This study aims to obtain data and find out the influence of convenience, benefits, security and trust on the interest in using financial technology in OVO applications as a digital payment study in the case of accounting students at the Faculty of Economics, Prima Indonesia University. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. This sampling technique data collection is using accidental sampling and a total of 102 respondents at the Prima Indonesia University. The results obtained in this study show that convenience and benefits do not have a significant partial influence on the interest in using financial technology in OVO applications as a digital payment, whereas security and trust have a significant partial influence on the interest in using financial technology in OVO applications as a digital payment. Simultaneously, convenience, benefits, security and trust have a significant influence on the interest in using financial technology in OVO applications as a digital payment.

This study aims to determine the existence of a significant influence between takahyul on business names; there is a significant influence between business names on marketing performance; there is a significant influence between superstition on marketing performance; and the existence of a significant influence of superstition influences marketing performance by moderating business names.This type of research uses quantitative and descriptive, the aim is to provide or describe a situation or phenomenon that is happening now by using scientific procedures to answer the problem in actual terms. The population is a business name superstitious trust entrepreneur. The total sample of 200 respondents was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sample analysis method uses purpose sampling with business criteria having a business name and extending the business name in front of its business location and having an average turnover from 0 to Rp. 3,000,000. per day.The results of this study are that there is a significant influence of business name variables on marketing performance, except superstition on marketing performance

<p>This study aims to analyze the influence of relativism, idealism, and gender toward academic cheating behaviour of accounting students of Diponegoro University. The samples in this study were taken by using purposive samplings’ data collection method. The number of sample that used in this study was 250 respondents. The data obtained were analysed by using Linier Regression technique. The result of this research show that relativism positively significant related to academic cheating behaviour of accounting students and idealism negatively significant unrelated to academic cheating behaviour of accounting students. Moreover, gender does significantly related with negative direction of relation to academic cheating behaviour of accounting students.</p>

<p><em>The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application leadership and environment work in </em><em>the office of </em><em>Gunung Kerinci regency with </em><em>performance </em><em>of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a </em><em>full sampling</em><em> as many as 17 people. </em><em>Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, training, and motivation on employee performance (a case study of a Surakarta municipal water company). This type of research is quantitative. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were 112 respondents taken from Surakarta regional water company (PDAM) employees who had competence in their fields, and had received training and motivation from the company. The sampling technique uses simple purposive. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that competency had a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 4.381; a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The training did not significantly influence the performance as evidenced by the t value of 1.232; a significance value of 0.221> 0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 3.074; significance value 0.003 <0.05.

The purpose of this research is to depict the understanding of academic fraud and to elaborate the motivation to the perpetrators. This research uses qualitative approach with doing phenomenology variation of qualitative research with interview and literature documentation as the data collection method. The result of this research reveals the academic fraud conducted by the accounting student in breaking the rules, the existence of fraud culture that make student doing the academic fraud, and the ambition that motivate students to do fraud. Therefore, ambition as the motivation factor which underlined the academic fraud can be reduced by increasing the supervising more than usual. In line with the result of research that hopefully can be more contribute in to academic institution for make a better methods to decreasing the number of cheater. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness and brand experience on the brand preferences of Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. The type of this research is explanatory. The population in this study focuses on students that consume Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 90 respondents. Data collection method is questionnaires. Method of analysis is path analysis. The results of the test show that brand awareness and brand experience have positive and significant influence on brand preference of Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. Brand experience has positive and significant influence on brand preference of Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek dan pengalaman merek terhadap preferensi merek pada produk parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatory research (penelitian penjelasan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada mahasiswi pengguna parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesadaran merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi merek pada produk parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako, dan Variabel pengalaman merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi merek pada produk parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako.

This study discusses the impact of social media use of the hedonist lifestyle among university students of Tarumanagara. Thepurpose of this study is to know and understand about social media, the hedonist lifestyle, and how it influences the use of social media against hedonistic lifestyles. Population in this study is student and sorority University of Tarumanagara. The sample of this study used sampling technique with the Lemeshow formula with consideration and purpose at random without regard to the strata that exist in the population, students and sorority University of Tarumanagara. The data collection method in this study will use the questionnaire. Based on social media calculations positive and significant influence on hedonist lifestyle. The great influence of social media on hedonist lifestyle amounted to 88.8% while the remaining 11.2% was influenced by other variables not researched.Penelitian ini membahas dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap gaya hidup hedonis di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami media sosial, gaya hidup hedonis, dan bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap gaya hidup hedonis.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa danmahasiswi Universitas Tarumanegara. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling dengan rumus Lemeshow dengan pertimbangan dan tujuan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi, mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Universitas Tarumanegara. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan kuisioner. Berdasarkan perhitungan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap gaya hidup hedonis. Besar pengaruh media sosial terhadap gaya hidup hedonis sebesar 88,8% sementara sisanya 11,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the love of money and Machiavellian on the unethical perceptions of accounting students both partially and simultaneously. Respondents in this study were active students majoring in accounting at State Polytechnic of Malang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 321 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire containing 58 questions related to the love of money, Machiavellian, and unethical perception. The results of the study prove that the love of money has a significant and positive effect on the unethical behavior of accounting students. Machiavellian has a significant and positive effect on the unethical behavior of accounting students. Simultaneously the love of money and Machiavellian have a significant and positive effect on the unethical behavior of accounting students.

The data collection method used a purposive sampling technique in determining the number of samples of MSMEs in the Madura region, especially Bangkalan and Pamekasan regencies. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of implementing village fund policies and organizational culture on the performance of village officials. This research is explanatory and associative. The scope variables in this study consist of the implementation of village policies and organizational culture as independent variables and the village apparatus's performance as the dependent. The population in this study were all village officials in Sorong Regency, as many as 2,486 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin sampling formulation using 100 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results in this study are: (1) the implementation of the village fund policy partially has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus, (2) the organizational culture partially has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. Village apparatus, (3) implementation of village fund policy Simultaneous organizational and village culture have a significant effect on the performance of village officials.
