PT.Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is a company that has the main task in the production and marketing of urea fertilizer and npk fertilizer. Production estimates are needed so that companies can determine strategies and breathrought so that the production process runs optimally. This study discusses the application of data mining in predicting the production of NPK Fertilizer Formula 15-15-15 PSO at PT.Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. In its application, this research uses the multiple Linear Regression Algorithm by utilizing production history data for the 2019-2020 period. If you have already mined the production history data for the 2019-2020 period, there will bi predictions in 2021 which are predicted by the rapidminer application and using a multiple linear regression algorithm, which produces a predicted value of fertilizer production in 2021 as much as 70800 tons.

PT. Yudhistira Ghalia North Sumatra. Where Inventory (stock) of goods is an important thing in a company for data collection or checking activities in order to find out the amount of goods that are used up and goods that will be needed in a company. Inventory of goods is always needed in company activities. So that in the supply of books has been delayed for making stock and excess stock making of books. In this study, multiple linear regression method will be used to predict book inventory data. So for that we need to predict book inventory data for the future how many books should be in stock. Multiple linear regression algorithm has advantages such as generalizing and extracting from certain data patterns, being able to acquire knowledge even though there is no certainty, and being able to do calculations in parallel so that the process is shorter. After being predicted, it will be possible to produce results that can be used in the future so that it can help PT. Accounting is information or, to be specific, accounting system. Accounting  System has important role in a company where the success of an accounting system depends on the human behavior as respond giving user. Therefore, there should be a necessary consideration regarding behavioral aspect in running an accounting system whereas be behavioral accounting is focusing on accountant’s and auditor’s decision making wether the system is run according to the company’s procedure and their objective as well. This research is aimed to analize the effect of behavioral aspect on accounting system run by PT Sinar Galesong Prima in Manado as a trading company. The method of analysis applied is multiple linear regression. The result of the conducted research shows that behavioral aspect (Attitude, Motivation, Perseption, Emotion) is not significantly affected the accounting system run by the company. It is expected that the company would give more concern, particularly to the behavioral aspect in applying the existing system so that in the future, the accounting system in the company could run effectively and efficiently according to the company’s objective.Keywords : Accounting System, Behavioral Accounting, Attitude, Motivation, Perpseption, Emotion.

This study aimed to see whether there abnormal returns around the period of mergers and acquisitions, using a market model and the expected returns of 100 days, as well as using the event period is seven days before and seven days after the announcement of mergers and acquisitions. The sample was a company for mergers and acquisitions in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2013-2015, sampling in this study did not consider the corporate Action others besides mergers and acquisitions alone, so it acquired 30 companies as the sample material, the analysis tools used in this research is multiple linear regression with Level of Singnificance by 5%. The results showed that there were no abnormal returns around the period of the study, so it can be said that there is no market reaction around the announcement of mergers and acquisitions as evidenced by a greater significance than 0.05%. Most likely this is because there is no leakage of information during the period of the study.

Human Resources (HR) is a major asset that greatly affect the company's progress. Human resourcesas a driver of creativity and innovation in a company which will enhance the company'sreputation and profit. In order to achieve the company's goals is necessary to reward andmotivation for each individual to be able to work better. This study aims to describe, test, andanalyze whether the effect of rewards and motivation on employee performance in the salesdivision of PT. United Motors Center Suzuki Ahmad Yani, Surabaya. The sampling techniqueusing sampling techniques saturated. The research population is all employees of the salesdivision of PT. United Motors Center Suzuki Ahmad Yani, Surabaya numbering 70 people.Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 15.0. The results showthat there is a positive and significant effect of the variable reward and motivation on employeeperformance sales division of PT. United Motors Center Suzuki Ahmad Yani, Surabaya.

ABSTRACTPT. Palm Lampung Persada Way Kanan is a company engaged in oil palm plantations that produce crude palm oil. This company often experiences problems in the allocation of palm oil production.This research was conducted using multiple linear regression method to predict the allocation of the amount of palm oil production based on learning data using Microsft Excel 2010 and RapidMiner applications. In this study there are dependent variables (free) and independent variables (bound), namely: dependent variable (raw material, amount of labor, rainfall and land area) while the independent variable (palm oil).Calculations using multiple linear regression methods in determining the allocation of the amount of palm oil production can be used to assist companies in making a decision with predictive value close to the original data processed as learning data with a result of 170.811 and original data of 170 and an error value of 0.002.

<p><em>The financial report is</em><em> one of the important instruments that support the sustainability of a company and is useful when presented with accurate and timely. Audit delay is the time difference between the date of the financial report and the date of the audit opinion of the financial report that indicate the length of time to complete the audit by the auditor. The study aims to measure the factors which affect audit delay. They are auditor’s reputation, auditor’s opinion, company size, solvability, operation loss and profit, return on asset, earning per share and ownership of company. The sample in this study was 54 manufactured companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 – 2012 were taken by purposive sampling metod. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of the study shows that factor of auditor’s opinion and ownership of company have significant influence towards audit delay partially. On the other hand that factor of auditor’s reputation, company size, solvability, operational loss and profit, return on asset and earning per share do not have any influence towards audit delay partially. While simultaneously, all factor in auditor’s reputation, auditor’s opinion, company size, solvability, operation loss and profit, return on asset, earning per share and ownership of companyinfluence towards audit delay.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><strong><em>Keywords :</em></strong><em> audit delay, auditor, ownership of company</em>

This study aims to identify the effect of financial ratios, in the form of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), and solvability (DER) on firm value. The value of the company was measured using Tobin’s Q. The population of this study were all of the plantation companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018. Next, the sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that of all the variables studied, only ROA and CR have a significant effect on firm value. This shows that profitability and liquidity are the main focus of investors so that investors will pay more attention to these two variables. When a company is profitable and liquid, investors will be interested in investing so that the value of the company will increase.

An increased employee morale provides a competitive advantage for a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, transformational leadership, and financial compensation to employee morale. This research take place in PT. Surya Cemerlang Logistik. The number of respondents from PT. Surya Cemerlang Logistik employees in this research is 38 employees. Data were collected by questionnaire and then measured using Likert Scale. Multiple Linear Regression is used to analyze the variable. The result indicates that each variable organizational commitment, transformational leadership, and financial compensation partially has positive and significant impact on employee morale at PT. Surya Cemerlang Logistik. Among the three variables, finansial compensation is a variable that has the most dominant influence on employee morale PT. This study aimed to analyze the influence Earning Per Share and Economic Value Added on stock returns. This study is a quantitative research. The population in this study is a company registered in the group of Jakarta Islamic Index period in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, so the final number of samples acquired 11 companies. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results proved that Earning Per Share and Economic Value Added have a significant effect on stock returns in Jakarta Islamic Index period in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.
