This study aims to determine the effect of womens dual roles on family harmony. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. The results show the factors that cause women to play a dual role, namely: the economic needs of her family are increasing, she wants to use the knowledge she has, she wants to help her husband meet family needs, she works to fill spare time, her husband dies, her husband an unemployed person. It is not true that the opinion that says that if women work outside the home, the result is that the family situation is not harmonious, because from this research it is proven that the informants families remain harmonious even though they are women who play a dual role. But there are impacts, namely: the closeness to family members, especially with children is reduced, the division of labor at home is reduced, and interaction with the community is also reduced.

<p><em>Along with the development of the times of course the needs of society increase from year to year. Unlimited human needs, with limited availability of resources. Making women also play a role in meeting the needs of families in an effort to realize a prosperous family. This research was conducted to provide an overview of the role of women in realizing a prosperous family from the perspective of Islamic economics. Research conducted at the Tigo Tigo Baleh Intersection, Pakan Labuah Village, Bukittinggi City uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data obtained from primary and secondary data. The results of this study conclude that in Islamic sharia, to make a living is the duty of the husband. The wife's only obligation is as a housewife who educates children and serves her husband. But it is not forbidden when the wife helps find a living for the family. According to an interviewee at the interview, stated that they women do their activities as traders is to help their husbands in meeting family needs, as well as channeling the hobby of trade that has been buried because only become housewives. This research also provides understanding to women in order to know their rights and obligations in the household, the urgency of how Muslim women who should carry out their daily activities become housewives as well as traders in accordance with the recommendations in their Islamic Syariah.</em><em></em></p>

This study aims to determine how the role of housewives of unskilled laborers at PT. CAM and to find out how the socioeconomic conditions of housewives who work at PT. CAM. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, interview and documentation with 7 housewives in Bumi Raya Village, Andoolo District who worked at PT. CAM. The results showed that the housewives of unskilled laborers at PT. CAM continues to carry out its duties as a housewife, namely caring for and educating her children, being her husband's partner, being a family manager, being a family finance minister, being a role model for her children, being a nurse for her family. And the socio-economic conditions of the family who work at PT. CAM is good enough, this is shown through indicators of meeting family needs / expenditure, income, housing but not for educational indicators where the education of housewives who work at PT. CAM is still relatively low, namely only elementary or junior high school graduates.

This research is motivated by the results of observations in XXX Village, Waru Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency, where the most of the community have a profession as an immigrant with various abilities. This research focuses on the expatriate dentist who works in various parts of this country. because it's easier to find respondents to get data research we need. This research focuses on the expatriate dentist who works in various parts of the archipelago. because it's easier to find respondents to get the research data they need. This tradition, if we examine further will affect the educational conditions of children left at home. Therefore, this research wants to find out how they really feel about children's education? In Another side, children's education is an important thing that should get the attention of the parents. Because parental education is very big effect on children's education, in their intellectually, spiritually, and character. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach by collecting data using interviews and observations and the data are analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results show that: 1) the lack of parental knowledge about children's education; 2) children's educational responsibilities are borne by the family at home; 3) school institutions are considered to be responsible for children's education; and 4) there is an assumption that meeting economic (financial) needs is a primary need for children. In this study describes perceptions, early childhood education, children's education in Islam, the transfer of family functions, family responsibilities towards children's education, the nature of migrating and its impact on children's education.

This research is inspired by women’s involvement in public sectors with limited resources and access. One of the sectors is fruit selling. Various problems in selling demands the women to find strategies to continue to meet family needs. The purpose of the study is to describe factors that push women to choose selling fruits and their strategies to overcome the problem of income for the family. The theory used is the action actor from Max Weber. This research is qualitative descriptive. Data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results, it can be concluded: 1. Driving factors of women choosing to sell fruits are; a) economic factors; small capital is needed, b) social factors and cultural heritage; the efforts of parents and their relationships with fruit growers, c) seasonal characteristic of the fruits, and d) educational factors; most female fruit sellers are low educated. 2. Survival strategies of the women are; a) having dual income, b) reducing household spending, c) cooperating with fruit growers or agent, d) arisan (collective saving), e) changing the type of fruits sold according to the periods of the fruits, and f) changing the type of goods sold.

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) Policy at the Social Office of Donggala Regency. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Determination of informants is done purposively. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model approach, namely data collection, condensation, display and data verification. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Aspects of communication, PKH implementers in Donggala Regency have built communication between the parties, providing relevant information, but socialization is not routinely carried out to the parties, especially cross-agency officials who need this information. (2) resources (Resouces), the availability of resources in the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Donggala Regency is supported by the availability of PKH human resources (HR) recruited under the conditions of academic standards and experience set by the Ministry of Social Affairs, then strengthened by training and technical guidance and has met the ratio of 1 (one) social assistant accompanying 250KPM, (3) the implementer (disposition), in terms of loyalty, commitment and honesty of the implementer in the implementation of the family hope program has been running in accordance with the code of ethics set by the institution, based on values and polite attitude, integrity and professionalism. (4) the bureaucratic structure, the implementation of PKH activities has been carried out based on the source of the Operational Procedure (SOP), as well as fragmentation in the form of distribution of authority, the hierarchy has run quite synergistically between the government units involved.

ABSTRAKPerjanjian kerjasama pengolahan kebun karet kerap dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Karya Bakti dengan alas an saling membantu masyarakat yang ingin bekerja namun tidak memiliki lahan perkebunan sendiri. Akan tetapi dalam pelalaksanaannya sering timbul hambatan yang disebabkan oleh para pihak. Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai system perjanjian dibawah tangan membuat masyarakat tidak mengetahui kerugian yang ditimbulkan,karena mereka masih memiliki ikatan system kekeluargaan yang sangat erat yang dirasa menjadikan perjanjian yang mereka lakukan adalah benar, meskipun lemah dimata hukum. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan jenis penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hak dan kewajiban para pihak tidak jelas karena masih menggunakan sistem perjanjian dibawah tangan yang dilandasi sifat kekeluargaan dan saling percaya. Untuk pemenuhan prstasi masing-masing antar pihak telah terpenuhi, tetapi masih adanya ditemukan hambatan atau kendala yang timbul.Selain itu juga karena faktor perjanjian yang dilakukan bersifat lemah hukum, segala sesuatu yang terjadi jika adanya sengketa atau masalah dikembalikan kesistem kekeluargaan menggunakan musyawarah desa.Adapun penyelesaian sengketa atau salah faham dihadiri oleh ketua adat desa, kepala desa, perangkat desa, dan kedua belapihak yang bersangkutan.Kata kunci: perjanjian bagi hasil; kerjasama; pengolahanABSTRACTThe rubber plantation processing agreement is often carried out by the Karya Bakti Village community with the reason of helping each other who want to work but do not own their own plantation. However, in the implementation there are often obstacles caused by the parties. Lack of public knowledge about the agreement system under the hands makes people do not know the losses caused, because they still have a very close kinship system which is felt to make the agreement they are doing right, even though weak in the eyes of the law. The research was conducted using a type of empirical research with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that the rights and obligations of the parties are unclear because they still use a system of agreements under the hands that are based on the nature of kinship and mutual trust. arises.In addition, due to the factors of the agreement carried out are weak in law, everything that happens if there is a dispute or problem is returned to the family system using village deliberation.As for the settlement of disputes or misunderstandings attended by the chairman of the village custom, the village head, village officials, and second the party concerned.Keywords: production sharing agreement; cooperation; processing

ABSTRAKKehadiran anak penyandang autis memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi keluarga, khususnya ibu. Hal ini berhubungan dengan masalah pengasuhan anak dengan gangguan autis tidak semudah mengasuh anak tanpa gangguan perkembangan yang menyebabkan ibu harus ekstra 24 jam mengawasi anaknya yang berpengaruh pada pekerjaan dan waktu istirahat ibu sehingga diperlukan hubungan harmonis antar keluarga untuk bekerjasama dengan baik dalam hal pengasuhan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konflik peran ganda ibu yang bekerja dengan keharmonisan keluarga yang memiliki anak penyandang autis di Kota Banjarmasin dan Banjarbaru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak penyandang autis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil analisa data menggunakan korelasi tata jenjang Spearman’s rho yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dari konflik peran ganda terhadap keharmonisan keluarga. Konflik peran ganda memiliki hubungan terhadap keharmonisan keluarga sebesar 42,6% sedangkan 57,4% memiliki hubungan dari variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan konflik peran ganda ibu bekerja memiliki hubungan negatif dengan keharmonisan keluarga yang memiliki anak penyandang autis. Kata Kunci: konflik peran ganda, keharmonisan keluarga, ibu bekerja. ABSTRACT The presence of children with autism provides a challenge for the family, especially the mothers. It is related to parenting issues of children with autism that are not as easy to take care as children without a developmental disorder that takes the mothers 24 hours to look after their children with autism, which affects the mothers’ work period and rest time. It is, therefore, necessary to keep a harmonious relationship among family members to work well together in terms of child care. The objective of this study was to find out the relationship between the dual role conflict of working mothers and the harmony of family having children with autism in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. Subjects in this study were 30 working mothers who had children with autism. The method used in this study was a quantitative method. The results of data analysis using Spearman's rho correlation indicated that there was a significant relationship between dual role conflict and family harmony. The dual role conflict had a relationship with the family harmony by 42.6%, while the remaining 57.4% with other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the dual role conflict of working mothers possessed a negative relationshigffffvvvvvv    3p with the harmony of family having children with autism.  Keywords: dual role conflict, family harmony, working mothers

The family is the first and foremost place of learning for children. Parents must be able to adjust and challenges to educate their childern to faced life in the future. Implemented education by parents builds children's readiness to adapt and learn new things, also have an impact on overall children's intelligence and emotional development. This study aims to obtain information about the types of parenting learning needs that are suitable for parents who have children’s, especially those who live along the Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency, West Java. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study are elderly people with a vulnerable age of 17 to 60 years, the number of samples to be studied is 397 people. The results showed that the learning needs of parenting people are ways to overcome the problem of eating in infants, foster independence in children, overcome conflicts between children, teach worship, handle children entering  puberty, how to limit children from gadgets / cellphones, controlling while parents far away (LDR), the most pleasing thing about caregiving is when the child is active, the thing that most parents worry about is health problems and fall into negative society.

This study aimed to analyze the perceptions of the family to the diagnosis of chronic disease in childhood; and to assess, from the perspective of the families, the information provided by health professionals. This is a qualitative, descriptive-exploratory study based on the testimonials of families living in João Pessoa, State of Paraíba, whose children had been admitted to a public hospital. The empirical data was produced between November 2008 and January 2009 through participant observation and open interviews. In the analysis, the data were grouped into the following categories: perceptions and feelings of the families on the diagnosis of chronic disease in childhood; and information as a tool for the families deal with the adversities. The results revealed that, despite the long wait, the moment of the final diagnosis is hard and the families need support to overcome the situation and create coping strategies to play their new roles. The family needs to feel safe and confident in its ability to care for the child, which requires information. Shortcomings were verified in the communication between health professionals and family members, especially during hospitalization. The feelings that emerge in the course of chronic illness should not be ignored, but worked together with the family.

This study examines the maintenance of Javanese language by students in the family sphere in Jepangpakis, Kudus Regency and the factors that influence it. The purpose of this research is to describe the form of Javanese language maintenance by students in the family sphere  in Kudus and to reveal the factors that influence it. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study model. The data source of this study were 10 informants who were selected based on purposive sampling technique. The data of this research is in the form of informants' language data in the form of utterances which is indicated the use of Javanese language either in full or in part. The data is obtained through data collection techniques, namely interviewing, observation, listening, recording, and note-taking techniques. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques and presented with formal and informal techniques. The results showed that: 1) the form of Javanese language maintenance by students in the family sphere in Kudus can be classified into: a) full Javanese utterances with two types, namely ngoko lugu and ngoko alus varieties; and b) utterances which are the result of the code mixing process of Javanese and Indonesian; 2) factors that influence the maintenance of Javanese language by informants, including: a) Javanese language shows the identity of the speaker; b) positive attitudes towards Javanese by speakers and speech partners; and c) positive attitudes towards Javanese are still found by people around the speakers.
