Mystical thought is a critical thought developed against official thought and official scientific understanding. This can be observed and discussed separately in both individual and collective layers of mystical life with its religious epistemological in one way and historical, social, political, and economic aspects in the other. Specific to this study after the death of the Prophet, the religious sciences that emerged during the tadwīn period built on the Arabic language-centered sensualism, and in this regard, it was structured with the Arab form. None of the above-mentioned built sciences satisfy mystical worldviews. Is this attitude of them a “completion process” or a critical intellectual process? We consider the critical intellectual process as a “critical intellectual and vital” step that includes “completion”. The above dilemma continued in Turkish thought even after joining the Islamic civilization. However, we think that a more comprehensive "Turkish mind", including the Islamic civilization along with its previous cultural resources, is maintained in the wise tradition. In this context, we think that the most fundamental and last form that forms the Turkish mind through Gokturk Script, Kashgari's Dīwān and Yesevism is the Turkish language.

The translation of Arabic into Indonesian is an important process because many of the sciences are written in Arabic from Islamic history, Islamic civilization, jurisprudence, ethics, even medicine, numerology, etc., all written in Arabic. The Arabic language has the advantages so that the higher language of the other language of its characteristic is in the field of audio, tandem, derivation, expression, verbal participation, and sculpture. Which is done in the translation work say in the translator. In order to be a good translator, he should be familiar with everyday vocabulary and vocabulary in both languages (Arabic and Indonesian). He should be familiar with the tools of influence and persuasion in both languages ​​and how to use them and be familiar with the language and culture to which he translates. And that the translation should be written to the spoken language reader, even though the original text was not written for public reading, and is sincere in translating it and harnessing all its forces in it. In the structure of the Arabic sentence is often encountered sentence that makes it difficult for students to determine what is effective and the beginning and the action and the experience and the effect and complementary, in this writing parables by the translation of the actual sentence, the building of the known, and the building of the container, and, and, and, and, "What" overload. When translated, the translator needs a method, including literal translation, moral translation, and dynamic translation. In the process of translation, there are many problems including linguistic problems (vocabulary, grammar, translation, language development) and social and cultural problems.

Our Islamic world passes a critical period representing on factional, racial and sectarian struggle especially in the Middle East, which affects the Islamic identification union. The world passes a new era of civilization formation, and what these a new formation which affects to the Islamic civilization especially in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and Lebanon. The sectarian struggle led to heavy sectarian alliances from Arab Gulf states and Turkey from one side and Iran states and its alliances in the other side. The Sunni and Shia struggle are weaken the World Islamic civilization and it is competitive among other world civilization.

The author of the article analyses the problem of the female emancipation in the little-known feuilleton “Amazonia: A Very Inept Story” (1924) by Mykola Chirsky. The author determines the genre affiliation of the work and examines its compositional structure. Three parts are distinguished in the architectonics of associative feuilleton: associative conception; deployment of a “small” topic; conclusion. The author of the article clarifies the role of intertextual elements and the method of constantly switching the tone from serious to comic to reveal the thematic direction of the work. Mykola Chirsky’s interest in the problem of female emancipation is corresponded to the general mood of the era. The subject of ridicule in provocative feuilleton is the woman’s radical metamorphoses, since repulsive manifestations of emancipation becomes commonplace. At the same time, the writer shows respect for the woman, appreciates her femininity, internal and external beauty, personality. He associates the positive in women with the functions of a faithful wife, a caring mother, and a skilled housewife. In feuilleton, the writer does not bypass the problem of the modern man role in a family, but analyses the value and moral and ethical guidelines of his character. The husband’s bad habits receive a caricatured interpretation in the strange behaviour of relatives. On the one hand, the writer does not perceive the extremes brought by female emancipation, and on the other, he mercilessly criticises the male “virtues” of contemporaries far from the standard. The artistic heritage of Mykola Chirsky remains little studied. The urgent task of modern literary studies is the introduction of Mykola Chirsky’s unknown works into the scientific circulation and their thorough scientific understanding.

And this activity of the university drew the interest of the researcher who found it worthy of investigation and scientific documentation as well as of revision, if necessary, not in order to pay tribute to the experience, but for taking advantage and learning from specialists interested in this vital field of the fields of Arabic language service which is actually service of Islam and its civilization considering the strong connection between Islam and the Arabic language, the language of the Qur’Én , the most distinctive feature of Islamic identity and resilience of Islamic civilization.

This research finds that the language used by Suara Partai Masjumi and Bintang Merah using direct and clear statement in delivering their own ideology. Both also have contrast differences in the vocabulary choices. Suara Partai Masjumi presents Islamic party using the vocabulary influenced by Islam for instance the use of Arabic language for example Muktamar, Djihad, etc . This magazine also cites holy Al-Qu’ran ayat and brings Islamic leaders inside the articles. In the other hand, Bintang Merah magazine as its party ideology intentionally uses marxis term like revisionis, trotskisme, materialisme, etc. This magaizne cites communism and the communist leader. The intention of their publication is to campaign their ideologis and political party’s ideas, they are Partai Masjumi and Partai Komunis. Besides, as the informative magazine, it is also as a material source of their members only to educate their members however in society education it does not give any contributions.

This study aimed at uncovering the educational efforts of Sultan Mohammed Al-Fatih and its role in enhancing the scientific aspect of the Islamic civilization in the Ottoman era by identifying the most important features of the personality of Sultan Mohammed Al-Fatih, the influence of societal factors in the era of Sultan Mohamed Al-Fatih, Mohammed Al-Fatih and its role in strengthening the scientific aspect of the Islamic civilization in the Ottoman era, and to clarify the ways to benefit from them at the present time. To achieve study's goals, the researcher used the historical approach. The results of the research show: The political and security stability in the Ottoman Empire supports cultural development and stimulates the scientific and cultural conditions of production and creativity in educational and scientific institutions. Also, the cultural coexistence with the other created a fusion of the ancient civilizations that existed in Constantinople before the conquest. In the light of the results, the study recommended the following: establishing research center for Ottoman studies and all the manuscripts and documents in the Saudi universities for easy access to researchers. Besides, establishing a scientific center for the translation of modern and old Turkish language in Saudi universities.

Arabic language influences Indonesian vocabulary in term of borrowing words from Arabic, thus adding vocabulary to Indonesian. Vocabulary address form in Arabic are: ummi, abi, jid, jiddah, khale, khalati, amme, ammeh, ane, ente, antum, ustadz, ustadzah, mu'allimah, habib, bin, binti, akhi, ukhti, buya and the other. This is a field research and literature study aimed to explore terms of address in Arabic at the Arab community in Medan city and their influence in the Indonesian language development in Medan. This is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach that reveals facts, circumstances, phenomena which occur. This research conducted and presented data as it was, especially regarding to addressing terms used in the Arab Community city of Medan.

For muslims, Arabic language is more important than the other languages. One of the ways to understand Arabic is learn about it. Learning strategies have an important role in learning Arabic, including learning vocabulary. But, in reality Many students feel difficult to learn Arabic, especially in mastering mufradat and other materials. One of the reasons is the wrong process when studying mufradat. This paper describes the implementation of mind mapping strategy in learning Arabic vocabulary at Junior High School (SMP) Alam Banyuwangi. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that mind mapping strategy can help the teachers to solve the problem of learning Arabic, especially to improve students' mastery of Arabic vocabulary. Because mind maps use visual and sensory reminders in a pattern of related ideas. This map evokes original ideas and triggers memories easily.

Translation is not simple transpositions operations or transcoding processes from one language to another, it involves complex mental processes where linguistics alone cannot be sufficient. It is a communication situation between two languages, Arabic and French in this case, where the objective of the translator is the transmission of his final product in a clear way, respecting the meaning and the author intention of the original version. Translation of phrases is a real dilemma for translators; however, it turns out that it is a necessity in order to discover the other, and to try to keep the same effect as the source text by giving it a stylistic touch typical to the target language. To this end, we have carefully chosen the corpus that we have translated. A corpus that reflects the originality of the Arabic language and the possibility of reducing the linguistic, cultural and discursive gaps between Arabic and French through translation. The translation processes we have chosen, take into account the target language, French in this case, its idioms, phrases and proverbs inventory, its particularity and, finally, its ability to comprehend the idea contained in the idioms of the source language.

<p align="center"><strong>Some Polemics and Discussions which were Subjected In Turk Yurdu Magazine Between 1911-1918</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Started to press in 1911, The Turk Yurdu Magazine which is the longest press in Turkish Nationalism, leaded by the Turks in Russia whose aims were the Turkish Nation’s going up in all areas. This article examines some polemics, letters and replies for these letters took place in the issues between the years 1911/1918. In this polemics, the topics of what should be understood from the simplification of Turkish and its boundaries, the lack of idealism in education, education with Turkish language, the damages of minority schools on the social life of Ottoman people, the success of the programs of Tanzimat, the effects of national ID on religious ID and the like were discussed. These polemics which the authors of Turk Yurdu and the other intellectuals who took place in the discussion from different newspapers and magazines got a very rich content.
