scholarly journals A SPOC Teaching Mode of College English Translation Based on "Rain Classroom"

College English translation is a specialty for students’ all-around development in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Traditional “Duck-stuffing” method is only effective to teach students to listen and write, and even results in students’ rejection to learning oral English. With the traditional teaching method, students and teacher seldom interact with each other, and students are passive to absorb the content of courses, and no positive feedback on teaching, which impacts the teaching efficiency to a certain extent. In view of this, an SPOC teaching mode based on “rain classroom” was designed by combining rain classroom that is based on WeChat and intelligent teaching tools of multimedia with SPOC blended teaching and partitioning the whole learning process into stage before class, stage during class and stage after class, applied in College English translation course, and checked for the teaching efficiency to verify the effectiveness of SPOC teaching mode. Results show that the SPOC teaching mode based on “rain classroom” put forward herein has some effect on teaching reform of college English translation course.

The course of college English plays an important role in overall improving students’ comprehensive quality. Under traditional teaching mode, English teaching is dominated by the teacher, and supplemented by students. Such the efficiency of teaching method is low so that students cannot give full play to their dominant role in learning. Besides, their learning ability cannot improve, and it is difficult to carry out teaching activities efficiently. On this basis, an inquiry teaching mode based on STEM educational concept was explored for the course of college English in this study by combining specific implementation requirements of inquiry learning method. Meanwhile, the teaching effects of experimental class and control class for which traditional teaching mode was applied were compared. The result shows that the inquiry teaching mode based on STEM educational concept has obvious advantages in college English teaching and can significantly improve students’ comprehensive ability and professional quality, so it deserves to be referenced for teaching mode reform.

<p><em>In view of the problems in circuit course, flipped classroom is introduced and new teaching mode is explored. English has been a subject in the university classroom since the 1980s. This subject helps produce more excellent talents in economics, politics, and culture who are proficient in English language in China, and enable our country to better integrate with the global economy. At the same time, the relationship between our country and the international community has become closer. However, the social environment is constantly developing and changing. The traditional teaching methods can be said to be ineffective and associated with many shortcomings. Traditional teaching methods were used in the English lessons. Under this teaching mode, students were the passive subjects on the receiving end of what have been taught. The teacher was always talking in the classroom and the students were listening. This teaching style also affects the effectiveness of learning. Compared with traditional teaching, interactive teaching method has its unique advantages. It is a new teaching mode and under this teaching mode, students can actively communicate with teachers in the classroom to complete learning tasks. The initiative to perform self-directed learning is also greatly improved, and the students’ English proficiency can be improved.

The modernization of our country has opened a new era, and the “Internet +” national strategy has gone deep into various areas of people’s livelihood. In this paper, the related strategies of the formation of wisdom teaching are applied through the design of the auxiliary system, in order to optimize the traditional teaching mode by making full use of the network technology, improve the teaching efficiency, and train more and more music talents for the country.

This paper focuses on PBL teaching method based on network environment (WPBL) The results show that PBL teaching mode under the network environment does have many advantages in medical nursing education. This method can effectively cultivate nursing students' problem-solving ability and critical thinking ability, which is consistent with the goal of nursing education.
