This research aims to find out what exercises are more influential between the practice of regulating passes and the practice of regulating the game against the accuracy of passing in football games in The Extracurricular Students of Private Elementary School Al Wasliyah 30 Martubung Medan In 2021. Participants in this study as many as 20 students with an age range of 10-12 years. Research design is pre-test two group experimental design. This research instrument is a test of passing accuracy in a piece of football. Quantitative descriptive analysis of data, by comparing differences in pretest and postest results. The results of the study in the form of analysis of two research hypotheses. Analysis of the first hypothesis of pre-test data and post-test accuracy of passing ball pass exercise group according obtained thitung = 6.86. From the list of distributions t using the odds of 1-1/2? = 0.975 with degree of freedom (df) n-1 = 9 obtained tcount (0.975) = 2.26. In the hypothesis testing criteria it is stated that in tcount >ttable with ? = 0.05 then Ho accepted Ha rejected. Analysis of the second hypothesis of pre-test data and post-test accuracy of passing ball of the Set Passen exercise group obtained tcount = 5.43. From the list of distributions t using the odds of 1-1/2? = 0.975 with df n-1 = 9 obtained the price t (0.975) = 2.26. In the hypothesis testing criteria it is stated that in tcount >tcount with ? = 0.05 then Ho rejected Ha accepted. Then it can be concluded by using the form of practice of regulating passes and arranging the game can improve the accuracy of passing in football games in The Private Elementary School Football Extracurricular Student Al Wasliyah 30 Martubung Medan Year 2021. Abstract. This research is motivated by the low student storytelling skills. This study aims to describe storytelling skills using discovery learning and pop up book media models. This research technique uses classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles and used the research design of Kemmis & McTaggart. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research conducted at Purbadana 2 Elementary School showed that learning using discovery learning assisted with pop up book media went well. The results of the knowledge skills in the first cycle reached an average of 3.1 with a percentage of completeness of 46%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were still included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle, the average was 3.9 with a percentage of completeness of 84%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were included in the criteria of good. Based on the results of the study, the application of the discovery learning learning model assisted by pop up book media can improve the skills of the fourth grade students in Purbadana 2 Elementary School.

The learning process was still not carried out effectively due to the lack of learning facilities. In addition, teachers only use lecture methods in providing materials. This causes students to get tired of learning. This research aimed to develop ICT-based learning media for grade IV elementary school students. This type of research was research development using ADDIE procedure. Product trial subjects numbered six experts. The methods used in collecting data were interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale.  The data analysis techniques in this study were qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of the study, namely learning media 3 in validation phase 1, obtained an average score of 83% and in the validation of stage 2 obtained results of 89%. This can be said in the learning media for learning three increased by 6%. Furthermore, in learning media 3 for the validation phase, 1 obtained an average score of 84% and in validation stage 2 got 92%. This can be said in the learning media for learning 4 increased by 8%. Then, for learning media 5 in validation phase 1, an average score of 83% and in the validation phase 2 obtained 92%. This can be said that the learning media for learning 5 had also increased by 9%. This shows ICT-based learning media in the form of powerpoints worthy of being applied to the learning process. This research implied that teachers could use the media developed by PowerPoint to help students with learning difficulties.

This study aims to increase learning motivation in social studies using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model. It used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The subjects were elementary school students in grade IVB. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. In implementing the TGT model steps, ice-breaking was presented before learning and on the sidelines of games and tournaments not to get bored. The results showed that in the pre-cycle, the student's learning motivation reached 47%. Then, in the first cycle, the student’s learning motivation increased to 68%, while in the second cycle, it reached 94%. Therefore, in the second cycle, the motivation had reached the specified criteria of ≥75%, indicating that the children have high learning motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that the Teams Games Tournament model can increase student’s learning motivation in social studies.

This research aimed at describing the validity of Macromedia Flash based Interactive Multimedia on Human Circulatory System material and describing student and teacher responses to Macromedia Flash based Interactive Multimedia on Human Circulatory System material.  This research was instigated by the conventional instructional media used by the teacher, and the lack of school facility utilization to support the learning process.  It was Research and Development (R&D) with Borg and Gall development model.  The subjects of this research were 31 students at the fifth grade of Islamic Elementary School of Al-Ikhwan Pekanbaru in the Academic Year of 2019/2020, and the object was Macromedia Flash based Interactive Multimedia on Human Circulatory System material.  Instruments of collecting the data were interview, documentation, validation sheet given to the experts of media and material to measure the validity of Macromedia Flash based Interactive Multimedia on Human Circulatory System material, and questionnaire of teacher and student responses to see teacher and student responses to Macromedia Flash based Interactive Multimedia developed on Human Circulatory System material.  The obtained data then were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques.  Based on the research and data analysis, it could be concluded that Macromedia Flash based Interactive Multimedia on Human Circulatory System material at the fifth grade of Islamic Elementary School of Al-Ikhwan Pekanbaru, especially in the final product developed, passed the valid criterion with mean scores of the assessments of media experts 96% and material experts 94.5%, it was on very good category and it was proper to be tested.  After testing, Macromedia Flash based Interactive Multimedia on Human Circulatory System material at the fifth grade of Islamic Elementary School of Al-Ikhwan Pekanbaru showed 100% percentage result for the small group test and 100% percentage result for the field test, and it was on very good category.  The result of teacher response to Macromedia Flash based Interactive Multimedia on Human Circulatory System material at the fifth grade of Islamic Elementary School of Al-Ikhwan Pekanbaru was 98.2% percentage, and it was on very good category.

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership and competence on the performance of lecturers and their implications on the learning motivation of Pamulang University students.The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis by testing the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Data collection techniques with a questionnaire of 100 respondents. The results obtained: the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance with a correlation value of 0.651 and the magnitude of influence of 42.4%, hypothesis testing p value 0,000 <0.05. The competency variable has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance with a correlation value of 0.602 and the magnitude of the effect of 36.3%, hypothesis testing p value 0,000 <0.05. The leadership and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on lecturers' performance with the regression equation Y = 12.568 + 0.381X1 + 0.312X2. Correlation value of 0.717 and the magnitude of the effect of 51.5%, hypothesis testing p value 0,000 <0.05. The lecturer performance variable has a positive and significant effect on student motivation with a correlation value of 0.664 and the magnitude of the effect of 44.0%, hypothesis testing p value 0,000 <0.05.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to produce Media Kit Science Learning Based on Scientific Method that feasible to improve mastery of concept on the material of Solar System in Grade 6th elementary school. This reaserch is a developmental reasearch, wich model reasearch is ADDIE. Limited try out design using one group pretest-posttest design with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and descriptive qualitative. The try out subject that used in this reaserch are students Grade 6th of Elementary School 3 Kedungwinangun, Kebumen, academic year 2015/2016 on the material of Solar System. The result of reaserch showed: (1) The all content of the lesson plan, such RPP, BAS, LKS, Media KIT about Solar System, and Learning Aspects of Knowledge Test Results are feasible; level of legibility BAS and LKS categorized well; (2) Development content of lesson plans is practice to used, shown by implementation of content of lessonplan up to 100%; (3) The lesson is effective, achievement learning objectives and indicators is shown by all of students can reach the completeness criteria; The students activity is studen centered, average of students activity about observed is 84,67%, 65,33% for questioning, 84,5% for collecting information, 83,17% for associating information, and 100% for communicating; result study of students shown there is increasing mastery of concept on the solar system material with categorie of gain scor is high. Concept is a very important part in the process of acquiring knowledge in various studies including science. The reality, students have not mastered the concept of science properly or have a different initial conception with the correct concept so that it has difficulty in using the concepts possessed to explain various kinds of natural phenomena in daily life. The purpose of this study is to describe that the Predict-Observe-Explain strategy can reduce student's misconceptions in elementary school. This research includes a Pre-Experiment research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were students of class V SDN Krembangan Selatan I Surabaya with a total of 12 children in a limited test. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the conception profile before learning with the POE strategy obtained an average of 67% of all research subjects had misconceptions for each concept item. (2) the conception profile after learning with the POE strategy obtained an average of 7.4% of all research subjects have misconceptions for each concept item (3) learning to use POE strategies can reduce student's misconceptions on science subjects material force and motion, characteristics of living things, and objects or materials

Lack of understanding of the concepts students are not due only to the lack of ability of students to absorb the material submitted by teachers, but also influenced by the ability of teachers to manage teaching and learning activities. Teachers have an important role in the sustainability of good teaching, one of them to set up an exciting learning device so enthusiastic student learning. This study aims to develop learning tools guided inquiry-based high school physics to enhance students' understanding of concepts on the subject of Dynamic Electricity. Development of the 4D model and tested in class X in SMAN 1 Babat odd semester academic year 2012/2013. This research is the development of research trial design using the One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and observation, while the data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The result showed that some of the findings: RPP performing well and a high degree of reliability; activity is the dominant student observation / experiment; students 'understanding of the concept after learning improving students' responses to learning a positive model of guided inquiry. Based on the results of this study concluded that the quality of learning that have developed viable use in teaching to enhance students' understanding of physics concepts. Kurangnya pemahaman konsep siswa tidak disebabkan hanya pada kurangnya kemampuan siswa menyerap materi yang disampaikan guru, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kegiatan belajar mengajar. Guru mempunyai peran penting pada keberlangsungan pembelajaran yang baik, salah satunya untuk menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran yang menarik sehingga siswa antusias mengikuti pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran fisika SMA berbasis guided inquiry untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa pada pokok bahasan Listrik Dinamis. Pengembangan perangkat  menggunakan model 4D dan diujicobakan pada siswa kelas X di SMAN 1 Babat pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh beberapa temuan yaitu: RPP terlaksana dengan baik dan derajat reliabilitas tinggi; aktivitas siswa yang dominan adalah pengamatan/percobaan; pemahaman konsep siswa setelah pembelajaran meningkat; respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran model guided inquiry positif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan mempunyai kualitas layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep fisika siswa.

Abstract:One's leadership is usually influenced by intelligence and personality types that can be obtained through tests. The STIFIn test can describe an individual's intelligence directly as well as someone's personality types. Therefore, this study aims to identify the personality types possessed by structural officers (bureaucracy) at UIN Alauddin Makassar, the characteristics of each STIFIn personality type and the ratio of the number of male and female leaders. The research instrument used was in the form of STIFIn intelligence test. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that of the 20 respondents tested, 4 of the 5 STIFIn personialty types were identified namely Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling and Instinct, and none of them were Sensing type. They consisted of 17 men and 3 women. Moreover each type of intelligence and personality has different characteristics. Abstrak:Kepemimpinan seseorang biasanya dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan dan tipe kepribadian yang dapat diperoleh melalui tes. Tes STIFIn dapat memetakan kecerdasan individu secara langsung sekaligus menjadi tipe kepribadian sesorang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tipe-tipe kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh pejabat struktural di UIN Alauddin Makassar, karakteristik dari masing-masing tipe kepribadian STIFIn, serta rasio jumlah pemimpin laki-laki dan perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yakni dalam bentuk tes kecerdasan STIFIn. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 responden yang diuji, diidentifikasi menjadi 4 dari 5 jenis kepribadian STIFIn yaitu Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling dan Insting, dan tidak ada yang bertipe Sensing. Mereka terdiri dari 17 pria dan 3 wanita. Kemudian setiap jenis kecerdasan dan kepribadiaan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan untuk meningkatkan perseptual motorik dan perilaku sosial siswa sekolah dasar kelas bawah yang sesuai, layak, dan efektif. Model permainan ini diharapkan mampu mengembangkan aspek afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor, serta dapat dipergunakan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Ujicoba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 27 siswa SD N Ambarukmo. Ujicoba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 32 siswa SD N Ngringin dan 34 siswa SD N Puren. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah pedoman pengamatan (observasi), pedoman wawancara, catatan lapangan, skala nilai, lembar penilaian uji efektifitas dan penilaian hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian berupa model permainan, yang berisikan 6 model permainan, yaitu: (1) permainan karung berantai, (2) permainan egrang berantai, (3) permainan engklek berantai, (4) permainan balok berantai, (5) permainan kelereng berantai, (6) permainan ban berantai. Model permainan disusun dalam bentuk buku pedoman dan dituangkan dalam bentuk DVD. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian para ahli materi dan praktisi, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model permainan untuk meningkatkan perseptual motorik dan perilaku sosial siswa sekolah dasar kelas bawah yang didesain berkategori baik, sehingga model permainan telah sesuai, layak, dan efektif untuk digunakan. Developing Game Model to Improve Perceptual Motor and Social Behavior of Lower Levels Students AbstractThis study aims to produce a game model for increasing perceptual motor and social behavior under class elementary school students which is appropriate, suitable, and effective. The game model is expected to be able to develop effective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects, also can be used by teacher in learning process of physical education. Small-scale trial was conducted to 27 students in SD N Ambarukmo. A large trial was conducted to 32 students in SD N Ngringin and 34 students in SD N Puren. The instrument used to collect data were observation guide (observation), interviews guide, field notes, scale values, assessment sheets, an effectiveness test and assessment of the learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research is a game model, including six game models, namely: (1) chained coarse bag game, (2) chained egrang game, (3) chained engklek game, (4) chained block game, (5) chained marble game, (6) chained tube game. The game model is arranged in a guide book and DVD. Based on the evaluation of experts and practitioners, it can be concluded that the game model to increase perceptual motor and social behavior under class elementary school students is categorized good, so that the a game model that has been developed is suitable, effective, and appropriate for use.
