Rismayanti Lubis 171104080851 “Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Transaksi Jual Beli Pada Wirausaha Muslim (Studi Pada Wirausaha Muslim di Desa Laladon)” in business competition is the ethics have to business people because the way regulates all human activites including business by giving limitation whatever may done and who cannot be done. this research explains how the implementation of ethical business people in transaction in muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon behavior and now how muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon according to Islamic. Bisiness this research in a qualitative. Descriptive approachdata collection techniques used in this research in the from of interview, observation and documentation the result of the transaction on muslim entrepreneneurs in the village Laladon cash, however some entrepreneurs have digital transaction, provides payments and have made a run of the seller and buyer. The implementation of ethical business on muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon by applying the principle of unity the principle of justice, the principle of trustful, and responsibilities, principle of rectitude, products sold lawful, and did not do bisnis mal has ini practice in an entrepreneurship activity. Muslim entrepreneurial behavior in the village Laladon gave the best services with an attitude suave and customer with a vengeance. The application of islam in business ethics transaction on muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon has is served in accordance with islam Syariah.

The Village

The purpose of this study is to analyze the transportation service of buses islamic business ethics perspective. Research will be about the theory of good service according to islamic business ethics. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive. With informal snowball collection techniques. On researcher obtained from interviews to bus business owners, bus drivers, and bus passengers in PT company. Minto Lestari Jaya which is located in the village of Jajag Gambiran, Banyuwangi. The results by the researchers showed that the services provided by bus drivers were effective. The officer has been polite and serves well in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW taught in the book Of Islamic Business Ethics by Fakhry Zamzam and Havis Aravik. The principles of Islamic business ethics include the following principles of business ethics: the first principle of autonomy, the second the honesty, the third the Principle of justice, the fourth principle of mutual benefit, the five Principles of integrity. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelayanan transportasi bus perspektif etika bisnis islam. Penelitian akan mendeskripsikan tentang teori  pelayanan yang baik menurut etika bisnis islam. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan informal snowball. Pada peneliti diperoleh dari wawancara kepada pemilik usaha Otobus, pengemudi bus, dan penumpang bus di perusahaan PT Minto Lestari Jaya yang beralamat di Desa Jajag Gambiran, Banyuwangi. Hasil yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yan diberikan oleh pengemudi bus sudah efektif. Petugas sudah sopan dan melayani dengan baik sesuai dengan ajaran Nabi Muhammad SAW yang diajarkan alam buku Etika Bisnis Islam karya Fakhry Zamzam dan Havis Aravik. Prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis islam meliputi Prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis sebagai berikut: yang pertama Prinsip otonomi, kedua kejujuran, ketiga Prinsip keadilan, keempat Prinsip saling menguntungkan, kelima Prinsip integritas moral.

The Village

This study describes the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in Medang Ara village, Karang Baru District. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of price rounding on the sale and purchase of rubber and to determine the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in the village of Medang Ara, Karang Baru District. The type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis techniques with a qualitative descriptive approach.Based on the results of the study note that the price rounding done by Medang Ara village rubber agent is rounding down prices. The agent did this rounding because there was no change which made it difficult to pay for the rubber and the agent thought that rounding was a common thing and was known by farmers, so farmers would be sincere if the money was rounded up. In addition, the price rounding done by an agent is contrary to the basic provisions in Islamic business ethics, namely unity, balance, free will, responsibility and truth, and rounding the price is also contrary to the principles in Islamic business ethics such as honesty and transparency in setting prices.

Sembako (nine staple foods) is basic needs that must be fulfilled in order to maintain the food security and nutritional needs of the community. Therefore, sembako traders have an important role in how sembako items are properly distributed to the community. In achieving this goal, it is suggested that the traders operate based on an ethical business framework. Islam through the Qur'an and hadith has provided this framework in the form of Islamic business ethics principles. By using a qualitative descriptive analytical approach, this study aims to understand how the application of Islamic business ethics in the business activities of basic food traders in Jumbleng Village. The data in this study were collected through a process of observation and interviews. While the data analysis technique uses the analytical technique developed by Miles and Huberman, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research obtained from traders and buyers in Jumbleng Village, it shows that the principles of Islamic business ethics have not been fully implemented by traders due to their limited knowledge regarding Islamic business ethics.

This studyamis are to find out how golo tu’a resolving ulayat and disputes, the factors causingthe land disputes, the from of land disputes the occur in the village of Golo Lanak, West Cibal Subdistrict, Mangarai NTT, and the way tu’a golo ( adat head) in resolving ulayat and disputes in Golo Lanak Village, Cibal Barat District, Manggarai, NTT. This study use qualitative descriptive approach and the data was collected using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that : the cause of ulayat land disputes is due to the land boundary of Golo Lanak Village is unclear. Disputes that onccur in Golo Lanak Village are the traditional community of Golo Woi Village (kina tribe) controlling the customary land owned by Golo Lanak Village (maki tribe) disputes is namely in the from of utterances of words where each thinks that they are right and entitle to land. The method of golo tua in resolving the costomary land dispute in the village of Golo Lanak is through lonto leok (deliberation). These are the customs and symbols of the Manggarai tradisional community that are used. In this from. Efforts to resolve ulayat land diputes are resolved with the hambor damai (somekind of peace treaty)

Buying and selling activities are the activity of exchanging goods or material ownership permanently. One of the places for buying and selling is the Market. Along with the times of very rapid economic development, business competition is increasingly high. With very high competitors, business people use various methods to get high profits, so business people often ignore Islamic business ethics in running their business. Ethics is a good behavior of human behavior that covers social values. Good ethics includes honesty, reliability, disciplined loyalty. This study analyzes more deeply about Islamic business ethics using qualitative descriptive methods because the data used are through observation, interviews and documentation. In this context the researcher wants to examine the application of Islamic business ethics in the sale and purchase transactions at the Ngronggo Traditional Market in Kediri City. The results of the study of the application of Islamic business ethics in the sale and purchase transactions at the Ngronggo Market in Kediri City, led most of the traders to implement and run Islamic business ethics. although not all traders have adopted Islamic business ethics.

The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village. Indeed, in terms of the whole implementation of life has been arranged in the view of Islamic teachings to regulate all human life including in relation to the implementation of the economy and business. Islam does not allow any person to work haphazardly to achieve his/her goals and desires by justifying any means such as committing fraud, cheating, false vows, usury, and any other vanity deeds. But, Islam has given a boundary or line between the allowable and the unlawful, the right and wrong and the lawful and the unlawful. These limits or dividing lines are known as ethics. Behavior in business or trade is also not escaped from the moral value or business ethics values. The study aims to describe  about abstinence forbids of Belantik Malay community and to obtain  to  know  meaning  and  value  that  contained  in  the  abstinence  forbids.  The  writer found that there were twenty three abstinence forbids of the Belantik Malay community. By applying qualitative descriptive method, it is obtained that the abstinence forbids observed in Belantik Malay contain in terms of the religion, education, custom, and health. In fact, the  abstinence  forbids  had  a  magic  power  that  used  as  a  guidance  the  way  of  life  of Belantik Malay community. They believe that they will get side effects if they disobey them individually and in their group.AbstrakPenelitian  ini  bertujuan    untuk  mendeskripsikan  ungkapan  pantang  larang  dalam masyarakat  Melayu  Belantik.  Selain  itu,  tulisan  ini  juga  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui makna  dan  nilai  yang  terkandung  dalam  ungkapan  pantang  larang  tersebut.  Penulis menemukan terdapat  dua  puluh  tiga  ungkapan  pantang  larang  dalam masyarakat Melayu Belantik. Melalui metode  deskriptif  kualitatif  tergambar  bahwa  ungkapan  pantang  larang dalam  masyarakat  Melayu  Belantik mengandung  nilai  agama,  pendidikan,  adat,  dan kesehatan.  Ungkapan  pantang  larang  memiliki  “kekuatan  (gaib/ajaib)”  sebagai  penuntun hidup  dan  pedoman  bagi  masyarakat  Melayu  Belantik.  Masyarakat  Melayu  Belantik percaya bahwa peristiwa tersebut apabila mereka langgar atau abaikan akan berakibat bagi kehidupan pribadi atau bahkan masyarakatnya.

This study is motivated the identification of policies issued by the regional Governmentof Rokan Hulu in the form of Regulatory region number 1 by 2015 on the determination of thevillage and Indigenous Village. Political dynamics based on various interests against themanufacture of, and decision-making in the process of formation of the corresponding localregulations determination of Indigenous Villages in the Rokan Hulu is impacted to a verysignificantamount of changes from the initial draft of the number i.e. 21 (twenty one) the villagebecame Customary 89 (eighty-nine) the Indigenous Villages who have passed. Type of thisresearch is a qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The research aims to describe theState of the real situation in a systematic and accurate fact analysis unit or related research, aswell as observations of the field based on the data (information). Method of data collectionwas done with interviews, documentation, and observations through fieldwork (field research).The results of the research on the process of discussion of the draft local regulations andmutual agreement about Designation of Indigenous Villages in the Rokan Hulu is, showed thatthe political dynamics that occur due to the presence of various political interests, rejectionorally by Villagers who were judged to have met the requirements of Draft Regulations to beformulated and the area for the set to be Indigenous Villages, and also there is a desire fromsome villages in the yet to Draft local regulations in order to set the Indigenous village , there isa wide range of interests of these aspects influenced the agreement to assign the entire localVillage which is in the Rokan Hulu become Indigenous village, and the village of Transmigrationinto administrative Villages where the initiator of the changes in the number of IndigenousVillages in the Rokan Hulu it is the desire of the local Government of its own.

Violations of business ethics that occur at this time, become a problem in itself. One of the factors supporting the occurrence of these violations is due to lack of basic knowledge about business ethics and the freedom of business people in carrying out economic activities, as a result many business people are competing in improving market mechanisms, Business should be assessed from a moral standpoint, just like all other human activities also seen from a moral standpoint. Because when not looking at the moral aspect of doing business, business people only think about how to increase sales turnover, and not only increase turnover, but also do things that are not ethical, such as: bribery, corruption, collusion and nepotism, it makes people uneasy . Adverse effects that will occur if a company is immoral and enforces the norms that apply in business ethics then it can have an impact on consumers' distrust of their products and can complicate business development again.
