Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan pada BUMDes Desa Balesari

This community service program aims to provide an understanding of financial reports to BUMDes administrators. This program is implemented for BUMDes management in Balesari Village, Windusari District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province. The service method used is training and discussion. The result of this activity is that BUMDes administrators can understand and prepare financial reports well. Previously, BUMDes management only recorded cash disbursements and income, did not classify transactions that occurred, so that the financial reports could not provide appropriate financial information. By having a basic understanding of accounting, BUMDes management can classify each transaction and record it according to the account, so that BUMDes' financial reports are tidier and can provide good information to their users.

The community service program is carried out at one of the SMEs in Wonosobo, Central Java, which produces and markets processed carica food products. The problems faced by SMEs are problems in the aspects of marketing, financial management and production. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of SMEs to market products, manage company finances, increase the efficiency of the production process, and increase production capacity. The approach used in this community service is training and business assistance. The results felt by SMEs are the wider marketing of carica processed food products, structuring the company's financial system, efficiency in the production process, and increased production capacity.

This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports at the Putri Asisiyah Orphanage in Malang City. Putri Aisyiyah Orphanage is one of the Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) in Malang. The training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports are related to the problems faced by the orphanage manager, namely the activity of recording and reporting on orphanages that have not been carried out in an orderly manner and in accordance with reporting standards. Putri Aisiyah Orphanage has a business unit that has experienced significant development until now, so it is necessary to record and prepare good financial reports for the orphanage. So that administrators can evaluate the performance of operational activities of the orphanage and catering business units. The method of implementing the service program consists of socializing the importance of preparing financial reporting, training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports. The results of this service activity, the management and financial administration section of the Putri Aisiyah Orphanage have the skills (expertise) in making / compiling excel-based computerized financial reports and this service program has achieved the output of computational computational financial reporting work excel at the Putri Aisiyah Orphanage.

This research was conducted in the Abepura District of Jayapura in three locations namely: Kotaraja, Abepura, and Kamkey Tanah Hitam towards three micro-enterprise (UMKM) groups consist of food stalls, general kiosks, and noken creative crafts. The objective of this community service program is to increase the engaged community’s knowledge and skill of entrepreneurship as well as management of micro-finance. This program is done through the identification of UMKM problems, lectures and discussions, entrepreneurship and micro-finance management assistance, and finished by monitoring and evaluation. Found the results that the UMKM community can utilize the potential of raw materials that have not been utilized maximally through product innovation, but also that they can create simple financial reports for micro-enterprises in order to increase the profitability. This program is expected to be completed by continued working with the government, micro-financing credit fund body, and other stakeholders to overcome capital and other potential problems of UMKM. Tujuan dari program layanan masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan komunitas yang terlibat serta pengelolaan keuangan mikro. Program ini dilakukan melalui identifikasi masalah UMKM, ceramah dan diskusi, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan manajemen keuangan mikro, dan diselesaikan dengan pemantauan dan evaluasi. Ditemukan hasil bahwa komunitas UMKM dapat memanfaatkan potensi bahan baku yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal melalui inovasi produk, juga bahwa mereka dapat membuat laporan keuangan sederhana untuk usaha mikro untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas. Program ini diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan dengan program pemerintah, lembaga kredit mikro, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk mengatasi masalah permodalan dan potensi masalah UMKM yang ada. Di samping dana desa yang sudah diberlakukan pada 2015, pada tahun ini 2019 marak dana kelurahan. Permasalahannya adalah belum semua kelurahan mengadministrasikan pengelolaan dana kelurahan secara penuh dan mandiri. Kelurahan Rempoa Tangerang Selatan yang menjadi objek pengabdian masyarakat belum memiliki bendahara atau Pejabat Penatausahaan Keuangan (PPK), sehingga berpotensi mengalami kendala pengelolaan dana kelurahan di masa mendatang. Studi dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan upaya untuk membantu Kelurahan Rempoa dalam pengelolaan dana kelurahan, proses penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta pemungutan, pemotongan dan pelaporan pajak oleh bendahara pemerintah. Studi dalam program ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskusi, asistensi, dan/atau pendampingan kepada objek terkait tiga proses tersebut. Hasil studi dalam program ini adalah terbekalinya Kelurahan Rempoa akan pengelolaan dana kelurahan, sehingga kelurahan siap mengelola dana tersebut pada saat penyerahan pengelolaan dana kelurahan dari kecamatan tahun depan (2020). In addition to village funds that were already in implementation in 2015, this year 2019 will be full of urban-village funds. The problem is that not all urban-villages have fully and independently administered the management of urban-village funds. Rempoa Urban-Village, South Tangerang, which is the object of community service, does not yet have a Treasurer or Financial Administration Officer (PPK), so that it potentially experiences obstacles in managing the urban-village fund in the future. This study in the community service program is an effort to assist Rempoa Urban-Village in the process of, managing urban-village funds, preparing financial reports, and collecting, deducting and reporting taxes by the government treasurer. The study in this program is a qualitative method with the approach of discussion, assistance, and/or assistance to objects related to that three processes. The results of the study in this program are the completion of Rempoa Urban-Village in the management of urbanvillage funds, so that the urban-village are ready to manage these funds at the time of handing over the management of urban-village funds from the subdistrict next year (2020).

"In RW 06. The purpose of the establishment of Durenan Indah Thematic Village in RW 06 Manguharjo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is to increase knowledge or education about Nusantara culture, especially Semarang City Local Art and Culture, preserving national and local culture which characterizes the city of Semarang in general. and is a hallmark of the superior product of Mangunharjo Village, community empowerment aims to reduce poverty and unemployment, beautify slum areas, uphold local wisdom in increasing potential and solving environmental problems, making the area a tourism area. The problems faced by SMEs Batik Blekok and UKM Batik Blibis include in the field of financial management, in this case is due to limited knowledge about the preparation and preparation of financial reports correctly. The solution offered is to provide training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping for MSMEs and preparing financial reports. The community service program was carried out on Thursday, November 19, 2020. The implementation of service activities at the Batik Outlet of Durenan Indah Thematic Village, Mangunharjo Village, Tembalang District. This activity is carried out for 1 (one) day from ten to one o'clock in the afternoon (for three hours).

Indonesia is the second largest contributor to plastic waste after China. In this case, the Kendal Regency government has various ways to educate the community to be aware of the importance of waste management. One way to reduce the amount of waste is by establishing Garbage Bank. Truko Village is one of the villages in Kendal district, Central Java province, this village was selected for community service activities because Truko village does not yet have a Garbage Bankand the village community also does not understand the system of running a Garbage Bank. This happens because there is still a lack of information about the Garbage Bank and proper waste management. To achieve this goal, the methods used are:1) Educating the public about the Garbage Bank program 2) Socializing the management of Garbage Bank and waste 3) Socialization and training on waste management has become a valuable project. The existence of this article is expected to improve facilities in Truko village and in other villages with a plan to form a Waste Bank.Establishing a Garbage Bank is a way to improve village facilities because with a Garbage Bank the waste management process will be more focused, it is hoped that this article can provide information to people in Truko Village and people outside Truko Village the process of forming a Garbage Bank and managing waste appropriately to become valuable goods selling

AbstractJudul artikel PPM Tematik ini adalah Menghidupkan Kesenian Ketoprak Di Desa Sanggrahan, Kecamatan Kranggan, Kabupaten Temanggung, Jawa Tengah yang memusatkan perhatiannya pada usaha menghidupkan kembali kesenian ketoprak yang pernah ada sebelumnya. Berpijak pada judul artikel di atas dengan mudah dapat ditangkap bahwa yang menjadi tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah mendiskripsikan usaha-usaha untuk menghidupkan kembali kesenian ketoprak yang pernah ada dan kini dalam keadaan mati suri. Adapun langkah yang ditempuh adalah mengadakan pelatihan untuk para pemain dan pengrawit, serta pembinaan dalam bidang cara-cara berorganisasi. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kualitas dan kuantitas pemain maupun pengrawit, naskah lakon, pelatih, dan waktu atau jaduwal latihan. Adapun materi latihan meliputi membaca naskah lakon, dialog (penguasaan vokabuler bahasa Jawa dan unggah-ungguh), bloking, actions, perang kombat, perang masal, dan make-up. Latihan dilakukan secara maraton, dan menghasilkan sebuah pertunjukan ketoprak dengan durasi waktu 2 jam dengan lakon Manunggal. Lakon disusun oleh Ki Legowo Cipto Karsono, Agus Joko Susilo, dan Rekryandrie Prabaningmas. Sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat pendukungnya bahwa hasil latihan dipentaskan dalam acara perpisahan mahasiswa KKN dengan warga desa Sanggrahan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2018.Kata kunci: eksistensi, ketoprak, Sanggrahan Temanggung. AbstractThe title of this Thematic dedication to community article is Reviving Ketoprak Art in Sanggrahan, Kranggan, Temanggung, Central Java, which focuses its attention on reviving ketoprak art that had existed before. Based on the title of the article above it can be easily captured that the purpose of writing this article is to describe efforts to revive the art of ketoprak that once existed. The steps taken are conducting training for players and players, as well as coaching in the field of ways to organize. The training is carried out by considering the quality and quantity of players as well as players, script manuscripts, coaches, and time or time of training. The training material includes reading script, dialogue (mastering Javanese vocabulary and uploading), blocking, actions, kombat war, mass warfare, and make-up. The training was conducted in a marathon, and resulted in a ketoprak show with a duration of 2 hours with the Manunggal play. The play was composed by Ki Legowo Cipto Karsono, Agus Joko Susilo, and Rekryandrie Prabaningmas. In accordance with the wishes of the supporting community that the results of the exercise were staged in the farewell program of Community Service Program (KKN) students and residents of Sanggrahan which was held on August 27, 2018.Keywords: existence, ketoprak, Sanggrahan Temanggung.

Administratively, Pengkol Village is listed in Sub-district Pengkol, Nguter District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. While this village is not categorized as a poor village, income earned from wet-feld rice farming and fshing in Colo dam is not sufcient to support villagers’ daily life. It is not surprising that most of the productive age population prefer to work in factory or as labor migrants in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia. A glimpse, of natural resources, cultural heritage and everyday life shows that Desa Pengkol can be managed as a Tourism Village Attraction. Tis article delineates the way in which Pengkol village is developed, managed, and empowered by short, middle and long community service program of the Community Based Tourism. Focusing on identifcation of tourism object attraction, this preliminary -short program- makes an eﬀort to improve, not only the economic, social, and cultural, but also the villagers day to day life welfare. Given such eﬀorts the Pengkol villagers are expected to stay during their productive age in their village as the owner and manager of tourism village attraction business. Further, they will not work as an industry worker or labor migrants.

Orang dengan Gangguan Jiwa atau disebut ODGJ masih menjadi stigma di masyarakat, tentunya hal ini akan membuat ODGJ dan keluarga menjadi tidak nyaman, sehingga kekambuhan ODGJ tidak hanya karena putus obat namun karena perilaku masyarakat terhadap ODGJ. Upaya untuk mencegah kekambuhan ODGJ tidak hanya menjadi tugas keluarga tetapi juga masyarakat. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan kader kesehatan jiwa dalam mejalankan perannya di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah kader kesehatan jiwa yang berada di lingkungan RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 48 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 30 Januari 2020. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader dalam mencegah kekambuhan ODGJ. Kata kunci: kekambuhan; ODGJ; kader kesehatan jiwa FORUM GROUP DISCUSSION AS AN EFFORT TO PREVENT ODGJ RECURRENCE THROUGH THE ROLE OF SOUL HEALTH CARE IN RSJD DR AMINO GONDOHUTOMO CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE ABSTRACT People with mental disorders or so-called ODGJ are still a stigma in the community, of course this will make ODGJ and family uncomfortable, so ODGJ recurrence is not only due to drug withdrawal but because of community behavior towards ODGJ. Efforts to prevent ODGJ recurrence are not only a duty of the family but also the community. The purpose of this community service is to evaluate the ability of mental health cadres in carrying out their role in the community. This activity was carried out at Dr Amino Gondohutomo Central Java Province, Central Java. Participants in this activity were mental health cadres who were in the environment of Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Central Java Province, totaling 48 people. This community service activity aims to provide education and assistance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing an understanding of the importance of preparing financial reports and providing assistance in preparing financial reports using the SI APIK application. The method of implementing the activity is carried out in several stages, namely the first stage is planning and observation, the second stage is assistance in the preparation of financial reports using the Si APIK application, the third stage is the preparation of financial reports until August 2021, and the last stage is making video tutorials using the SI APIK application and making posters regarding the preparation of financial reports. MSME XYZ which is engaged in the culinary field is the object chosen and located in Central Java. The result of this activity is that MSME XYZ is able to make financial reports for the month of August using the Si APIK application. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mmeberikan edukasi dan pendampingan bagi usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan dan memberikan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi SI APIK. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap pertama adalah perencanaan dan observasi, tahap kedua adalah kegiatan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi Si APIK, tahap ketiga penyusunan laporan keuangan sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2021, dan tahap terakhir adalah pembuatan video tutorial penggunaan aplikasi SI APIK dan pembuatan poster mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan. UMKM XYZ yang bergerak dibidang kuliner merupakan obyek yang dipilih dan berlokasi di Jawa Tengah. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah bahwa UMKM XYZ mampu membuat laporan keuangan bulan Agustus dengan menggunakan aplikasi Si APIK.
