“Mathematics is the mother of all sciences” is common phrase that we all know very well. Even it is the least interesting subject among the students. Teaching method is a common but known factor which makes this subject least interesting. Therefore, an experiment was conducted to explore whether game-based teaching can change students’ interest and improves achievement? For this, 108 female students and 10 elementary mathematics teachers participated in this study. Researchers used one group  pre-test/post-test research method to measure the impacts of ICT-based-games on students’ achievement and interest in the subject of mathematics. An achievement test and an interest inventory was used as tools of this study. Teaching mathematics through ICT-based-games and participants’ prior knowledge of playing online games were the independent variables. While participants’ interest and achievement in the subject were the dependent variables. It was concluded at the end that teaching mathematics with the help of games has no significant impact on students’ interest in the subject of mathematics but their achievement scores were improved at the end.

The Strong Interest Inventory and its predecessors have been the subject of decades of research. Many studies have used Holland's Six General Occupational Themes, and some have explored the 23 Basic Interest Scales. The literature addresses IQ in vocational counseling and includes studies relating Holland's themes and the 23 interest scales. The subjects included a nationwide sample of 894 13- to 65-yr.-olds tested during the standardization of the Kaufman Adolescent and Adult Intelligence Test. Multivariate analyses of variance were conducted with age, gender, and IQ on the intelligence test as independent variables, and the six Holland themes and 23 interest scales as dependent variables. IQ was related to Investigative and Artistic themes. Individuals with high IQs scored nearly one standard deviation higher than individuals with low IQs on each of these scales. A number of Basic Interest Scales correlated significantly with IQs, most of which were associated with either the Investigative or Artistic themes. Correlations of IQ with Holland Themes and scores on Basic Interest Scales were observed for both genders. The information gained from an individually administered intelligence test can enhance interpretation of the Holland themes and interest scales for vocational counseling.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan eksperimentasi lapangan. Eksperimentasi lapangan dilakukan dengan memberikan perlakuan tertentu terhadap kelompok subyek dengan harapan akan munculnya suatu fenomena atau gejala yang hendak dikaji (Azwar, 2003), dan peneliti  mengontrol atau memanipulasi  satu atau lebih variabel independen dan menguji pengaruh dari manipulasi yang ada pada variabel tergantung (Lodico, dkk., 2010). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh human modeling sebagai metode untuk meningkatkan penalaran moral dalam bagi siswa madrasah ibtidaiyah. Penggunaan metode human modeling dalam pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan penalaran moral anak. Kondisi dibuktikan dengan semakin membaiknya skor perolehan penalaran moral siswa pada pre-test dan pos-test.   Abstract: This research was conducted with field experimentation approach. Field experimentation was carried out by giving certain treatment to the subject group in the hope of a phenomenon or symptom to be studied (Azwar, 2003), and the researchers controlled or manipulated one or more independent variables and tested the effects of manipulations on dependent variables (Lodico, et al., 2010). This study aims to explain the influence of human modeling as a method to improve moral reasoning for madrasah ibtidaiyah students. The use of human modeling methods in learning has a positive effect on increasing children's moral reasoning. Conditions are evidenced by the increasingly improved scores of students' moral reasoning on pre-test and post-test.

In the article describes the influence of syntactic organization of speech utterances on peculiarities of actualization and reproduction of their subject-semantic content (meanings). There has been tested the hypotheses that the semantic content of subjects, predicates, and objects is reproduced more efficiently: 1) when attributes are used in the composition of statements with nouns (subjects and objects), and with verbs (predicates) – adverbial modifiers; 2) when there is a deliberate focus on highlighting the semantic content of nouns or verbs in the composition of statements. The methods of varying lexical and syntactic means in the text composition presented to respondents were used as independent variables. The language means respondents used to manifest fragments of semantic content were analyzed as dependent variables. The study involved 90 respondents (72 men, 18 women) aged 25-40. While the first hypothesis has been confirmed, the second still requires additional research. The results obtained indicate that in updating and reproducing the subject-semantic content of speech utterances it is the attribution of signs and properties to objects and processes that is of great importance.The experimental organization scheme used in the study reveals a wide range of patterns that can serve to confirm / refute various hypotheses and theoretical models in psycholinguistics.

This study was used to improve the articulation ability of deaf children of grade 2 elementary school students at SDN Kebonsari 5 Jember through the Drill learning method. The subject of this research supports 6 people, namely 3 male students and 3 female students. Data collection techniques using collection techniques and tests of articulation skills. Analysis of the data used is a comparative technique that compares the results of pre-test and post test. The process of enhancing the ability of articulation is carried out from the pre-test to determine the students' initial abilities. The pre-test shows that the subject has not yet reached the specified KKM, which is 60. Then training is carried out using the Drill method or repetition. After a number of training sessions were carried out. Post test results show students who have increased grades. From the initial number 50 and below, it is now 60 and above. Furthermore, considering the results of Zh (2.05) is greater than the value of Z table 5% (1.96), or Zh (2.05)> Z table (1.96), then Ho is rejected, which means it needs to be added to learning methods dirll towards the development of articulation of deaf children. Conclusion, that is the significance of the significant importance between Bor learning methods on the development of articulation of deaf children. Keywords: Drill, Articulation, Deaf Method

The present study aimed at identifying the effect of differentiated education strategy on the level of achievement in the subject of vocational education among the Tenth grade students in Jordan. The study adopted the semi-experimental curriculum. The tool consisted of (Achievement Test in Vocational Education), prepared by the researcher, was applied to a random sample of two divisions of the ninth grade students at the Hashemite Secondary School for Girls, affiliated to the Directorate of Education in Aqaba during the academic year 2018/2019, to Division (B) As an experimental group, it consisted of (20) female students, and Division (A) as a control group, and consisted of (20) female students. The results of the ANCOVA analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the students' average scores on the achievement test due to the variable of teaching method, where the control group obtained an overall average (13.03) in exchange for the experimental group obtained an overall average (17.95). In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the training of teachers on the differentiated teaching strategy in teaching vocational education for its effectiveness in teaching and conducting studies dealing with the introduction of other teaching methods.

Abstrak - Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan team teaching pada materi pokok format teks halaman web terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X TKJ 1 SMK  Malaka Jakarta.Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian pra eksperimental dengan model one-group pre-test post-test design. Sampel penelitian diambil secara acak sebanyak 30 siswa. Perlakuan yang diberikan pada siswa yaitu siswa diajar menggunakan metode pembelajaran team teaching (tim pengajar). Sebelum diberi perlakuan, siswa diberikan pre-test untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa, kemudian setelah diberi perlakuan siswa diberikan post-test untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes, pada tes ini soal-soal diberikan dalam bentuk pilihan ganda.Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes, pada tes ini soal-soal diberikan dalam bentuk pilihan ganda. Dari hasil analisa data pada uji hipotesis didapat harga yaitu 25,15 dan  untuk satu pihak yaitu 2,462, bila dibandingkan antara  dan  maka  >  atau 25,15 > 2,462.Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah terdapat pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode pembelajaran team teaching, khususnya untuk materi pokok format teks halaman web. Kata Kunci : Metode, Pembelajaran, Pengaruh, Team Teaching, hasil belajar, SMK Malaka Jakarta.   Abstract - The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the implementation of team teaching on the subject matter of the text format of the web page to the learning result of the students of class X TKJ 1 SMK Malaka Jakarta. The research is an experimental pre experiment with one-group pre-test post-test design. The sample was taken randomly as many as 30 students. The treatment given to students is that students are taught using Teaching Teaching Method (Teaching Teams). Before being treated, students are given a pre-test to determine the students' initial ability, then after being given the students treatment is given a post-test to find out how far the improvement of student learning outcomes. Instrument data collection in the form of test, in this test the questions are given in the form of multiple choice. From the results of data analysis on the hypothesis test obtained price of  is 25,15 and for one party is 2.462, when compared between  and , then > or 25,15> 2,462. The conclusion that can be taken is there is an influence on the learning outcomes of students who are taught using teaching team teaching methods, especially for the subject matter of text format web pages. The subject of this research is 30 students at class Social Science-2 grade XII in SMA 12 of Medan, whilst the object of research is teaching method of inquiry. Whereas the tools of collecting data is score list of student. Based on pre-test to 30 students, resulting 27 students (90 percent) reached lower of learning outcome (not passed) by had not obtained yet 70 score of Minimal Passing Score and 3 students (10 percent) were categorized as passed and obtained 70 of Minimal Passing Score. Then in the first cycle, resulting 12 students (40 percent) were categorized as passed and reached 70 score of minimal, and 18 students (60 percent) were categorized as not passed and had not obtained yet 70 score of minimal.  In the second cycle, resulting 27 students (90 percent) were categorized as passed and obtained 70 score of minimal, and 3 students (10 percent) were categorized as not passed and had not reached yet 70 score of minimal. Based on result of the research from pre test, post test of both firts and second cycle, there were increasing of learning outcome significantly. Therefore can be concluded that by using method of inquiry, can be elvate learning outcome of students on the subject of Economy on subject matter of Basic Competence in Writing Closing Journal at class Social Science-2 grade XII in SMA 12 of Medan in 2012/2013 school year.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of six independent variables namely; professional growth, financial earnings, organizational repute, job environment, job security, and interest in the subject on one dependent variable i.e. job selection priorities of accounting and finance graduates in the perspective of Pakistan. The data of the study comprises 900 responses from final year graduates of 15 universities of Pakistan. The study used a structured questionnaire technique consisting of three parts (Part I= Demographic Characteristics, Part II and Part III= Assessment information of independent and dependent variables respectively) with 28 close-ended questions. Each item of the questionnaire was assessed using a 5-point Likert scale. The study employed demographic analysis, scale analysis, and inferential analysis. The empirical findings evidenced a positive correlation of all independent variables with dependent variables whereas no correlation was found among independent variables, and only three independent variables have a significant impact on the dependent variable of the study.

Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) techniques is a cooperative learning strategy in which learners work in heterogenous groups to achieve a common goal. This research aimed to identity the effectivieness Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) techniques in developing the skill of written expression and to identity the importance of the skill of written expression for female student. The study implemented quantitative approach or experimental approach. The researcher prepared a questionnaire skill of written expression. Then the researcher applied the pre-test and post-test to the subject of this research, and they were thirty students from the different academic achievement. The sample was distributed into two groups, fifteen students were in the experimental group while fifteen students were in the control group. The study found the result: The first result was the targets of the skill of written expression are ten importance targets. And the second one showed the difference result between the scores of experimental group when used the STAD cooperating learning and the scores of control group who studied by the traditional teaching method. The effects showed that the scores of experimental groups was better than the other.

Abstract Business models are nowadays a popular topic in management science. The concept of ontology of business models in particular is used in numerous scientific works within this scope. The issue of shared understanding of a business model within an organisation is becoming essential in this regard. Therefore, this work presents the opinions of young Czechs and Polish studying on faculties of management on the issue of the subject matter of a business model in the dimensions of the way it is communicated within an organisation. The study has been conducted with the aid of a survey. Hundred and twenty persons altogether have given their answers, of which 50% were Polish and the other 50% were Czechs. The existence of statistically important correlation between independent variables (‘nationality’, ‘seniority’) and opinions concerning particular dimensions of communicating about business models within an organisation (dependent variables) has been proven. The existence of these correlations (despite their very low level) in the light of a generally formulated research problem may constitute a premise for conducting further studies on the issue of cultural conditionings of communicating about this problem as well as the way it is practised in Polish and Czech enterprises.
