There are so many potential of Gayo highlands tourism, Central Aceh Regency, both natural tourism and cultural tourism. Based on initial observations from data from the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports of Central Aceh Regency in 2018 with a total of 38 natural and artificial tourist objects, besides that the Gayo community has customs, culture and traditions that can become one of the cultural tourism destinations, as well as the potential for coffee plantations. For this reason, a more systematic study of tourism development management is needed by combining elements of existing physical and non-physical potential in order to increase the level of community income through the potential arising from tourism activities. The purpose of this study is to further examine the strategy of developing coffee tourism, both in the form of physical elements and non-physical elements through existing local wisdom as an effort to increase income, especially during the Covid19 Pandemic Period in Central Aceh Regency. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a sample of 40 respondents from coffee entrepreneurs and coffee shops in several tourist attraction areas. The results showed that Central Aceh Regency has great potential for the development of a coffee tourism model based on local culture in order to increase people's income, especially people who are directly involved in tourism management and coffee farmers.

The objective of this research is examines the role of collaborative governance in rural tourism development, especially in the tourist area of "Bumiaji Agrotourism" in Tourist City of Batu. The rapid development of tourism in Batu is still dominated by the artificial tourism destinations, often the highlight in relation to the equitable distribution of welfare and sustainability of tourist development. Until today, the efforts of local governments and communities by presenting a variety of new icon types of community-based tourism destinations in Batu City do not provide assurance that tourism will remain exsist and suistain due to resource limitations in each actor. In accordance with Good Tourism Governance (GTG), tourism management efforts can no longer be charged only to one of the actors. Collaborative governance approach can be used as an alternative solution, especially in rural tourism development in Tourist City of Batu to strengthen the character of tourist destinations as well as tourism network buildings.

Coffee is one of the leading commodities in Bengkulu Province. The Agricultural Technology Research Center (BPTP 2014) said Bengkulu Province was one of the top three producers of Indonesian coffee, therefore Bengkulu Province was suitable for agro-tourism development, but in its development agro-tourism would be left behind if it could not innovate according to market trends. Research objectives: to find a strategic location for the development of agro-tourism as well as the right strategy in developing agro-tourism based on the coffee agro-industry. The method used: the method of observation / descriptive analysis, the selected districts will be analyzed the development strategy with the SWOT analysis method Result: the calculation of the LQ method shows that Kepahiang Regency was chosen to be the location for agro-tourism development because the LQ value is 1.049, if the LQ value 1 the area is considered capable of exporting products exit the area. The position of developing agro-tourism in Kepahiang district is currently in quadrant II. This position shows that agro-tourism is already strong, but still faces big challenges. Agro-tourism must continue to diversify its strategies in order to face future threats. The results of the SWOT analysis produce 8 alternatives: Maintain the quality of the coffee produced so that consumer confidence is guaranteed, and tourists will come to visit again. 2) Maintaining the beauty around the tea plantations, by cooperating with the tea plantation managers. 3) Looking for investors who want to invest in agro-tourism as partners. 4) Review agro-tourism institutional management, increase promotional activities to increase market demand. 5) Maintaining characteristics and quality to avoid disappointment of coffee consumers. 6) Increasing the number of coffee processing industries due to abundant resources. 7) Increase the number of training sessions in collaboration with the Government and related agencies to improve the skills of both coffee processing workers and coffee farmers. 8) Improve facilities and infrastructure in order to defend agro-tourism from losing visitors.


Bangladesh is a significant source of many fascinating cultural diversions that can make a fancy trip to many domestic and international tourists. This paper has tried to focus on the cultural tourism of Bangladesh by allocating the facts of historic and traditional culture, cultural tourists’ attraction, prospects, development strategy etc. Moreover, the major concern of the authors is to provide a detailed discussion about the main cultural attributes for the tourist or cultural tourists of Bangladesh. Tourism research methods and cultural consumption are some of the most important aspects of cultural tourism in Bangladesh. The researchers also tried to find out the potential of Bangladeshi culture, the scenario of cultural tourism, cross-cultural connection etc. This research paper is the full exploration of only about cultural tourism sector of Bangladesh. All the related information has been collected from available secondary data sources and the writer of this paper attempts to review all the roles of cultural tourism in Bangladesh. AbstrakMultiplier effect sektor pariwisata terhadap sektor lain relatif tinggi. Hal tersebut terlihat pada dampak positif di sektor lain apabila sektor pariwisata mengalami peningkatan, khususnya di sektor perdagangan, hotel, restoran dan perhubungan. Pemberdayaan potensi wilayah sebagai daya tarik wisata, sampai saat ini masih belum optimal dan keterlibatan dari pihak terkait juga belum optimal. Untuk keperluan tersebut maka penelitian  ini dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis keterlibatan stakeholder dalam pengelolaan wisata dan pengembangan wisata Kota Semarang. Objek penelitian adalah wisata budaya (Gubug rembug), wisata sejarah/alam (Goa Kreo) dan wisata kuliner (pusat oleh-oleh Jl. Pandanaran). Sebanyak 12 keyperson diwawancarai sebagi sumber data penelitian. Data hasil wawancara dianalisis dengan software Nvivo 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan stakeholders dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan wisata Kota Semarang adalah berupa pembinaan dalam proses pengelolaan wisata sejarah, alam dan kuliner. Kata kunci : pengembangan, pariwisata, Kota Semarang Tourism Development In Semarang CityAbstractThe multiplier effect of the tourism sector on other sectors is relatively high. The purpose of this study was to analyze stakeholder involvement in tourism management and tourism development in the city of Semarang. The object of research is cultural tourism (Gubug Rembug), historical / natural tourism (Goa Kreo) and culinary tourism (souvenir center Jl. Pandanaran). A total of 12 keypersons were interviewed as a source of research data. Interview data were analyzed using Nvivo 12 software. Development of tourism potency that has a high selling value when managed and promoted appropriately could turn into a prominent tourism. The aim of this research is to identify potential and tourism characteristic, to formulate the marketing model of existing tourist destinations in Wonosalam district, Jombang regency, and to analyze community readiness as well as the programs that have been done by Government of Jombang regency in evolving Community Based Tourism. By qualitative approach, data acquisition of this research is done by interview to several informants. The findings of this research are community empowerment conducted in the management and promotion of tourism destinations, in addition to demanding specific and sustainable strategies. Community Based Tourism development strategy is described in the management aspect of tourism destination, socioeconomic, and cultural which is done through the assessment and readiness of perception, public participation and public's desire to the development of tourism destinations in their area respectively, and the required tourism marketing strategy condition of the tourism destination.a

The purpose of this research is to find out agro-tourism development strategy of Gombengsari based on SWOT analysis result. By determining External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) and Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS). While the key variables of this research discussion is the Marketing Mix that consists of product, price, place, and promotion. The results of research coffee plantations and cultures that deserve to be a tourist attraction with affordable pricing that is managed by the local community by forming a group of tourism awareness and use of internet media as a means to market tourism. Gombengsari agro-tourism development strategy that is; 1) To develop tourism product; 2) Socialization to the society; 3) Infrastructure development; 4) Tourism product differsivication; 5) To develop the agro tourism marketing; 6) Human resources development; 7) To develop an operational team.

Abstract: The development of the tourism sector is very important, especially for the District of Banjarnegara in the area of ​​Tourism Dieng which is a natural tourist area that attracted many visitors. Tourism sector is the main sector of the economy of Banjarnegara Regency, but tourism development of Banjarnegara Regency also raises obstacles, so that tourism development effort needs to be done with and appropriate strategy. The research method used is qualitative method, with technique of selecting informant purposive sampling. From the result of the research, it is known that Implementation of development strategy of Dieng tourism area in Banjarnegara regency generally has been running well enough seen from 3 (three) aspects ie program, resources, and procedure. Researchers found that the development program of tourism destinations and technological resources capable of supporting the development of tourism Dieng. But there are still shortcomings in the aspect of resources, namely financial resources are still limited from the budget and there are still inadequate physical resources. Sektor pariwisata menjadi sektor unggulan perkonomian Kabupaten Banjarnegara, namun pembangunan pariwisata Kabupaten Banjarnegara juga memunculkan kendala, sehingga upaya pengembangan pariwisata perlu dilakukan dengan dan strategi yang tepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pemilihan informan purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Implementasi strategi pengembangan kawasan wisata Dieng di Kabupaten Banjarnegara secara umum sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik dilihat dari 3 (tiga) aspek yaitu program, sumber daya, dan prosedur. Peneliti menemukan bahwa program pengembangan destinasi pariwisata dan sumber daya tekhnologi mampu mendukung pengembangan wisata Dieng. Namun masih ada kekurangan dalam aspek sumber daya yaitu sumber daya keuangan masih terbatas dari APBD dan masih ada sumber daya fisik yang belum memadai. Abstract The potential of culture and local wisdom in tourism development is part of the product of human creativity that has economic value. The aim of the study was to analyze cultural-based tourism and local wisdom in Central Java which was packaged in the form of festivals. The research method used is qualitative analysis through observation directly and in-depth interviews with parties related to the study. While the analysis method used is Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats (SWOT) analysis. Analysis of Structures, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) is used to analyze the potential and problems of culture-based tourism and local wisdom in each research location including potential and internal and external problems. Local culture, especially in Demak Regency, Kudus Regency, and Jepara Regency, in general, has unique potential and centers of handicraft products that can be developed to enhance local cultural tourism. The strategy to improve local cultural tourism is formulated based on strength, weakness, opportunity and local cultural threats. The strategy for packaging local culture, especially the local culture of Kabupaten Demak, the local culture of Kudus Regency, and the local culture of Jepara Regency. The existence of Central Java Fair can be used as a media for promotion and introduction of local tourism destinations (DTW).

The authors of the paper discuss the tourism development conditions in the municipalities of Lithuania. The scientific problem - tourism development trends have not been studied at the local, municipality level in Lithuania and tourism in districts developed without a clear and long-term development strategy and consistent implementation of the programme. The aim of the research is to explore tourism development conditions in the municipalities of Lithuania. Objectives of the research are to characterize the factors influencing the development of tourism; to perform an analysis of the main factors of tourism development in Lithuania; to define the major factors of tourism management in the municipalities of Lithuania. Tourism development issues were discussed; the results of the research (an analysis of scientific literature and questionnaire survey, an analysis of strategic documents) were performed. The factors, which influence tourism the most are the human and financial resources, tourism infrastructure, the variety of tourism services, the virtual environment, the image of a tourism destination/ awareness, management of the tourism destination, the quality of tourism services and events. Tourism development in the municipalities of Lithuania is influenced by such factors, as the development of the tourism planning and management system, an adequate competence of human resources, cooperation between the public and private sectors, planning and organization, the legal framework for tourism, tourism projects development and implementation, a tourism development strategy and research in the tourism development area.

Cultural tourism is a tour where visitors traveling with the purpose of carrying out activities to enjoy cultural attractions, such as ancient. Cultural tourism is almost there in all regions in Indonesia one of Pagar Alam. Pagar Alam has varied tourism potential of one of ancient megalithic sites of cultural tourism. Remains of megalithic sites in Pagar Alam lying spread out and form a very diverse form of statues, dolmen, stone house. The existence of megalithic sites of cultural tourism at this time received less attention, availability of facilities and infrastructure that is not yet complete, as well as promotion and publicity that has been done is still lacking. This study aims to determine the potential role of the public and government's strategy of development of cultural tourism ancient megalithic sites in Pagar Alam. To achieve the objectives of this research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis methods, including analysis of existing conditions, analysis of the role of communities and governments, development analysis, and analysis of tourism development strategy by conducting a SWOT analysis. From the analysis performed that in the development of cultural tourism sites megaitikum many of the problems faced is the lack of coordination and attention from various parties, the limited funds so many poorly-maintained condition megalithic sites, tourism development has not been prioritized. Therefore, the role of government and society is needed in the development strategy of the megalithic sites of cultural tourism, by preparing a program of activities as the proposed development of cultural tourism.
