Meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) tourism is a specialized area of the tourist industry growing in importance due to the growth of business tourism worldwide. In San Carlos City, the MICE industry is not yet fully developed; assessing the city's potential as a MICE destination is still essential to ascertain if the city has adhered to all the necessary qualifications and has sufficient facilities and services. As a result, using the Five A's of Tourism, the study assessed the potential of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental as a MICE destination and investigated stakeholders' perceived demands, difficulties, and opportunities. Using the quota sampling method, data were gathered from the respondents comprising tourism key players and tourists through a researcher-made checklist questionnaire. Descriptive analysis through frequency count and distribution percentage was used to analyze the data. Based on the findings, the city shows potential as a MICE-destination as determined using the Five A's of tourism. Generally, the study's findings may provide a basis for a proposed three-year MICE Tourism Development Plan of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.

The Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) tourism is a niche segment in the tourism market that has abundant potential and is gaining significance worldwide due to the growth of business tourism. In San Carlos City, the MICE industry is not yet fully developed. The assessment of San Carlos City's potential as a MICE destination is still necessary to determine if the city has met all the essential requirements. However, the city can accommodate small local events. Hence, the paper assesses the potential of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental as Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions destination. The paper also determines the stakeholders' perceived demands of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental as MICE destination in terms of business and trade, educational and scientific, sports and entertainment, and arts and cultural. Furthermore, the paper also determines the challenges and opportunities of San Carlos City as a MICE destination.

This study aims to determine the perception of consumers of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) gas in Bima City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. In this study the data used are primary data obtained from consumer LPG user questionnaires in the Bima City. Data were analyzed using univariable one-sample t-test analysis. The instrument was obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire) that would be distributed and answered by LPG consumer users in the form of Likert scale questions. The population in this study is LPG consumer consumers in the City of Bima. The sample used is calculated using the formula Unknown Populations and the number of samples obtained is 96 consumers. As for the sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. After processing data using several statistical tools such as average values and descriptive analysis, the results of this study are the perceptions of LPG users who on average give good answers. LPG users state that the use of gas is more profitable than kerosene, in terms of cost being more economical, the cooking process is also faster and cleaner and there is no compulsion and receiving gas as a substitute for kerosene.

This research was conducted in the city of Palangkaraya in Central Borneo and city of Banjarbaru in South Borneo in order to describe the perception of public, especially in the city of Palangkaraya and the city of Banjarbaru about the Impact of to-up mobile credit's by ATM to the SMEs mobile credit seller. The research was conducted by survey method and quantitative approach, while the sampling technique used was quota sampling and quantitative descriptive analysis performed. The results showed the less Impact of top-up by ATM to the SMEs credits seller, because top-up by ATM have certain customer segment. However, the top-up by ATM economically very positive impact for the people, eventhough its needs long time transistion of top-up SMEs to the ATM. According to the most people and SMEs need regulation and oversight to create more conductive business for SMEs Keywords : Impact, SMEs, Mobile top-up, Top Up Credit, ATM   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Palangkaraya Kalimantan Tengah dan kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat khususnya di kota Palangkaraya dan kota Banjarbaru tentang dampak isi ulang pulsa di ATM terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan analisa dilakukan secara deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi ulang pulsa seluler di persepsikan kurang berdampak terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler dikarenakan isi ulang pulsa di ATM maupun isi ulang pulsa di kios pulsa memiliki segmen pelanggannya masing-masing. Namun demikian dengan adanya isi ulang pulsa di ATM sangat berdampak positif secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat meskipun peralihannya dari kios pulsa ke ATM atau pola pembelian pulsa berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Menurut sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM penjual pulsa seluler bahwa perlu pengawasan dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif bagi UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. This study aims to find out how the level of student satisfaction on the performance of lecturers of the College of Economics (STIE) in the city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all students who were still active in lectures at the College of Economics in the city of Pekanbaru which consisted of 7 (seven) campuses of the College of Economics (STIE) with a total of 7,367 students. While the sample was taken as many as 500 respondents with sampling techniques using quota sampling and data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis methods. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the level of student satisfaction on the performance of lecturers of the Economics College in the city of Pekanbaru, in terms of the pedagogic competence of the majority of 63.5% respondents expressed satisfaction with aspects of pedagogic competence. Judging from professional competence most of the respondents 62.3% expressed satisfaction with the aspect of professional competence. Judging from the personality competencies, most respondents 63.7% expressed satisfaction with the aspect of personality competence. And in terms of social competence most of the respondents, namely 59.80% expressed satisfaction with aspects of social competence.

This research revolves around the causes of female dropouts in Karachi at different educational levels, including primary, secondary, high school and university levels. In this research exploratory sequential mixed method has been used. After the literature review, the phenomenological research method for the qualitative phase of research has been adopted. In this regard, the interviews have been taken by different educationalists in Karachi on the basis of their experience and age via the convenience sampling method. All the hypotheses have been tested and accepted at this stage. Under the umbrella of results of the first phase, the questionnaire has been designed for quantitative research, i.e. the second phase of the research. The sample size for the second phase is 200; the data has been collected via quota sampling. The frequency of every element included in the quantitative phase has been detected separately by using descriptive analysis through SPSS. Finally, conclusions have been made on the basis of data analysis.

Misuse of antibiotics has the potential to accelerate the emergence of types that are resistant to inappropriate drugs. This study aims to evaluate the inappropriate use of antibiotics in pig farms in the City of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. This antibiotic use evaluation study was conducted from March to May 2018. This study was conducted on 100 pig farmers spread across 6 (six) districts in Kupang City. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling method based on the characteristics or types of the population. This research used descriptive analysis method from the results of questionnaire data collection that had been filled out by pig farmers in Kupang City. Based on the results obtained that 84% of pig farmers or respondents did not know the function of antibiotics, and 83% of respondents did not know that the administration of antibiotics must be done with the supervision of a veterinarian. The results also showed that 86% of pig farmers buy antibiotics without a veterinarian’s prescription, with the type of antibiotics most often used were the tetracycline and sulfonamide groups. These results conclude that dominant respondents apply antibiotics without veterinary supervision, which can contribute to the spread of resistant bacteria so that it adversely affects human health.

This article describes the main ones possible for the development of the MICE industry (Meetings, Insentives, Conferences, Exhibition) in the Krasnodar Territory in general and in Krasnodar in particular. The author substantiates the importance of the importance of congress and exhibition tourism in terms of changing the direction of tourist flows, filling the number fund of means of accommodation of the city and the region during the off-season. Also, the economic attractiveness of congress and exhibition tourism, requirements for hotels, as well as statistical data are described. The article analyzes in detail the most promising and important hotel companies providing services in the sphere of organizing exhibitions and conferences in the Krasnodar Territory: conference halls, Internet access (wi-fi), sound and sound amplification equipment, air conditioning (heating) and humidification systems , marker boards, projectors, flip charts, mobile presentation screens, simultaneous interpretation systems, indoor TV, modern stage lighting equipment. The author also analyzes the possibilities of developing congress and exhibition tourism in Krasnodar, where there is an enterprise – a clearly expressed regional leader of the industry – the exhibition and congress complex «Expo Yug». At the same time, the article describes not only the positive aspects of the development of congress and exhibition tourism, but also the problems from which the effective functioning of the entire tourist industry of the Krasnodar Territory depends.

The number of SMEs and amount of processed fish products in the city of Bogor is potential for the development of fish processing SMEs. SMEs need employees who are satisfied with their job and engaged with their work to maximize the development of their potential. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of competence and compensation on the job satisfaction and work engagement of employees of fish processing SMEs in Bogor. The sampling method used was a non-probability sampling technique, namely the census technique. The data processing and analysis methods were validity and reliability testing using SPSS, descriptive analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The descriptive analysis results showed the perceptions of employees towards competence, compensation, job satisfaction and work engagement.The SEM results show that job satisfaction was affected by competence and compensation. Work engagement was affected by competence and job satisfaction but it was not affected by compensation.

Public awareness of health is currently rising. Now consumers tends to consider the health benefits such as tempe hygiene. Tempe hygiene processed with hygienic using Varieties Grobogan non-GMO, therefore it has good quality and higher price. This study aims to describe the characterictics of consumers, analyze the average value of the maximum that consumers are willingness to pay and determine the factors that influence consumers’ willingness to pay. This study was conducted at 5 Tempe Hygiene market place in Grobogan with a hundred respondents selected using a quota sampling method. Data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis to describe consumer characteristics, CVM (contingent valuation methode) analysis to calculate the average value of maximum WTP and logistic regression analysis to analyze the factor that affects the value of WTP. The result showed that as many as 82% of respondents were willing to pay more for tempe hygiene. The value of WTP is Rp 6,432.00 per pack (350 gram). Factors that significantly affect consumers’ WTP values were age, income and product quality. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the consumers were willing to pay more for tempe hygiene products with the difference between the average price and the real price of 7,19%.
