AbstractGlobal study “The Lancer Breastfeeding Series” 2016 explains that infant mortality due to infection reaches 88% in infants aged less than three months, while 82% of children get sick because they do not receive exclusive breastfeeding. Exclusive breastfeeding can reduce infant mortality due to infection. Several factors that affect exclusive breastfeeding are the mother, the infant, and support factors. One of the sources of support that can affect exclusive breastfeeding is the husband’s support. This study aimed to determine the relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding through a literature review. This study uses a literature review method. The articles used are sourced from online databases with electronic searches on Google Scholar and Garuda Portal published in 2011-2021. The critical assessment instrument used is the STROBE instrument. Based on the 6 articles used in the litarture review, the results showed that in 3 articles namely research from Fitriani (2020), Rolita (2020), and Aries (2019), there was a correlation between the husband’s support and exclusive breastfeeding. Meanwhile, in the other three articles namely research fromIndriyani (2019), Novira (2017), and Rahayu (2018), there was no correlation between the husband’s support and exclusive breastfeeding. Husband's support is related to exclusive breastfeeding, so that the management of nursing care for breastfeeding mothers should involve the husband. Teenagers are very vulnerable to experiencing problems such as vaginal discharge and because of that teenage girls often wear panty liners outside of their menstrual period. Improper use of panty liners will make vaginal discharge abnormal. Therefore, this literature review aims to find out how to use non-herbal panty liners so that they can cause abnormal vaginal discharge. This research usesliterature review with data sources from the PubMed, Research Gate, and Google Scholar databases with a range of 2018-2021. The results of this literature review contained 4 journals which stated that the effect of using panty liners could cause vaginal discharge but under normal conditions and 4 journals also stated that abnormal vaginal discharge was caused by panty liners. It can be concluded that abnormal vaginal discharge is caused by a different way of using panty liners and the lack of information about using panty liners properly.

During menstruation blood vessels in the uterus are very easily infected because germs easily enter and cause diseases of the reproductive tract. Some of the most common disorders are vaginal discharge and pruritus vulvae (vaginal itching). However, this complaint can be prevented by maintaining the cleanliness of the female organs early on, namely with good menstrual personal hygiene. This study aims to describe the level of personal hygiene knowledge about menstruation. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach, with a total sample of 90 people taken by total sampling technique. The results showed that the majority of respondents had enough personal hygiene behavior as many as 82 people (91.1%), while good menstrual personal hygiene behavior was 3 people (3.3%), and respondents who had behaviors classified as less than 5 people ( 5.6%). Based on complaints on reproductive organs, respondents who experienced vaginal discharge were 85 people (94.4%) and itching around the genitals was around 83 people (92.2%).

AbstractHealthcare professionals play a vital role in identifying and supporting autistic people. This study systematically reviewed empirical research examining healthcare professionals’ knowledge, self-efficacy and attitudes towards working with autistic people. Thirty-five studies were included. The included studies sampled a range of countries and professional backgrounds. A modified quality assessment tool found the quality of the included studies was moderately good. Narrative synthesis indicated that healthcare professionals report only moderate levels of autism knowledge and self-efficacy, and often lack training. Variation within and between countries and professional background was not explained by demographic factors. The reviewed evidence suggests health professionals’ limited knowledge and self-efficacy in working with autistic people is a challenge to the provision of healthcare for autistic individuals.

AbstractPatients with cardiovascular disease (CVD) are at increased risk of suffering myocardial infarction. Platelets are key players in thrombus formation and, therefore, antiplatelet therapy is crucial in the treatment and prevention of CVD. MicroRNAs (miRs) may hold the potential as biomarkers for platelet function and maturity. This systematic review was conducted using the guidelines of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). To identify studies investigating the association between miRs and platelet function and maturity in patients with CVD, PubMed and Embase were searched on October 13 and December 13, 2020 without time boundaries. Risk of bias was evaluated using a standardized quality assessment tool. Of the 16 included studies, 6 studies were rated “good” and 10 studies were rated “fair.” In total, 45 miRs correlated significantly with platelet function or maturity (rho ranging from –0.68 to 0.38, all p < 0.05) or differed significantly between patients with high platelet reactivity and patients with low platelet reactivity (p-values ranging from 0.0001 to 0.05). Only four miRs were investigated in more than two studies, namely miR-223, miR-126, miR-21 and miR-150. Only one study reported on the association between miRs and platelet maturity. In conclusion, a total of 45 miRs were associated with platelet function or maturity in patients with CVD, with miR-223 and miR-126 being the most frequently investigated. However, the majority of the miRs were only investigated in one study. More data are needed on the potential use of miRs as biomarkers for platelet function and maturity in CVD patients.

Menarche is the first menstruation that usually occurs in the age range of 10-16 years or in early adolescence in the middle of puberty before entering the reproductive period. Knowledge is the result of knowing and this happens after people have sensed a certain object. Sensing occurs through the human senses, namely: vision, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Attitude is a reaction or response of someone who is still closed to a stimulation or object. The manifestation of that attitude cannot be directly seen, but can only be interpreted in advance from closed behavior. This research uses descriptive quantitative method, namely to find out the description of the level of knowledge of blind young women about menarche at Y Tanjung Morawa SLB 2018. The population in this study were all the number of young women at Y Tanjung Morawa SLB aged 10-18 years. And the sample in this study is the entire population. Data collection using primary data. From the results of research on blind teenage girls at Y Tanjung Morawa SLB in 2018 the majority of knowledge is less than 60% and the minority of good knowledge (16.67%) The majority of respondents aged 10-12 years lack knowledge as much as 23.33%, sufficient knowledge 13, 33% and good knowledge as much as 10%, minorities are found at the age of 16-18 years with less knowledge as much as 10%, sufficient knowledge as much as 6.67% and good knowledge as much as 3.33%. The majority of information sources from the environment are lack of knowledge as much as 33.33%, sufficient knowledge of 10% and good knowledge as much as 6.67% of the source of information from health professionals is enough (3.33%). The majority of adolescent attitudes are negative as much as 56.67% and minority positive teen attitudes as much as 43.33%. From the results of the study it is expected that young women will increase their knowledge about menarche because it is very important to maintain personal hygiene during menarche or menstruation.
