Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe a health education meeting based on group discussion during a nursing appointment with patients who are waiting to perform bariatric surgery.Methods: This is an exploratory study with a qualitative approach performed in July 2017 at a referral hospital in the State of Ceará-Brazil in the performance of bariatric surgeries. Twelve subjects participated and the data collection took place through self-completion of a semi-structured interview. Data analysis was performed according to the content analysis proposed by Bardin (2009).Results: It was observed that the participants considered that the group discussion allows interaction among the group and favors the construction of common knowledge.Conclusions: It was concluded that group discussion is a favorable methodology to be used during health education in nursing appointments, because it allows the sharing of doubts and experiences among the participants.

Objetivou-se compreender a percepção do enfermeiro em relação ao brincar durante a assistência pediátrica em um hospital do Maranhão. Estudo exploratório-descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa envolvendo doze profissionais. A coleta de dados se realizou em agosto de 2013 em um hospital pediátrico do interior do Maranhão, Brasil. Utilizou-se um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturado composto por cinco questões relacionadas ao brincar. Os dados coletados foram tratados de acordo com a Análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Foram abordadas as seguintes categorias: “o brincar e a comunicação”, “o brincar e o tratamento” e “o brincar e a infraestrutura necessária”. A partir dos resultados se percebeu que os enfermeiros reconhecem a importância do brincar durante o internamento pediátrico, mas não o utilizam como elemento importante no plano de cuidados.Palavras-chave: Ludoterapia. Cuidado da Criança. Enfermagem Pediátrica.AbstractIt was aimed to evaluate the nurses’ perception when it comes to the playing in the pediatric care implementation in a hospital in Maranhão. It is a descriptive and exploratory study with a qualitative approach carried out with 12 professionals. Data collection took place in August 2013 in a hospital in Maranhão state in Brazil. A semi-structured interview was used with five questions about the playing. The data were processed by content analysis according to the model of Bardin. From the results, the following categories were identified: “playing and communication”, “playing and treatment” and “playing and the infrastructure required”. From the results it was noticed that nurses recognize the importance of playing during the pediatric hospitalization, but they do not use it as an important element of the care planning process.Keywords: Playing Therapy. The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

The aim of this study was to analyze the meanings and experiences of early contact and breastfeeding of the postpartum women admitted at a Baby-Friendly Hospital. It is a descriptive, exploratory study, with qualitative approach, that was developed in a teaching hospital in the Northwest of Paraná state between November 2011 and January 2012, involving the participation of 16 postpartum women. Data were collected by means of non-participant systematic observation of the childbirths and semi-structured interview. The data collected were analyzed using the thematic content analysis. The results revealed that, soon after childbirth, the child-mother binomial provided the woman with a unique experience, triggering various sensations into the bio-psycho-social-cultural context of each one of the mothers, with feelings and meanings that favored the mother-child bond and the outset of breastfeeding.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. This research intends to describe the types of deviations contained in the collection of poems Calligrammes by Guillaume Apollinaire. The approach used is a qualitative approach with content analysis method. The data collection technique used is Miles and Huberman. The theory used as the main reference is the deviation theory according to Geoffrey N. Leech which divides the deviation into eight types, namely lexical deviation, phonological deviation, grammatical deviation which includes morphological and syntactic, graphological deviation, semantic deviation, dialectal deviation, deviation of register, and deviation of historical period. The result of data analysis from 7 poems found 5 out of 8 types of deviation which are diffused in each poem, including 24 semantic deviations, 18 graphological deviations, 4 deviations of register, 3 syntactic deviations and 2 lexical deviations. While the types of phonological deviation, morphological deviation, dialectal deviation, and deviation of historical period are not found in any of the data in this collection of poems Calligrammes.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education. The  Ministry  of  Health  points  fragmentation  in  the  training  of professionals who work in the Urgency and Emergency Care network, particularly in the mobile  pre-hospital  component,  proposing  the  implementation  of  Education  Nucleus  in Urgency. Objective: to identify the educational activities developed by the core; describe how the professionals assess educational activities designed to upgrade; use permanent education in the process of updating the professionals in the urgency mobile call service. Method:  a  descriptive,  exploratory  study  with  a  qualitative  approach,  like  action research.  Data  collection  takes  place  through  semi-structured  questionnaires  and workshops  with  active  methodologies.  The  information  will  be  handled  by  a  Bardin content  analysis,  and  the  concepts  of  the  National  Policy  of  Permanent  Education interrelated  to  the  theoretical  Emerson  Mehry.  Results:  the  found  facts  will  enable reflection on the importance of permanent education and its contribution to the process of updating the pre-hospital practices.

The purpose of this study was to examine the status of secondary school Turkish education in distance education during the COVID-19 pandemic period in Turkey according to the opinions and observations of Turkish teachers. The fact that there are no studies examining the use of distance education in secondary school native language teaching constitutes the reason for the research. The research was carried out by the case study, one of the qualitative research designs. The participants of the study group in the first phase were 30 secondary school Turkish teachers, who worked in various schools in Turkey and taught online distance education courses in the spring semester of 2019-2020. The participants of the second phase of the study were 16 Turkish teachers who meet the above criteria. A semi-structured interview was held with the first group, while participants of the second group prepared observation reports on their live courses. The data collection tools of the research consist of a semi-structured interview form and a course observation form. Data collection tools were transformed into online forms and delivered online to the study group. The data of the research was collected over a period of one month and the document analysis technique was used to collect the data. The research data were analyzed using the content analysis method. The categorical analysis, one of the types of content analysis, was used in the study. The data analysis was performed with MAXQDA 2020 qualitative data analysis package program. Visualizations were made with the program used. For data analysis reliability, direct transfer statements were given from the codes where the opinions were concentrated. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the teachers faced with negativities intensely and they could not teach Turkish properly with distance education.

This study aims to describe the efforts of counseling guidance teachers in developing student creativity in MTs N 3 Klaten. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The subjects of the study were two MTs N 3 Klaten counseling guidance teachers. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation which are analyzed with qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the counseling guidance efforts of teachers in developing student creativity in MTs N 3 Klaten is by the group guidance method. In the group guidance method there are techniques used including, group discussion, problem solving, role techniques, and games techniques.
