Motivation to learn can be interpreted as a desire that arises in a person to carry out learning activities in order to obtain the expected goals. This desire comes from outside yourself or comes from within a person. One of the internal factors that influence learning motivation is locus of control (LoC). LoC is a person's self-control towards the success he achieves in his daily activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of LoC on student learning motivation. This type of research is a causal survey with path analysis type. The number of research samples were 95 students who were selected by multistage random sampling randomly from 1729 students. The results of the study of LoC variables and learning motivation were collected through an attitude scale then processed statistically. The description of the results of the student learning motivation data reached an average of 121.97, the standard deviation value was 121.97, the mode value was 114.77, the median value was 118.39; with 43 students (45%) obtaining scores below the mean interval. It was obtained that 34 students (36%) obtained the value lies in the average interval score, as many as 18 students (19%) achieved a value above the average interval. The results of the independent variable data (LoC) achieved an average value of 150.89, a median value of 158, 57, a mode value of 146.64 and a standard deviation of 25.53, with 42 students (44%) obtaining a score below the average interval . As many as 19 students (20%) obtained scores that were located on the average interval, then 34 students (36%) obtained scores above the average interval. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that LoC has a positive direct effect on the learning motivation of students at State Junior High Schools in Gorontalo City. The creation of student learning motivation is influenced by their LoC.

This study aims to: (1) investigate the effect of Jigsaw cooperative learning on students learning outcomes; (2) find the difference in learning outcomes between high and low learning motivation and (3) find the interaction between learning approaches and learning motivation towards learning outcomes. The population of the study is students of grade IVa, IVb, IVc at SD Kasih Ibu Patumbak and the sample in this study is grade IVa with 35 students and grade IVb with 35 students. The results show that: (1) the average student learning outcomes of jigsaw cooperative learning is 28.40 while conventional is 24.14. Thus, students learning outcomes that get cooperative learning of jigsaw type are higher than conventional learning, (2) Students who have high motivation get an average value = 30.74, while low motivation is 22.72. Thus, it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes having high learning motivation and low learning motivation, and (3) students learning outcomes  taught by jigsaw cooperative learning are high learning motivation groups (32.94), and low learning motivation groups (24.58), while students taught with conventional learning are high learning motivation groups (28.40 ), and low motivation groups (20,95). Thus, there is no interaction between learning approaches and learning motivation towards learning outcomes.

Abstrak: This study aims to increase student learning motivation in the field of physical education, sports and health. The learning model used is the application of the learning model through cooperative jigsaw to increase learning motivation in the field of physical education, sports and healthfor fifth grade students. Classroom action research (PTK) is carriedout using data collection techniques, namely motivation tests and questionnaires. The results of this study showed that in cycle 1, the average value of student learning motivation was 73% in the motivated category but not yet complete. Then in cycle II obtained a percentage of learning motivation of 90% categorized as motivated according to the success criteria and seen from the point of view of the maximum completeness criteria (KKM) students are said to be complete. The percentage of increasing learning motivation from cycle I to cycle II was 17%. The jigsaw cooperative learning model can increase student motivation, especially in sports and health physical education subjects.Keywords: learning Model, motivation to learn physical education sports and health.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada bidang studi Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah penerapan model pembelajaran melalui kooperatif Jigsaw untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada bidang studi Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan pada siswa kelas V, dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni tes dan angket motivasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh siklus I nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa presentase sebesar 73% kategori termotivasi tetapi belum tuntas. Kemudian pada siklus II diperoleh presentase motivasi belajar sebesar 90% dikategorikan termotivasi sesuai kriteria keberhasilan dan dilihat dari sudut pandang kriteria ketuntasan maksimal (KKM) siswa sudah dikatakan tuntas. Presentase peningkatan motivasi belajar siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 17%. Model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, terutama pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Motivasi Belajar Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of ASSURE learning model on student learning outcomes in temperature and heat material of class XI SMA. The method used is quasi-experimental with equivalent pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were all students of class XI SMA . Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling with the sample of the study being class XI Mipa 2 as the experimental class and class X1 Mipa 5 as the control class. The research instrument in the form of learning outcomes tests and observation sheets that have been validated by the validator and field tested. Data analysis used inferential statistics is normality, homogeneity, hypothesis testing (2-party t test). Based on the results of research and analysis of research data, obtained the value of student learning outcomes at posttest average value of the experimental class is 14.90 with a standard deviation of 3.23 and for the control class of 11.57 with a standard deviation of 2.99. The test results of the t test statistic of 2 parties from hypothesis testing obtained the price thitung(4,11)>ttabel(1,67) or thitung(-4,11)>ttabel(-1,67) so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This result states that there are differences in student learning outcomes in physics subjects between classes taught with the ASSURE learning model and Direct Intruction learning models. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the ASSURE learning model on student learning outcomes in temperature and heat material in class XI of SMA. The covid-19 pandemic has shifted the learning system in Indonesia to distance learning, or better known as online learning. Various education units carry out online learning, this can bring about changes in learning activities. Whether it’s from students, teachers and the learning environment. From the existing phenomena, the researcher wants to conduct an analysis related to learning motivation and student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims (1) to find out how student motivation during the covid-19 pandemic and (2) to find out how student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research subjects were students of X OTKP class, vocational high school 1 Ngawi while the value of student learning outcomes was taken in the General Administration subject. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses percentages. From the research conducted, it was found that the six indicators of learning motivation got an average of 84,28%, which means that student learning motivation falls into the high motivation category. While the average value of student learning outcomes got a percentage of 82,64%. Which means that student learning the category of good learning outcomes.

Student activity and learning motivation of class II students are still low, so it is necessary to implement a Problem Based Learning model to improve it. This study aims to increase student activity and motivation in learning theme 9 through the Problem Based Learning model in class II Semester 2 SDN Dukuh Menanggal I. This research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles consisting of two meetings each cycle. Data collection techniques on student research, questionnaires and observation sheets. The results of the study after using the Problem Based Learning model in the first cycle showed an increase of 57. In the second cycle there was an increase with the acquisition of the average value of student activity reaching 71 and Cycle 3 experiencing a significant increase seen from the average results obtained. get reached 84 students' learning motivation in cycle 1 obtained the average value of student activity reached 53. Cycle 2 the average value of student learning motivation reached 70. There was an increase in cycle 3 which was quite significant seen from the average results obtained reached 86. It was concluded that the Problem Based Learning model could increase students' activeness and motivation in learning the theme of 9th grade class II Semester 2 SDN Dukuh Menanggal I.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar serta motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus di SD Negeri Banyuurip, Boyolali. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas dua serta materi yang digunakan adalah tema enam, yaitu merawat hewan dan tumbuhan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar secara kognitif pada tiap siklus serta wawancara motivasi belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji ketuntasan rata-rata, uji ketuntasan proporsi, serta uji n-Gain. Hasil peneltian menunjukan bahawa penggunaan blended learning pada prasiklus sampai siklus kedua mengalami peningkatan. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan blended learning secara statistik signifikan karena t-hitung melebihi t-tabel (5,41 > 1,82). Poporsi ketuntasan siswa yang diajar menggunakan blended learning melebihi 75% dengan Z tabel (1,64) < Z hitung (182). Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diuji menggunakan n-gain berada pada kategori tinggi. Pada hasil wawancara motivasi belajar, siswa lebih menyukai pembelajaran blended learning, sehingga motivasi belajar siswa menjadi lebih tinggi dari pada sebelumnya karena kesesuaian media yang diberikan.Blended learning to improve learning outcomes and study motivation in the pandemic Covid-19AbstractThis research aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes and student learning motivation. This study indicates that the use of blended learning in the pre-cycle until the second cycle has increased. The average value of student learning outcomes taught using blended learning is statistically significant because the t-count exceeds the t-table (5.41> 1.82). The proportion of completeness of students taught using blended learning exceeds 75% with Z table (1.64) <Z count (182). And there is an increase in student learning outcomes after being tested using n-gain is in the high category. In the learning motivation interview results, students prefer blended learning so that the student's learning motivation is higher than before because of the suitability of the media given.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of creativity variables on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression statistical tests. Data collection techniques used a Likert attitude scale with four answer choices distributed to 32 students who were respondents in this study. The results showed that the variable obtained an average score of 41,68 which was included in the high category while the Student Learning Motivation variable obtained an average score of 36,50 which was also included in the high category. The results of data processing showed that there was an influence of creativity variables on Student Learning Motivation by 18,9 % meaning that changes in the learning Motivation variable by 18,9% could be explained by changes in creativity variables. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh variable kreativitas terhadap motivasi belajar anak katekisasi sidhi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengunakan regresi linear sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan skala sikap Likert dengan empat pilihan jawab yang dibaikan kepada 32 orang anak katekisasi sidhi yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa varia-bel kreativitas memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 41,68 yang termasuk dalam kate-gori tinggi sementara variabel motivasi belajar anak katekisasis sidhi memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 36,50 yang juga termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil pe-ngolahan data menunjukkan ada korelasi variabel kreativitas mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar anak katekisasi sidhi sebesar 18,9%, artinya perubahan dalam variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 18,9 % dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variable kreativitas.

This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes of students who use learning strategies based on problems with the conventional instructional strategies in the subject matter and measuring student learning activities when using learning strategies based on problems with conventional learning. The study was quasi-experimental. The population is all class X Semester Gasal SMA Swasta Martadinata consisting of 9 classes. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling by taking 2 classes of 9th grade classes were randomly ie X-7 as the experimental class and numbered 34, the class X-6 as a control class numbered 35 people. The results showed the average value of the experimental class pretest 32.20 with a standard deviation of 12.40 and a control class 31.40 with a standard deviation of 10.90. After completion of learning is given, the value of the average post-test on the experimental class of 76.50 with a standard deviation of 9.20 and a control class is 69.00 with a standard deviation of 9.10. T-test analysis results of the two parties obtained tcount = 3.42, while for ttable = 1.67 so that tcount > ttable. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, or is there a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who use learning strategies based on problems with student learning outcomes using conventional learning.

This study aims to determine the comparison of student learning outcomes and the magnitude of differences in student learning outcomes by using the Make a Match and Snowball Throwing learning model in Ecosystem material in class X of SMA Perguruan Keluarga in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The total population is all students of class X  are103 students, consisting of 3 classes. The sample was taken by Cluser Random Sampling, obtained 2 classes, namely the experimental class I (X MS 1) totaling 34 students and the experimental class II (X MS 2) totaling 34 students. Data analysis in this study is to look for the average value (͞x), Standard deviation (S) and hypothesis testing (t test). From the research results obtained the average value of Pre-test Experiment I and Pre-Test Experiment II were 37.79 and 42.64. The average Post-test value of experiment I and experiment II was 91.62 and 85.74 with a difference of 5.88. The standard deviation of the Pre-test and Post-test experiments I were 12.98 and 6.48, the standard deviation of the Pre-test and Post-test experiments II were 14.68 and 4.94. From the results of data analysis with the t test at a significant level α = 0.05 and the degree of freedom (dk) = 66 obtained t-count (4,208)> t-table (2.00), then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, meaning that there are differences in student learning outcomes using make a match and snowball throwing model learning on ecosystem materials in class x SMA Yayasan Perguruan Keluarga Pematangsiantar Academic Year 2019/2020.

The study aims to obtain information concerning  the effect of locus of control and intrinsic motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of   Public High School teacher  in district Bekasi City. The research with the quantitative approach  used a survey method and data analysis   with Path Analysis techniques. The  data collection process  is done by using the questionnaire  as an instrument. There are   192 samples from 370 population   was selected  as the unit analysis which is determined  by  proportional simple random sampling techniques.  Research result : First, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.346 and a path coefficient of 0.268. This gives the meaning of an increase in the locus of control of state high school teachers in the city of Bekasi to be followed by an increase in its OCB. Second, there is a positive direct effect of intrinsic motivation on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.314 and a path coefficient of 0.218. This gives the meaning of increasing the intrinsic motivation of teachers of Public High Schools in Bekasi City to be followed by an increase in OCB. Third, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on intrinsic motivation with a correlation coefficient of 0.359 and a path coefficient of 0.359. This gives the meaning of the increase in the locus of control of public high school teachers in Bekasi City, followed by an increase in intrinsic motivation.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh Locus of Control dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian  dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini menggunakan  metode survey dan analisa data dilakukan dengan  teknik analisa jalur (Path Analysis). Proses pengumpulan  data  dilakukan dengan  menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumen.  Terdapat 192 sampel dari 370 populasi dipilih sebagai unit analisis yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik  proporsional acak sederhana (propotional simpel random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,346 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,268. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan locus of control guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi intrinsik terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,314 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,218. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan motivasi intrinsik guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap motivasi intrinsik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,359 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,359. Ini memberikan makna meningkatnya locus of control guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan motivasi intrinsik-nya.
