Abstract: Reading is opening the window of the world, finding lots of knowledge and opening up one's insights. So reading is the most important thing in education, but the fact is children's interest in reading, especially in Indonesia is still very minimal. This study aims to find out how parenting was developed by parents of students who excel at the As-Shafa Islamic Elementary School in Pekanbaru, Riau in increasing children's reading interest. The research method used in this study was qualitative phenomenology, data collection was carried out through interviews and interactive documentation in three components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results obtained in the study that the majority of parents of outstanding students are busy working but still taking the time to give love, protection, guidance, accompany children in learning, direction and education in daily life. While the patterns found are mostly using democratic and situational patterns. This research suggests that parents maintain the quality of attachment with children and spend a lot of time in accompanying them to learn.

The development of ICT offers an improvement in the quality of education. The use of ICT greatly contributes to the improvement in the quality of education. ICT provides various facilities in obtaining information. The easiness of obtaining information can improve the quality of the learning process. However, behind the benefits derived from the use of ICT, there is concern about plagiarism. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited in the world of education. The sanctions imposed for the action is even set in the Law. The Formulation of Problems: How is the development of ICT in education?, How is the view of plagiarism among students? The research objective is to analyze the development of ICT in education. This research uses a qualitative research method comprising of the data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the analysis indicate that 43.24% of respondents intentionally commit plagiarism. Most of informants in the research state that the respondents know that the students commit plagiarism. The use of the Garuda portal and turnitin.com portal may prevent the plagiarism among students from happening

Youth life is closely related to spiritual activity. The phenomenon that is still encountered is Hubbu Ilahi, or the love attitude of Allah SWT. This phenomenon is presumed that adolescents only state and do not know the consequences of their attitudes. So, this study aims to determine the perceptions of today's adolescents on the phenomenon of Hubbu Ilahi. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a survey research method. This study used a purposive random sampling technique to 39 adolescents. Data collection used a questionnaire with the google form platform. Then, the data were analyzed using: data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that adolescent respondents stated the consistency of love of the Quran, love of Rasulullah (SAW), love of the Prophet's Sunnah, and love of the Akhirat life. However, the busyness of the world blocks the proven proof of love. The analysis concluded that only 7.7% of adolescents fit Hubbu Ilahi's criteria.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

This study aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of the method of educating with heart on student character formation at MTS Nurul Iman Modong, Tanah Abang District, Pali. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data were taken through observation and interviews. Respondents consisted of 20 students of  grade 3 of Mts Nurul Iman Modong. The data obtained from observation and interview were then analyzed by using interactive analysis through several components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The learning used in this research was the method of educating by heart. This study provided illustration that, through the concept of educating with heart can lead to a good, have moral and character generations.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

In thisstudy, the validity of the data used data triangulation: 1. Technique triangulation, 2. Time triangulation. Theresults of the research that can be formulated that the language expressions used by merchants are Javanese,Indonesian and Madurese.

AbstrakPenelitian  dilakukan di Pondok Batik Padang Sari yang beralamat di Nagari Tebing Tinggi Kecamatan Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Indusri Pondok Batik Padang Sari memiliki ciri khas motif yang terinspirasi dari kekayaan alam daerahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan bentuk motif batik, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, Dalam penelitian ini informan meliputi: pimpinan dan beberapa orang pengrajin yang mengetahui tentang motif batik di  Pondok Batik Padang Sari. Selanjutnya analisa data dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi kepada pimpinan Pondok Batik Padang Sari. Hasil penelitian ini menggembangkan motif dari Dharmasraya yaitu : kiambang bertaut, angrek hutan,, sawit baserak, candi padang roco,dan  ikan soma. Kata Kunci: batik padang sari, motif batik.AbstractThis research was conducted in at Pondok Batik Padang Sari, located at Nagari Tebing Tinggi Punjung Punjung Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency. Then analyzing the data with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is done by triangulation to the leadership of Padang Sari Pondok Batik. The results of this study developed the motives of Dharmasraya, namely, kiambang bertaut, anggrek hutan, sawit baserak,, and ikan soma, batik in Pondok Batik Padang Sari. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of Harapan Bangsa City PAUD education. Qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are based on data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. PAUD institutional constraints include educational qualifications, experience, infrastructure, managers, welfare. Efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers by providing scholarships, workshops, seminars, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as maintaining smooth communication with both foundations, teachers, and parents.Keywords: Professionalism, PAUD Teachers, Quality of Education Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru PAUD dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Harapan Bangsa Kota Padang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sementara teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berdasarkan pada reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kendala lembaga PAUD di antaranya kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, sarana prasarana, pengelola, kesejahteraan. Upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAUD dengan memberikan beasiswa, workshop, seminar, fasilitas sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta tetap menjaga lancarnya komunikasi baik dengan pihak yayasan, guru, dan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Profesionalitas, Guru PAUD, Mutu Pendidikan.

This study aims to analyze the application of the storytelling method in fostering students' religious behavior and the factors supporting and inhibiting the application of storytelling in fostering students' religious behavior. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants in this case are teachers of Islamic Religious Education and students of SD YP Indra Palembang. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the application of the storytelling method embodied in Islamic stories such as the stories of the Prophets and Apostles, friends, scholars, and pious people both sourced from the Qur'an, Hadith, or the books of the scholars. Its implementation is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The application of the method as well as in the context of inculcating the values ​​of faith, worship, morals, psychology. The inhibiting factor is the lack of learning media, lack of teaching skills. The supporting factor is the existence of school policies to make the presentation of subject matter easier and more enjoyable.

Using the background of the problem is this research is the lack of knowledge of theachers and students about how use the application Google Classroom (GC) in learning activities, but there are still students do not have google account to log in the application GC. This research is a descriptive qualiative research. This study aims to determine how the quality of mathematics learning in the use of the application GC of combinatorics material for class XII IPA students of SMA Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu. The subjects of this study were selected based on the student’s daily test scores on combinatoric material using the application GC, where the subjects of this study included six students of class XII IPA 3 consisting of two students who had high test scores, two students who had mean test scores and two students who had low test scores. Data collection techniques are interview guidelines and questinnaire sheets. Furthermore, the data obtained will be analyzed based on indicators of the quality of mathematics learning. Data analyzed techniques in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the final results of the questionnaire sheets scores and the average posttest so that the average of both is 71,5 whit good categories, it can be concluded that the quality of mathematics learning in the use of the application GC of combinatorics material for class XII IPA 3 students of SMA Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu is good.
