This research aims to describe the average value of the competence of the skills of tsanawiyah madrasah teachers in utilizing information and communication technology in the learning and self-development process in the implementation of training in the work area (PDWK) at the office of the ministry of religious affairs mandailing Natal district with a sample of 30 participants. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with survey methods. The data taken is skill value data during the training process. From the results of secondary data processing, for the training eye of making blocks the average value is 87 with a good predicate and the most value of 90 as many as 5 participants; the eyes of the online class creation training using the popular application average score of 88 with a good predicate and the most value of 95 as many as 5 participants; eye training in making attractive percentages using popular applications average value 92 with excellent predicate and the most value of 93 as many as 17 participants; Interactive video content creation training eyes averaged 86 with good predicate and the most value of 80 as many as 15 participants. While the average skill score for all subjects and all participants is 88 with a good predicate and the most value of 86 as many as 6 participants. So the implementation of information technology training of tsanawiyah madrasah teachers in the working area of Mandailing Natal kankemenag conducted by Medan Religious Training Center has been good in improving teacher competence for skills to utilize ICT in the learning and self-development process.

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers in preparing questions on google forms. Building teachers' practical ways of thinking in solving problems related to the preparation of HOTS questions, as well as increasing the professionalism of school principals in organizing In House Training (IHT) and increasing the motivation and competence of school principals during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive qualitative through school action research which further deepens the teacher development process related to writing HOTS questions on the google form. The data of this study are qualitative data, while the research subjects are Candirejo State Elementary School teachers, totaling 8 teachers consisting of 6 classroom teachers and 2 study teachers. The results showed that the teacher's ability to write written test questions was initially only 2 people (20%), after the research was carried out with the first cycle of activities from 2 teachers to 8 teachers (100%), while the research activities at the end the implementation of the second cycle of activities with an average score of 69.00 and an average score of 3.80, while based on presentation it reached 94.91%. As for the stage of the second cycle of meeting 1 the teacher's ability in preparing questions through In House Training (IHT) on Google Form there was an increase of 2.14% and at the second meeting of cycle II it rose to 91.79% in the "Very Good" category. And the average score increased in the second cycle of meeting 2 to 64.25 from 61.38. While the activities of IHT participants at the second meeting of the second cycle reached 22.50, the average value of the second cycle of the second meeting reached 3.75 while the percentage-based score reached 93.75% in the "Very Good" category. So that the research can be ended at the stage of cycle II for the second meeting.

Developing the cooperative ability of preschoolers is an important milestone for a child's social development process. Experiences at school become a place for students to discuss agreements with groups of children or their peers. Based on the research there are 70% of the students are still not capable in terms of social skills so that this research aims to increase the ability of cooperation in students. The approach used in this research is Classroom Action Research which is carried out in three stages, namely Pre-cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II in order to obtain results in accordance with the assessment. At the Pre-cycle stage, the average score obtained by students was 42%, while at the Cycle I stage an average score was increased by 63%, which means that the average value is still not in accordance with the achievement target of the assessment, so the research is continued in the Cycle stage. II, after the Cycle II stage, the average value increased significantly, which was 87%. This can be seen from the comparison at each stage of the cycle during the research carried out. From the results obtained there is an increase which proves that through the Whirlwind Game can improve the ability of cooperation in children.

<p>Abstract. The  of this study was to improve teacher competence in SD Negeri <br />Kalinanas in using ICT learning media. The study was conducted in SD Negeri 1<br />Kalinanas for ± 5 months starting Friday, July 22, 2016 until Saturday, November 19,<br />2016. The subjects of this study were 9 teachers. Data collection is done through<br />interviews, observation and documentation. From the interviews, the results show that it is important to use ICT learning media very well. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. In the pre cycle, the average score was 78 with a percentage of 53% achievement of all teachers in the research indicators for the use of ICT learning media, in the first cycle 88 average values were obtained with 69% achievement of all teachers in the research indicators of ICT learning media use, and in cycle II obtained an average value of 97 with a percentage of 88% achievement of all teachers in the research indicators of the use of ICT learning media. There has been an increase in teacher competency in the use of ICT learning media after being supervised with individual techniques by the principal of SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas.</p>

Problems in this research is how the level of students' ability to read class XI SMA Negeri 1 Kota Pinang Year Learning 2017/2018 after following the strategy-based learning strategy KWL (Know – Want to Know – Learning)? The purpose of this study is to describe the level of students' ability to read class XI SMA Negeri 1 Kota Pinang Year Learning 2017/2018 after following the strategy-based learning strategy KWL. Research subject to product learning strategy of reading ability is validator. In addition, the subject of this research is the students of grade XI SMA Negeri 1 Kota Pinang. The object of research on this research is learning strategy of reading ability that is KWL strategy which implemented in class XI student of SMA Negeri 1 Kota Pinang Learning Year 2017/2018. The method used in the research is the research development method (Research &amp; Development). Instruments used to collect data are questionnaires, tests and observations. The results of this study indicate that the development of learning strategy based on learning KWL strategy is effective in improving students' reading ability of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Kota Pinang Year Learning 2017/2018, where the average value obtained by students before the development process that is equal to 17,88 which is at less category. Furthermore, after development process of learning strategy of reading based on KWL strategy and implementation of learning strategy of reading based on KWL strategy shows that the result of the average score that is owned by students is 31,41. Thus, the average level of reading ability of grade XI students SMA Negeri 1 Kota Pinang Year Learning 2017/2018 after the development of learning strategy of reading based on KWL strategy is in high category.

The Indonesian government has set the motor vehicle industry as one of the priority industries of the national interest, economic growth, and increased productivity. In order for the survival of a company is maintained, then the management should be able to maintain or even more spur increased performance. Various analyzes were developed to predict the beginning of the bankruptcy of the company. One analysis is widely used today is the analysis of Altman Z-Score, which this analysis refers to the financial ratios of the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the bankruptcy of the automotive components companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2011–2015. This study used a sample of four companies from the automotive components sector. Source of data is done by using secondary data. The data is processed by the method of the Z-score formula Z = 1,2X1 + 1,4X2 + 3,3X3 + 0,6X4 + 0,999X5. With the description of Z < 1,8 the company categorized into unhealthy/will be bankrupt, the value Z 1,8 < 2,99 the company is considered to be in the uncertain/grey area and the value of Z > 2,99 then the company is in a very healthy. In general, the results of these studies indicate that the four automtive components companies namely PT Astra Otoparts year 2011 value of Z = 14,67 year 2012 value of Z = 10,88 year 2013 value of Z = 13,90 year 2014 value of Z = 10,54 year 2015 value of Z = 4,94, PT Gajah Tunggal year 2011 value of Z = 5,72 year 2012 value of Z = 4,75 year 2013 value of Z = 3,10 year 2014 value of Z = 2,79 year 2015 value of Z = 1,58 and the average value of 2011-2015 periode Z = 3,59, PT Goodyear Indonesia year 2011 value of Z = 2,07 year 2012 value of Z = 2,44 year 2013 value of Z = 2,57 year 2014 value of Z = 2,02 year 2015 value of Z = 2,76, PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional year 2011 value of Z = 6,19 year 2012 value of Z = 3,99 year 2013 value of Z = 3,17 year 2014 value of Z = 2,59 year 2015 value of Z = 1,74. The average value 2011-2015 period showed 3 companies are in very healthy state and 1 company is in the uncertain/grey area. The background of this study is the low results of social studies class V SD Negeri 010 Silikuan Hulu Kecamatan Ukui. This is evidenced by of 26 students only 11 (41.67%), which reached KKM, to research the learning improvement by implementing cooperative learning model Jigsaw. This research is a class act who do as much as two cycles. The collection of data in research adalag with the testing techniques. The study states that the implementation of cooperative learning model jigsaw can improve learning outcomes IPS, it is seen from: the average student learning outcomes which increased 20.25% from the average value of the basic score is 69.58 into 83.67 at UH the first cycle, and the average value UH second cycle increased 31.50% from the average score of 69.58 into 91.50 basis. The percentage of classical completeness achievement has been as expected. Which, on the basis of completeness klasikalnya score is 41.67% with the category is not exhaustive and the UH first cycle increased to 87.50% with the category completely, then at UH second cycle increased to 91.67% with the category completely.

This research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in carrying out the learning process in Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. The purpose of this study is to improve the skills of teachers teaching in the classroom with the help of supervision. This research was conducted at Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles with. Each cycle consists of four stages such as planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study show that on the basic score, teacher teaching skills are included in the sufficient category with an average score of 60.21. After improvements were made in the first cycle, the results of the teacher's skills assessment increased to a good category with the teacher's average score of 75.54. For the implementation of the teacher's skills assessment in teaching in the second cycle again increased with a very good category with an average value of 85.75. Based on the results of the above research, researchers can conclude that with the implementation of supervision in Bandar Laksamana 1 Junior High School can improve teacher skills in teaching.

This research is based on the low learning outcome of mathematics students of grade VIII SMPN 4 Tambang.The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through the application ofinquiry learning with CTL approach. This research was conducted in SMPN 4 Tambang with subject of classVIII-D students with 29 students. This classroom action research was started in early January 2017. Theresearch instrument consists of a teacher and student activity sheet instrument and a test of learning outcomes.Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that the strategy of inquiry learning with CTLapproach can improve student learning outcomes of mathematics on the subject matter of algebraic form inclass VIII-D SMPN 4 Tambang. On the basic score the number of students who reached the KKM as many as 14people (48.28%) with an average score of 58.79. In cycle I the number of students who reach the KKM of 19people (65.52%) with an average value of 65.69%. In cycle II the number reaching KKM is 25 people (86.21%).

This school action research (PTS) aims to improve teachers' ability in making RPP through clinical supervision.This research is conducted in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection, anddone in two cycles. The first cycle of researchers directly observed the increase in teacher competence in makingRPP. Results from the observation of the overall teacher's RPP assessment in cycle I showed a mean score of72,1% with good rating category. In cycle II the average value of teachers in making RPP is 86% with thecategory of assessment is very good. The improvement of teacher's RPP assessment per cycle also increased, ieclass I, II, IV, and V teachers showed an increase in scoring score of two points or 16,7 ,. while grade 3 andgrade 6 teachers showed an increase of one point or 8,4%. This proves that the implementation of clinicalsupervision can improve the competence of teachers in the preparation of learning tools.

This study aims to improve teacher competence in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. The research method used is classroom action research. The research subjects were 10 teachers at Mandau 011 Junior High School. The timing of the research is carried out in two cycles starting on Monday 11 February to Saturday 23 February 2019. Analysis of the data used is qualitative in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. While for quantitative data descriptive analysis is carried out by calculating the average value and percentage. The results of the study indicate an increase in the competency of 011 Mandau Junior High School teachers in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. there is a cycle I of the average teacher competence of 70,6 with sufficient categories. The average teacher competency in the second cycle is 76,3 which is included in the good category. Classically, as many as 90% of teachers have been able to plan authentic assessments properly.
