Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) is training for ASN Echelon III which aims to improve leadership performance competencies. Based on the Decree of the Head of the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK) No. 82 of 2020, BPPK can conduct distance training as an alternative to learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of remote PKA policies at the Ministry of Finance. The research method used is quasi-experimental. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 26 training participant respondents from various regions (different time zones), then analyzed inductively. The results show that online learning methods make the learning process more productive because learning activities are varied and documented, time and place are flexible, budget allocations are much lower than offline learning. However, there were also several weaknesses, including the lack of social interaction between participants, interference that could occur due to unstable internet networks, and participants feeling tired because they had to sit and stare at a computer screen for a long time. Research recommendations are to improve the quality of the internet network, have independent study and assign assignments before online learning, include case study material as discussion material, and add learning material in the form of videos (not just documents).

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed all activities around the world including the world of education due to the widespread impact of the covid-19 learning process activities in schools have been temporarily suspended and diverted to online or online learning, however, many parents have pros and cons related to online learning. Sociology learning in the midst of Covid-19 has experienced changes where there should be direct social interaction in problem-solving (face-to-face) between teachers and students turning online due to social distancing restrictions where this learning is difficult to practice for students. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of online learning on sociology subjects at SMAN 4 Pandeglang. This research method uses qualitative methods, namely the form of interviews and observations. Based on the results of the interviews conducted, it can be seen that online learning still experiences problems such as some students do not have cellphones, unstable internet networks in remote areas, and learning media that are less supportive. In addition, students also sometimes struggle to do the assignments given by the teacher because the assignments given are too many, but students do not understand the learning material

This study aims at investigating the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning in enhancing students’ achievement. The design of this research is that of a quasi-experimental kind. The information was collected from two different courses that were both at the same grade level and covering the same subject. The data that was compared came from a variety of historical periods. The control group was recruited before to the outbreak, while the second group was recruited via an online learning session after the pandemic had begun. A pre-test is administered to see if any of the students have previous knowledge of the subject matter that will be taught. Pre-testing may also be thought of as an activity that is used to assess the level of knowledge of the students prior to the delivery of the learning activities itself. The results of the study suggest a slight difference when students are taught using PBL with online and offline learning. There is a conspicuous challenge in online learning due to teacher’s and students’ customization to online learning.

The Covid-19 outbreak and the enactment of restrictions on community activities have had many impacts, one of which is the change in teaching methods from offline learning or face-to-face activities to online learning or distance learning. These changes can affect the learning process, especially subjects related to business practices, such as entrepreneurship. In online learning, several factors contribute to the successful delivery of online courses. However, little is known about the impact of these factors on Indonesian students' interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of personal attitude and e-learning on interest in entrepreneurship in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Data was collected through an online survey of 190 students who were taking entrepreneurship courses at selected universities in Yogyakarta. Data collected through online surveys were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 3.0. The results of this study found that interest in entrepreneurship is significantly influenced by personal attitude and e-learning. This study also found that perceived learning was not able to moderate the effect of e-learning on entrepreneurial interest.

The COVID-19 pandemic that has recently hit various countries including Indonesia has resulted in major changes in various fields, including in the development of the education sector. The teaching and learning process has turned from face-to-face into an online method. However, there are several obstacles experienced by schools that implement an online learning system, one of them was the ability of teachers who do not understand various learning application platforms. In addition, the material provided by the teacher is not maximally acceptable to students because most teachers provide learning material from the pages of textbooks or teacher writings (scans, photos, or presentation files). For this reason, it is necessary to have variations in the provision of teaching materials to students by making interesting and creative learning videos using the Movavi Education Set. With learning videos, students can do lessons at home, repeat it, and can ask the teacher some points from it if they don't understand. By using Movavi Education Set, teachers are also free to be creative in making learning videos that can be shared through commonly used communication applications such as e-mail, WhatsApp, line, google classroom and other applications.

The change in life continues to change quickly. The 4.0 industry has been examined, marking a development in IT, including the Internet, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. Everyone was not distinguished from technology by the development of IT in the 21st century. Different opinions from various parties to online learning come from face-to-face shifting paradigms. This sort of learning paradigm has multiple advantages and disadvantages to reach the aim of learning itself. This study seeks to assess the perspective of learners of online learning in this context in a COVID-19 pandemic. The study focuses on students of the English conversation of Akademi Maritim Nusantara Cilacap. The instruments used are semi-structured interviews. The researcher asked the students about the Covid-19 outbreak via the WhatsApp service. The research design employed in this research was a case study. The online study is unbelievably advantageous in the heart of the pandemic. AMN Cilacap has selected the Google Classroom Service as its Learning Management System. They will receive new terminology, knowledge, and technical skills. Thus, when they graduate in the future, students will no longer have problems using their primary app for education. Online learning is more effective than offline learning for a particular objective, information, skills, and students. Combining the benefit of online and offline teaching approaches known as combined learning will help overcome the potential limitations of online learning in the professional school of AMN Cilacap. But a mix of online and offline learning, notwithstanding the volatility of online, may be the best option to maximize its worth.

The pandemic period causes all systems in life to change a lot, one of which is education. Online learning is a solution to the difficulty of offline learning in schools. This study examines academic stress during online learning among first-year Muslim students in Indonesia. This study's participants were 731 first-year Muslim students who had never done offline learning at the target campus. Data collection used the academic stress scale from Lin & Chen (2009) with seven stress sources. The results showed teachers' stress, stress results, stress tests, studying in groups stress, peer stress, time management stress, and self-inflicted stress were at moderate and high levels. Meanwhile, the highest percentage of academic stress factors was obtained from teachers' stress. We also present a detailed examination of demographic data by cross-tabulating and discussing these findings' theoretical and practical implications.
