Background and Objectives: Currently, one in eight people over the age of 65 have dementia, and approximately 75% of caregiving is provided by volunteer family members with little or no training. This study aimed to quantify points of stress for home-based caregivers with the aim of reducing stress for them while concurrently supporting quality of life for the people with dementia whom they cared for. The overreaching purpose was to increase our knowledge of the caregiver stress burden and explore potential technologies and behaviors to ease it. Materials and Methods: We interviewed home-based and professional caregivers regarding causes of emotional and physical stress and methods they used to alleviate it. Results: This study found that: (1) dementia symptoms created a burden of stress for home-based caregivers primarily in the areas of medication management, memory loss, hygiene care and disruptive behaviors; (2) home-based caregivers identified “finding available resources” as the most important source of stress relief; (3) a minority of home-based caregivers possessed a resource network and knew how to find resources but all professional caregivers were able to find resources and support; (4) home-based caregivers combated dementia symptoms with positive distractions and human touch with little use of technology, since it was mostly unknown; and (5) facility-based caregivers were knowledgeable and readily used dementia-based technology. Conclusion: Since professional caregivers have access to technological resources that our home-based caregivers lack, one might logically conclude that we should transfer technology used by professionals to those with dementia. However, great caution needs to be in place before we take that step. Successful technology should address the human experience as home-based caregivers try to use new technologies. Human-centric technology addresses the needs of both people with dementia and the home-based caregiver.

<p><em>The quality of students is one measure of the success of an education system. Qualified students must be supported by many factors, especially support from those closest to them who can increase student morale. Parents / guardians are among the people closest to the students. Parents / guardians should be able to monitor their children's lecture activities, so that the parents / guardians are able to provide appropriate direction and enthusiasm for their children. However, currently there is no special media that provides access to detailed lecture data, so that many students cover their lecture activities which will have an impact on the quality of the students themselves. Therefore, this study develops SIMIPA parent modules as a solution to these problems. SIMIPA Parent Module is an Android-based application as a medium for monitoring student lecture activities by parents. This application provides access to student lecture information that can be seen through the parents' account. This application development uses the Scrum method. Application testing in this study uses user acceptance testing (UAT). The Parent Module SIMIPA application is already in the category of being accepted by prospective users with an average score of 4.12 (satisfactory).</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>: education, scrum, SIMIPA Parent Module, user acceptance testing (UAT)</em> </p><p><em>Kualitas mahasiswa merupakan salah satu tolak ukur suksesnya suatu sistem pendidikan. AbstractIntroduction:This paper attempts to review changes in the lives of hearing-impaired patients within the developing world, brought about by globalisation and development. The paper also explores limitations to improved care and addresses the collective moral responsibility of developed nations. Methods:Analysis of literature. Results:Within developing nations, large populations have emerged with a similar pattern of problems, access to information and aspirations as those living in developed nations. However, marked differences in income have persisted. These trends have resulted in a relative increase in the proportion of the hearing-impaired population in need of cochlear implantation, while at the same time restricting their access to such treatment. Conclusions:The emergence of global markets and media and a shared sense of destiny amongst the people of this planet should translate into a concerted, worldwide effort to assist the deaf in developing countries. Much more can be done within existing resources and frameworks to improve the quality of these peoples' lives.

E-government services or systems aim to improve the quality of services, enabling time and effort savings in government administration. The use of e-government services is not limited to the millennials, but also the people who were laymen of a system. Besides, millennials who sometimes still use information from parents or others who have used the previous system can use the information to miss the benefits of the system that has been done online so that the effort to use the system is low. This research is about online marriage registration services on the Simkah web application owned by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia because there are still many prospective brides or people who have not used the online service. The model used is to combine the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model and the modified IS DeLone and McLean (D&M) success model and consider moderating age, gender, and internet experience. In this study, it is necessary to know whether the constructor factors in the UTAUT2 model and the D&M model influence the intention to use online marriage registration services. The study was conducted in Sleman Regency. The construct finding that affects the intention to use online marriage registration services is hedonic motivation so the Ministry of Religion needs to increase hedonic motivation or mean it as an impulse in someone to use something.

Abstract The education system is a whole component of education that is interrelated with one another. Better education system of a country will have a straightforward impact on the quality of the people in the country. The education system in Indonesia and Finland has differences and similarities. Teachers are both given autonomy to develop their teaching. Finland school is a place to grow and develop and is not a place to play and get scores but in Indonesia it is still score oriented, parents will be proud of their children who get good grades. In terms of educator recruitment, Finland set a minimum standard of S2 while in Indonesia at least S1. On the aspect of financing in Indonesian education, it still gets fund from students, but the government provides a variety of educational assistance at all levels such as BOS funds so that at the elementary and junior high school levels the cost of education is free because it is already covered by government assistance funds. Whereas Finland eliminates all education costs at all levels. After a long time was not heard to the public area, lately death penalty toward the criminal cases that classified as extraordinary crime are appear. The author discovers electronic article about the execution of the death penalty which is the prosecutor prepares to execute death penalty toward the drugs dealer. The president of Republic of Indonesia stated that it is necessary to give a deterrent effect to the convicted  criminal and keep the morality of Indonesian teenagers. According to my opinion, the author argues that it will be better and wiser if we discuss about renovating all of the Penitentiary in Indonesia than debating whether death penalty could be done in Indonesia or not, because it will be displeasure many parties, death penalty infringed the human rights of the convicted criminals and cause psychological burden to them, families, the executor of the death penalty, and other parties. Because if we have to improve the quality of the Penitentiary, if the function of Penitentiary for fostering moralily has been optimal or properly enough to the convicted criminals, Indonesia will be no longer need the death penalty option as sanction to the convicted crimanals including for the extraordinary crime (especially for drugs trafficking in our country). Penitentiary is one of the public services which aims for fostering the people that initially have bad habits (commited to the crime), so that they will have the awareness to change their bad attitude into the be better ones, will not harm others, and positively contributed to the society. Already Penitentiary’s conditions should be designed in such a way and as good as possible, so that the inmates feels like at their own home (like having a second home after his own home), and feel humaner to spend their days in the Penitentiary. The author believes that if the Penitentiary has been improved and optimized its function well, then the real purpose of Penitentiary will definitely achieved. As stated in Law Number 12 Year 1995 regarding to Penitentiary Article 2 which states "sanction system are organized in order to fostering the convicted criminals in order to be the real man, aware of their fault, improve themselves, and not to repeat the criminal act so that they can be friendly received by the community, can actively participated in the development of our country, and can socialize themselves as good citizen."Article 3 on this regulation also intensifies the function of Penitentiary "the function of Penitentiary is to prepare convicted criminals to be able to properly integrated to the society, so they can be accepted again as members of the public who are free and responsible ones."

Infrastructure development is an integral part of national development and the driving wheel of economic growth. Infrastructure also has an important role in strengthening national unity and unity (Bappenas: 2009). The banjarwaru, banjarwangi, and telukpinang highways are the access roads traversed by 8 villages including alternative routes for the cicurug-sukabumi area. This road is always passed by the people who headed to the city. Therefore, the benefits of this road is very important because it is often passed from the cicurug-sukabumi area due to the diversion of traffic flow so that the intensity of high road users. In this study the author uses the theory of Ridwan and Sudrajat. Quality of service is the level of incompatibility between expectations with customer desires and also the perceptions of these customers. Quality of service here can be assessed by looking at the dimensions. These dimensions include the quality of service, the ability of officials, and service convenience. During the observation to the community through the survey to direct approach with the community, most people complained that the development service to build the kecamatan should be further improved and the results of this study showed that the Quality Assessment of Service in Road Infrastructure Development in Ciawi Sub-district Bogor Regency is categorized Fair Good this is because the assessment of the quality of development services by the Subdistrict Apparatus itself and from the community assess the ability of District Officers still have to be improved in conducting the service and its implementation. Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure Development.
