The Influence of Learning Interest on Student Achievement at MI Mathla'ul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency, a survey research with a functional associative quantitative approach. The research aims to: 1) find out the data on the level of interest in learning at MI Mathlaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency; 2) find out data on student achievement at MI Mathlaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency; 3) determine the effect of interest in learning on student achievement at MI Mathlaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency. Research data were collected using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The research instrument used a questionnaire for interest in learning and for student achievement using the general score for Indonesian language subjects. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression test and the interpretation of the data was carried out in a deductive narrative. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between variable X (interest in learning) and variable Y (student learning achievement) of 0.618. The significance level obtained is 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.050 (one-tailed test), so Ho: = 0 is rejected. Thus, because the significance of 0.000 is smaller than = 0.050 (one-tailed test or one-tailed test), then Ho : = 0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant relationship between interest in learning and student achievement at MI Mafthaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency. The form of a simple linear regression equation is obtained = 53.686 + 0.275X. Based on the value of R square, the regression equation can be explained that 38.2% of the variance of student achievement at MI Mafthaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg Bogor Regency can be explained by changes in learning interest. Regression (functional relationship) variable interest in learning with learning achievement statistically with a value of F = 29.635 significant at degrees of freedom k = 1 and n - k - 1 = 48, and P-value = 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.05. Thus, testing the hypothesis Ho:β1=0 against H1: 1≠0 based on the ANOVA table, Ho is rejected because P-value = 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.050. This means that there is a significant effect of interest in learning on student achievement at MI Mafthaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency.

Based on the results of simple regression analysis with summary models obtained R = 0.608 or rh = 0.608. It aims to find out the hypothesis rejected or accepted with N = 40 while rt = 0.312 then obtained 0.608 ,3 0.312 from these results it can be concluded that Hα is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between Hizbul Wathon's Scout Character Education with learning achievement. Regression equation, obtained from the determinant coefficient value R ² = 0.370 with the meaning that the character education of Hizbul Wathan contributed to the learning achievement of 37%. So it can be concluded that learning achievement is influenced by Hizbul Wathan's Character Education by 37% while the remaining 63% is influenced by factors outside this study. The simple regression analysis test results obtained by the regression equation: Y = 46.257 + 0.459 X. Based on the simple regression equation can be obtained a constant (α) of 46.257 with the understanding that if the Character Education Hizbul Wathan (X) or equal to zero (0) then the level of achievement learning (Y) of 46,257 units, the variable Hizbul Wathan Character Education (X) obtained a coefficient value of 0.459 which means that if the value of Hizbul Wathan Character Education (X) increases by one unit then the learning achievement (Y) will increase by 0.459 units. Hypothesis testing is done through testing the significance of the regression coefficient of Hizbul Wathan's Character Education variable. With the hypothesis of Hizbul Wathan's Character Education influencing student achievement. The analysis shows that the regression coefficient is 0.459 with a significance level of α = 5%, then the regression coefficient is significant because ρ = 0,000> 0.05.

Abstract Background Smartphone plays a vital role in higher education as it serves as a device with multiple functions. Smartphone addiction was reported on the rise among college and university students. The addiction may result in unwanted consequences on their academic performance and psychological health. One factor that consistently relates to psychological distress and smartphone addiction is the neurotic personality trait. This study explored the relationship of smartphone addiction with psychological health and neuroticism among USM medical students. Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out on medical students in a public medical school. DASS-21, the neuroticism-subscale of USMaP-i and SAS-SV were administered to measure psychological distress, neuroticism, and smartphone addiction of the medical students. Spearman correlation was performed to examine the correlation between smartphone addiction with psychological distress and neuroticism. Simple linear regression was performed to investigate relationship factors of smartphone addiction. Results A total of 574 medical students participated in this study. The prevalence of smartphone addiction was 40.6%. It was higher among male (49.2%) compared to female (36.6%) medical students. The result showed a fair positive correlation between smartphone addiction and psychological health (rdepression = 0.277, p-value < 0.001; ranxiety = 0.312, p-value < 0.001; rstress = 0.329, p-value < 0.001). However, there was a poor positive correlation between smartphone addiction and neuroticism (r = 0.173, p-value < 0.001). The simple linear regression showed a significant increase in the levels of depression, anxiety, stress and neuroticism upon one unit increase in smartphone addiction (bdepression = 0.101, p-value < 0.001; banxiety = 0.120, p-value < 0.001; bstress = 0.132, p-value < 0.001; bneuroticism = 0.404, p-value < 0.05). These results indicated significant relationships between smartphone addiction, psychological health and neuroticism. Conclusion This study suggested a high prevalence of smartphone addiction among medical students, particularly in male medical students. The smartphone addiction might lead to psychological problems and the most vulnerable group is the medical student with the neurotic personality trait.
