It has been observed that huge amount of information received from teachers can create a feeling of overload for students. Selection of modern teaching methods do not always help to solve this issue. To identify the link between information overload at various study course organization models (regular, advanced and super-advanced), various lecturer types have been described. These include apathetic, formal, teacher-centred egoist, student-centred chaotic lecturer and activist. The results demonstrated that course organization in engineering studies is closely linked to the personality of the lecturer. Successful course organization is based on good time management, selection of appropriate amount of information. In advanced and super-advanced courses regular communication between lecturers and experts in practice is favoured. At the same time selection of adequate amount of study material based on the general knowledge level of the students is required. To achieve the goal, each lecturer should evaluate the level of information required and the overall interest level of students in the course topic on a regular basis before the beginning of the course.

This study aims to determine the study habits of students who are active in organizations and works with a GPA of 3.75 (cumlaude) in universities in Jakarta and Depok. The research method used a descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research were 12 students, i.e. four students were each from the UI, UNJ, AL-Azhar and UNPAM campuses. The selection of sources was categorized as students having a GPA of 3.75 while working or being active in organizations. The instrument used was an interview guide validated by a reviewer and the data collection technique was through interviews. The data analysis technique used source triangulation technique. The results of the study founded that students who studied while working or participating in an organization with a GPA of 3.75 had learning habits such as the followings: 1) Students must have good time management in utilizing soft skills and hard skills by setting a priority scale in the learning process, active organization and work. 2) Students must create habits with certain patterns for the goals to be achieved, by adjusting each individual's ability to study, organize and work. 3) Students must know the strengths and weaknesses of each to find out what supports and hinders the learning process, organization or work.

Last time, management of equipment, maintenance and use of teaching equipment in lower secondary schools in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province has been paid more attention, making important contributions to keeping sustainably, improve the quality of education in the district. Every year the lower secondary schools have been given funding and have plans to equip additional teaching equipment. Most lower secondary schools have full-time staff in charge of teaching equipment; with equipment storage rooms, cabinets are gradually added; laboratories and classrooms have been built more and more; have a system of records of teaching equipment management established; The work of inventorying and purifying teaching equipment periodically was also concerned. The movement of innovating teaching methods has made education managers and teachers more interested in using teaching equipment effectively. The positive management measures have caused many teachers to use teaching equipment as an integral part of the lesson, helping the quality of the lessons be increasingly improved to meet the requirements of changes. New teaching methods. Education administrators, teachers, teaching equipment staff are becoming more and more serious in teaching device management. However, the reality of teaching equipment management still reveals many limitations: The management of teaching equipment in schools is still administrative and ineffective. The equipment has no overall and detailed plans; The procurement of teaching equipment is not guaranteed in terms of quantity, lack of uniformity (some are redundant, some are lacking), quality is limited (durability, accuracy is not guaranteed, some new ones are not used); preservation still has many shortcomings; lack of specialized staff; lack of storage space or insufficient storage; lack of cabinets, prices, laboratories, subject classrooms; specially managing the use of teaching equipment is not tight; Many places teachers have not paid attention to use, ineffective use. The situation of “teaching vegetarianism” is still common, teaching equipment used is still movement, mostly used only in special cases such as competitions for good teachers, lectures or when there is a delegation check; There are many cases of information technology abuse in teaching. The effective use of teaching equipment oriented student capacity development is not much. The management of the use of teaching equipment oriented to develop student competencies in the current trend of Industry Revolution 4.0 is a matter of great concern to educational managers.Thus, the task of surveying the situation of managing the effective use of teaching equipment, finding subjective and objective reasons in order to propose measures to effectively manage the use of teaching equipment in the direction of developing students’ practical capacities and contributing to improving the quality of teaching in secondary schools in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province is a very important and necessary task today.

The stories in Qur'an are Allah’s decrees which convey more beau-tiful values beyond any religious text ever written. It is the holiest scripture and is written  in a wonderful, understandable, and attract-ive language humbly conveying a vast amount of information about life and events that happened in the past. It’s aim is to be an object of reflection for human beings living in this age and the future. Innovations and progress in teaching, introduction of new academic disciplines in the curricula, changes in the paradigm of school education in Ukraine, the search for innovative tools, techniques and teaching methods, especially teaching STEAM create a good basis for teaching robotics. However, the organization of classes in robotics requires the creation of a special educational ecosystem, which important element is the technical base (equipment). It is not a secret, that administrative staff who sometimes even do not have required experience in technology are often engaged in the procurement of equipment and its selection. The current study was conducted to solve this problem, as well as to create a universal recommendation for creating an appropriate ecosystem for teaching robotics As part of the study, the task was to develop a prototype of an expert decision-making system for selecting of an appropriate equipment and zoning of a classroom (ICR) for conducting classes in robotics. Knowledge-oriented approach was used to create the prototype. Keywords: knowledge-based approach, robotics, adaptive selection, teaching robotics.

Background: Identifying the factors that contribute to learning is one of the most important research goals. Learning style is one of these important and effective factors. The predominant learning styles of students in different universities of Iran are different. Objective: This study aimed to review the learning styles of midwifery students in Iran based on Kolb’s learning theory. Materials and Methods: In this review study, a search was conducted in Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, SID, and MagIran databases on articles published during 2000-2020 by using the keywords: Learning styles, midwifery students, and Kolb’s theory in Persian and English. Out of 28 eligible articles, 9 articles were finally reviewed. Results: Learning in midwifery students is usually done by using different styles, the most common of which was convergent style followed by assimilative style. Conclusion: The predominant learning styles of midwifery students in Iran are convergent and assimilative styles. While considering individual differences, educational planning and selection of teaching method should be done in a way that is appropriate for different learning styles of midwifery students and a variety of new and innovative teaching methods should be used.

Collaborative teaching methods is related with Pedagogy theory in academician achievement as team members (Armstrong (1977); cited in David Nunan (1992)). The definition of collaborative teaching approach is known as team teaching in classrooms practices, with a group of creative thinkers to brainstorm about ideas or other creative problems. This practice should be done continuously to be effective. However, there are some challenges that educator will face when practicing collaborative teaching in classroom. The challenges include clash of teaching hours, misconducting time management for students, percentage of rubric assessment, and confusion in terms of differing opinion from educators. Collaborative teaching also known as team teaching is an approach to educate students with two or more teachers in the classroom for a same subject (Robinson et al., 1995).

This research was conducted to examine more deeply the role ofparents in shaping personality, morals and any factors that becomeobstacles and supporters in shaping children's personality and moralsin SDN 02 Cibuluh Bogor Utara. It is a qualitative research with datacollection methods (observation, interview, documentation), thenanalyzed using descriptive methods (by recording and reviewing allresults of data obtained from various sources, case studies, comparativestudies, time and motion studies, behavior analysis) and the object ofthis research was chosen by purposive sampling method. The results ofthis study get clarity that the importance of the role of parents inshaping personality, including: good time management, smile,greetings, and familiarize good behaviour. The role of parents inshaping morality includes: always remember to die, fear of Allah,always reminding that everything we have can not be taken into theafterlife-world except our valuable knowledge that we had done in life,shadaqah jariyah, and the prayer of the good children. The importantrole of parents is as the child companion, as a preacher and qudwahhasanah (good role model), controller, motivator, mediator, technicalmanager of children in every process of child development, especiallyin aspects of personality and morals.

Today’s companies are overwhelmed with the need to create a huge amount of content, faster, customized, and for numerous media platforms, in order to support their products. Struggling with managing this amount of information, companies have now realised that the strategic management of multilingual enterprise content has become essential. Strategic management involves profiling content, its uses, its end readers and deciding what should be translated, into which languages, using which translation processes and technology. Profiling enterprise content is necessary in order to maximize the quality of the content and its translation at minimum effort and cost by reducing complexity. By targeting the audience, content could be categorized according to the expectation of the end-users, and so, different translation scenarios can be applied to different content types. This article will discuss the challenges of profiling content within the enterprise, as well as translation scenarios focusing on the decisions that push content in one or another direction.
