KEBIJAKAN MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM  PADA SMA 1 SIMANJAYA

This study aims to reveal (1) the application of Islamic education programs and organizing, the implementation of policies and the implementation of educational programs, the evaluation process and the level of educational success, the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of Islamic education management in SMA 1 Simanjaya Siman Lamongan. This research is qualitative research, using a rationalistic approach. The tool obtains data by using methods of observation, literature study, and interviews for processing data by using descriptive analysis. In general, the application of Islamic education management in SMA 1 Simanjaya Siman Lamongan has been carried out, the functions of education management have been carried out correctly. The implementation of Islamic education policy in SMA 1 Simanjaya Siman Lamongan has been directed at efforts to improve the quality of the school's image, and the level of success tends to increase. Supporting factors for the implementation of Islamic education management in SMA 1 Simanjaya Siman Lamongan is an institutional factor that has a juridical basis as a reference for organizing education, KBK curriculum which is the core of the education process, Location of SMA 1 Simanjaya Siman Lamongan SMA 1 Simanjaya Siman Lamongan which is a strength for SMA 1 Simanjaya Siman Lamongan, Human Resources (HR) or educational staff which is a critical element in the development of educational institutions and the support of parents of students who are built through the School Committee. Whereas the obstacle in implementing Islamic education management in SMA 1 Simanjaya Siman Lamongan is the perception of the community who still think that Private Schools are places of education that are not yet of quality, do not however have modern educational facilities and infrastructure, the quality of inputs is still low and sources of funding are still minimal.

Abstract: Islamic education institutions in Indonesia face two challenges, namely; internal and external. Internally, Islamic education is faced with the classic problem of the low quality of human resources in education management. The causes include poor quality and education staff development and selectivity of education personnel. Furthermore externally, Islamic education institutions faced three major issues; globalization, democratization, and liberalization. The issue of globalization that is identical with market orientation and mechanism also affects the world of education. That way in education also includes awareness about how to attract and convince the community of the type and model of education. From here, the education world is ready or not ready to be involved in competition to gain public trust. To face these challenges Islamic Education institutions must maximally manage and empower all elements of management in the management of educational institutions. A good understanding of the elements of management can have an impact on the readiness of educational institutions to manage their institutions well in any condition to be the best and foremost. This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

Abstract. Sale and purchase is transaction that often done by individual or group because there is a transfer of ownership between goods and assets. In practice, sale and purchase is not only done by face to face but also can be done online, as in the case of the sale and purchase of suppliers data at Agen Fashion. This study aims to find out how the transaction practice is and how Islamic law and ITE Law point of view are, whether it is accordance to the laws or not. This research uses qualitative method with normative juridical approach and literature study. The main sources in this study are secondary data that support this research, such as Alquran, Hadith, and the ITE Law. The interviews as data collection techniques are conducted as supplementary data. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the transaction is not accordance with the terms of sale and purchase in Islamic law because there is a lack of clarity (gharar) on the quality of the object and is not accordance as well as the clause no. 9 of the ITE Law because the seller did not explain the object completely.Keywords: Sale and Purchase, Islamic Law, ITE Law, GhararAbstrak. Jual beli merupakan bentuk transaksi yang sering dilakukan oleh tiap individu atau kelompok karena dalam jual beli terdapat perpindahan kepemilikan antara barang dan harta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Pada praktiknya, jual beli tidak hanya dilakukan secara bertatap muka melainkan dapat dilakukan secara online, seperti halnya pada jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion serta bagaimana hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik memandang praktik jual beli data supplier tersebut, apakah telah sesuai dengan hukum yang menjadi pisau analisis dalam penelitian ini atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan studi kepustakaan. Sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang mendukung penelitian ini, yaitu Alquran, Hadis, dan UU ITE. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dilakukan sebagai data pelengkap. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu descriptive analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah transaksi yang terjadi di Agen Fashion tidak sesuai dengan syarat jual beli dalam hukum Islam karena terdapat ketidakjelasan (gharar) pada kualitas objek transaksi, dan tidak sesuai dengan Pasal 9 dalam UU ITE karena pelaku usaha tidak menjelaskan secara lengkap terkait objek yang ditawarkan.Kata Kunci: Jual Beli, Hukum Islam, UU ITE, Gharar

This chapter attempts to accurately investigate the conception to take a benefit as an ethical foundation of character education, known as the concept of istifādah. This refers to the insightful value of al-Zarnūjī's Ta'lim al-Muta'allim, containing fundamental principles in the context of education, which has been used by the Islamic boarding school Pesantren in Indonesia. This research is employed through literature study using descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that there four core stages to examine istifādah for personal development in Islamic education context. Those are integrating Hikmah (wisdom) based moral quality for personal development, sustaining continuous discipline, nurturing effective time management, and empowering strategic effort with experiential foundations. Moreover, this study is supposed to give the contribution mainly in supplementing the theoretical basis on personality development in Islamic education context.

This study aims to 1) determine the values of Aqidah Education in "Novel MARS How Meaningful a Mother in My Life" by Aishworo Ang. 2) find out the relevance of Aqidah Education Values in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother is in My Life" by Aishworo Ang with current Islamic education. The research method used by the author is content analysis. This analysis is used by the writer to reveal, understand and capture literary works. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are literature study techniques or documentation by examining various writings related to the object of research. The collected data were then analyzed using the stages of data processing, categorization, and data interpretation. After analyzing the data, the authors obtained the following conclusions: 1) The values of aqidah education in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" by Aishworo Ang includes: a) Illahiyat, (a matter of divinity such as about His Essence) b ) Nubuwat, (prophetic issues, scriptures, etc.) c) Ruhaniyat (unseen problems such as spirits, angels, jinn, etc.) d) Sam'iyyat, (problems that can be known through revelation, such as barzhakh , heaven, hell and others) 2) The Relevance of Aqidah Educational Values in Aishworo Ang's Novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure is in My Life" with current Islamic education, which is in accordance with the aims of education aimed at improving the quality of Indonesian people, namely humans having faith and fearing God Almighty, this is in line with the contents of the story in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" which generally contains the values of faith, including faith in Alla. h, faith in the book of Allah, faith in the Angel of God, faith in the Prophet, faith in the Last Day, and faith in the destiny of Allah.

The increase of Islamic radicalism in Indonesia are the fact on social reality in Indonesia at present day. Therefore it is necessary to trace the basic substance of Islamic education. Through literature study and descriptive analysis, this study concludes that Islamic radicalism can be prevent by understanding the basis fundamental of islamic education in the form of 3 main points, namely: First, not mistaken in interpreting the Holy Qur'an, Second, not be trapped in the formalization of religion. The efforts of religion groups to establish the Khilafah Islamiyah (Islamic Empire) which is often triggered violence’s in making it happen are categorized as a trapped on the formalization of religion. Third, implement a religious life with Hanif, that is to implement a religious life with a right attitude, Sincere and passionate truth, in accordance with what is exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim as the father of monotheis, and in accordance with the content of QS Ar-Rum verse 30.Abstrak.Menguatnya gerakan Islam radikal merupakan fakta yang terjadi di Indonesia akhir-akhir ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk menelusuri substansi mendasar pendidikan Islam. Melalui studi pustaka dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini menawarkan sebuah gagasan, bahwa radikalisme atas nama agama dapat ditangkal dengan memahami substansi mendasar pendidikan agama Islam berupa 3 hal pokok, yakni Pertama, tidak salah dalam menafsirkan kitab suci Al-Qur’an, Kedua, beragama tidak terjebak pada formalisasi agama. Upaya berbagai kelompok untuk mendirikan Khilafah Islamiyah yang seringkali disertai kekerasan dalam mewujudkannya, dikategorikan sebagai bentuk keterjebakan pada formalisasi agama. Ketiga, menjalankan kehidupan beragama dengan hanif, yakni menjalankan kehidupan beragama dengan sikap yang lurus, tulus dan bersemangat kebenaran, sesuai dengan apa yang dicontohkan Nabi Ibrahim sebagai bapak monotheis, dan sesuai dengan kandungan Q.S. ar-Rum ayat 30.

The aim of this present study is to initiate Islamic education in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia. With respect to the research methodology, this study employed a qualitative approach and literature study method. In its implementation, the collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the discussion, in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia, it should initially change the secularism paradigm that has been fossilized in the world of education into the paradigm of Islam, al-Qur`an, and Tauhid. As a consequence, this paradigm will have implications for the establishment of the conceptualized education system that inevitably also affects the to-be-achieved educational objectives. In order to realize a good education system, there should be integration between the elements of education practitioners which consist of family, mosques/schools/campuses, and society. As a result, those aforementioned objectives will be successfully achieved in the moment when Islamic rules are fully implemented in all aspects of life. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously educate the public regarding the importance of implementing Islamic rules in all aspects of life, including in the aspect of education.

As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel. Remote Sensing Interpretation

In flat environments, housewives are most found staying throughout the day. They use existing open spaces in housing project to interact with other residents. To find out, discover and analyze the correlation between the pattern of open space utilization and the pattern of activity of housewives at flats, this research was conducted using descriptive analysis method bases on case studies on some flats in urban areas, namely Kebon Kacang Flat (KK), Kemayoran Flat (K), Taman Surya Flat (TS) and Pasar Jumat Flat (PJ). Subjects were housewives (residents of the flats); sampling is taken by stratified random sampling. The survey was conducted by interview to obtain data on activity patterns of the mother. Subsequently, observation was conducted to get an overview of the activity patterns of mothers and use of open space including non-physical and physical data of these open spaces. The implementation was done in three stages: preparation (literature study and data collection by remote sensing), interpretation, field test and re-interpretation (width, location, quality of open spaces and activities, professions of women at these locations), and result presentation.
