Students  evidently  often lose sight of the essence  of planning  and controlling on learning  practice,  in spite of knowing  that they  are influential  against  their  learning achievement.   This  research  serves  a thorough  out-look  on tbe impact  of planning  and controlling  functions  on learning  practice  carried  out by the students  of Department   of Economy  Teaching,  IKIP PGRI  MADIUN.  The subjects  of this research  are students  of Department   of Economy  Teaching,  IKIP PGRI  MADIUN,  with 50 of whom  have been chosen  to be the sample.  The method  of the research  is co relational  descriptive  study posing  the relationship   among variables.  The data are drawn  by means of questionnaire and documentation.   The data analysis  is carried  out to have r-test, F-test and t-test aided with SPSS for Windows V L6.0. The analysis  shows tbat there is significant  influence  of planning  and controlling  oftbe  learning practice  against the students achievement,  which is proven  by l"count>    rtable by 0.356  >   0.279.  The contribution   of planning  and controlling functions  against  the students'   achievement  is 12.75%, while  the rest of 75.5% belongs to other  factors.  The overall  result  shows  that planning  and controlling  functions  have significant  influence  against the students  achievement,  The F-test proves that F > F  bl by 3.407 > 3.23 or Sigcoun >t Sigprobby 0.042 > 0.05. there is a different  degree of significance of the planning  and comtrolling  function,  which  is proven  by tCOlloIlft 2.434 while ttableat the significance  degree of 5% and N 50 is 2.021 resulting  in tcoun > t ttableby 2.434 > 2.021  showing  the different  influence  of planning  and controlling  variables  against  the students  achievement.   Computation   against  controlling  yields tcouuot f 1.553 while ttablaet the significance  degree  of 50/0 and N 50 is 2.021. this means  that teOlil <= ttableby  1.553 < 2.021  having  no influence  of the planning  function  against  the students'   achievement. The t-test  yields  equation  ofY=2414   + 0.029X -      0.020X which  means  that when  the function  increases  by  1% the learning  achievement   will also increase  by 2.29%  if other factors are considered  constant.  When  controlling  function  increases  by  1% the learning achievement  will decrease  by 2.0% if other factors  are considered  constant.

This study aims to determine and prove whether the brand image and price of customer satisfaction Village Futsal Medan. Types This study is an associative questioning the relationship between two variables. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis with hypothesis test using t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect the performance of employee at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were mostly employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru which amounted to 61 people. Sampling selected randomly using random sampling techniques (Sugiyono, 2010:93). While the variables studied in this research is the ability and motivation. Data analysis using multiple regression linear, using validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, F test, t test R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research on the ability and motivation variables on performance can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (58) = 4,01, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 55,820, meaning F count = 55,820 > 4,01 means there is he ability and motivation variables on performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru is ability with t value 8,062 > 2,00172 meaning the partial motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 14,456 + 0,894X1 - 0,041X2.Therefore means that any changes in the ability amd motivation of both positive and negative will be amended also on the performance of employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran and to analyze employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, in Semarang Regency. In particular the goal is to find out how management efforts in developing agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, management of human resources, employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism.The study is mixed methods using 56 respondents as samples. While data analysis in this research using multiple regression analysis using F test and t test. The results of the data analysis of socio-demographic explain that influence on the performance showed that age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience positively affect employee performance. While F-test states that jointly age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience affect the performance. t test in this research shows there is no significant influence of gender on the performance, no significant influence of the family status on the performance. The conclusions of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of socio-demographic on emplyoee performance and there is a positive and significant influence between employee performance against agrotourism understanding in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. The purpose of this research was to determine how the relationship and influence of competence and work spirit to employees performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg (YIMM) Parts Centre Division. The method was used is quantitative statistical method by looking for test of validity and reliability of data, coefficients of correlation and regression either partially or multiple, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. Research result; From the results of this research was found that there was a relationship and influence which is significant between competence variables and work spirit to employees performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg (YIMM) Parts Centre Division between variables by using the test of F test and t test, where F count was bigger than F table (34.925> 3.2674), and also t count was bigger than t table with a confidence level of 5 % two-sided test and DF = n-2 (38-2 = 36) was obtained t table = 2.028 (t count X1 = 7.434> 2.028 and X2 = 7.364> 2.028). Conclusion: There is a significant influence that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0.666, which means that variable of competence and work spirit of employees contributed as big as 66.6% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg (YIMM) Parts Centre Division, while the remaining 33.4% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, competence is contained in the company would need to be more increased, considering the work spirit of employees is good enough.

The research is quantitative descriptive research done in three banks titled: “Analysis of Financing Quality in Syariah Banks Period 2006-2010”. The research purpose is to find out how much given debt influence  and Loan to Assets Ratio (LAR) to Non Performing Loan. In this research, researcher took hypothesis that there’s a significant influence between given debt, Loan to Assets Ratio (LAR) to Non Performing Loan in Syariah Banks period 2006-2010. From the result, it is found determination coefficient (R2) for data regression 0,467. It means that independence variable altogether are able to explain 47% variance of dependent variables, which is Non Performing Loan. Then from t test, it is found that given-debt variable has significant influence to NPL, it is proven that Tcount > Ttable, while LAR has unsignificant influence, it’s proven that Tcount < Ttable and after f test, it is found that given-debt variable and LAR overall has significant influence to NPL.  From data analysis done at once, it’s shown that debt variable given has more significant result to NPL than LAR, which is 0,677%.

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of working capital (cash turn over, inventory turnover and receivable turnover) towards profitability at LQ-45 companies listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia. The population of this research are all LQ-45 companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). The samples are 19 LQ-45 companies listed in BEI during the year 2004 - 2006. The samples are chosen by using purposive sampling method. The data are analysed with partial test (T-test) and simultant test (F-test) by means of SPSS Ver 13.0. The results show that cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover simultaneously have significant influence towards profitability. Partially cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover have also significant influence to profitability.

The aim of this research was to prove the effectiveness of the use of Tapertis Media towards the 4 graders of Elementary Schools’ multiplication concept understanding. The type of this research is experimental research. Using the intact-group comparison type of pre-experimental design. With 9 students as the sample of this research. Using purposive sampling technique. The methods used were the multiplication concept understanding test, observation, and documentation. Using validity of media expert, validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, paired sample T-Test, and regression test for the data analysis. The result showed that Jarimatika with Tapertis media has effectiveness in improving the 4 graders elementary schools’ multiplication concept understanding. The result of paired T-Test showed the significance level of < 0.05 is 0.00 < 0.05, then 𝐻𝑎 is accepted. The result of T-test showed that the average of learning achievement of the experimental class was higher than the average of the learning achievement of the control class, and the significance level was < 0.05, then 𝐻𝑎 is accepted. The result of regression test showed that significance value of pre-reading skills is 0.038 where the value is less than 0.05, therefore, the hypothesis is accepted. The data of the multiplication concept understanding value also showed that the learning average of the experimental class was greater than the control class. The data analysis result showed that Jarimatika with Tapertis media has effectiveness in improving the students’ multiplication concept understanding.

Study Population

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship between Strike Determination, Balance and Coordination of the Foot to the Accuracy of Kicking in a football game. This research is a descriptive study. The population of this study was all male students of SMA Negeri 9 Makassar with a total sample of 40 people selected by Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used is the correlation analysis technique using the SPSS application at a significant level of 95% or α0.05. Starting from the results of data analysis, this study concluded that: (1) there was a significant correlation with the accuracy of kicks in football games, proved to be R = 0.838 (P = 0.000 <α0.05); (2) there is a significant relationship between the balance and the accuracy of the kick in the game of football, as evidenced by R = 0.733 (P = 0.000 <α0.05); (3) there is a significant correlation between ankle coordination and kick accuracy in soccer, it is proven that R = 0.782 (P = 0.000 <α0.05; football game, proven R = 0.869 (P = 0,000 <α0.05). ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Kelentukan Togok, Keseimbangan dan Koordinasi Mata Kaki terhadap Ketepatan Tendangan pada permainan sepakbola. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa putra SMA Negeri 9 Makassar dengan jumlah sampel penelitian  40 orang yang dipilih secara Purposive Sampling. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah tehnik analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS pada taraf signifikan 95% atau α0,05. Bertolak dari hasil analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan kelentukan dengan ketepatan tendangan pada permainan sepakbola, terbukti R = 0,838 (P=0,000 < α0,05); (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan keseimbangan dengan ketepatan tendangan pada permainan sepakbola, terbukti R = 0,733 (P = 0,000 < α0,05); (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan  koordinasi mata kaki dengan ketepatan tendangan pada permainan sepakbola, terbukti R = 0,782 (P = 0,000 < α 0,05; (4) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kelentukan togok, keseimbangan dan koordinasi mata kaki terhadap ketepatan tendangan pada permainan sepakbola, terbukti R = 0,869 (P = 0,000 < α0,05).
