PT. PAI is a footware company that produces sports shoes. The production process at PT. PAI, has a waste of 15.891%. To overcome the problems that occur, this study was conducted with the aim of identifying and proposing waste elimination. The method used is a lean manufacturing approach. One of the tools used is Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Yamazumi Chart. The first stage to solve the problem is the identification of waste using the Waste Relationship Matrix (WRM), Waste Assessment Questionnaire (WAQ) and VALSAT. The second stage is carried out by designing the current Value Stream Mapping (VSM), designing the proposed improvements using the Yamazumi Chart to balance the production line and designing the Future VSM based on the results of the proposals that have been given. The result of identification using these tools is known that the biggest waste is waste in the process with a percentage of 15.891% followed by overproduction of 15.774%. Based on the calculation using VSM and Yamazumi Chart, elimination of waste can be done as much as 5.48%, reducing the number of workers by 32 people and reducing the number of work stations by 16 work stations

Background and Study Aim. Aim is to determine the influence of the components of special physical training on the effectiveness of certain elements of the game technique during the competitive activities of beach volleyball athletes. Material and methods. The study involved athletes (n = 20, age - 17-21 years, experience - 8-9 years), who are engaged in beach volleyball (Kherson, Ukraine). Experts (n = 5, work experience - over 20 years) from among the leading volleyball specialists were involved. Training sessions were conducted according to the author’s structure and content of special physical training (preparatory period of the annual cycle). The author's program was to increase the volume of athletic work by 10% (selective classes and integrated work) and 17% (complex classes). The classes used a developed special training device. The device is designed to practice practical game skills. The load at the first stage was 70-80% of the maximum. The load in the second stage was 80-90% of the maximum. Results. Significant (p <0.05) development of explosive power, speed and agility was revealed. There is a significant (p <0,05) increase: in the number of jump serve and spike; improving the quality/number of serve and attack; improving the quality of passing and the number of blocks. Conclusions. The proposed structure and content of special physical training and exercises on a special simulator have significantly increased the level of development of physical qualities. The athlete training program helped to improve the effectiveness of certain technical actions during competitive activities.

The aim of the study was to raise awareness among university students through informing about child brides, which is an important women's health issue in the world and in our country and to contribute to the development of their social responsibility awareness. This qualitative descriptive study was conducted between May 2014 and May 2015 with 30 university student volunteers and 1252 individuals they reached after obtaining their informed consent. In the first stage of the study, an interactive training program was implemented by the expert team. Visual, written documents and documentation forms they would use were introduced and these materials were given to volunteers. In the second stage, students were asked to give education to 15 individuals and 10 groups in their environment during their summer holiday. In the final stage, focus group discussion (FGD) was performed to determine the experiences of students who participated in the study and their views on the project. Quantitative data were evaluated using percentage and mean values on computer, while qualitative data were evaluated by thematic analysis. It was determined that, students gave totally 377 individual counseling and 136 group education. In the results of the FGD, students stated that they found the training program adequate, satisfying and comprehensive and that they found themselves competent enough to take their shyness away. The idea that the project reached its goal was shared, and it was stated that the people they informed were impressed and their awareness were increased. ÖzetÇalışmamız, dünyada ve ülkemizde önemli bir kadın sağlığı sorunu olan çocuk gelinler konusunda üniversite öğrencilerini bilgilendirerek farkındalıklarını artırmak, sosyal sorumluluk bilinci geliştirmelerine katkıda bulunmak amacıyla yapıldı. Since the beginning of utilization of the lean production concept it has passed several stages of implementation. The first stage failed because manufacturers that introduced lean production methods were isolated from each other; whereas in the second stage, these companies learned from their experiences. Since then, the lean production concept has been used to organize production and reduce costs, despite the fact that markets are becoming more demanding due to individualization of demand and variability of conditions. Digitalization suggests methods for adapting the concept of lean production to such a market indicator as company performance. Thus, the utilization of the concept “Industry 4.0” can initiate the third stage of development of the practice of lean manufacturing in terms of analyzing the productivity from a multidimensional point of view.

B-lymphocytes normally synthesize small amounts of immunoglobulin, some of which is incorporated into the cell membrane where it serves as receptor of antigen. These cells, on contact with specific antigen, proliferate and differentiate to plasma cells which synthesize and secrete large quantities of immunoglobulin. The two stages of differentiation of this cell line (generation of B-lymphocytes and antigen-driven maturation to plasma cells) are clearly separable during ontogeny and in some immune deficiency diseases. The present report describes morphologic aberrations of B-lymphocytes in two diseases in which second stage differentiation is defective.

Transmission electron microscopy is an important approach to the characterization of the morphology of multiphase latices. Various sample preparation techniques have been applied to multiphase latices such as OsO4, RuO4 and CsOH stains to distinguish the polymer phases or domains. Radiation damage by an electron beam of latices imbedded in ice has also been used as a technique to study particle morphology. Further studies have been developed in the use of freeze-fracture and the effect of differential radiation damage at liquid nitrogen temperatures of the latex particles embedded in ice and not embedded. Two different series of two-stage latices were prepared with (1) a poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) seed and poly(styrene) (PS) second stage; (2) a PS seed and PMMA second stage. Both series have varying amounts of second-stage monomer which was added to the seed latex semicontinuously. A drop of diluted latex was placed on a 200-mesh Formvar-carbon coated copper grid.
