In recent years, the results of intellectual activity - numerous technological and technical solutions - have been patented for the basic operations of the forestry complex. Insufficient attention is paid to the formation of knowledge bases in the field of technologies and equipment for involving non-timber forest resources in the processing. The formation of databases in this area is caused by the identified trends in the development of products from various types of natural raw materials for the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic industries and other spheres of the social sphere and the economy. Among the types of natural raw materials, an important place is occupied by raw materials with a wide range of biological effects, including woody greens. The development of a knowledge base in the field of involving tree greenery in various spheres of the social sphere and economy was carried out on the basis of a systematic patent search. The analysis made it possible to form a knowledge base about the main most characteristic technological and technical solutions patented in Russia in the field of harvesting, processing and use of greenery of tree species growing in Russia in industry, agriculture and in the social sphere. These solutions are classified according to the types of greenery used (complex of conifers, and in the context of woody greenery of fir, pine, larch, cedar and dwarf cedar, juniper, and deciduous trees). Within each class of patents in the field of wood greenery processing, patents are given taking into account the directions of their use, the effects achieved as a result of the implementation of patented solutions with the allocation of economic entities conducting patenting in the studied area. In this regard, the authors carried out research with the conduct of patent information search, collection and systematization of information. The state and tendencies of directions of patenting in the field of technologies and equipment for the use of tree greenery in industry and in the social sphere are revealed, the main goals of patenting (effects) are determined to achieve which the patented intellectual property objects are considered. The most interesting patents collected during the formation of the knowledge base are presented.

For basic operations of the timber industry, numerous technological and technical solutions were patented for the past few years as the results of the intellectual property. The question of building the knowledge bases on technologies and equipment for involvement of the non-wood forest resources into the processing process lacks sufficient attention. Building the knowledge bases in this field resulted from the identified tendency for the development of products from various types of natural raw materials for pharmaceutical, food-manufacturing, cosmetic industries and other areas of the social sphere and economics. Among the various types of natural raw materials, the priority position is occupied by those with wide range of biological effect, including such as wood bark. The development of the knowledge base in the field of wood bark involvement in various social and economic spheres is based on a systematic patent search. Moreover, developers and inventors are increasingly patenting the results of their intellectual activities in the field of promising types of new intellectual property objects for the use of wood bark. This fact indicates that the problems of improving the quality and efficiency of technologies and disintegrating equipment in this area have not been completely resolved. All this necessitates the synthesis and patenting of new market-competitive technologies and equipment for involvement of wood bark in processing and using it in industries, agriculture and in the social sphere. In this regard, the authors conducted research on patent information search, collection and systematization of information. The state and trends of patenting in the field of technologies and equipment for the use of wood bark in industry and in the social sphere were identified, as well as the main patenting goals (effects) of patented intellectual property objects. The article also presents the most noteworthy patents collected during the building of the knowledge base.

Unlike other types of activities, social workers deal with special people, their complex problems associated with difficulties in the implementation of life. From qualified specialists requires no formal approach but understanding of the clients and ability to empathize him. All of this implies the organic unity of professional knowledge and skills of a social worker and personally individual sacred qualities, a sense of high moral responsibility, and a willingness to fulfill his professional duty to protect human rights. Formation of professional and ethical competence of future social workers at universities is a process of purposeful and systematic influence on the motivational, cognitive and emotional sphere of students. One goal are the formation of a person who understands the importance of the ethical component of his professional duties, has the developed moral and personal qualities and practical skills of a social worker in the field of professional ethics, which ensures the choice of conscious ethical behavior in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Formation of professional ethics for future social workers of universities is facilitated by two classification groups of factors. The first of these is those that affect the level of formation; the second is the conditions for ensuring this level. Yes, the factors directly convert the properties of raw materials, materials into a set of properties necessary to meet some needs. Conditions, however, indirectly affect the quality, contributing to a more complete and effective influence of factors on the formation of properties of the desired quality. Three groups of factors are described in detail: professional, pedagogical, person-oriented (psychological). From the following groups of factors are distinguished: psychological compliance with the requirements of the profession; focus on activities in the social sphere (the presence of stable interest and propensity to the profession); development of creative activity of the future specialist; high level of professionalism, competence.

Complementing the 2011 publication Music and Consciousness: Philosophical, Psychological, and Cultural Perspectives, this edited volume of 17 essays is organized into three parts. The chapters in Part I (‘Music, consciousness, and the four Es’) question the assumption that consciousness is a matter of what is going on in individual brains, and investigate the ways in which musical consciousness arises through our embodied experience, is embedded in our social and cultural existence, extends out into world, and is manifested as we enact our relationships with and within it. Part II (‘Consciousness in musical practice’) engages with music as a corporeal and culturally embedded practice, conjoining individuals in the social sphere, and extending consciousness across actual and virtual spaces. The chapters in this part explore composition, improvisation, performance, and listening as practices, and consider how music, a paradigmatic example of meaningful action, reveals consciousness as grounded in doing, as well as being. Part III (‘Kinds of musical consciousness’) considers the nature of consciousness under a wide range of musical situations. The chapters in this part seek to deconstruct any invidious distinction between everyday and altered states of consciousness, suggesting that, through the manifold range of experiences it affords, music discloses consciousness across a phenomenological continuum encompassing multiple modalities. Taken as a whole, the volume exemplifies many fertile ways in which music studies can draw upon and contribute to larger debates about consciousness more generally.

The article considers the peculiarities of innovations in the social sphere of commercial organizations, proposes a classification of innovations in the social sphere of a commercial organization. Management, organizational, educational and economic innovation directions were identified as the main result of the empirical study. Identify the scope of innovation in the enterprise. Identify the factors that are the reasons for the need to introduce changes, in particular: increase in profits and productivity, changes in society as a whole. Analyzed the reasons that promote and hinder the effective introduction of social changes, including insufficient motivation of staff and the preparation of managers for implementing change. Relevant forms of work for the implementation of psychological support for the process of introduction of changes are found. In our opinion, in order to improve the methods of implementing social innovations in commercial organizations, a clear understanding of the place of social innovations in the system of their innovation development is necessary. Moreover, an understanding of the structural and functional division of social innovations with a view to their conscious design and implementation, which will provide innovation-led result. In order to better understand the peculiarities of introducing innovations in the social sphere of organizations, we conducted an empirical study aimed at identifying the type of innovations in the social sphere of commercial organizations that are most commonly encountered at the moment, as well as factors that determine the necessity of introducing such innovations and the factors contributing to and impede the effective implementation of social change. The main purpose of our article is to study socio-psychological conditions for the implementation of social innovations in commercial organizations .The research carried out proved the fact of existing social innovation in modern commercial organizations. In addition: 1. In modern commercial organizations, the introduction of social changes that affect various spheres of the social environment of the organization, have an uneven distribution. In particular, the most innovative changes in the managerial, organizational, educational and economic component of the social environment of the organization. 2. Among the motives for introducing changes, the motive for gaining more profit, increasing productivity and satisfaction of employees with their work are the first place. An important place among the motives is also the compliance of the needs of employees with the new needs that arise in society as a whole. The biggest obstacles are ignoring the actual needs of employees and the formality of the changes introduced. 3. The initiators of such changes are, in most cases, the management of the company, which is guided by both the needs of a purely commercial nature and the requirements of modern changes in society. 4. The readiness of the employees to participate in the innovation processes and the conditions contributing to it, namely, the motivation of the personnel and the special training of the persons responsible for these processes are revealed. 5. It has been found that appropriate forms of work on the implementation of psychological support for the process of introducing changes are socio-psychological training and counseling, both group and individual. The prospects for further research are to analyze the readiness of the leaders of organizations to implement social changes, to develop practical ways of training employees and responsible for introducing changes in the social sphere of commercial organizations.

The article discusses changes in mining in Neolithic and Eneolithic middle Europe and their relation to social background. Regular variabilities were detected in structures of mining localities during time, which indicate that mining was not basal subsistence activity. Presumably, it is necessary to perceive the considerable social background of past mining. Social interaction is related to cooperation and specialization necessary for mining. The raw materials were also used for making artefacts, but the sense of mining consisted mainly in the social sphere.

Nowadays, in this dynamic world, the need for help and support is increasingly highlighted. This is where the role of social work intervenes. Its task is to enhance the personal and social functionality of the people so as to cope with all kinds of everyday problems and hardship they encounter and to highlight the opportunities for realization and socialization in the society. The goal of social work is to reduce the number of people who suffer and need help, thus lessen the disbelief in coping with problems and highlighting the hope for the best. Such people can be children, adolescents, young people, adults and people with special needs.Sometimes in the family environment or in the wide circle of acquaintances, people fail to overcome the difficulties, and then a consultation with a specialist from the social sphere should be made. This need confirms once again that social-pedagogical intervention is not lacking, contributing to adequate and professional work to help address problems and deficits. For this type of realization, graduates of this major must have dedication and humanity to their work with people and their problems. They also need to know well the relevant risks in each occupation.Still, there is hardly any other profession that is so varied and versatile. This profession has many benefits as well as risks. The work of the Bulgarian social worker is the lowest paid among the helping professions and yet the one with highest efficiency and effectiveness expected. People working in the social sphere - the social workers, perform a wide range of functions and responsibilities in accordance to the nature of the assistance they have to provide.

Non-profit organizations deliver a wide range of meaningful resources to communities in such diverse areas as education, arts, social services, etc. However, compared to the private sector, their funding potential is much more limited. The increasing social and economic impact of the non-profit sector is a reason why there is a need to persistently enhance these opportunities. State contracts have the potential to be regarded as one of the most essential sources of funding for non-profit organizations in the social sphere. In Russia, recently passed laws ensure substantial benefits for 'socially oriented' non-profit organizations that participate in public procurement. Nevertheless, despite the existence of norms allowing socially oriented NPOs to be granted preference in tenders, the presence of the non-profit sector in the Russian public procurement market is still insignificant. This study seeks to analyze the peculiarities of Russian public procurement legislation. The main question of the study is why state procurement failed to become a driver for the development of the non-profit sector in Russia? To answer this question, firstly we consider the functioning mechanisms of socially oriented NPOs in the public procurement market. Then, we analyse the results of expert interviews, which let us identify the following barriers limiting the participation of NPOs in public procurement: economic, financial, social, and organizational. Finally, we draw the conclusion that, for the majority of non-profit organizations, state procurements are an optional source of funding in view of the barriers identified above. This study is relevant for government and public authorities as it can serve as a starting point for improving the mechanisms of attracting the non-profit sector to the sphere of public procurement.

Several semantics have been proposed to query inconsistent ontological knowledge bases, including the intersection of repairs and the intersection of closed repairs as two approximate inconsistency-tolerant semantics. In this paper, we analyze the complexity of conjunctive query answering under these two semantics for a wide range of Datalog+/- languages. We consider both the standard setting, where errors may only be in the database, and the generalized setting, where also the rules of a Datalog+/- knowledge base may be erroneous.
