Abstract Entrepreneurial activity is one of the main factors in the development of the market economy of the state, the internal and external markets of Ukraine and innovative industries. Therefore, the main purpose of this article is to analyse the peculiarities of the legal position of a company after a decision has been made to terminate it. It is established that the liquidation of legal entities is performed without the transfer of the rights and obligations of the liquidated enterprise to other persons, i.e. without succession. Upon liquidation of the enterprise, its rights and obligations are terminated. The current civil legislation does not provide for the limitation of the powers of the liquidation commission in cases of liquidation based on a court decision. It is argued that the liquidation commission be terminated when an entry on termination of the activity of a legal entity is made in the unified state register.

From an inquiry into three distinct interpretations of African economic data, we have suggested thathomo africanus is oeconomicusrather thanantiquus. First, while substantivists (traditionalists) and modernists (developmental economists) appropriately subordinatedhomo africanus'economic behavior to social considerations, they mistakenly de-emphasized the role of markets, especially in economies where market contacts were peripheral. Consequently (since their model for comparative economic behavior was that of the traditional selfregulating market economy), they concluded thathomo africanus antiquus est. Second, believing that when stripped of their cultural impedimenta, all economies conformed to the same laws, formalists 45 Both Maurice Godelier and Emmanuel Terray have criticized him for argued thathomo africanus oeconomicus est. Accordingly, they recommended modifications and applications of concepts such as rationalization, maximization, the scarcity postulate, surpluses, input, output levels, pricing and profits, and quantification in general.Third, we examined the models of the French structuralist neo-Marxists who, bypositing homo africanuswithin select categories of materialist history, have maintained that structurally, materially and existentially, he wasoeconomicus. Beginning with an inquiry into modes of production, they averred that he produced, consumed and circulated material goods by virtue of his existence within a social structure and superstructure which was materially determined. Accordingly, they revealed his unique relationship to the market. Moreover, structuralist neo-Marxists have transformed the substantivist theory of social "embeddedness" (or the subordination of an economy to social constraints which act as cultural obstacles to change) into a social "realization" or reflection of change within production modes, whose inner structure is transformed according to the dialectic. Their model, therefore, not only has more depth and dynamism than that of the substantivists, but its structural linkages are causally related.

This article examines the fact that in a modern market economy, in which entrepreneurial activity is widely developed, the introduction of penalties, and not the use of incentive norms in the commission of criminal acts related to economic activity. Our current criminal legislation provides for more exemption from punishment in incentive norms, therefore today in the criminal legislation there are proposals for improving incentive norms aimed at exemption from liability.

Does exposure to mass migration affect economic behavior, attitudes and beliefs of natives in transit countries? In order to answer this question, we use a unique locality-level panel from the 2010 and 2016 rounds of the Life in Transition Survey and data on the main land routes taken by migrants in 18 European countries during the refugee crisis in 2015. To capture the exogenous variation in natives’ exposure to transit migration, we construct an instrument that is based on the distance of each locality to the optimal routes that minimize travelling time between the main origin and destination cities. We first show that the entrepreneurial activity of natives falls considerably in localities that are more exposed to mass transit migration, compared to those located further away. We then explore the mechanisms and find that our results are likely to be explained by a decrease in the willingness to take risks as well as in the confidence in institutions. We also document an increase in the anti-migrant sentiment while attitudes towards other minorities remained unchanged. We rule out the possibility of out-migration of natives or of trade-related shocks (potentially confounded with the mass-transit migration) affecting our results. Using locality-level luminosity data, we also rule out any effect driven by changes in economic activity. Finally, we find no statistically significant effects on other labor market outcomes, such as unemployment or labor force participation.

Current state of the flora of Ukraine, which is under constantly growing anthropic pressure, is characterized by the change in species composition and structure of vegetation, a significant increase in its role as an anthropophilic element. Big economic activity creates the prerequisites for the conversion of native vegetation to impoverished and less valuable, partly or wholly formed of synanthropic species, many of which are quarantine weeds. Invasion and further active distribution, and in some cases the expansion of the species of adventive fraction of the flora, take place both naturally and anthropically. In Luhansk region, the emergence and spread of quarantine weeds poses a threat of an expansive nature, as an aggressive quarantine species such as Ambrosia artemisifolia L. grows in all types of crop phytocenoses and beyond, and every year its habitats increase. The article shows the results of multi-year researches, aimed at establishing the directions of distribution and expansion of plant groups by the quarantine species of the Asteraceae family (Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.).The study shows that the number of the researched species in the last ten years has increased two- or threefold in such plant groups as agrophytocenosis, sylvophytoculturcenosis, urbophytoculturcenosis, meadows and pastures. In result , we emphasize that Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. is no longer a quarantine species to which restricted species belong, as this weed is infinitely distributed and is already a cosmopolitan, whereas phytosanitary services are commonly called quarantine, but limited Unfortunately, no one can expand it. In our opinion, time is significantly lost, and one way to prevent the further spread of Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. is the total mowing of plants before flowering of all populations in all crop plant groups (where it is impossible to apply chemical tillage) 5-7 times per growing season, not to allow the growing season replenishment of a bank of seeds of this weed in soil.

One of the specific sectors of the economy in Russia is healthcare, which is a complex system of socio-economic relations. An important element of the socio-economic development of the state is precisely the indicators of health and living standards of the population. The relationship between the level of development of the healthcare system and the quality of life of the population is obvious, which ultimately affects the level of national income and the country’s economy as a whole. Therefore, in modern conditions of development of our country, the most pressing issue of the health care system is the process of its financing, which is considered in this article in the context of regional characteristics.
