A work has a distinctive existence by showing the differences of human fajta, namely the social and economic system. In addition, a work containing cultural undue will be closely related to the customs of certain norms and beliefs. This can be seen in the novel titled KKN In Dancer Village which contains mystical and mythical values using the study of literary anthropology nyoman Kutha Ratna theory. One form of the author's expression is his imaginative thinking and intuition about the points of mystical values and myths that exist in the novel and what it has to do with the real world. Literary anthropology is used to analyze these oin-points. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using note-reading techniques and library study techniques. The results of literary anthropology research with mimesis approach show as follows. First, some of the pieces of the story experienced by the characters are directed at mystical things that then give rise to myths that are finally believed by the characters in the story. Second, the mystical values and myths that occur in each piece of the story sometimes occur and appear in the real world. That means it does happen in the real world, not just fiction. Abstrak Sebuah karya memiliki eksistensi yang khas dengan memperlihatkan perbedaan dari fakta manusia, yaitu sistem sosial dan ekonomi. Selain itu, sebuah karya yang mengandung unsur kebudayaan akan berkaitan erat dengan adat istiadat norma-norma dan kepercayaan tertentu. Hal ini terlihat dalam novel berjudul KKN Di Desa Penari yang memuat nilai mistis dan mitos dengan menggunakan kajian antropologi sastra teori Nyoman Kutha Ratna. Salah satu wujud ekspresi pengarang ialah pemikiran dan intuisi imajinatifnya mengenai poin-poin nilai mistis dan mitos yang ada dalam novel dan apa saja hubungannya dengan dunia nyata. Antropologi sastra digunakan untuk menganalisis poin-poin tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca catat dan teknik studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian antropologi sastra dengan pendekatan mimesis menunjukkan sebagai berikut. Pertama, beberapa penggalan cerita yang dialami oleh para tokoh mrngarah pada hal mistis yang kemudian menimbulkan mitos yang akhirnya diyakini oleh para tokoh dalam cerita. Kedua, nilai mistis dan mitos yang terjadi dalam setiap penggalan cerita terkadang terjadi dan muncul pada dunia nyata. Itu artinya hal tersebut memang terjadi pula dalam dunia nyata bukan hanya cerita fiksi saja. Kata Kunci : Antropologi Sastra, Nilai Mistis, Dan Mitos

Abstract: This study aims to describe and explain: (1) the struggle forgender equality of female characters in Ratih Kumala's novel KretekGirl, and (2) educational values in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girl.This type of research is qualitative research. This study used descriptivequalitative method. Qualitative descriptive method is a researchprocedure that produces description data in the form of words. Theresearch data is a novel by Kretek Girl by Ratih Kumala.This study usesa feminism approach to describe the profile of female characters, thestruggle for gender equality, and the sociological approach of literatureto find out about the social conditions of the community in RatihKumala's novel Kretek Girl. The data collection technique used in thisstudy was to read the entire contents of the novel and document analysis.The results of this study are as follows: (1) The struggle for genderequality of female leaders in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Gadis isagainst forms of gender injustice in the form of (a) stereotypes, (b)marginalization of women, (c) subordination of work, and (d) internalviolence household. (2) Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girls educationalvalues include: (a) the value of religious education that emphasizesbetween humans and God, (b) the value of social education refers to therelationship of individuals to other individuals in a society (c) the valueof education morals that relate to the good or bad of human behavior,and (d) the value of cultural / customary education that is related totradition, people's habits.

This research aims to examine in depth the role of women in two novel Garis Perempuan and Tempurung.  The role of women in the field of social, cultural, educational, and economic conteks. Then to compare all those roles and summed and find the relevance in education.This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a structural approach and the approach of comparative literature that discusses. 1) a description of each character, setting, and plot lines in the both novels. (2) the roles of women in the field of socio-cultural, educational, and economic,3) comparison of the role of women in the those two novels, (4) the relevance of the role of women in education. The research data in the form of a statement  contains of sentences or paragraphs include narrative, dialogue or monologue, as well as interviews with researcher colleagues.Novel Garis Perempuan and Tempurung tells about the struggle of women in playing their roles in various fields such as the social field of culture, education, and economics.In order to play those  roles they have to choose; worth of free choice or value. The role of women as mothers was found to be a figure or a model of all those women in struggle. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam peran perempuan dalam novel Garis Perempuan dan novel Tempurung. Peran perempuan dibidang sosial budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi, lalu membandingkan peran-peran tersebut kemudian menyimpulkan dan menarik relevansinya dengan pendidikan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan struktural dan pendekatan sastra bandingan yang membahas tentang (1) deskripsi masing-masing tokoh, latar, dan alaur novel Garis Perempuan dan novel Tempurung, (2) peran-peran perempuan dibidang sosial budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi, (3) perbandingan peran perempuan di dua novel, (4) relevansi peran perempuan dengan pendidikan. Data penelitian berupa pernyataan yang berupa kalimat atau paragraf yang berupa narasi, dialog, ataupun monolog, serta wawancara peneliti dengan rekan sejawat.Novel Garis Perempuan dan novel Tempurung mengisahkan tentang perjuangan perempuan dalam memerankan perannya diberbagai bidang seperti dibidang sosial budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi. Dalam rangka memerankan peran ini mereka harus memilih; pilihan senilai atau bebas nilai. Peran perempuan sebagai ibu ternyata dapat menjadi figur atau contoh dalam sebuah perjuangan.

The study of feminism is a literarytradition that leads tokan fokus analisis to female. One of the focuses of the study of feminism is the image of women. In the Qur'an there are many verses that tell about women, there is even one surah that tells the female character specifically, surah Maryam. The purpose of this research is to describe the image of women in the story of Maryam in the Quran including psychic imagery and social imagery. The data collection method that library studies use. The method of data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study are the text of surah Ali Imran, surah Maryam, and surah At Tahrim in the Qur'an. The result of this study is a psychic image ofa woman in the storyof Maryam in the Qur'an consisting of 1)a sincereperson,(2)a devout worshipter,(4)a worried person,(4)a fearful person,(5)a man who is inflicted in pain, and(6)a man who guards honor. The social image of women in the story of Maryamin the Qur'an in the family and community consists of (1)a nephew, (2a) mother, ( 3a child, (4) a sister, (5) a weak man rather than a man in worship (6) an exiled person, (7) a contested person, (8) an accused person, and (9) a man who is given to serve. Based on the analysis of the above imagery found gender injustice contained in this study in the form of stereotypes and violence

This research is based on the development of feminism values in the community. In a patriarchal environment, women have a low position compared to men. Women are subordinated in various fields of life, such as in the fields of education, social affairs and economics. This study aims to describe the values of feminism contained in the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a feminist literary criticism approach. The research method used is content analysis with data collection techniques read and record. The data source in this study is the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah. Based on the results of the research, in the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah there are values of feminism which include: (a) the value of feminism in education, (b) the value of feminism in the social field, and (c) the value of feminism in the economic. Abstract: Novel is a work of fiction that is printed like a book and has a cover. Novel cover is one element that can increase the purchasing power of its readers. Therefore, the cover of the novel is designed in an attractive manner, including the novels by Boy Candra which become the identity of the author and the novel is also one of the reasons why these novels become best sellers. Some elements that can compose a cover design are illustration, colour, and typography. The research objective to be achieved is to determine the visual design of the cover of Boy Candra's novels, which includes several elements, namely illustrations, colours, and typography. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using observation and documentation as its data collection instruments. The result of analysis showed that the cover design of Boy Candra’s novel made use of achromatic colour that looks simple, elegant, mysterious, and dark. In addition, the writing design on the cover uses a consistent type of typography, for example on the nameplate/logo, synopsis, masthead, and also headlines that use script and cursive fonts. Keywords: Visual Analysis, Illustration, Colour, Typography,  Novel Cover Abstrak: Novel merupakan karya fiksi yang dicetak seprti sebuah buku dan memiliki cover. Cover novel merupakan salah satu elemen yang dapat meningkakan daya beli para pembacanya. Oleh karena itu, cover novel didesain secara menarik, termasuk novel-novel karya Boy Candra yang menjadi identitas pengarang dan novelnya pun menjadi salah satu alasan novel-novel tersebut menjadi best seller. Beberapa unsur yang dapat menyususn sebuah desain cover yaitu ilustrasi, warna,dan tipografi. Tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai oleh adalah untuk mengetahui desain visual cover novel-novel Boy Candra, yang meliputi beberapa hal yaitu ilustrasi, warna, dan tipografi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan instrument penelitian obseervasi dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan metode dan instrumen penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain cover warna yang digunakan pada cover adalah warna akromatik, terlihat simple, elegan, misterius, sedih. Selain itu, desain tulisan pada cover menggunaan jenis tipografi yang konsisten pada cover novel karya Boy Candra, contohnya pada nameplate/logo, sinopsis, masthead, dan juga headline yang menggunakan font script and cursive. Mistisisme dalam tataran masyarakat Jawa menjadi salah satu hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam setiap perilaku yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan praktik mistisisme Jawa dalam novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah sosiologi sastra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo yang diterbitkan oleh Penerbit Buku Kompas. Data dalam penelitian ini mencakup satuan cerita yang terwujud dalam dialog, monolog, paragraf, sekuen cerita, bagian kalimat, maupun narasi tokoh yang menggambarkan praktik mistisisme Jawa dalam novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan langkah (a) membaca sumber data; (b) unitizing (mengambil data yang tepat dengan cara menandai teks; serta (c) mencatat dan menginventarisasi teks yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan flow model of analysis yang dikemukakan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo menunjukkan praktik mistisisme Jawa pada tingkatan sarengat/syariat dan tingkatan hakekat. Praktik mistisisme Jawa pada tingkatan sarengat/syariat dibuktikan dengan (1) percaya pada benda mitologi dan (2) percaya pada mitos-mitos. Pada tingkatan hakekat dibuktikan dengan ibadah yang dilakukan untuk menemui Tuhan dalam bentuk salat istikharah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik mistisisme Jawa yang dominan dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jawa dalam novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo adalah pada tingkatan sarengat/syariat dan hakekat.                                     Mysticism at the level of Javanese society is one thing that cannot be separated in every behavior that occurs in society. This study aims to describe the practice of Javanese mysticism in the novel Mantra Pejinak Ular by Kuntowijoyo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the approach used is the sociology of literature. The data source in this study is the novel Mantra Pejinak Snake by Kuntowijoyo published by Kompas Book Publishers. The data in this study include story units that are manifested in dialogues, monologues, paragraphs, story sequences, sentence sections, and character narratives that describe the practice of Javanese mysticism in the novel Mantra Pejinak Ular by Kuntowijoyo. Data collection is done by steps (a) reading the data source; (b) unitizing (taking the right data by marking the text; and (c) recording and inventorying relevant texts. Data analysis was carried out using the flow model of analysis proposed by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that in the novel Mantra Pejinak Ular Kuntowijoyo's work shows the practice of Javanese mysticism at the sarengat/syariat level and the essence level. The practice of Javanese mysticism at the sarengat/syariat level is proven by (1) believing in mythological objects and (2) believing in myths. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the dominant practice of Javanese mysticism carried out by the Javanese people in the novel Mantra Pejinak Ular by Kuntowijoyo is at the level of sarengat/syariat and essence.

Abstract This study aims to describe the intrinsic elements of Tere Liye's Bidadari-bidadari Surga novels. The method used to obtain data in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Sources of data are excerpts of words, sentences, and discourses found in the novel Bidadari-Bidadari Surga by Tere Liye published by Republika in 2008. Related to the intrinsic elements that build literary works from within, data collection is done by reading data sources and researchers act as instruments. The researcher identifies, classifies, and codifies the data based on the problems studied. The data collection technique of this research uses textual techniques. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner by reading, identifying, interpreting, and interpreting the data then drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis of this study show that the Bidadari-Bidadari Heaven novels have the theme of kinship and characters who are hard-nosed, not open, willing to sacrifice, kind-hearted, naughty, obedient, not deterred, and hardworking from several figures in the story. This novel is worth reading by teenagers, adults, the elderly and the elderly because this novel has a moral value that is very close to society.

This paper focuses on the world view of the author in the Mangalua’s novel by Idris Pasaribu and the author's world view of social reality as depicted in the Mangalua’s novel by Idris Pasaribu. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a sociological literature approach. The data collection technique was carried out by document analysis, while the data analysis used descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that this novel contains the social context in the novel which is depicted through the main character, social structure, marriage customs, and religion. The results of the analysis of social context with the approach of genetic structuralism in the novel, found that the author's world view is influenced by background, experience and insight, as well as social groups.

This research aims to describe the romantic elements that create the nuances of beauty found in the novel Kau, Aku, dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah. The problem of this research is how the romantic elements form create the nuances of beauty found in the novel Kau, Aku, dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with literature study techniques. The results of the research prove that the romantic elements in the novel are in two aspects, namely the love aspect and the love expression aspect. The aspects contained in the novel are the romance that occurred between Borno and May. The aspects of expression contained in the novel in the form of rich social status of poor, joy and sorrow, true love, loyalty, and dreams are achieved.

В наши дни особенно актуальна проблема активизации использования интернета как дополнительного ресурса в образовательном процессе. В статье приводятся результаты небольшого социологического исследования, посвященного использованию интернета в преподавании социологических дисциплин. Internet space has become a part of the real world of modern students. The problem of increasing the use of the Internet as an additional resource in the educational process is now particularly topical. The article contains the results of a small sociological study on the use of the Internet in teaching sociological disciplines.
