Research on the factors that influence family financial management in Untang village, Banyuke Hulu sub-district, Landak Regency, West Kalimantan using qualitative phenomenological research methods. The research data was taken using semi-structured interview techniques and observations. This study involved three housewives’ participants who had been married for more than ten years, have more than two children and lived in the village. The results of this study found that the factors that influence financial management are the appreciation of the Dayak traditions, openness to the advancement of children's education and the limited ability to manage business capital owned today.

One of the problems that appear in village financial management is the issue of its implementation in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. The implementation is not in accordance with the provisions of Permendagri 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management due to the lack of common understanding, views, and commitments from village financial organizers. The purpose of this study was to determine the reality of the implementation of financial management of the village of Dauh Peken in Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency based on Permendagri 113 of 2014 on village financial management. The research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, research data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This study was analyzed using the Case Study method. The results of the study indicate that the Dauh Peken Village has not fully complied with the provisions of the regulation in financial management during the implementation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This requires synergy between the district and sub-district governments in terms of assistance and supervision of village finance providers.   Keywords: Village finance, regulations, village finance providers.

Village is as the lowest form of autonomous government, so that it can implement autonomyproperly, then the administration of its government must have the main factor that is said to beautonomous is the Human Resources factor as the executor, Financial factor, Supporting Infrastructureand Institutional Factors and Institution. Village Government whose existence is directly related to thecommunity and as the spearhead of development, the village government is increasingly required to beprepared both in terms of formulating village policies (in the form of village regulations), planningvillage development that is adapted to the situation conditions and in providing routine services to thecommunity. autonomous people must have the authority and ability to explore financial or revenuesources, manage and use their own finances, in other words there is independence or village autonomyin managing village budget and expenditure expenditure. which is the village's wealth, the compilationof the village's income and expenditure budget, the administration or administration of financial affairsand financial accountability. The problem in this research is whether the Village Law has givenautonomy to village finances, as well as the exercise of authority of the village government in realizingvillage autonomy. This research is a study using Normative Juridical research methods, using legalmaterials, namely the legislative approach and conceptual approach, is a normative analysis showingthat the authority of the village government is based on the principles and legal norms that apply, whilethe conceptual village financial management autonomy.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the experience and understanding of village officials with respect to accountability in village fund financial management. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach were used in this study through interviews with the village government in Tlogosari Village, Malang Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. The results show that the accountability of village fund financial management is realized through the behavior of carrying out duties and responsibilities, greatest utilization of village discussions, and the overall activeness of village communities in supporting the village welfare. This understanding is considered to be in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018. Supporting parties of the implementation of village fund financial management, namely the village government, local government, and local inspectorates should increase their commitment and consistency in order to create accountable management of village funds. At the inspection stage, particularly, the regional inspectorate is required to make improvements in the inspection process to maximize targeted development in fulfillment of the village needs.

Village funds are one of the crucial issues in the village law, the budget calculation is based on the number of villages by taking into account the population, poverty rate, area size, and the level of geographical difficulty in order to improve welfare and equitable village development. Because of such a crucial issue, the senators assessed that the implementation of village governance requires guidance and supervision, especially the implementation of village activities. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the capacity building of the economy and infrastructure for the use of village funds in Wawoangi Village, South Buton Regency; (2) to determine the supervision of the Village Consultative Body in the use of Village Funds in Wawoangi Village, South Buton Regency. Empirical legal research methods or empirical juridical research methods. The conclusion of this research is that the management of the village fund budget in Wawoangi Village is based on the Regulation of the Sub-Regulation Number 78 of 2019, formulated in the Wawaoangi Village RPJM activity and then the implementation of the village funds is carried out with a proportional distribution in each hamlet. Lack of community participation and support with village development management is a factor that hinders the successful use of the village fund budget. The decrease in the level of community participation in the implementation of village development causes the absorption of local labor to also decrease. Village financial management starts from the planning stages, implementing business administration, reporting and mandatory accountability, presumably involving the village community.

The book "Metode Penelitian Fenomenologi" was written to provide knowledge to readers about phenomenological research methods. Phenomenological research itself is conducted by looking at the phenomena that exist around us with the aim of digging awareness in each individual. Usually, this researcher is conducted by conducting interviews with participants. Some of the figures who used this approach in his research were Edmund Husserl, Martin Heidegger, Jean Paul Sartre, Mauriche Marleau-Pounty, Jaques Derrida, Alfred Schutz, Peter Berger and Luckmann. The figures use phenomenological research because they can decipher or obtain clear information from a phenomenon. In addition, it also explains what stages need to be carried out in phenomenological research. The author hopes that with this book, the readers can use it as a guideline in doing real research so that they can get maximum results. For readers who want to know more about phenomenological research methods, it is highly recommended to read this book because this book contains a lot of information about phenomenological research, such as the theory used by the figures, phenomenological methodology, and what steps can be done in conducting research using this approach so that it can increase the reader's knowledge about phenomenological research that will be used in the future.Research using phenomenological methods is not easy because, basically, phenomenology is an indisputable basis of thinking. In this research, science can be scientifically proven by using qualitative phenomenological research. Using qualitative phenomenological research, researchers created a list of questions that became important factors for expressing the feelings and experiences of an informant. So by preparing some questions, researchers will get a lot of information obtained directly from each individual. In qualitative research, logic also plays an important role. Therefore, a researcher must understand what the meaning of facts, concepts, principles, laws, hypotheses, and theories is to facilitate researchers in conducting qualitative research.The book discusses photometric research methods in detail and clearly packaged in several parts. With the book, we become aware of the phenomenological approach in the study of philosophy with science. The book also explains what steps to take before doing research until after doing research. With the book, we become aware of how to do good research in order to obtain the results we expect.

This is a qualitative phenomenological research aimed to understand stress of a former drug users whose under rehabilitation process. This research focused on factors that influencing and implications due to stresses of former drug users. Data collection method used is the method that used in this research is semi-structured interview, observations by non-participants, checklists, and documentations. Subject in this research determined by the cooperative ability of former drug users whose undergoing rehabilitation, which is three women as participants, at former drug users social rehabilitation office “Mandiri”, Semarang. Through descriptive analysis of data research, factors that making former drug users stressed during rehabilitation process are loss of freedom, the guilty feelings, social affect such as ex-drug users label and other affect which cause worsen the conditions of a former drug users and the stressed level become higher. Furthermore, stress that experienced by the former users will affect their subjective conditions, cognitive behavior, and physiological conditions.

The research aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the management of nagari funds in Agam Regency in 2015-2018 and to find out the management of nagari funds in Agam Regency in accordance with Law Number 2014 concerning Villages and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 113 years 2014 on Village Financial Management. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Questionnaires were distributed to guardians of the village, village staff (village secretary, village treasurer and planning committee), chair of the BPD, deputy chair of the BPD, and members of the BPD (representing one of the members) in 17 (seventeen) villages. The results of this study prove that (1) the effectiveness of 17 (seventeen) nagari can be concluded to be effective. While the efficient level of 17 (seventeen) nagari can be concluded to be still inefficient. (2) the results of the validity and reliability test show that overall the statement items used in the questionnaire showed very good results, meaning that the management of the nagari funds in Agam Regency was in accordance with Law Number 2014 concerning Villages and Minister of Domestic Affairs Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management.

This study analyzes the role of village credit institutions (in Indonesian is abberviated LPD) for members during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative phenomenological research. The research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic due to observance of health protocols. Research data were collected from primary sources (research informants) with interview techniques, observation, and focus group discussion. The data collected was validated by triangulation of sources and methods. The data were then analyzed using the Spradly domain model analysis technique. The results of the study found three LPD roles for members during the Covid-19 pandemic as follows: (1) productive roles: financial solutions for members based on kinship principles; (2) the role of macro social responsibility: resources for the collective collective of members; (3) the role of micro social responsibility: resources for the needs of individual members.

Sustainability reporting becomes a new paradigm in corporate reporting. This article discusses theimplementation of sustainability reporting model on village-owned enterprise (VOE) and small andmedium enterprises (SMEs), especially in Indonesia. This research design is a qualitative descriptivestudy and literature research. This research was conducted at the village-owned enterprise and somesmall and medium enterprise in Tajun village, Buleleng, Bali. The process of this research divided intoinitial research, data collection, create the sustainability reporting model, and the implementation of thesustainability reporting model. The methods of collected data are semi-structured interview,observation, and document analysis. Sustainability reporting model in village-owned enterprise andsmall and medium enterprises based on GRI G4 standard. There are five stages on sustainabilityreporting model for VOE and SMEs. The five stages are prepare stage, connect stage, define stage,monitoring stage, and reporting stage. Sustainability reporting on VOE and SMEs increasestransparency towards stakeholders and improves the optimization of business process. This resultindicated that VOE and SMEs can more contribute than other related business in sustainability context. The accountability of the management of the village income and expenditure budget is an ongoing problem in the village which shows that the village government system that has been in effect from the past until now has proven not to be a stable system, this problem is evidence that there are still many problems surrounding the management of the village income and expenditure budget. The goal is how the accountability of Benete Village revenue and expenditure budget management, while the method used is a combination that combines the two methods, the techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study are that the village government is still unable to manage the village income and expenditure budget in Benete Village. The first problem faced by the village is the limited or limited ability of the village apparatus in managing the village income and expenditure budget or the absence of participation from the village community which causes more problems. This condition can be seen clearly from the recognition of the difficulties of the village government in managing the village income and expenditure budget due to a lack of experts in the planning, implementation or accountability process, this is also seen by many rural people who think that the management of the village income and expenditure budget is still not good. and there are many hopes of the village community that the next planning or process can be carried out properly by the village government. Village finances should be strengthened because to strengthen the pillars of accountability in the village, village financial management must be carried out efficiently and effectively, and village income and expenditure budgets are the main source of village development.Akuntabilitas pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa menjadi masalah yang berlangsung di desa yang memperlihatkan bahwa sistem pemerintahan desa yang berlaku sejak dari dahulu hingga kini terbukti belum menjadi sebuah sistem yang mantap, persoalan tersebut menjadi bukti bahwa masih banyaknya persoalan seputar pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa. Tujuannya ialah bagaimana akuntabilitas pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja Desa Benete, adapun metode yang digunakan ialah kombinasi yang menggabungkan kedua metode, teknik yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Adapun Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah pemerintah desa masih belum bisa mengelola anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa di Desa Benete. Masalah pertama yang dihadapi desa ialah keterbatasan atau terbatasnya kemampuan perangkat desa dalam pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa ataupun tidak adanya partisipasi dari masyarakat desa yang membuat masalah bertambah banyak. Kondisi ini terlihat jelas dari adanya pengakuan kesulitannya pemerintah desa dalam Pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa dikarenakan kurangnya tenaga ahli dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan atau pertanggungjawaban, hal ini juga dilihat oleh masyarakat desa yang banyak berpendapat bahwa pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa masih belum baik, dan banyak sekali harapan masyarakat desa agar perencanaan atau proses selanjutnya bisa dijalankan dengan baik oleh pemerintah desa. keuangan desa seharusnya diperkuat karena untuk menguatkan pilar-pilar akuntabilitas di desa, pengelolaan keuangan desa harus dilakukan secara efisien dan efektif, anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa merupakan sumber utama dari pembangunan desa.
