The importance of employee performance research in a Commission for General Election of Banten Province-Indonesia as the main problem in this research based on empirical data that we obtained from the General Election Commission in Banten Provincial Office, data shows that employee performance is not optimal yet. The state of the art of this research can be stated that this study supports the results of other studies conducted previously on the Effect of Leadership Integrity, Team Cohesiveness and Task Commitment on Employee Performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Effect of Leadership Integrity, Team Cohesiveness and Task Commitment on Employee Performance of the General Election Commission in Banten Province. Quantitative research has been applied to this study, the respondents were employees of the Banten Provincial Election Commission. The random sampling technique was selected. The primary data, questionnaires, and tests were analyzed by path analysis. The research found that there is the Influence of Leadership Integrity, Team Cohesiveness and Task Commitment on the Employee Performance of the General Election Commission in Banten Province, Indonesia. Some recommendations are given a consideration factor in other similar organizations.

The problems faced by the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency General Election Commission (KPU) problems in terms of the implementation of the General Election Commission's (APK) Campaign Props only allow for the installation of a maximum of 5 (five) billboards, limitation of the location of billboards and APK Designs. not in accordance with the provisions made by the Candidate. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of PKPU 23, 28 and 33 of 2018 regarding the installation of campaign props in the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency and the factors that hindered the implementation. The research method is qualitative descriptive, type and source of data, namely primary data through observation, interviews while secondary data through data that is on the General Election Commission and related services in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, the technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling technique is withdrawal of samples in purpose or can be determined in accordance with the requirements (characteristics, characteristics, characteristics, criteria). The results of the study show that in the Implementation of PKPU 23, 28 and 33 regarding the installation of Campaign Teaching Devices in the Upper Sungai Utara District it has been going well, where one indicator is the coordination that is always carried out by election organizers, communicating all related matters Terms of installation of Campaign Teaching Devices. This is evidenced by the lack of cases of alleged violations which were only 29 cases. And the factors that influence are factors of Communication, Human Resources, Attitudes and Bureaucracy. The suggestions given for input include the need for socialization, the implementers of election oversight in the field must also understand the rules correctly, and the authors hope that election organizers, both KPU and Bawaslu, have the same understanding of PKPU's provisions on campaign props. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect; 1) the influence of spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously on employee performance. 2.) the influence of spiritual leadership, on employee performance. 3.) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and 4) the influence of work behavior on employee performance. the research method is to use quantitative research. the data used are secondary and primary data. data analysis usingspss software version 20. the sampling technique uses saturated sample amounted to 51 employees at class iib unaaha state prison. the results showed that; 1) spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2)spiritual leadershippositive and significant effect on employee performance. 3)organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. <p>This research examines problems that arise and become obstacles in the process of organizing general elections and the challenges of the General Election Commission (KPU) in increasing voter participation in general elections.</p><p>The purpose of this study is to find out what obstacles arise in the implementation of the General Election related to the role of the KPU to increase public participation in general elections. This type of research is empirical research and the data used are primary data by conducting interviews with KPU commissioners accompanied by an analysis of secondary data in the form of legislation. The results of this study indicate that barriers that can interfere with the process of holding elections, arise from news hoaxes and some obstacles that are classified based on the group of voters. Every segment of society has different needs, so the method used to increase community participation is tailored to the needs of the community in each segment.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing, Learning Organization, and Individual Innovation Capability variables on the improvement of Employee Performance. The data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires totaling 50 respondents of functional functional employees in the Center for Agricultural Technology Study in Central Java.The section consists of instructors, researchers, technicians and librarians. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Testing of this study used path analysis and to test the effect of intervening variables used the sobel test. The results showed that (1) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on employee performance,(2) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(3)individual innovation capability has a positive effect on employee performance,(4) learning organization has a positive effect on employee performance,(5) learning organization has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(6) learning organization has a positive effect on knowledge sharing. In this study, of the 4 variables that have the most influence in relation to one another. Namely the Individual Innovation Capability variable with a beta amount of 0.530. This shows that the real employees in their hearts need support to explore themselves. Then get the freedom to express new innovations they find and be given training in new technologies. This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

The rapid population of beginner voters in Indonesia than in 2004-2009 should be a calculation in influencing election results. Perception of beginner voters on the performance of electoral institutions in a sense it is important to be discussed because of the independence and professionalism an important factor general election success.This study uses the quantitative research survey. Data collection techniques by questionnaire. The sampling technique is done with strafied random sampling technique. The survey conducted on students at nine universities in YogyakartaResults from this study: First, Knowledge voters on electoral institutions. Voters who do not know Bawaslu that as many as 49.7 percent of respondents. As for the KPU as much as 65.1 percent of voters know; Second, the level of confidence in electoral institutions quite good 57.2 percent of voters believe; Third, the perception of the neutrality of electoral institutions 50.5 percent; and Fourth, the Electoral Institute of Professionalism 48.1 percent of voters declared "professional"; and Fifth, Satisfaction with the performance of the KPU was satisfied only 44.4 percent, while 40.5 percent expressed "not satisfied.In conclusion the perception of beginner voters on the performance of electoral institutions KPU and Bawaslu overall is still relatively low and should be increased by way of socialization to voters. Keywords: general election, performance of electoral institutions, beginner voters, voter perceptions Pesatnya populasi pemilih pemula di Indonesia dari tahun 2004-2009patut menjadi perhitungan dalam mempengaruhi hasil Pemilu. Persepsi pemilih pemula terhadap kinerja peyelenggara Pemilu di rasa penting untuk di bahas dikarenakan independensi dan profesionalitas peyelenggara merupakan faktor penting keberhasilan peyelenggaraanPemilu.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yakni survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik strafied random sampling. Survei dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa di 9 perguruan tinggi di DIY.Hasil dari penelitian ini: Pertama, Pengetahuan pemilih terhadap lembaga penyelenggara pemilihan umum.pemilih pemula yang tidak mengetahui Bawaslu yakni sebanyak 49,7 persen responden. Sedangkan untuk KPU sebanyak 65,1 persen pemilih pemula mengetahui; Kedua, Tingkat kepercayaan terhadap lembaga peyelenggara pemilihan umum cukup baik 57,2 persen pemilih pemula percaya; Ketiga, Persepsi terhadap netralitas lembaga penyelenggara pemilihan umum 50,5 persen; dan Keempat, Profesionalisme Lembaga Pemilu 48,1 persen pemilih pemula menyatakan “professional”.; dan Kelima, Kepuasan terhadap kinerja KPU menyatakan puas hanya 44,4 persen sedangkan 40,5 persen lainnya menyatakan “tidak puas”.Kesimpulannya persepsi pemilih pemula terhadap kinerja peyelenggaraan pemilu yakni KPU dan Bawaslu secara keseluruhan masih tergolong rendah dan harus dilakukan peningkatan dengan cara sosialisasi terhadap pemilih pemula. Kata Kunci: pemilihan umum, pemilih pemula, persepsi pemilih, kinerja peyelenggara pemilu

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.
