At the theoretical level in the XXI century, two different viewpoints about the education of a person still prevail. One of them approves of the education employing tools, that have an impact on a person - the subject there is the teacher and the objects is the pupil. The other ap-proach accentuates interface between two equivalent subjects – the educator and the educat-ed person. The Lithuanian school is being reformed towards the principles of the educational interaction in conformity with conceptual documents. Thus a realistic contraposition of theo-retical approaches and raised educational objectives actually exists. Such kind of contraposi-tion exists not only on a theoretical level, but in practice as well. Therefore, it will be always important to research the educational practice and propose means how to consolidate differ-ent principles of the educational interaction in the reformed school. That is the importance of the selected topic. In this paper the educational interaction is understood as a dynamical intercourse sys-tem between the educator and the educated person. This intercourse involves pedagogical communication, pedagogical information, pedagogical requirement and pedagogical inter-course (Bitinas, 2006, p 47). The aspect of the research is to show how the quality of the edu-cational interaction is being handled theoretically and practically. It is done orienting school practice towards consolidation of the educational interaction that is typical of the humanistic educational paradigm. The basic quality elements of the educational interaction are compo-nents of the educational interaction that solidify the objectives of the education and corre-spond to peculiarities of a relative age range. Key words: education paradigm, educational interaction, educational methods, quality of the educational interaction.

Considering total crisis in education in Informational Age, we suggest that to overcome the crisis, it is necessary to promote pedagogical science up from "pre-paradigm stage” to the "paradigm stage". For this purpose it is necessary to separate the "educational science" from "education." “Educational paradigm” in such study will be the subject of the science. The key concepts for the "pedagogical paradigm" should be the concepts of "educational practice", "class of problems" and "educational text". We offer some axioms around these concepts.

It is emphasized that the involvement of preschool children in charitable activities contributes to the exercise of the ability to see the difficulties of other people (animals), respond adequately to them, help, act selflessly, enjoy their kindness and care for others, education of indifference to others.

The problem of the improvement of the subject training of university students in the context of the transition of the Russian higher school to a multi-level structure (bachelor’s degree program, master’s degree program, and postgraduate training program) is important because of the new socio-cultural conditions that determine the need for rapid adaptation of graduates, as the development of the industry is faster than the full cycle of training for it. The authors identifi ed the following modern trends in the development of society and education: high rate of world variability, informatization of living environment, and globalization processes. These trends in the development of society in the context of educational practice determine the requirements for the subject training of students. The problem of assessing the quality of subject training is solved by the authors on the example of mathematical training of bachelors and masters in the discipline of economics. Taking into account the competence-based format of modern education, a scientifi c approach to the assessment of learning outcomes at each stage of mathematical training (subject, interdisciplinary, and professional levels) from the perspective of an open education system has been proposed. The competencies cluster of the mathematical component of professional training, considering the requirements of employers has been developed. Monitoring of the creative pragmatic skills of students which provide building of adaptive capacities has been conducted. The results of the pedagogical measurements show the positive dynamics of the quality of subject training in the changing socio-economic conditions.

Abstract Subject and purpose of work: At the time of constant changes in the sphere of education, any changes aimed at improving the quality of school’s work are of particular importance. Therefore the aim of the current research was to determine the quality of primary school’s work in its main areas as evaluated by parents. Materials and methods: The theoretical insights on the quality of school’s work were obtained on the basis of the review of the literature on the subject and acts of education law. The empirical data from the research was gathered through the diagnostic survey method with the use of the author’s research tool, i.e., a questionnaire addressed to parents of students in grades IV-VIII attending one of the primary schools in the Biała Podlaska District (N = 103). Results: The obtained data showed quite a diverse assessment of the quality of the primary school’s work in some of its areas. Conclusions: Most of the parents surveyed gave specific proposals for actions to improve the quality of the school’s work, mainly concerning the increase of their participation not only in financial aid, but also in the didactic and educational area, which well forecasts and prompts school authorities and tutors to recommend the above-mentioned proposals and implement them in real life.

The media is one of the factors that also determines the success of teaching because it helps students and teachers deliver the subject matter in connection with the teaching objectives. In this condition the use of instructional media in the form of multimedia can improve the efficiency of the process and the quality of teaching and learning outcomes. the use of media in the teaching and learning process can arouse new desires and interests, generate motivation and stimuli for learning. In dealing with students who can be said to not be able to motivate themselves, this becomes a challenge for a teacher. So that the application of multimedia applications can help students in learning, training and directing students in primary schools in the introduction of animal development.

Abstract On a theoretical level with the support of literature, we offer some definitions of the concept of redundancy, point to the similarities and differences in the perception of this phenomenon in technical, social and pedagogical communication. We point out the positive and negative aspects of redundancy in the teacher's language. The research part is aimed at mapping the presence of redundancy in the language of primary education teachers. We were interested in which grade in the subject of mathematics is redundancy the most represented and whether it may be considered positive or unnecessary. The research was conducted at five primary schools on a sample of twenty teachers. The method of the research was the direct observation of lessons. The accuracy of the observation was ensured by audio recording and its analysis. We have found that redundancy is most often present in the third grade.
