<p><em>Of this study was to determine the marketing mix strategy in Home Industry Jenang "MIRAH" in Ponorogo, to determine the pricing of products in Home Industry Jenang "MIRAH" in Ponorogo. Marketing Mix Strategy is one factor in the price. The samples in this study using sampling techniques saturated as many as 39 people. </em><em>Sampling using </em><em>techniques </em><em>sampling. Results of simple linear regression Y = 43,477 + 0,558 X, meaning that if the price increase of 1%, then </em><em>marketing mix strategy </em><em>will increase by 0,558 if other factors held constant. It is obtained from t</em><em>count </em><em>on </em><em>marketing mix strategy </em><em>variable (X) is 9,440 with 0,000</em></p><p><em>signifkansi level. Because 9,440 &gt;1,68488 and 0.000 &lt; 0.05, which expressed their rejection of Ho means the marketing mix strategy effect on price. It can be concluded that t</em><em>hitung </em><em>&gt; t</em><em>table </em><em>ie, greater than t table of a significance level of 0.000 t less than 0.05 then the research hypothesis reject Ho and accept Ha. While the results of R</em><em>2 </em><em>of 0.670, indicating that 67% strategy marketing mix variables influenced the price, while the remaining 33% is influenced by other factors not examined. Conclusion there is the effect of strategy marketing mix on price satisfaction in </em><em>Home Industry Jenang "MIRAH" in Ponorogo.</em></p>

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. The Influence of Learning Interest on Student Achievement at MI Mathla'ul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency, a survey research with a functional associative quantitative approach. The research aims to: 1) find out the data on the level of interest in learning at MI Mathlaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency; 2) find out data on student achievement at MI Mathlaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency; 3) determine the effect of interest in learning on student achievement at MI Mathlaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency. Research data were collected using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The research instrument used a questionnaire for interest in learning and for student achievement using the general score for Indonesian language subjects. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression test and the interpretation of the data was carried out in a deductive narrative. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between variable X (interest in learning) and variable Y (student learning achievement) of 0.618. The significance level obtained is 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.050 (one-tailed test), so Ho: = 0 is rejected. Thus, because the significance of 0.000 is smaller than = 0.050 (one-tailed test or one-tailed test), then Ho : = 0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant relationship between interest in learning and student achievement at MI Mafthaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency. The form of a simple linear regression equation is obtained = 53.686 + 0.275X. Based on the value of R square, the regression equation can be explained that 38.2% of the variance of student achievement at MI Mafthaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg Bogor Regency can be explained by changes in learning interest. Regression (functional relationship) variable interest in learning with learning achievement statistically with a value of F = 29.635 significant at degrees of freedom k = 1 and n - k - 1 = 48, and P-value = 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.05. Thus, testing the hypothesis Ho:β1=0 against H1: 1≠0 based on the ANOVA table, Ho is rejected because P-value = 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.050. This means that there is a significant effect of interest in learning on student achievement at MI Mafthaul Anwar 05 Cigudeg, Bogor Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaire and interview. This research aims to determine whether the minimum wage is related to the level of work productivity of the production department at PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR, to find out whether the minimum wage affects the work productivity of the employees of PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR. The sample used was 100 respondents taken by accidental sampling technique in the PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR. This research uses simple linear regression. A tool to measure it is assisted by SPSS version 22. The results of the linearity test of the effect of the minimum wage on work productivity, there is a significance value of 0.115 which is greater than 0.05, so there is a linear relationship. The results of the t test show that the minimum wage has a significance level of 0.115 and the t value of 3.345> t table of 1.984 is greater than 0.05. From the results of the F test it can also be concluded that the F-table at df1 = 2 df2 = 97 is obtained from the F distribution table of 3.09 at the 95% confidence level (Alpha = 5%). This proves that Fcount (88,986)> from Ftable (3.09), while the significance (0,000) <from alpha is at the 95% confidence level (Alpha 5%). So that Ha which says there is a significant influence between the minimum wage on the work productivity of the production section at PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR accepted. While Ho, which says there is no significant effect between minimum wages on work productivity at PT. TELKOM CABANG BOGOR rejected.

The employee performance is one of the successful company factors. Many ways that companies  have to continuously improve the employees performance, for example, for increasing the accounting information system. Therefore increasing the accounting information system are expected to improve the employees performance. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of accounting information system on the performance of employees at Gapensi Jabar. The method used in this study is descriptive and verificative methods. Descriptive method is used to describe the accounting information system on employee performance variables. While verification is used to determine the influence accounting information system on employee performance. For testing the research hypothesis using test Simple Linear Regression by using SPSS 23 software. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price,promotion, service quality, and distribution on purchasing decisions of Sikaproducts at PT Adya Mandala Persada Surabaya. The sampling method used waspurposive sampling using questions in the questionnaire distributed to 125respondents who were all consumers of PT Adya Mandala Persada Surabaya.Data processing was performed using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed thatin the Validity Test all statement items were declared valid, and in the ReliabilityTest it was said that all variables were declared reliable. The results of theClassical Assumption Test show that all the requirements have been met to carryout the Multiple Linear Regression Test. From the results of the Multiple LinearRegression Test, the value of Y = 2.399 - 0.067X1 + 0.081X2 + 0.217X3 +0.234X4 + 0.697X5 is obtained. The result of the Determinant Coefficient Testshows that the Adjusted R Square is 54.9%, meaning that all X variables have amoderate contribution. The t test results get the following values: (i) variable X1= tcalculate -0.785 < ttable 1.980 with a significance level of 0.434 > 0.05, meaningthat product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions; (ii) variable X2 =tcalculate 0.793 < ttable 1.980 with a significance level of 0.429 > 0.05, which means that the price has no effect on purchasing decisions; (iii) variable X3 = tcalculate 2,564 > ttable 1,980 with a significance level of 0.012 < 0.05, it means that promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; (iv) variable X4 =tcalculate 3.024 > ttable 1.980 with a significance level of 0.03 < 0.05, it means thatservice quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; (v) variable X5 =tcalculate 6,063 > ttable 1,980 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0.05, it means that the distribution has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Overall it can be concluded that product quality and price have no effect on purchasing decisions while promotion, service quality, and distribution have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

ABSTRAK   Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keterampilan  mengadakan  variasi gaya mengajar  guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pad mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VIII 3 di SMP Negeri 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode  pre experimental desing dengan bentuk one group pretest- postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 254 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang yang diambil mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dokumentasi observasi dan angket.  Berdasarkan hasil analisi rata-rata angket 65% dan meningkat menjadi 71%. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji regresi linier sederhana di dapatkan nilai yang diperoleh .000 dan nilai (?) sebesar .05 dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai sig < ? (.000 < .05), maka keputusan yang diambil Hoditolak dan menerima Ha.Kata kunci: Keterampilan mengadakan variasi , Motivasi belajar siswa, PPKn  kelas VIII ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of skills organizing various teachers' learning styles for students' study motivation in the PPKn class of VIII 3 Senior High School of 1 Palembang. This research used a quantitative approach with the pre experimental desing method with the form of one group pretest- postest design. The population in this research is 254 students with 32 people samples that are taken using purposive sampling techniques. As for data collection techniques had used observation and angket documentation. Based on an analysis of the average sheet of questionnaire 65% and rising to 71%. In. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of employee welfare on employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Medan, for the development of science, especially in the field of human resource management, as a reference in conducting further research. The total sample of the study was all members of the population of 30 people. The type of data used are primary and secondary data, data analysis methods are used simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the research and discussion, the tcount is 7.767 with a significance level of 0.000, so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. That is, employee welfare has a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Jiwasraya Insurance (Persero) Medan, can be received at a 5 percent significance level. The simple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 0.773 + 0.696X. That is, employee welfare has a positive effect on employee morale at PT. Jiwasraya Insurance (Persero) Medan. This can be seen from the regression coefficient which is positive. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.826, meaning that employee welfare has a strong relationship with employee morale at PT. Jiwasraya Insurance (Persero) Medan. The determinant coefficient value (R Square) is 0.683, meaning that employee morale can be explained by employee welfare of 68.3% while 31.7% is explained by other factors such as promotion and incentive. Suggestions given as material for consideration to the leadership of the company is to increase employee morale, the company should pay attention to the welfare of employees by providing official housing facilities and increase family benefits to employees. It is better for the company to increase employee morale by giving awards to the best performing employees, such as promotion and incentives.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of giving incentives on employee performance at PT. Deli Kencana Palace Medan, for the development of science, especially in the field of human resource management, as a reference in conducting further research for the development of science, especially in the field of human resource management, as a reference in conducting further research. The research population is incentives and the number of vehicles serviced by employees of PT. Deli Kencana Palace Medan from 1983-2016. The research sample was taken in 2016. The data collection techniques used were documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. From the results of the research and discussion obtained a simple linear regression equation is Y = 515,462 + 0,033X. That is, giving incentives has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Medan Deli Kencana Palace. This can be seen from the regression coefficient which is positive. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.693, meaning that giving incentives has a fairly strong and positive relationship to the performance of employees at PT. Medan Deli Kencana Palace. The determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.481. That is, employee performance can be explained by giving incentives of 48.1% while 51.9% is explained by other factors. Judging from the z test, the z calculated value is 7.574 with a significance level of 0.000
