AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Dengan Hasil Belajar PAK Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Kabupaten Dairi Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021, dengan hipotesis terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Dengan Hasil Belajar PAK Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Kabupaten Dairi Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif inferensial, dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul yang berjumlah 86 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 65 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket tertutup sebanyak 31 item yang disusun oleh penulis berdasarkan indikator variabel sesuai teori ahli. Uji coba angket dilakukan kepada 21 siswa yang bukan responden penelitian, dan telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Dengan Hasil Belajar PAK Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Kabupaten Dairi Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 dengan koefisien korelasi rhitung  rtabel atau 0,612 0,244 dan uji signifikan hubungan diperoleh thitungttabel sebesar 6,148 2,000, dengan demikiandapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima .Katakunci : Hasil belajar, Kepercayaan diri Abstract This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship between Student Confidence and PAK Learning Outcomes in Class VII Sumbul, Dairi District, 2020/2021 Learning Year, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant relationship between Student Confidence and PAK Learning Outcomes in Class VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Regency. Dairi Academic Year 2020/2021. This study used an inferential descriptive quantitative approach, with a population of all students of class VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul, totaling 86 people with a sample of 65 people. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire of 31 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. Questionnaire trials were conducted on 21 students who were not research respondents, and had tested their validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between Student Confidence and PAK Learning Outcomes in Class VII SMP Negeri 4 Sumbul Dairi Regency 2020/2021 Learning Year with a correlation coefficient r count r table or 0.612 0.244 and a significant correlation test is obtained t count t table of 6, 148 2,000, thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Self-Confidence

This study discusses the relationship of creativity with the learning outcomes of class III students at SDN Karang Tengah 7. This study aims to determine the creativity of class III students at SDN Karang Tengah 7. To find out the learning outcomes of class III students at SDN Karang Tengah 7. To find out the relationship between creativity with the learning outcomes of third grade students at SDN Karang Tengah 7. This study uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is a correlational study using a bivariate correlational research design. The results of the study stated that students' learning creativity in general was in the medium category with a percentage of 69.24%. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the creativity of students in grade III SDN Karang Tengah 7 in the academic year 2019-2020.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar kimia siswa. (2) mengetahui dan menjelaskan besarnya koefisien korelasi antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar kimia siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMA Negeri 2 Negara tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 orang dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner motivasi belajar yang terdiri dari 20 pernyataan positif dan 15 pernyataan negatif dan data hasil belajar siswamenggunakan nilai UAS siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa(1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran kimia dengan hasil belajar kimia siswa. (2) Besarnya koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 0,391, yang berarti r hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan r tabel yang telah ditentukan pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 0,229, sehingga Hipotesis Nol (H0) dalam penelitian ini dapat ditolak.Berdasarkan hasil pemaparan diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran kimia dengan hasil belajar kimia siswa. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, Pelajaran Kimia AbstractThis study aims to: (1) describe and explain the relationship between learning motivation and student chemistry learning outcomes. (2) knowing and explaining the magnitude of the correlation coefficient between learning motivation and student chemistry learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all students of class XI MIPA in SMA Negeri 2 Negara the academic year 2017/2018 and the study sample amounted to 72 people using the cluster sampling technique. The data were collected using the research instrument in the form of a learning motivation questionnaire consisting of 20 positive statements and 15 negative statements and student learning outcomes data using the student UAS value. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between students' learning motivation in chemistry learning and student chemistry learning outcomes. (2) The magnitude of the correlation coefficient obtained is equal to 0.391, which means that the calculated r is greater than the r table that has been determined at the 5% significance level of 0.229, so the Zero Hypothesis (H0) in this study can be rejected. Based on the results of the explanation above, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation to learn on chemistry subjects and student chemistry learning outcomes. Keywords: Chemistry Learning,Learning Outcomes, Learning Motivation

Behavior reflects the aggressiveness of the individual, as often occurs in Indonesia. One of many events has reflected the aggressiveness of the Army’s members. These events make the people become restless. A member of the Army in a period of education is trained hard, discipline, and will obey the command, in order to be prepared to maintain the sovereignty of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). This situation is not only giving an impact to the members of the Army, but also for their social interaction. A member of the army must be ready placed anywhere and anytime accordance with the instructions given by the institution. One of the factors that can affect the aggressiveness is adaptability. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between adjustment and aggressiveness to the Army KODAM Members IX/Udayana, in Bali.Subjects of this study were 439 members of the Army KODAM IX/Udayana in Bali which consists of eight entities supervised by the institution KODAM IX/Udayana. The instrument of this research is the scale of adjustment and scale of aggressiveness that has tested the validity and reliability of the scale and has a scale adjustment to the value of ? = 0.856; aggressiveness scale with the value ? = 0.913.The analysis showed the P value or Sig. 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between the adjustment to the aggressiveness of the Army KODAM IX/Udayana members in Bali. Score correlation coefficient between the two variables showed R= -0.562 which means that the strength of the relationship between the two variables in a medium category, as the value of r lies in the range 0.400-0.599, and has a negative relationship or in opposite directions. This study aims to determine the effect of Christian Religion Education teaching variations on students’ learning outcomes of Class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Balige Academic Year 2019/2020, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence on Christian Religion Education teaching variations on students’ learning outcomes of class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Balige Academic Year 2019/2020.               This study uses inferential quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of all Protestant Christian students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Balige, totaling 221 people with a sample of 60 people. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 20 items and a test of 20 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory.                The research instrument trials were conducted on 30 students who were not research respondents, and its validity and reliability were tested. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence on Christian Religion Education teaching variations on students’ learning outcomes of class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Balige Academic Year 2019/2020 with a coefficient of determination (r²) = 25.90% and a significance test of influence obtained tcoun ttable =  6.097 2,000 , meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Christian Religion Education teaching variations, Learning Outcomes.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between age experiencing of menarche (first menstruation) with the student’s confidence in a high school in Padang. The population of the study was all students at Senior High School 6 Padang. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The number of samples used was 186 people using a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability before. The results of this study indicate that the age of menarche has a significant relationship to the confidence of these students. Besides that, the correlation coefficient is negative hence thefaster a person experiences menarche, the lower confidence she will has. The relationship between age of experiencing menarche with self-confidence is significant because the physical and psychological changes that occur after a person experiences menarche can affect one's confidence. Even so, it is not only the age of menarche that is associated with self-confidence, but there are other factors such as the learning process of the environment, family, friends or the community. It is because self-confidence is not a hereditary factor, so that everyone can increase their self-confidence in order to optimize their potential for success

The purpose of carrying out this research is to determine the relationship between parental attention to the learning outcomes of class II SDIT Raudhatul Jannah Lubuklinggau. The research was using quantitative correlation by the sample of 55 students. Techniques in collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Techniques in data analysis by applying the formula "product moment correlation" and "double correlation". The results of the study showed a significant relationship between parental attention to learning outcomes. This is evidenced by rxy amount 0.51542, rxy amount 0.26566, t-count 3.2944. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between parental attention to the learning outcomes of class II SDIT Raudhatul Jannah students. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDIT Raudhatul Jannah Lubuklinggau. Penelitian dilakukan dengan jenis korelasi kuantitatif, dan sampel sebanyak 55 siswa. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik dalam analisis data menerapkan rumus "product moment correlation" dan "double correlation". Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar. Hal ini dibuktikan dari rxy sama dengan 0,51542, rxy sama dengan 0,26566, t-hitung 3,2944. Simpulannya bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDIT Raudhatul Jannah.

The problem in this reseach is the low learning outcomes of grade V students at SD Negeri 01 Gapura. The purpose of this study was to analyze and know the significant relationship between learning facilities and learning outcomes of class V SD Negeri 01 Gapura. The research method uses is quantitative. The population was 40 students and using saturated samples. The data collection tool using a questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used product moment correlation formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between learning facilities and learning outcomes of class V elementary school students 01 Gapura Kotabumi Lampung Utara.

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of class fifth students towards Mathematics. This study aims to determine the relationship between interest in learning and learning discipline with the Mathematics learning outcomes of class Vth Elementary School of Cluster Cut Nyak Dien, East Metro District. This type of research is ex-postfacto correlation. The study population numbered 221 students and the research sample was 69 students.. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation study. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between interest in learning and learning discipline with the Mathematics learning outcomes of class V students, shown by a correlation coefficient of 0,7346 with strong criteria.

ABSTRACT .This study aims to examine the relationship between student learning motivation and student learning Achievement in economic subjects class X (Ten ) at MA Al-Qurtubiyyah Nagrak Academic Year 2016/2017. To obtain “X” variable data "Learning Motivation" using questionnaires or quiesioners and to obtain variable data “Y” "Learning outcomes" using the test. The research method used in this study is quantitative associative. The number of samples used in this study were 33 students in class X (Ten ). Analysis of the data used is; the first prerequisite test is validity and reliability test and normality test. Both hypothesis tests use the correlational test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between learning motivation and student learning Achievement in Class X (Ten) Economics Subjects at the MA 2016 Al-Qurtubiyyah Nagrak Academic Year. Evident from the correlation coefficient of r = 0.821 the level of relations is very high, while the price of r² = 0.674. This shows that 67.4% of the variations that occur in student learning Achievement are related to student learning motivation. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Student Learning Achievement

The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between forgiveness and happiness in elderly at Wredha Abiyoso Pakem Yogyakarta house. The subject are 30 seniors who live at the house. This research uses two scales, those are forgiveness scale which has 10 items and refers to Nashori (2011) and happiness scale which has 20 items and refers to seligman’s happiness scale (2005). The data analysis which is used in the research is product moment from pearson. The result shows that there is a significant relationship between forgiveness and happiness in the elderly who live in the Werdha Abiyoso Pakem Yogyakarta house. It is proven by correlation coefficient between forgiveness and happiness for r = 0,533 with p = 0,000 (p 0,01).
