attitude of defending the State, the actualization of Pancasila, the two sides of State security, and the attitude of defending the State during the Covid-19 pandemic. This work is based on a literature review. The literature search took place from January 1, 2021, to January 7, 2021. This study involves qualitative research, in which three types of approaches, namely: legal, conceptual, and analytical approaches, will examine in part all the materials and literature collected during the research period. The findings of this study show that covid-19 is a social disaster that attacks all aspects of human life, and one way for society to overcome the pandemic of Covid-19 is to defend the state and update the values of Pancasila in social life. In addition, one of the cultures that can be used to ward off non-military threats is Pancasila and the attitude of defending the state.

Science and Technology is not something that is alien to society today. Its rapid development can always affect human life from time to time. With the existence of Science and Technology, human life is better and more advanced. One of the benefits of the advancement of science and technology is the modernization of Information and Communication Technology. Nowadays humans can exchange information quickly and real time right away. The printed mass media which is a storehouse of information has now begun to be devoid of interested people because modern society has been able to access information through its grasp. Changes in this trend have occurred in almost all levels of society. The advantages offered by online news make the arrogant people begin to leave printed news media, especially young people. The youth spirit that is very open to change and tends to be attracted to new things is one of the online news factors that has become very popular overcoming conventional newspapers and magazines.

Digital innovation entails the employment of new technologies to address business issues and to create practices that lead to the achievement of sustainability. It is observed that digital technology alters the individual dimension of the innovation process, allowing for a set of heterogenous actors to become active engagers in the process. A review of the previous research revealed a lack of focus on the roles these different actors play in the digital innovation process, as well as the mechanisms by which digital technology facilitates actor engagement, calling for research to shed some light on this topic. This phenomenological study undertakes an exploratory investigation of twenty-one Malaysian small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector, with the aim to demonstrate the importance of engaging market actors in each stage of the value co-creation process. Interviews with industry players show the shifted role of market actors in the innovation process—from product receivers to gatekeepers—at different stages of the innovation process. Market actors are extensively engaged in validating and evaluating the progress of ongoing digital innovation projects and, therefore, can modify their direction. Meanwhile, the role of innovation agents changes from an authoritative to reflective one. This study provides evidence that market actors are in a controlling position at certain points of the innovation process. As such, the view of the innovation process as being company-centric is challenged by the findings of this research. We provide new information regarding innovation practices, the roles of key actors, and their value in the digital context, which can serve as valuable knowledge for both academics and practitioners.
