The purpose of this study is to recognize the causes of overcrowding in primary schools in the north of Yemen, from the viewpoint of Yemeni teachers. The researcher took a qualitative approach. An online semi-structured interview was used for collecting the data. This research was conducted on teachers from Yemen's various primary schools. They were questioned about overcrowding in classrooms and the factors that contribute to it. Findings revealed that lacking infrastructure such as classrooms is one of the causes of such overcrowding.  Other causes are to have only one school in some areas, and not having enough teaching staff.

The main purpose of the study is to gain an understanding of the factors responsible for the poor reading achievement of pupils in public primary school in Yola South and North Local Government area of Adamawa state from teachers’ perspectives using a qualitative phenomenological approach. A total of 20 teachers were selected from ten randomly selected schools within Yola North and South Local Government Area.  Two teachers represented each school.  A set of semi-structured interview questions were used to gather data from the participant. Six major themes emerged from the analyzed data. The main themes that emerged from the data analysis are lack of commitment of teachers to their responsibilities, teachers lacking the skills to teach phonics and foundational skills in reading, lack of instructional and learning materials. Other emerging issues are related to inadequately qualified teachers, the influences of the socioeconomic status of parents on their negative attitude towards the education of their children as well as the interference/adverse effects of mother tongue on language learning. The findings from this study will help the government and educators push for policies that would help improve the academic performances of students in the state.

Citizenship is the exercise of the fundamental rights of people in spaces of participation, opinion and commitments, which can not be violated by any health condition in which the individual is. This research aims to interpret the process of construction of citizenship in hospitalized children, was developed through the qualitative approach, ethnomethodological method, synchronous design, with a sample of three students hospitalized in a health institute specializing in childhood, was used Observation technique and a semi-structured interview guide were obtained as results that hospitalized children carry out their citizenship construction in an incipient way, through the communication interaction they make with other people in the environment where they grow up.

Hospital pedagogy implies the presence of the teacher in the environment in which the sick student is to accompany him in his process of cognitive, affective and social development and contribute the elements of understanding to his current condition and in that sense, the educational process is becomes the support for the construction of the identity of chronic hospitalized students. This research aims to understand hospital pedagogy as a support in the construction of identity in chronic hospitalized students, Lima, 2017, qualitative approach, ethnomethodological method, non-participant observation technique, the semi-structured interview was used and the stories were submitted to the analysis of domains and analysis of categories that allowed the understanding of the cultural scene and the sense of identity and the interpretation of how they construct their identity through practices and values, which are acquired through interaction with their environment; relatives, doctors, nurses, auxiliaries, volunteers and friends.

This study aims to determine the role of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in North Sumatra Representative in the Supervision of Population and Civil Registry Service in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods describing information about the data obtained from the field in the form of written and oral data from the parties studied. Data is collected based on interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in North Sumatra was carried out in the form of external supervision. External supervision is supervision carried out by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of North Sumatra to the Medan Population and Civil Registry Service. Actions taken in the supervision process are incoming reports, follow-up of the first report and follow-up of the report. Based on the research that has been carried out, it has been concluded that the role of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in the North Sumatra Representative in supervising the service provider of the Population and Civil Registry services is carried out in the form of external supervision. In supervising the handling of public reports of alleged poor service in the area of population administration, it has been effective, with several efforts to handle reports such as: (1) Clarification; (2) Investigation; (3) Recommendations; (4) Monitoring.

RESUMOObjetivo: Identificar o significado para o enfermeiro em prestar cuidados para pacientes com Depressão.  Materiais e métodos: Estudo exploratório e descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, a amostra foi de 12 enfermeiras, o cenário de estudo foram Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estratégias de Saúde da Família, urbanas da cidade de Itajubá-MG. A coleta de dados foi por meio do roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada composta por questionário contendo uma pergunta inerente ao assunto. Resultados: Encontramos oito categorias como estigma da depressão, suicídio, dificuldade em lidar, tempo escasso, envolvimento familiar, aceitação da doença, acolhimento e dar medicamento, de acordo com os discursos dos sujeitos coletados na entrevista. Conclusão: Os enfermeiros não estão em contato direto com portadores de depressão no seu trabalho, não entendem que é sua tarefa identificar e encaminha-los para tratamento especializado. Sugerimos que outros estudos sejam desenvolvidos sobre essa temática.Palavras-chave: Depressão. Relação Enfermeiro-Paciente. Assistência de Enfermagem. ABSTRACTObjective: To identify the meaning for nurses when providing care for patients with depression. Materials and Methods: exploratory and descriptive study with qualitative approach, the sample consisted of 12 nurses, the study scenario was the urban Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estrategia de Saúde da Família, in the city of Itajubá. Data collection was done through semi-structured interview guides consisting of a questionnaire containing a question related to the subject. Results and Discussion: we found eight categories as stigma of depression, suicide, coping difficulties, scarce time, family involvement, acceptance of the disease, host and give medicine, according to the speeches of the subjects collected in the interview. Conclusion: nurses are not in direct contact with individuals with depression in their work, do not understand that it is their job to identify and refer them to specialized treatment. This study explains about PKH recipients’ strategy to accept the assistance and not to be graduated. This study used the qualitative approach using descriptive type. Informants are chosen based on purposive sampling technique while data collection applies observation technique and in-depth interview (loosely structured interview). It uses Structuration theory proposed by Anthony Giddens which focuses on duality relation between agent and structure.

<h1><em>Abstract</em><em></em></h1><p><em>In this articel is to discuss the bad debts in the consumer finance companies and efforts to resolve what is used and the obstacles experienced. This articel is included into law research or empirical sociological descriptive, with a qualitative approach. The data collected by the author using a structured interview techniques, literature on primary and secondary data, and content analysis of secondary data sources. The cause of the debtor in default, which is a factor in bad faith since going to do the financing agreement, can not resolve the principal and interest installments corresponding time period specified in the agreement, as well as the funds are planned to pay principal and interest debt used for other purposes. Loan resolution most ideal according to PT Arthabuana Margausaha Finance branch Surakarta can through two efforts, the efforts of non-litigation and litigation. Barriers experienced while performing loan resolution efforts due to the debtor defaults include the presence of internal resistance and external barriers.For external barriers party finance company requesting internal and external parties to resolve these obstacles. For internal barriers the companies subject to reprimand and sanctions applicable consumer finance company.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em> : consumer finance companies , non performing loan , tort</em></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Dalam artikel ini membahas kredit macet di perusahaan pembiayaan konsumen dan upaya penyelesaian yang digunakan serta hambatan yang dialami. Artikel ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian hukum sosiologis atau empiris yang bersifat deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data tersebut dikumpulkan penulis dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur, studi literatur pada data primer dan sekunder, dan analisis isi untuk sumber data sekunder.Penyebab debitur melakukan wanprestasi, yaitu faktor itikad tidak baik sejak akan melakukan perjanjian pembiayaan, tidak dapat menyelesaikan angsuran pokok hutang dan bunga sesuai jangka waktu yang telah ditetapkan dalam perjanjian, serta dana yang direncanakan untuk membayar angsuran pokok hutang dan bunga digunakan untuk keperluan lainnya. Penyelesaiankredit macet paling ideal menurut PT Arthabuana Margausaha Finance cabang Surakarta dapat melalui dua upaya, yaitu upaya non litigasi dan litigasi. Hambatan yang dialami saat melakukan upaya penyelesaian kredit macet akibat debitur wanprestasi meliputi adanya hambatan internal dan eksternal. Untuk hambatan eksternal pihak perusahaan pembiayaan meminta pihak internal dan eksternal untuk menyelesaikan hambatan tersebut. Untuk hambatan internal pihak bagian perusahaan dikenakan teguran dan sanksi yang berlaku dari perusahaan pembiayaan konsumen.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong> : perusahaan pembiayaan konsumen, kredit macet, wanprestasi</p>
