The This research was conducted to investigate whether there is an influence of teacher personality and teacher professionalism on student achievement in tenth-grade IPS 2 students of SMA Negeri Pematang Siantar. The population in this study were all students of tenth-grade IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar, totaling 188 people. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling method of 64 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The validity test for item questionnaire analysis used the product-moment correlation formula, and the reliability was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. Data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, t-test, F test and test determination (R2). The value of determination (R2), the contribution of teacher personality variables and teacher professionalism to student achievement, is 14.7%. The rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the analysis of this study. It can be concluded that the teacher's personality has a positive and significant influence on student achievement. Whereas teacher professionalism did not have a positive and significant influence on student achievement in tenth-grade students IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar.

Abstract - This research was conducted to find out whether there is a significant influence between the variables of innovation and risk taking on the development of young entrepreneurs who run their businesses in the culinary field in the Binong area of Tangerang. The population of this study is young entrepreneurs in the culinary field in the Binong area of Tangerang. The sampling method is done by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire method by giving questionnaires to 50 respondents. All data analysis techniques use the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. Test assumptions have shown that all data has passed the assumption requirements. Based on the results of the partial t test, it shows a hypothesis that the innovation variable is not significant to the development of young entrepreneurs who run culinary businesses in the Binong area of Tangerang. Whereas the risk taking variable has a significant influence on the development of young entrepreneurs who run culinary businesses in the Binong area of Tangerang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah wirausaha muda di bidang kuliner yang berada di wilayah Binong Tangerang. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel tak acak bertujuan (Purposive sampling). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket / kuesioner dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Semua teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Uji asumsi telah menunjukkan bahwa seluruh data telah lolos dari persyaratan asumsi. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji t parsial menunjukkan sebuah hipotesis bahwa variabel inovasi tidak signifikan terhadap perkembangan wirausaha muda yang menjalankan usaha kuliner di wilayah Binong Tangerang. Sedangkan untuk variabel pengambilan risiko memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan wirausaha muda yang menjalankan usaha kuliner di wilayah Binong Tangerang. Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

The firm value is important because it reflects the performance of the company that affect the perception of investors to the company. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity to the firm value. Sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples are 12 companies in the food and beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016. The results showed that simultaneously profitability have significant influence to firm value, leverage have significant influence to firm value, and liquidity have significant influence to firm  value. Partially profitability has a positive influence significantly to  firm value, Leverage has negative influence not significanlyt to firm value, and Liquidity has a positive influence significant to firm value. This research aims to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and interest in learning on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This research method uses explanatory survey method. The number of respondents are 51 students from grade X of Office Administration skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The results of this research showed that intellectual intelligence and interest in learning have a positive and significant influence on student achievement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

The problem in this study, first is whether there is an influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on morale. Second, whether there is an influence of leadership style, compensation and work spirit together or partially on employee performance. This study aims to find answers to the problem formulation. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach that is associative. This study will explain the relationship of influencing and influenced by the variables to be examined, namely the influence of leadership style and compensation to work morale and its impact on employee performance and does not violate the law, morals, and ethics. The population was 130 respondents, which were sampled in this study were 99 respondents to represent the population of OKU District Panwaslu staff. The sampling technique used in this study is the simple random sampling technique, which is the research sample taken using simple random methods. Analyzing the data in this study used path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study concluded the first positive and significant influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on work morale. Second, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, compensation and working spirit together or partially on the performance of employees in the Oversight Panwaslu Office in OKU Regency. Researchers still suggest that the Panwaslu leadership should pay attention to compensation, encouragement and motivation so that employee performance increases
