Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh tampilan fisik, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan   empati terhadap kepuasan peserta JKN-KIS di Kota Palopo dan (2) Untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan peserta JKN-KIS di Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel variabel tampilan fisik berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan, Variabel kehandalan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan peserta, Variabel ketanggapan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif, Variabel jaminan berpengaruh tidak signifikan, Variabel empati berpengaruh signifikan dan positif. Dari ketiga variabel bebas yang berpengaruh signifikan yang digunakan dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan peserta JKN-KIS, ternyata variabel ketanggapan yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan peserta JKN-KIS di Kota Palopo. The purpose of this study is to: (1) To analyze the effect of physical appearance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on the satisfaction of JKN-KIS participants in Palopo City and (2) To find out the dominant variables that affect the satisfaction of JKN-KIS participants in Palopo City. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. This type of research is a survey that analyzes the facts and data needed to support the research discussion. The results showed that the variable physical appearance had no significant effect on satisfaction, the reliability variable had a significant and positive effect on participant satisfaction, the responsiveness variable had a significant and positive effect, the assurance variable had no significant effect, the empathy variable had a significant and positive effect. Of the three independent variables that have a significant effect on the level of satisfaction of JKN-KIS participants, it turns out that the responsiveness variable has the dominant influence in increasing the satisfaction of JKN-KIS participants in Palopo City.

This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix and the variables that have a dominant influence on the income of The Capital Hotel and Resort restaurant for the period 2019. The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

This study aims to determine the effect of eonomic growth on poverty reduction in the province of Jambi in 2009-2013. The method used in this research is the method of quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is the formula of income and simple regression statistical analysis using independent variables which include economic growth to the dependent variable of poverty. The result of the study indicate that economic growth has no significant effect on poverty. These factor the volume of economic growth does not have the most dominant influence on poverty because it has the greatest value compared with the value of growth. The results of analysis which states that the development and eonomic growth in Jambi province the highets percentage of economic growth from 2009-2013 in 2011 was 8.54 %, while the lowest percentage in 2009 was 5.57 %. Based on the development of poverty in Jambi province the highest percentage of poverty rate in 2009-2013 is in the year which is 2013 31.78 % and the lowest percentage of the year 2011 is 26.04 %. The impact of eonomic growth on poverty in Jambi province , where the variable of eonomic growth is not influential and insignificant to the variable of poverty or the value of its unity againt poverty is negative. This shows that eonomic growth has no effect on poverty in Jambi Province.

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Mudharabah is known as a contract or agreement and so the money used by amil (employers) in trade, then the profitis shared between them according to the terms stipulated in advance either evenly or with an excess of one over the other. Interest in mudharabah is no partnership effort between owner of the property (capital) that there is no experience in commercial or corporate or no opportunity to try themselves in the fieldof commerce, industry and so on with people experienced in the fieldbut did not have the capital. This study use a quantitative approach and methods of ordinary least square (OLS). In this study using fiveindependent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variables used in this study include its benchmark interest rate, profitsharing, Inflation,Bank Size and Promotion cost while the dependent variable is the mudharabah deposits. This study used a sample of Bank Syariah Mandiri branch Jemur Handayani, Surabaya with monthly data 2011-2015 period. The results of the analysis of all fiv variable indicates that the benchmark rate has a positive effect and insignificant,the results of profitsharing have a significantnegative effect, inflationhas a negative and insignificantimpact, the size of the banks has a positive and significantimpact, cost of sale has a positive and significantimpact affect the mudharabah deposits in Mandiri Syariah Bank branch office Jemur Handayani, Surabaya periode 201-2015.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of Islamic business ethics with the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility, benevolence and the welfare of traders in the Pusat Pasar Medan. This research is a quantitative research and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method obtained directly from the respondent, namely the Pusat Pasar Medan Trader. Analyzed using statistical tools, namely SPSS Version 22. Based on the results of data processing has shown that there is a significant influence as partially and simultaneously among the unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and benovelence towards the welfare of traders in the Medan Market Center. For unity, free will, responsibility and benovelence have a positive effect on the welfare of traders in Medan Market Center. While the equilibrium variable has a negative effect on the welfare of Medan Market Center traders. The adjusted R square value is 0.345. This means that 34.5% increase in welfare can be explained by independent variables, namely the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and kindness. While 65.5% is explained by other factors.

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

Taxes are a financial source for state revenues, so that the tax authorities as the tax collector must perform outreach to tax payers and improve tax compliance. This study aims to determine the effect of the self-assessment system and the information system of taxation on tax payer compliance. The analysis tool used regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The result of research that the self-assessment system and the information system of taxation positive effect on tax compliance. The study is expected to contributed positively both to the tax office and can be used as a reference for further research.Keywords: self-assessment system, the information system of taxation, and tax compliancePajak adalah sumber keuangan untuk penerimaan negara, sehingga otoritas pajak sebagai pemungut pajak harus melakukan penjangkauan ke wajib pajak dan memperbaiki kepatuhan pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem self-assessment dan sistem informasi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian bahwa sistem self-assessment dan sistem informasi perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif baik terhadap kantor pajak maupun dapat dijadikan referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.Kata kunci: sistem asesmen diri, sistem informasi perpajakan, dan kepatuhan pajak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku responden sebagai konsumen rumah tangga daging sapi di Kota Pematangsiantar, untuk mengetahui perilaku industri daging sapi di Kota Pematangsiantar serta untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor permintaan daging sapi di Kota Pematangsiantar. Tujuan peneliti 1 dan 2 menggunakan metode survey dan metode analisis deskriptif, Tujuan peneliti yang ke 3 menggunakan  Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan program SPSS 22 dengan penguji hipotesis yang terdiri dari koefisien (R2 ), uji F dan uji t. Hasil Penelitian menujukkan bahwa Harga daging sapi, harga daging kambing, dan pendapatan konsumen mampu menjelaskan variabel permintaan sebesar 80,2%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak disertakan pada persamaan. secara parsial dari ketiga variabel bebas (independent) terdapat dua variabel (harga daging sapi dan harga daging kambing) berpengaruh tidak nyata dan positif terhadap permintaan. Variabel pendapatan konsumen berpengaruh nyata dan positif artinya bahwa setiap penambahan satuan pendapatan konsumen akan menambah permintaan daging sapi.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the behavior of respondents as consumers of beef households in Pematangsiantar City, to determine the behavior of the beef industry in Pematangsiantar City and to analyze the factors of beef demand in Pematangsiantar City. Researchers goals 1 and 2 use survey methods and descriptive analysis methods, Researchers aim 3 using data analysis methods used is a multiple linear regression model that is processed with the SPSS 22 program with hypothesis testing consisting of coefficients (R2), F test and t test. The results showed that the price of beef, goat meat prices, and consumer income is able to explain the demand variable of 80.2%. While the remaining 19.8% is explained by other variables not included in the equation. partially from the three independent variables, there are two variables (beef prices and mutton prices) that have no significant and positive effect on demand. The variable of consumer income has a significant and positive effect, meaning that each additional unit of consumer income will increase beef demand.
