He purpose of this community service is to provide information about the use of plastic waste as alternative fuel for vocational students and Telkom Pekanbaru teachers and to help graduates of vocational students in facing the world of work. The method used is lecture, question and answer, discussion, demonstration. The benefits of this service are; a) Provide scientific contributions, namely theoretical contributions in the form of additional scientific repertoire in the field of engineering studies, especially in the field of studies on the utilization of plastic waste for students of Pekanbaru Telkom Vocational School b) Lecturers can carry out one of the three principles of Higher Education, c) Help the community in unemployment. The results of community service activities broadly include the following components; 1). The success of the target number of participants is more than the planned target. 2) Planning an environmentally friendly movement towards the prosperity and utilization of plastic waste as an alternative fuel in the Final Waste Management Site (TPSA) in Pekanbaru Telkom Vocational High School, 3) The achievement of material targets in this service activity is quite good, because extension materials can be delivered overall 4). Targeted counseling participants as planned before 20 people who majored in TKR and TSM. In its implementation, this activity was attended by 40 participants. Fertilization is an action in plant care. Fertilization provides additional nutrients for the soil. Fertilization has a large influence on plant growth and production. Fertilization consists of organic and inorganic fertilizers. Both of these fertilizers must be balanced so that the nutrient content can be maintained properly. The use of fertilizers an organic fertilizer that is widely used, but the use of chemical fertilizers on an ongoing basis will reduce the level of soil fertility. This must be balanced with organic fertilizer. One of the organic fertilizer is guano fertilizer. This fertilizer is fertilizer made from animal waste, namely bats. This fertilizer has a very good content including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Knowledgethis fertilizer will still be low, so that an introduction and practice about guano fertilizer is needed. Therefore a community service activity was carried out on the development of the manufacture of guano fertilizer. Guano fertilizer development is carried out in the form of granules (granules). The targets of this service are vocational students who are related to agriculture. Vocational students are selected as the young generation to know about organic fertilizers and are able to contribute to the implementation of the agricultural industry. Community service activities were carried out with a presentation of the theory and practice of making guano fertilizer. As a result of this activity, students learned about organic fertilizer, namely guano fertilizer and its contents, nutrient content in the soil, balance in maintaining nutrient content in the soil, the practice of making guano fertilizer, and the creation of granule form from guano fertilizer.

The work world related to office administration, mastery of Microsoft Office is needed as an office administration work tool that must be mastered by vocational students. However, students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa hasn’t been maximal in mastering Microsoft Office 2019, especially in making mail merge on Ms. Word. They are only limited to know the use of Microsoft Office 2019 in the basic stages. Community Service Activity aimed to provide training on introduction of Microsoft Office 2019 computer applications in making mail merge on Microsoft Word to students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa majoring in Office Management. The method used in this service activities were the tutorial, the question and answer, and the practical method. This activity was done well and gained the expected results. The result of this activity was students’ improvement in the ability and skills of making mail merge for letters, certificates and labels using Microsoft Office 2019. It hoped that Students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Office Management Department understands to create mail for letters, certificates and labels, and if they follow Competency Test for their mail merge material, they can pass and get a Competency Certificate that is given by the State.

The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work.  The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

The high unemployment rate is a fundamental problem in employment in our country, where the new workforce that is added is far greater than the increase in employment. Unemployment is a problem for countries with high population growth rates, and unemployment can also affect the level of the economy. At the beginning of 2020, world economic growth experienced a decline due to the coronavirus disease outbreak, this coronavirus (covid-19) had an impact on economic growth in the form of a decline in the level of the world economy, including Indonesia. Seeing conditions like this, special attention is needed for alumni to prepare students for the world of work. This community service is carried out in the form of training on strategies for finding and applying for jobs, the problem solving framework provided is by providing training so that it can increase knowledge and insight to job seekers college alumni about srategies for finding and applying for jobs.The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to college alumni so that they have the readiness to find and apply for jobs. This community service activity is carried out virtually online online in the form of training and guidance. The target is college alumni who will definitely be involved in the activity of finding and applying for jobs, at the initial stage the presenter will deliver a theoretical presentation accompanied by realistic examples. Tujuan diselenggarakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk Pemanfaatan Sampah Plastik Untuk Kerajinan Rumah Tangga Taman Belajar Kreatif Mekarsari yang sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman yang aktual dan terkini. Selain itu dapat menggerakkan para anggota Pengurus untuk dapat mengedukasi lingkungan dan menjadi program di era milenial seperti saat ini. Dengan menggunakan diskusi kelompok, penyuluhan ini mengedukasi pengelola Taman Belajar Kreatif Mekarsari akan pemanfaatan limbah plastic (bungkus kopi instan). Hasil kegiatan adalah meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha oleh narasumber, kegiatan demonstrasi pembuatan produk usaha berbahan dasarsampah plastik serta kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai bagaimana hasil produk tersebut dibuat sebagai kegiatan wirausahaKata Kunci: Sampah Plastik, Kerajian Rumah TanggaThe purpose of this Community Service activity is for the Utilization of Plastic Waste for Household Crafts Mekarsari Creative Learning Park in accordance with the development of the current and current era. In addition it can move the members of the Board to be able to educate the environment and become a program in the millennial era as it is today. By using group discussions, the education program educates the managers of Mekarsari Creative Learning Park on the use of plastic waste (instant coffee packs). The number of people with HIV/AIDS in the world is increasing. The introduction of HIV/AIDS in the early adolescent phase needs to be done with a language approach that is easy to be understood and remembered. One of them is the approach to vocabulary recognition in the field of HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this community service activity was to discover the application of HIV/AIDS introduction through HIV/AIDS vocabularies. The method used was pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design which began with pre-test, the provision of HIV/AIDS vocabulary materials through power points and distribution of HIV/AIDS vocabulary sheets. This experiment was ended by doing post-test. The final results showed an increase in the average score of 26.71% with significancy 0,00&lt;0,05.. Thus, the introduction of HIV/AIDS through HIV/AIDS vocabularies is an effective effort to facilitate the early introduction of HIV/AIDS on to students in their early adolescent to avoid the dangers of HIV/AIDS.<br /><br />

The COVID-19 pandemic has a substantial impact on the community, one of which is in the economic sector. Many workers have been laid off, leading to a rise in the unemployment rate in Indonesia. This community service activity aims to help people affected by layoffs as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic through the activities of providing and strengthening functional skills to the community. This online program is a form of the Thematic Community Service Program on Prevention and Countermeasure of The COVID-19 Impact. An artificial flower-making training program has been implemented from plastic waste into a work that can increase people's creativity and grow the community's economy. This artificial flower-making training program's target is based on plastic waste in the community from RT/ RW 01/01, Bojong Village, Majalaya, Bandung District, West Java Province. This program was attended by eight people conducted online through WhatsApp Group from December 1 to 10, 2020. In addition to helping the community increase creativity during the COVID-19 pandemic, creating economically valuable communities can indirectly reduce plastic waste in landfills because plastic waste cannot decompose naturally. People who follow this program can sell artificial flowers to improve the economy during the COVID-19 pandemic.

AbstrakCovid-19 yang saat ini mewabah di seluruh belahan dunia memberikan dampak yang cukup besar untuk perekonomian di Indonesia, khususnya bagi para pengusaha kecil. Keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki, ditambah tingkat penjualan yang menurun drastis, membuat para pengusaha harus berimprovisasi berbagai cara agar produk mereka tetap dapat terjual. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan bagi mereka pengusaha kecil yang memiliki modal terbatas, yaitu beralih dari pemasaran dan penjualan secara luring menjadi pemasaran dan penjualan daring. Pemasaran dan penjualan daring dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media marketplace maupun sosial media.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya untuk mengembangkan saluran pemasaran dan penjualan dari luring ke saluran pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring, lalu dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek lebih luas dari para calon konsumennya Setelah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring menggunakan marketplace dan media sosial. AbstractThe Covid-19, which is currently endemic in all parts of the world, has had a considerable impact on the economy in Indonesia, especially for small entrepreneurs. The limited capital they have, coupled with a drastic drop in sales, have forced entrepreneurs have to improve in various ways to make their products can still be sold. One of the most effective ways to increase sales for those small entrepreneurs who have limited capital is to switch from offline marketing and sales to online marketing and sales. Online marketing and sales can be done using the media marketplace and social media. The purpose of this service is to provide training to UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya to develop marketing and sales channels from offline to online, then can increase brand awareness more broadly from potential consumers After this community service activity was carried out, UD. The utilization of the yard can support the provision of a variety of food at the household level, so that the family food consumption pattern is realized diverse, balanced, and safe because the management of the yard can meet the needs of household consumption, save daily expenses, and provide additional income. The yard could be used in addition to being planted with fruits, flowers, vegetables, it could also be planted with medicinal plants. Medicinal plants are planted in the yard, in addition, to be consumed as an alternative choice of family medicine that could also be an additional source of income. In addition, the medicinal plants could also be a decoration that was comfortable to look at when laid out beautifully. Family medicinal plants (TOGA) were basically a piece of land in the yard of the house that was used for plants that were efficacious as medicine in order to meet the family's need for medicines. The Food and Drug Control Agency itself determined nine excellent family medicinal plants (TOGA) that had been clinically researched and tested. The nine medicinal plants were sambiloto, guava, dutch teak, Javanese chili, temulawak, red ginger, turmeric, mengkudu, and salam. The existence of 9 types of medicinal plants needed to be socialized to the community so that they could use the plant as an alternative to family medicine needs so that it could save household income. The method of activities carried out in this community service activity was counseling by using lecture methods and using PowerPoint slide media that contains explanations about nine types of excellent family medicinal plants and by inviting the community to utilize the yard by planting TOGA. The success of this community service was judged from the target number of participants as much as 90%, the reach of the goal of 80%, the reach of the material target of 100%, and the example of the utilization of the yard at home by 80%. The conclusion of this community service was that TOGA counseling improved public knowledge and understanding about TOGA to be used as an alternative choice of family medicine from 9 clinically tested plants.

The target of this community service activity is Vocational High School (SMK) in Cibinong and Citeureup Sub - Bogor Regency. Some Participants involved are students of  11th, 12th, and 13th graders. Based on their potential, vocational school students have a tendency in entrepreneurial program of UMKM which is very varied, especially in creative industry sector. Through this activity will form the soul of a new generation of entrepreneurs who have good character and have the ability to compete for self-competence in the era of government that promote entrepreneurship programs in the face of Asean Free Trade Association (AFTA) so as to be beneficial to prospective entrepreneurs and able to sustain the economy individually and national. This activity is conducted by visiting and conducting workshop on entrepreneurship and business management for students who gathered in the hall of each Vocational High School in Cibinong sub-district, Bogor regency. Implementation of community service activities has been successfully implemented with percentage to the planning, process, the result is 91,3%; 97.5%, and 97.5% in very good category. And it can be concluded that the responses of the participants to the implementation of the workshop entrepreneurship in SMKN 01 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Bina Harapan Citeureup is very good. This is evident from the attendance indicators of participants reached 97% of the number of participants who targeted its attendance.
