EVALUATION OF STATE AID AND ITS CREATED VALUE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE IN LITHUANIA

Countries facing social issues related to the disabled apply various measures to solve them, including State aid. However, the application of these measures does not always enable them to achieve the goals of state policy or to improve indicators such as the integration of the disabled into the labor market and reduction of social exclusion. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of State aid usage and influence on the implementation of disabled employment policies, this research develops a set of social and economic indicators to reflect the examined issue, allow for the assessment of the situation of the target group, and envisage areas of improvement. To evaluate the impact of State aid on the selected indicators, a simple linear regression analysis is performed. According to our evaluations, we establish that in order for the government to solve problems of poverty by employing disabled people, questions of financial capacity as well as the effectiveness of allowances for the disabled should be addressed. The expected effects of this measure are a growing number of employed disabled people and reduction of poverty and social exclusion among disabled people.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between monetary operations on inflation in Indonesia. This research was also conducted to find out how monetary policy in Indonesia resolves the inflationary problems that occur. The independent variable in this study is monetary operations. Monetary operations in this study include conventional and sharia monetary operations. The dependent variable in this study is inflation. The research design used is quantitative research design using simple linear regression analysis techniques supported by the classical assumption test and statistical test with the help of SPSS v22 program. The sample of this study was monetary operations and Inflation from January 2017 to Mei 2020. The result of this research showed that the data are normally distributed, and free from multicollinearity. Then this research also shows that monetary operations have significant effect on inflation. Based on the research that has been carried out, it is known that this research is very important to be carried out as a reference for the government in solving the problem of inflation in Indonesia, considering that monetary operations are policies issued by the government in minimizing inflation.

The Impact

Research on the impact of VAT literacy on consumptive behavior has not been studied in Indonesia. Most studies link financial literacy to consumptive behavior. To find out whether VAT literacy has an effect on consumptive behavior, this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire instrument was confirmed first, which resulted that all questions on the questionnaire were valid and reliable. Then, the classical assumption test was carried out to ensure that the linear regression model was reliable which concluded that the data were normally distributed and there was no heteroscedasticity. Simple linear regression analysis shows that the predictor has a negative and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. The coefficient value of -1.130 indicates that an increase in VAT literacy by 1 point will reduce the consumptive behavior of Generation Z by 1.130 points. In other words, someone who knows and understands the VAT regulations will have the potential to reduce the consumption of goods and services.

The Impact

This study aims to determine the influence of online transportation on employment opportunities and welfare in Medan City. The method used is a quantitative approach based on the path analysis with a simple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study showed that around 64,9% variables of online transportation explained by changes in variables of employment opportunities and welfare in in Medan City, while the test 35,1% is explained by other factors. About 33,4% of the variables of online transportation affected by employment opportunities and around 31.5% of the online transportation variables aff ected the welfare variable. The significance of the indirect test results indicates that there was an indirect effect of the variable online transportation on welfare through employment opportunities signifi cantly. The impact of this study is there is a significant influence on employment opportunities and community welfare in in Medan City with an Online Motorcycle taxi that can absorb labor and increase the income of UMKM through various services available in the online motorcycle taxi application.

ABSTRAK Dunia usaha tidak terlepas dari turbulensi dan resiko keuangan, dalam perkembangan UMKM resiko menjadi lebih tinggi karena aset yang kecil membuat dana usaha habis dalam pembayaran kewajiban kredit, terutama saat inflasi dan suku bunga tinggi. Kenaikan inflasi dan suku bunga akan membuat biaya keuangan dalam usaha semakin tinggi, sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada kelangsungan usaha. Selain itu, permodalan merupakan tantangan yang paling penting dalam usaha pengembangan UMKM. Faktor modal bagi UMKM menjadi penting, sebab UMKM seringkali mendapatkan peluang usaha yang cukup besar. Namun, kondisi permodalan yang minim membuat UMKM tidak dapat mengembangkan usahanya lebih jauh lagi. Peranan penting lainnya adalah UMKM mendorong munculnya wirausaha-wirausaha baru. Wirausaha memiliki dua fungsi dalam perekonomian suatu negara yaitu fungsi makro dan mikro serta menengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kebijakan Dampak Penyaluran Kredit Kepada UMKM berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan Kredit di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.Penelitian menggunakan penelitian assosiatif dengan teknik analisis data menggukana analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan penyaluran kredit tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan kredit UMKM di Sulawesi Utara. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah Bank Indonesia perlu menurunkan tingkat bunga kredit agar pertumbuhan kredit dapat mengalami peningkatan, Pihak bank sebaiknya memberikan kelonggaran untuk kredit UMK, Pemerintah sebaiknya membantu dalam hal memberikan modal bagi UMKM dan membuka akses UMKM untuk mendapatkan modal usaha Kata kunci : kebijakan kredit, pertumbuhan kredit ABSTRACT The business world is inseparable from turbulence and financial risk, in the development of MSMEs the risk is higher because small assets make business funds run out in payment of credit obligations, especially when inflation and high interest rates. The increase in inflation and interest rates will make the financial costs of the business higher, so that it can affect the sustainability of the business. In addition, capital is the most important challenge in developing MSMEs. The capital factor for MSMEs is important, because MSMEs often get considerable business opportunities. However, the lack of capital makes the MSMEs unable to expand their business further. Another important role is that MSMEs encourage the emergence of new entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship has two functions in the economy of a country, namely macro and micro and medium functions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Impact Policy on Credit Distribution to MSMEs affecting the growth of Credit in North Sulawesi Province.The study used associative research with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the credit distribution policy did not affect the growth of MSME loans in North Sulawesi. The advice that can be given is that Bank Indonesia needs to reduce the loan interest rate so that credit growth can increase. Banks should provide concessions for MSE loans. The government should help in providing capital for MSMEs and open access for MSMEs to obtain business capital. Keywords: credit policy, credit growth

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Innovation on Customer SatisfactionDesign / methodology / approach - This research was conducted in less than 1 year period, the research design is cross-sectional design. The method used is explanatory survey, and population 203 employees. The analysis technique used is descriptive, the questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents.Findings - based on the results of the study using simple linear regression analysis, the result that there is a positive influence of service innovation on customer satisfaction.Originality / value - this study provides a basis for find out the impact of service innovation on customer satisfaction.. The difference of this study with previous research is on the objects, variables, theories and the references.

This study aims to determine the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in UPT. The Environmental Health office and Laboratory Riau Province. Respondents in this study were patient in Laboratory of Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Riau of 96 people. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis method and processed by using SPSS program version 16.0, the results obtained that In the coefficient of determination (R²), obtained value R = 0.585 this means the influence of independent variables (Service Quality) to the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) is 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

This study aims to find empirical evidence to support the notion that there is a connection between the budget emphasis and the potential budgetary slack. In this study, there were 65 respondents (out of a potential pool of 872 employees of the regional water supplier for Malang city). Of the 65 questionnaires distributed, 57 were returned fully completed. The data collected was then analyzed using the Product Statistics and Services Solution (SPSS) application program. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis technique to measure the impact of the budget emphasis variable to budgetary slack. The results show that the budget emphasis produced a positive effect on the incidence of budgetary slack, however when the budget emphasis is too tight it can cause aberrant behavior in subordinates owing working pressures to achieve set targets. The operational wheels of the Community Economy, to achieve the goals of Prosperity and prosperity must always be well managed, so that the process of achieving goals can run smoothly. This research uses quantitative research or all data is expressed in numbers. To obtain data to compile research, the authors conducted research on PKH Beneficiary Groups, Air Kumbang District, Kab. Banyuasin. To see the effect of PKH Social Assistance (X) on the Level of Welfare of the Village Community in Sideomulyo (Y), a simple linear regression analysis was used with the help of the SPSS program and a correlation test to test the relationship of the independent variable (X) to the dependent variable (Y) significantly. Based on regression analysis simple, the following equation can be generated: Y = a + bx = 33, 043 + 0.235 X It can be seen that the t value is 4.168, while the t table is 1.66412. In accordance with the t test formula, if t count> t table then Ho is rejected so that it can be seen that the PKH Assistance variable (X) 1 and Village BLT have a significant effect on the Level of Community Welfare (Y). while the results of the correlation test are as follows: correlation (r) = 0, 299 and probability (p) is significant at p <0, 05. According to the formula, if probability (p)> 0.05 then H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no relationship If the probability (p) <0.05 then H0 is rejected, it means that there is a relationship. For KPM PKH and BLT recipients in Tirta Mamkur Village, Air Kumbang District, Kabupate. Banyuasin, in order to use PKH and Village BLT assistance from the government as appropriate in accordance with applicable regulations. And because PKH is a conditional assistance from the government, KPM PKH must be able to properly optimize PKH assistance for its basic needs.

The Impact

The Bugis tribe is one of the tribes in South Sulawesi Province, in addition to the Makassar and Toraja tribes, who uphold their religion and become the basis for their behavior. This is in accordance with the Bugis philosophy of "MappesonariDewataseuwae” (surrender to God's will), which means that the Buginese people behave according to the religious values derived from their culture.The Bugistribe inhabit almost all corners of the archipelago, including in Sumatra, especially Jambi. By inhabiting the Jambi area, it is certain that the influence of the local culture will certainly affect the behavior of someone who lives in the area.Considering that, then, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the value of religiosity of the Bugis tribe in Jambi on the decision of purchasing products.To answer the research problem, the data were collected through a questionnaire of 106 people, then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained, that although the Bugis people have settled in Jambi, Sumatra, but the decision to purchase products is still influenced by the value of religiosity.
