This study aims to determine how much influence the Komunitas Motor Literasi as a Social Movement on the Development of Civic Literacy in Serang City. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely research whose data is in the form of numbers. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method that is by finding information about the existing symptoms, clearly defined the objectives to be achieved, planning the approach, collecting data as material for making reports. The main data collection technique uses questionnaire techniques with questionnaire instruments and is supported by documentation observation and study. The subjects of this study were the people in Serang City who visited the Komunitas Motor Literasi which consisted of 84 respondents.The results of the data processing, the Komunitas Motor Literasi as a social movement has a strong influence on the development of civic literacy in Serang City, with a total score of 5097 or if presented in the amount of 80.90% and equal to 0.688 of indicators of relevance, the latest collection of books and new social movements . Then based on the results of the calculation of the data, the results were 0.473 (r-square) which showed that the Komunitas Motor Literasi as a social movement contributed 47.3% to the development of civic literacy in Serang City while the remaining 52.7% was influenced by other variables that could not be explained in this research.

Covid-19 is a big challenge for Indonesians, it affects various aspects, in addition to economic aspects many aspects are also harmed by Covid 19 aspk other aspects, namely aspectsofEducation. This research aims to find out the results of learning to write in the pandemic period in students of grade 9H SMPN 1 Karanggayam, Kebumen in the 2nd semester of the 2020/2021 school year and to find out the learning results of students in using the WhatsApp Grouping application. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a sample of students of SMPN 1 Karanggayam. This research data collection technique uses observation techniques, questionnaires and recording techniques. The data collection instrument used in the study was an online learning questionnaire. The results of research in the use of WhatsApp media showed that the results of learning to write a rebuke against the results of grades that are not 100% most students have grades that are less or below KKM

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

Pancasila implementation should not be used as a substantive source in aspects of law and legislation in Indonesia. Pancasila as the highest source of law in Indonesia is actualized in every behavior and action both individually and collectively. Social movements are a characteristic and manifestation of democratic principles as a reflection and reaction to social dynamics in society. The research method used is in the form of qualitative research which tries to explore a meaning arising from social dynamics. The influence of the Pancasila ideology on every social movement, especially the Islamic social movement, is based on the view of life together within the framework of the Indonesian nation and the concept of a rule of law. The consequence of the principle of constitutional democracy in implementing the Pancasila values ​​framework is not a threat to democracy, because the values ​​of Pancasila also provide respect for the rights of the people which are in line with the principles of constitutional democracy.  ABSTRACTThe Gig Economy facilitates job seeker to look for job quickly. Job with contract system has become interesting since 2017, and it becomes the main job. However, the development of the manpower sector is not the same line with the appropriate regulation in protecting the freelance workers especially in the Event Organizer sectors. The Event Organizer company often neglect the worker’s rights & obligations, since both parties don’t make working agreement writtenly. But they apply confidence principle each other in making working agreement orally. Since from the dominant number of Event Organizer in South Jakarta legally is choosen as the research object. This research is trying to focus on the people who want to work at certain time with Event Organizer sector to understand the importance of working agreement legally. This research is using judicial research method with qualitative analysis namely the data collection technique is based on library research and interview the freelance workers randomly in the field.ABSTRAKDengan adanya Gig Economy mempermudah dalam pencarian kerja, sehingga mempermudah calon pekerja dalam menemukan pekerjaan dengan cepat. Pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak merupakan pekerjaan yang diminati sejak tahun 2017 dengan menjadikannya suatu pekerjaan utama. Namun, perkembangan dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan ini nyatanya belum dibarengi dengan aturan yang tepat dalam melindungi Pekerja Harian Lepas terutama dalam bidang Event Organizer. Pihak perusahaan Event Organizer seringkali mengabaikan hak dan kewajiban dari para pekerja, dikarenakan para pihak tidak membuat perjanjian kerja secara tertulis. Namun, menerapkan asas percaya satu sama lain dalam membuat perjanjian secara lisan. Melihat banyaknya Event Organizer di Jakarta Selatan secara legal dipilih sebagai tempat objek penelitian. Penelitian ini berupaya memfokuskan pada setiap orang yang hendak bekerja waktu tertentu dengan Event Organizer, mampu memahami pentingnya suatu perjanjian secara tertulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan metode analisis kualitatif yakni dalam teknik pengumpulan datanya berdasarkan studi kepustakaan dan wawancara Pekerja Harian Lepas secara mendalam di lapangan.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Diamond Fraud on academic fraud with student behavior as a moderating variable. The research method used was a quantitative research method by using questionnaire as data collection technique. The population of this study was all active students at Polytechnic LP3I Medan as many as 559 students. The sampling technique used saturated samples, which obtained a sample of 418 students.  The gathered data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, multiple regression and moderating regression analysis. The result of this study showed that Diamond Fraud simultaneously affected academic fraud. However, partially the component of diamond fraud such as pressure, opportunity and rationalization had a significant effect on academic fraud, while the capability had no effect on fraud academic. Furthermore, the result of the moderating test were known that student behavior becomes a moderating variable between the influence of diamond fraud on academic fraud.

Veiled students are a representation of the teachings of Islam. This religion has several commands or recommendations. Among them help people who are oppressed or wronged. This religious suggestion has a substantial correlation with the aims of the social movement of the UNM student demonstrations. Namely to help people who are oppressed or oppressed. Seeing the harmony between religious advice and the goals of the social demonstration movement, in reality it is rare or even never seen that UNM-veiled students are present in a series of UNM demonstration social movements. This study aims to find out how the perspective of UNM veiled students towards the social movement of UNM student demonstrations and how the participation of UNM veiled students in social movements in general. This research uses a qualitative approach. Location and research informants are at Makassar State University, which are spread over various faculties. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling involving 20 individuals as informants. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the perspective of UNM-veiled students towards the social movement of demonstrations at UNM consists of a positive perspective and a negative perspective. The form of participation of UNM veiled students in carrying out social movements is divided into two forms. Namely participation in physical or tangible form and participation in physical or intangible form.

This research is based on the lack of community participation in participating in community empowerment in the Sawahlunto, from this problem, the researchers resulted in the development of historical tourism is low. The purpose of this study is to see a picture of community empowerment, to see an overview of the development of historical tourism and the relationship between the two. This type of research is used in quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study is the people living around historical tourist objects in Sawahlunto City in 2020, amounting to 40 people. Respondents in this study amounted to 40 people. The technique of collecting data is in the form of a questionnaire using a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection technique in this study used a percentage formula. The research results show: 1) community empowerment is still low, 2) historical tourism development is still low, 3) there is a significant relationship between community empowerment and the development of historical tourism in Sawahlunto City.Keywords: Empowerment, Development, Community

This research aims to develop media in arabic learning by using SparkolVideoscribe in order to make the learning process more effective and interesting.The research method used descriptive quantitative research. The type of research is research and development (R&D).Data collection technique was carried out using interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistics. Teachers have an important role in education. To support it, teachers should have good profess sionalism especially in writing articles. In fact, many teachers are not proficient in writing articles because they do not have enough knowledge about it. Teachers need such training for increasing their experience in writing. After that, the progress will be seen. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The data in this research is quantitative data. The type of data is the primary data. A data collection technique in this study is questionnaires. Data processing techniques used include editing, coding, tabulation, and scoring. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis percentage. After doing the training, the teachers have more knowledge and interest of writing articles.
