This study aims to determine and analyze how true the effect simultaneously or partially on job competence anda direction on service levels and determine the more dominant influence on service levels. The model used in this research is the mothed of observation, interview, questionnaires, and literature study using a likertslale with the sample collection method used is accidental sampling of 30 samples. The analysis method used is multiple linier regression method. The result showed the job competence anda direction simultaneously or partially had a partially significant effect on service levels CV. Mega Duta ComputindoPamekasan.  The value of the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained 0,866, this suggests that the levels of service can be explained by twu independent variables, namely (Job Competence and Direction) CV. Mega Duta Computindo Pamekasan amounting 86,6% and the rest of 13,4% explained by other factors not included in this study.Keyword : Job Competence; Direction; Level of Service.

The intense business competition in the industrial world requires companies to always advance. Many ways did so that companies can more effective in all fields so that company productivity can increase. In relation, the Production Room Layout and Production Machine Maintenance are very influential in the creation of effectiveness in the production activities. This study aims to examine the effect of Production Room Layout and Machine Maintenance on Production Effectiveness at PT. Bintang Usaha Nasional. The population in this study is the number of employees in the production field of PT. Bintang Usaha Nasional as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The statistical analysis method used is Path Analysis with partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous (f test). The results of the research show that all independent variables (Production Room Layout and Machine Maintenance) have a significant effect on the effectiveness of production at PT. Bintang Usaha Nasional. The Effect of Production Room Layout and Machine Maintenance on Production Effectiveness is 85.7%, while the remaining 14.3% comes from other variables besides the production room layout and machine maintenance.

The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The purpose of this research to know and analyzing the effect of the product innovation and halal labelization on re-Buy Interest. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method by describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalization. Data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software. The results showed that product innovation and halal labelization simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the buying interest. Partially respectively Product Innovation and Halal Labelization have positive and significant effect to re-buy interest. The coefficient of determination (R2) from product innovation and halal labelization is able to explain the re-buy interest by 84% while the rest of 16% is explained by independent variables that are not examined

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on the performance, as well as to find out which of the leadership, discipline and motivation are the dominant influence on performance. The subjects in this study are members of Lumajang Police Force Sabhara totaling 63 people.This research uses explanatory research. As independent variables, namely leadership, discipline and motivation, and the dependent variable is the performance. Analysis of the data used are validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that the leadership has a significant effect on performance, discipline significant effect on performance, motivation significant effect on the performance and motivation of the dominant influence on performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,795. This means that 79.50% of performance can be explained by the leadership, discipline and motivation. While the rest of 20,50% performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to test and analyze how much influence Motivation and Competence on Employee Performance at PT Trinity Auto in Samarinda. The research method used in this study was observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study using a Likert scale and the sample used was 63 samples. Data analysis tools used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test. The results showed that motivation and competency simultaneously affect employee performance. From the results of the correlation test of 0.681 which has a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the coefficient of determination test which among the independent variables have an effect of 68.1% while the rest are influenced by variables outside this study. From the results of this study concluded that the Competence that most influences on employee performance is seen from the results of the t test with a value of 6,055. These results can prove that competence at PT Trinity Auto has an influence on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh bauran pemasaran 4P terhadap keputusan pembelian pupuk eceran di toko Tani Makmur kota Pagar Alam Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive nonprobability sampling. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi, dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, berdasarkan uji F, variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji t, hanya variabel harga yang disimpulkan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan variabel produk, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil interpretasi nilai koefisien korelasi (R Square 0,731) menunjukkan variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menunjukan bahwa pengaruh produk, harga. Tempat, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan sisanya 46,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Variabel produk adalah variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan berdasarkan dari nilai t hitung yang paling tinggi yaitu 7,913. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the 4P marketing mix on the decision to purchase retail fertilizer at the Tani Makmur shop, Pagar Alam city, South Sumatra. This research is a quantitative associative study, with a total sample of 93 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive nonprobability sampling. The independent variables in this study are product, price, place, and promotion, with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate, based on the F test, product variables, price, place, and promotion have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, based on the t test, only the price variable is concluded to have a positive but insignificant effect, while the product, place, and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the interpretation of the value of the correlation coefficient (R Square 0.731) show that product, price, place, and promotion variables have a strong influence on purchasing decisions. And the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows that the effect of product, price. Place and promotion on purchasing decisions amounted to 53.4%, while the remaining 46.6% was influenced by other factors. The product variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence based on the highest t value, namely 7.913.

This research aims to know the influence of intellectual competence, emotional competence, and social competence on the teacher’s job satisfaction. This research uses the quantitative causal method. The data used in this study were the primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and the results of teacher job satisfaction assessments spread out to 34 teachers of State Vocational School 1 in Samarinda. The sample collection technique uses questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that intellectual competence, emotional competence, and social competence affect simultaneously affect teacher job satisfaction. Partially, emotional intellectual significantly influences teacher job satisfaction. Followed by intellectual competence, and social competence significantly influence teacher job satisfaction. However, it can be seen that of the three independent variables, intellectual competence is the most dominant effect on teacher performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi intelektual, kompetensi emosional, dan kompetensi sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan penilaian kepuasan kerja guru yang disebarkan kepada 34 guru tetap di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 di Samarinda. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi intelektual, kompetensi emosional, dan kompetensi sosial berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Secara parsial, kompetensi emosional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, diikuti oleh kompetensi intelektual, dan kompetensi sosial. Dari ketiga variabel bebas tersebut, kompetensi intelektual paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Kata kunci: Kompetensi intelektual, kompetensi emosional, kompetensi sosial, kepuasan kerja guru.

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of the independent variables, namely competence, reward and career development, on the dependent variable, namely the performance of Lecturer STIE Trisna Negara simultaneously and partially. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted at STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang with a population of 55 and a total sample of 45 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable, Rewards and career development have a positive effect simultaneously on the lecturer performance of STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, rewards and career development partially do not affect the performance of STIE Trisna Negara lecturers. "The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of the Ambon Branch of BPJS on health institutions".The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The population in this study were employees of the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The sample in this study were 32 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was SPSS version 16. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 0.280 X1 + 0.392X2. The independent variable that most influences the dependent variable is the organizational commitment variable (0.392), and the last is the job satisfaction variable (0.280). The results of the t test show that all the independent variables (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) where all the independent variables obtain a t value greater than the t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.323, this means that 32.3% of employee performance can be explained by job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables, while the remaining 67.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.The implication of the above conclusions is that in an effort to improve employee performance, the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions should increase job satisfaction for employees, namely the leadership must provide more support for employees and must mutually cooperate between employees so that their sense of job satisfaction increases and increases commitment to oneself and at the company.
