Data collection using interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Work on data analysis methods using the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows software. This study used a sample of 40 employees who were drawn using census techniques. The results of the research based on the test simultaneously (F test) show that simultaneously (simultaneously) price (X1), location (X2) facilities (X3) and promotion (X4) have an effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Housing Villa Pertiwi, where the value of Fcount (477,687) > Ftable (2.63) with a probability of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at Villa Pertiwi Housing where tcount (6.149) > ttable (1.689) with a probability of 0.000 < 0.05; location (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Housing Villa Pertiwi., where the value of tcount (8.728) > ttable (1.689) with a probability of 0.000 < 0.05; Facility (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) in Villa Pertiwi Housing, where the value of tcount (21.980) > ttable (1.689) with a probability of 0.001 < 0.05. promotion (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) in Villa Pertiwi Housing, where the value of tcount (2.095) > ttable (1.689) with a probability of 0.001 < 0.05. The value of Adjusted R Square shows that customer satisfaction can be explained by price, location, facilities and promotions, while the remaining 2.0% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.

The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.

This study aims to determine the differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comic media. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study is all students of class VII MTs. The State of Selong Model and the sampling was determined by using cluster random sampling technique to select the class and simple random sampling to select the students in that class. The second sampling technique is random sampling by drawing lots, cluster random sampling, namely the class is divided into experimental class I, namely the class that is taught using interactive multimedia drills model (class VII-E) and the experimental class II, namely the class that is taught using comic media. science (class VII-F), each of which consists of 36 students. And simple random sampling, where students are drawn after data collection to reduce the sample to 30 students to facilitate hypothesis testing. The data collection technique used post-test while the data analysis technique to test the hypothesis was the t-test. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that there were differences in student achievement who were taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who were taught using science comic media. This can be seen in the post-test results where t-count > t-table is 2.206 > 2.002. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comics
