Buying and selling activities are the activity of exchanging goods or material ownership permanently. One of the places for buying and selling is the Market. Along with the times of very rapid economic development, business competition is increasingly high. With very high competitors, business people use various methods to get high profits, so business people often ignore Islamic business ethics in running their business. Ethics is a good behavior of human behavior that covers social values. Good ethics includes honesty, reliability, disciplined loyalty. This study analyzes more deeply about Islamic business ethics using qualitative descriptive methods because the data used are through observation, interviews and documentation. In this context the researcher wants to examine the application of Islamic business ethics in the sale and purchase transactions at the Ngronggo Traditional Market in Kediri City. The results of the study of the application of Islamic business ethics in the sale and purchase transactions at the Ngronggo Market in Kediri City, led most of the traders to implement and run Islamic business ethics. although not all traders have adopted Islamic business ethics.

The concept of Islamic Economics emphasizes that market Trading and pricing need to be regulated to uphold market balance and economic justice in view of interests of those involved in the market. This study aims to analyze the Islamic Economy’s observance in accordance with Islamic sharia in the traditional markets, the number of merchant populations used as samples was 138 people, the research method uses qualitative descriptive, data collection techniques by observation and structured interviews. The results showed that traders in the traditional market of Manis Kosambi Cikakak Village had practiced trade with Islamic Business Ethics. The Practice of Islamic Economy in the Traditional Market of Brebes Regency had been carried out by most traders almost 84.8%. The system of commerce with the islamic economy is rooted in and habutual practices with islamic business ethics, doing bussiness by selling clean products, honesty, openness, fair, and by backing out of riba, or loan shark has been accustomed by traditional merchants of Brebes Regency in Manis Kosambi market Cikakak Village of Brebes Regency Keywords: Islamic Economic Traditional Market

Indeed, in terms of the whole implementation of life has been arranged in the view of Islamic teachings to regulate all human life including in relation to the implementation of the economy and business. Islam does not allow any person to work haphazardly to achieve his/her goals and desires by justifying any means such as committing fraud, cheating, false vows, usury, and any other vanity deeds. But, Islam has given a boundary or line between the allowable and the unlawful, the right and wrong and the lawful and the unlawful. These limits or dividing lines are known as ethics. Behavior in business or trade is also not escaped from the moral value or business ethics values. Islamic business ethics is of which adheres to the principle of unity, equilibrium principle, freewill principle, responsibility principle, It is important for business people to integrate that ethical dimension into the framework or scope of the business. ABSTRAKPelaksanaan ibadah umrah di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hal ini didorong dengan semakin baiknya kondisi perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk itu diperlukan perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji yang memfasilitasi para jamaah untuk melakukan ibadah menuju ke tanah suci. Mengenai hal tersebut, sudah seharusnya perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Hal ini sangat penting dikarenakan banyak terjadi pelanggaran etika bisnis Islam yang dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan, tidak terkecuali oleh perusahaan travel umrah haji, seperti yang banyak diberitakan dibeberapa media yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya jamaah yang gagal berangkat ke Baitullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu survei pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mubina Tour Indonesia kabupaten Gresik telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan cara menyampaikan secara jujur dan benar, senantiasa berusaha untuk selalu menepati apa yang telah dijanjikan, membekali semua karyawan dengan berbagai skill dan mengemas promosi dengan trik-trik yang menarik.Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Perusahaan Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah dan Haji. ABSTRACTPerforming Umrah in Indonesia year by year has been experiencing a significant increase. It is motivated by a better economic condition in Indonesia. Therefore, Umrah and Hajj Travel Organizer Company is needed to facilitate Muslim pilgrims to pilgrimage to Mecca. According to this, this kind of company shall implement Islamic business ethics to run their business activities. It is very important because there are many Islamic business ethics violations committed by some companies, unexceptionally Hajj and umrah travel companies as widely reported in several media. It was proven by the large number of pilgrims who failed to go to Baitullah. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the case study method. Data collecting techniques used by the researcher are preliminary survey, observation, interview, documentation, and literature review. The result of the research shows that Mubina Tour Indonesia in Gresik Regency has implemented Islamic business ethics by delivering information honestly and truthfully, always trying to fulfill what has been promised, equipping all employments with many various skills, and packaging promotion with interesting techniques.Keywords: Islamic Business Ethics, Umrah and Hajj Travel Company.

The development of Islamic economics is in a position to develop forward to very rapidly (Up to date), this starts with the emergence of several sharia financial institutions that have emerged along with efforts to accelerate economic growth in the community. Among the characteristics of the Islamic economic system is the emergence of demands to put more emphasis on the legal aspects and Islamic business ethics. So that the existing system in the Islamic economy there is an obligation to apply the principles of sharia and Islamic business ethics as well. Philosophically why the principles in Islamic economics must meet several criteria, including the principles of worship (al-tauhid), equality (al-musawat), freedom (al-hurriyat), justice (al-'adl), help- help (al-ta'awun) and tolerance (al-tasamuh). The strategic role of Islamic economics provides a very positive power for accelerating economic development in Indonesia through business partnerships with small and medium businesses. Empowerment of Islamic economics through a business partnership between Islamic financial institutions and small and medium businesses by developing real sector business activities in agriculture, such as agriculture, industry and trade as well as Islamic financial services and institutions, needs to be empowered and carried out to encourage the acceleration of national economic development and efforts to improve the economic welfare of the Indonesian people themselves.

The Manggisan ebankment market is a traditional market where the people conduct daily buying and selling transactions. In conducting business activities does not deny the existence of fraud that can be caused by a lack of awareness and knowledge in doing business based on Islamic business ethics. Awareness of the application of business ethics values must be carried out by every market player. Syari’ah business ethics is a moral reference as part of Islamic forms of Akhlaqul Karimah in muamalah. Islamic business ethics is based on monotheism, honesty, justice (balance) and kindness (ihsan). In conducting business activities Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali emphasied to always be guided by Islamic business ethics because by doing so a Muslim in doing his business will get two advantages namely the world and the hereafter. The formulation of the problem from this study is how the behavior of the vegetable traders ethics in the embankment Manggisan market. And how the behavior of greengrocer business ethics in the market of Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali’s embankment perspective. This research is a type of (field research) by using juridical empirical methods, namely methods that collect data by means af observation, interviews and documentation of the behavior of business ethics of vegetable traders in conducting business activities.Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that in general the vegetable traders in the Manggisan embankment market have applied business ethics behavior in their business activities. Including starting a business by reading basmalah, not reducing scales and not taking very much profit, even though in reality they do not understand that what they are doing is part of the theory of business ethics. But there are still traders who someties are rude to buyers due to having personal problems with their families, this is considered to have violated Islamic business ethis. One of the principles that must be possessed by a Muslim trader is to be good so that what is done will provide benefits to others so that the business carried out does not only benefit themselves but also benefits others.

This study describes the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in Medang Ara village, Karang Baru District. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of price rounding on the sale and purchase of rubber and to determine the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in the village of Medang Ara, Karang Baru District. The type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis techniques with a qualitative descriptive approach.Based on the results of the study note that the price rounding done by Medang Ara village rubber agent is rounding down prices. The agent did this rounding because there was no change which made it difficult to pay for the rubber and the agent thought that rounding was a common thing and was known by farmers, so farmers would be sincere if the money was rounded up. In addition, the price rounding done by an agent is contrary to the basic provisions in Islamic business ethics, namely unity, balance, free will, responsibility and truth, and rounding the price is also contrary to the principles in Islamic business ethics such as honesty and transparency in setting prices.

The research objective is to look at business ethics in Islam in the management of Corporate Social Responsibility at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The subject of this research is the sustanability development of the CSR department at PT. Gersindo Minang Planatation and the people who feel the CSR activities. This research is a type of field research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that CSR management at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation in general, is engaged in education, environment, health and social affairs. There are two types of programs, namely the Patronage and Community Development Program. In terms of Islamic business ethics, of the five axioms that include unity, equilibrium, free will, benevolence and responsibility there is one axiom that is not reflected in the program namely responsibility.

The purpose of this study was to determine the culture of siri' na pacce in revealing the profits of retail traders from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. This study obtained data from retailers of Bugis-Makassar ethnicity and Muslim who trade at the Panakukkang Market in Makassar. Data collected through a series of observation methods, interviews, secondary data from literature books, journals, the internet, and other complementary data. Research results internalization of siri' na pacce culture and Islamic business ethics in trading produce material and non-material benefits. The internalization of siri' na pacce culture with Islamic business ethics results in the values of tongeng and the principle of truth, the value of lempu' and the principle of tauhid, balance, ihsan, and the value of adele' and the focus of truth. The values in the siri' na pacce culture can implement Islamic business ethics in trade to achieve world happiness and the end, which is the goal of human life.الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد ثقافة السيري في الكشف عن أرباح تجار التجزئة من منظور أخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية. هذا النوع من البحث هو دراسة وصفية نوعية ذات نهج إثنوغرافي. تم الحصول على مصادر البيانات من تجار التجزئة من عرقية Bugis-Makassar والمسلمين الذين يتاجرون في سوق Panakukkang في Makassar. تم جمع البيانات من خلال سلسلة من طرق المراقبة والمقابلات والبيانات الثانوية من كتب الأدب والمجلات والإنترنت والبيانات التكميلية الأخرى. نتائج البحث عن استيعاب ثقافة السيري وأخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية في التجارة تنتج فوائد مادية وغير مادية. إن استيعاب ثقافة سيري مع أخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية ينتج عنه قيم توغنغ ومبادئ الحقيقة ، وقيم ليمبو ومبادئ التوحيد ، والتوازن ، والحقيقة ، وقيم الإحسان ، وأديل ومبادئ الحقيقة. يمكن تطبيق القيم الواردة في ثقافة السيري ومبادئ أخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية في التجارة لتحقيق السعادة العالمية والغاية التي هي هدف حياة الإنسان على هذه الأرض.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui budaya siri’ na pacce dalam mengungkap keuntungan usaha pedagang eceran perspektif etika bisnis Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Sumber data diperoleh dari pedagang eceran bersuku Bugis-Makassar dan beragama Islam yang berdagang di Pasar Panakukkang Makassar. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui serangkaian metode observasi, wawancara, data sekunder dari literatur buku, jurnal, internet, dan data pelengkap lainnya. Hasil Penelitian internalisasi budaya siri’ na pacce dan etika bisnis Islam dalam berdagang menghasilkan keuntungan materi dan non materi. Internalisasi budaya siri’ na pacce dengan etika bisnis Islam menghasilkan nilai togeng dan prinsip kebenaran, nilai lempu’ dan prinsip tauhid, keseimbangan, kebenaran, ihsan, dan nilai adele’ dan prinsip kebenaran. Nilai-nilai terdapat di budaya siri’ na pacce dan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam dapat di implementasikan dalam berdagang untuk mencapai kebahagian dunia dan akhir yang menjadi tujuan hidup manusia di muka bumi ini.

Rismayanti Lubis 171104080851 “Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Transaksi Jual Beli Pada Wirausaha Muslim (Studi Pada Wirausaha Muslim di Desa Laladon)” in business competition is the ethics have to business people because the way regulates all human activites including business by giving limitation whatever may done and who cannot be done. this research explains how the implementation of ethical business people in transaction in muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon behavior and now how muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon according to Islamic. Bisiness this research in a qualitative. Descriptive approachdata collection techniques used in this research in the from of interview, observation and documentation the result of the transaction on muslim entrepreneneurs in the village Laladon cash, however some entrepreneurs have digital transaction, provides payments and have made a run of the seller and buyer. The implementation of ethical business on muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon by applying the principle of unity the principle of justice, the principle of trustful, and responsibilities, principle of rectitude, products sold lawful, and did not do bisnis mal has ini practice in an entrepreneurship activity. Muslim entrepreneurial behavior in the village Laladon gave the best services with an attitude suave and customer with a vengeance. The application of islam in business ethics transaction on muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon has is served in accordance with islam Syariah.
